Greatly satisfied! Very professional and friendly customer service. Everything on time and our driver Adam Jadalahh was awsome! He was super polite, professional and safe. Car very clean with complementary water and candy. Highly recommended, rating it more than 5 stars!!!

Easy setup and perfect ride

It was easy to schedule an SUV to pick me and the groom up from our wedding at the Morton Arboretum. The SUV was nice and spacious. They were on time for pickup. I highly recommend them.

Prompt and professional limo service with simple and clear booking

We hired Windy City Limos for our wedding, and were very happy with their work. They provided a clear set of prices up-front and let us customize our booking to exactly what we needed. The driver arrived promptly and was happy to adjust the schedule based on some last minute changes we encountered. The car was clean and spacious. Overall, Windy City provided us an excellent limo service and we recommend them highly!

You're in Great Hands With Windy City!

We booked two 54-person busses from Windy City Limousine for guest transportation at our 8/13/22 wedding in downtown Chicago, and everything went very smoothly! It was easy to communicate with them about timing and any adjustments that came up approaching the wedding day, and all of our guests made it to our ceremony and reception on time. Shuttles not showing up/being late was one of my biggest fears for the wedding day, but we were in great hands with Windy City!

Wonderful Transport!

We have 0 complaints about our experience with WCL! Setting up the appointment was easy. We used the 23 passenger bus. It was spacious for our guests, in great condition, and very clean. The driver was very polite and even offered us the use of an umbrella as it was slightly rainy when we reached our first destination. We felt safe the entire drive - essential since we had children aboard. We were able to hook up our own music and we loved that they would make as many stops are you wanted for the time in which you rented the bus. The pricing was extremely reasonable. We would suggest them to anyone!

Great trip!

Windy City was so easy to work with and the bus was fantastic!! I only wish our ceremony spot and reception hall was further away so we had more time to drive around and enjoy more party time on the bus! Thank you!!

Windy City made everything a breeze

Thomas was our driver for our wedding day. He was on time and professional! He even accommodated a last minute drop off of our decor after the wedding, and got guests where they needed to be on time. Windy City was easy to deal with, and the shuttle was clean and modern. Thanks!

Great experience with Windy City limo!

Our driver was very prompt! The 14-passenger lux minibus we had was very nice and comfortable. Our driver did a great job shuttling us to our ceremony, driving us to our picture spot, and driving us to our reception. We are glad we booked Windy City for transporting the wedding party!

On time, professional, and great value!

Windy City Limo was the best for getting our wedding party all around Chicago for pictures! We needed to be picked up at the hotel, dropped off in two different locations, and then taken to the venue. We hired the 23 person party bus and the seats were spacious and comfortable. Our driver, Montia was AMAZING! She was on time, super friendly, a terrific driver, and was able to pick us up in really convenient locations without us having to walk all over to get to her. Getting the bus scheduled was also super easy and stress free! I worked with Bailey to get a quote and get all the details nailed down and she was prompt and very helpful. I would definitely recommend WCL for getting your wedding party to your photo locations!

Chicago wedding photos

Maribel was awesome! I did extensive research before booking for our city photos and the factors that sold me were the working air conditioner and the company's performance on punctuality. You'd be amazed how many poor reviews are out there for other companies due to those types of situations. If you're looking for a company with credibility and to help make your busy day to run smoother, go with windy city :)

The Best Choice!

When we were first looking for a transportation company to work with, it was hard to know where to start. I had spoken with a few other companies, but once I spoke with Windy City, I knew they were the best choice! Their booking process is so flexible and they answered all of our questions promptly. And on our wedding day, they were incredible! We used two large coach buses and a party bus for transportation to and from the hotels, to the ceremony venue and the reception venue; the drivers were on time for every pick up/drop off, and so kind. HIGHLY recommend!!

Exactly What We Needed

After my sister got married in June and used Windy City Limo my wife and I knew we had to use them for our wedding as well. I called and the process to book was exceptionally easy and the cost was great! We had Tony as our driver the day of and he was amazing. Helpful with loading stuff on and off the bus and was even willing to make some last minute additional runs to take some guests back to the hotel after the ceremony. He was super kind and was a great driver. We are very happy that we went with Windy City Limo. They put our minds at ease and made sure we had a great time.

Dependable and affordable

I used Windy City Limousine for both my bachelorette party and wedding in Chicago. Everything went smoothly for both - the company staff was really responsive to my questions leading up to the events. I changed the bus size numerous times as the group size changed and they would update the contract within a few minutes. The only downside was when I updated from a 12 person bus to a 21 person bus - they made me get a security guard, which cost an additional $200, so the cost went up a lot. I also tried to reserve the bus for an hour later at night to drive guests from the reception to the after party - but they were unwilling to rent for less than 3 hours. Overall, they made everything really simple and anxiety free - I definitely recommend.

Great Wedding Day Experience

Windy City Limousine was excellent for our wedding day transportation. We had 3 large charter buses with a few stops throughout the city, and everything went smoothly. Our guests commented on the high quality bus interior, and appreciated the complementary water bottles. We recommend Windy City Limousine for any wedding day transportation!

Reliable transportation for wedding day

I was recently married on 10/19/19 and used Windy City to take our bridal party to and from the Oak Park Library for wedding photos. I looked through dozens of vendor options and so many were $1000+ for just a few hours of service, so I was happy to find that Windy City was much more reasonably priced and had some great reviews. My only critique would be that there wasn't much communication the week of the wedding -- I had to reach out a few days ahead of time to double-check when the service cost would be due, but they were quick to respond when I did so. The driver was very nice and super cautious (but we still made it everywhere on time) and wasn't bothered by my somewhat rowdy group. I would definitely recommend Windy City to brides and grooms looking for reliable transportation on their big day.

Perfect bus in our budget

Windy City was so easy to work with. They asked how many people in our party and set us up with the perfect sized van. They showed up early and dropped us off right on time. They were prepared with our requested destinations and got us there safely. Sound system was easy for us to keep the party going!

Easy and reasonble!

We used Windy City Limo for "point to point" transportation for our son's wedding. This included a limo for the bride and her family, a shuttle for the bridal party from the hotel to the church, and a town car for their grandmother and her companion (we didn't want to worry about them finding an Uberor taxi). Our main contact Bailey was great with working on which vehicles would best suit our needs, and timing. I loved that I got a text, along with the day of coordinator, when the vehicles had arrived.

Windy City was AWESOME! Both Cheryl and Bailey were wonderful to work with and helped me plan every transportation detail for my day. Our driver, Tim, was the absolute best. We used the 14 passenger mini bus for our wedding and had a great experience. Customer services was great even helping change up the size of our transportation when the new law regarding security guards went into place.

Our driver was great, arrived early and got us to all our photo stops in a timely manor! They had some of the best pricing for # of hours and size of transportation i found. They did tell me to use a larger bus but in an effort to not have to have security on board we went with a 14 passenger with 14 people. I should have listen to them, to any other brides I would not recommend this if you are going to be on the bus for a long time we could have used the extra room from a couple extra empty seats.

We used Windy City Limos for our 7/7/18 west suburbs wedding, and they were fantastic! We rented a 23-passenger bus, which was perfect and roomy for our bridal party. Our drivers were super early (like 30-60min early!!) and left nothing for me to worry about on my wedding. Our drivers were SO professional, played music for us, offered trash bags and napkins (when I forgot to pack mine!!), and even had waters cold and ready for our whole bridal party. Transportation itself was seamless, and our driver got us to all of our picture locations smoothly and safely. Their prices were really reasonable and they also included tips/gratuities/gas in our price break-down, which made budgeting even easier. We also used Windy City for my husband and I to get back to our apartment (in the city) after our wedding. Our driver was again phenomenal, so helpful (helped us load so much wedding stuff both into and out of the car!), and they were so nice to our little dog who made the ride back with us. I wouldn't hesitate to use Windy City for any event!

The day went so fast I feel awful I never got our drivers name! But he was on time, helped us back and unload, and waiting after the ceremony/pictures to take the wedding party to the hotel. He was polite and friendly!

Such a great service! We had a shuttle to drive us around Chicago for wedding pics before our ceremony and then go pick up our guests from the hotel and bring them to the venue. Of course it was one of the hottest, busiest weekends in Chicago. Our shuttle driver, Dannielle, was patient and super accommodating. Everyone with Windy City Limos were awesome and very helpful. We highly recommend using Windy City for a stress free experience! We used them to shuttle our wedding guests from two different hotels to and from our venue. We had a great experience using Windy City Limo for our wedding! We hired both a 56 person shuttle and a 25 person party bus. We worked with Klaudia through the whole experience and she was very helpful and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend hiring Windy City Limo & Bus services for your transportation needs! Bailey was extremely attentive and helpful during the planning process. She was open about the cost and logistics of everything which I really appreciated. Before the day-of, she was in contact to confirm and review everything. We had a great experience! Booking was very simple and they worked with us as we only needed point-to-point transportation on our wedding day for a small group. Our driver, Mike, was the kindest man ever! He was early, offered me water while we took a quick picture, got us to our destination on time, helped us in and out of the limo, helped us with our bags, and even ran out ahead of us before we got out of the limo to make sure my groom was not in sight so that our first look was not ruined. They called to confirm several times and I even got a text message ahead of time letting me know that the driver was on his way!

Our wedding reception was downtown Chicago and the church was in Glenview, so you can imagine how important transportation was to us! We worked with Klaudia and she was super helpful and professional in everything from coordinating guest shuttles to the bride & groom limo. They weren't phased at all by the distance and it was no issue whatsoever. Additionally, the drivers were all kind, helpful, and respectful. Our limo driver Mike was THE BEST - he took wonderful care of us throughout our time taking pictures. We highly recommend Windy City Limo!

We used them for all of our wedding transportation needs - from the 56 person large shuttle bus from the hotel to the venue, as well as a 25 person party bus for our wedding party. They were very professional and easy to work with. The driver for our party bus was awesome! The buses were clean and on time. Everything ran very smoothly from start to finish. Windy City Limousine was exactly what we needed: smooth, comfortable transportation around downtown Chicago during our wedding!

We weren't on the party bus long, but it was comfortable while we were and spacious! The driver was courteous and pleasant, with a great sense of humor. He knew exactly the spots our photographer wanted to hit up, and had no issues figuring out where to drop us off and pick us up.

The best part of working with this company was their more relaxed policy towards pets. We were able to have our two dogs with us during the day, with was absolutely wonderful.

We booked a huge 60-person bus only a month before our wedding to transport guests from the hotel to the venue. Windy City Limousine expertly handled the transportation of our guests on our wedding day from our hotel/reception location to our church and back to the hotel/reception. Everything about this experience was great! Our driver, who asked us to call him Barney, was genuinely kind and thoughtful. He got us where we wanted to go, was early to pick us up, and made sure we were fully accommodated. The shuttle was clean, new and had a great sound system! Barney ensured our day went flawless and I can't thank him more!

Additionally, the booking staff was great to work with as well. Thanks to all involved!

Windy City Limo would definitely be my recommendation to anyone who is getting married and would like the piece of mind of knowing that they can depend on their limo service! We rented a Party Bus for the entire bridal party as well as a point-to-point limo for the groom and groomsmen. Both arrived promptly and were very friendly. The party bus was very well decorated on the inside, clean, and came full of amenities. It was roomy and comfortable as well. We worked with Klaudia and she was wonderful. Extremely professional, understanding, helpful and responsive. We would definitely use them again!

Their cost was reasonable for the time-frame that we wanted (early shuttle to venue for ceremony and multiple shuttles from the venue back to the hotel), and everyone I talked to was easy to work with. Windy City was great! They showed up 30 minutes early to our pick up destination and the bus driver helped us load up all of our stuff, in the chilly rain. She was really accommodating about adjusting the heat after we took pictures outside to help all the poor wet bridal party warm up and dry off. The coordinator at Windy City was really nice and reached out to me a couple days ahead of time to confirm everything again, even though they had already sent a confirmation email a week ahead of our wedding. The bus was very clean and looked well-maintained.

We organized a large bus for our wedding on August 15, 2015, through Windy City Limo, and were thoroughly impressed and very happy with the service provided. Upon picking up the groom and groomsmen in Uptown Chicago where they had gotten ready, the driver, who was a very nice guy, greeted the groom in a very sincere and genuine manner, which was very much appreciated. He was also happy to discuss the best route to take downtown (to the W Hotel where we would pick up the Bride and Bridal party) as traffic was expected to be heavy due to the Air and Water Show that afternoon, which showed a great level of service and flexibility. The rest of the afternoon driving through and around Chicago to take photos at various locations went fantastically, and we were thoroughly pleased with the professionalism of the driver and Windy City Limo, and would highly recommend them for any future events.

Windy City Limousine was on a list of vendors recommended by our hotel and venue. We emailed all transportation vendors and they were the only one to respond, which is a compliment to them! You want a transportation company who is going to be responsive and prompt, especially if you’re using them for your wedding day! After speaking with Mallory, who helped us figure out exactly what we needed, we knew they would do a great job! Which they did! From working with Mallory to the patience of the driver with our large group, we were very impressed with Windy City and would recommend them to our family and friends!

Windy City Limo was recommended by my wedding coordinator. When I called I dealt with Mallory who was professional and very easy to work with. I needed an SUV just for me and my fiancé. We didn't have a wedding party so our request was pretty simple. She told me what my options were and was up front with the costs. We chose to have the vehicle for 6 hours. I made a couple of small requests as to what vehicle we wanted (or more importantly what we didn't want). When our wedding day came, the driver was there early, drove us to the different photo shoot locations we wanted to go to. Got us to the reception and was available as soon as it was time to go home. We had a Lincoln Navigator that was clean and our driver was Charles who was very helpful with loading things from the ceremony and reception. They did everything they said they would and we had no issues with their service.

Of all my vendors Windy City Limsouine, really came to my rescue the week of the wedding. 80% of my guests were coming from out of town and staying in the city. We hired Windy City to shuttle our guest to and from the venue from the hotels. Sadly the week of the wedding we realized there was a huge festival located in front of the hotel and they would be closing down the road. It was the first year of this festival so how would we have known. Jessica, my contact at Windy City really helped us out and did all the work. She coordinated with the hotel, the city, and my transportation plans to give us an alternate pick up. In the end everyone arrived at my wedding on time, and were happy they didn't have to worry about how they would get there.

To be honest I didn't use most of the transportation myself with the exception of at the end of the night but from what everyone told me they were polite, on time, and the vehicles were clean. They did not tack on extra hours after the event or try to make changes. You can't ask for much more and I don't have any complaints.

Our ceremony and reception were at the same site. But I needed a large bus to get the guests there from the hotel in just two trips. And then we wanted shuttles for later in the evening to take the guests back to the hotel on the every half hour. When I called, the women suggested we do two contracts with them to make it less expensive--so I wouldn't be stuck with renting a big bus for the whole day--big cost saver! I was very impressed. And the driver was great--very professional. I highly recommend.

Jessica was our coordinator and she was fabulous to deal with! She and the drivers were so nice and polite! We saved hundreds of dollars by going with Windy City, also. Hands down, the best rates. We rented a 39 passenger bus for three hours one way for about $350. Ride home, 3 more hours rented for the same price, both waited onsite at multipme stops with us. Best prices around and their busses are VERY nice! The drivers were early, waited patiently for us on both trips, and got us exactly where we needed to go flawlessly! Price, professionalism, and friendliness, what more could we have asked for. Would definitely recommend and will do business again!

We rented 4 limo buses for 3 different timeframes and this company exceeded our expectations. Having larger vehicles allowed us to transport many out of town guests who were unfamiliar with the city. It also allowed us to continue the party/celebrations while traveling from one venue to another.

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs something a little more than just the routine limousine. And the price was extremely affordable.

We had two Windy City buses for our wedding. They were perfect. The drivers that we had were so nice and very professional. We got married right after the blizzard and with the snow still piled up, our driver was very helpful getting thru all the snow. Our transportation was perfect and within our budget. During my research for transportation windy City had the size fleet I needed for the best price. Our bus driver, Joe Taylor, was professional and timely. We didnt have any issues with directions or being late. Dave at Windy City was a delight to work with; he really knows his stuff and how to arrange the transportation to get the best deal.

We had a bus to take guests from the hotel to the church and than from the church to the reception. We also had a bus for our extended family from the church to the reception. We had a early bus (for the old folks) back to either the hotel or the church and a late bus (after the reception) back to either the church or the hotel.

Having heard horror stories of transportation not showing up I was a little nervous but Dave spoke with such confidence and told me not to worry, that I put all thoughts of transportation horrors out of my mind. The buses got the guests to the church on time and the 2 buses were waiting outside the church after the ceremony and the early and late bus got everyone back to where they belonged.

It was great not to even have to think about the transportation being a problem.

We booked a shuttle van from the hotel to the wedding ceremony/reception site so that guests could drink without having to worry about driving. I didn't take the shuttle myself, but the guests indicated that everything went off without a hitch. The driver was prompt and everything went well. I greatly appreciated that Windy City Limo lowered the minimum booking time - usually they require a 3 hour minimum but they lowered it to a 2-hr minimum for us because we only needed the shuttle for the beginning of the night before the ceremony, then at the end of the reception, and were going to contract for 2 bookings (we didn't want to pay for a driver to be sitting around all night) and it meant that we only had to pay for 4 hours of service instead of 6. That was really great of them, and ended up saving us a few hundred dollars. I would definitely recommend.

They were on-time, clean, and the shuttle driver even drove back when one of the groomsmen left his vest on the party bus. They charged us about $1000 for the party bus (4 hours) and about $800 for a shuttle bus (7 hours). Totally reasonable and really great service.

Klaudia was a great help in picking the perfect transportation for my guests and when another vendor fell through for my bridal party transportation, she worked above and beyond to provide us with an excellent alternative. The drivers were fantastic and professional as well. Because there was a slight hiccup with the pick up and drop off schedule for the guest transportation, Klaudia made it right by providing us with a credit (something she definitely did not have to do). Made sure the volume of the music was acceptable, the temperature, everything. We were supposed to leave the hotel at 2PM to head to the ceremony and the limo driver was waiting outside at 1:45 for us. Such a weight off the brides shoulder knowing she won't be late to her wedding! :)

Used Windy City for a Town Car with my new husband from our wedding in the suburbs to our hotel in downtown Chicago. It was late in the evening, but our car was right on time, very clean and very professional...they didn't charge us extra because it was a late pick-up time either, unlike other limo services. Would definitely use them again.

Reliable Transport

We originally were not planning on needing same-day wedding transport, so only reached out to various vendors for quotes about 60 days before the wedding. Our options were limited, but Windy City Limousine had the lowest quote for the size of bus that we needed. We were a little disappointed that they required a 6-hour minimum charge, since we only needed service for about 3.5 hours. But it was nice that it was all-inclusive, including tip, and it was still less than the quote for similar size buses for 4 hours, so it was good value. They were easy to work with and ultimately did a great job day of. The driver arrived well in advance of the start time, and was fine to wait for us to be ready since we were still taking pictures. She took us around to multiple stops around the Loop, doing a great job navigating traffic and finding places to drop us off for pictures. The bus was also clean and perfectly air conditioned and comfy, and well-stocked with water. Also had bluetooth so we could play music. Would definitely recommend.

Great driver

Our driver was excellent and super helpful—he even gave us ideas for impromptu places to stop for more photos! The office team quickly handled any administrative issues that came up (there was a miscommunication about the timing and billing but it was easily patched up).

Wonderful Timely Transportation

The Windy City Limo company was recommended to us from our wedding coordinator, and after our initial phone call with them I knew this was the company for us. We had to provide transportation for all of our guests, and Windy City Limo made that entire process so easy. The drivers were nothing but the most professional and kind people, and I can not say enough nice things about them. Our limo driver, Michael, was so attentive to myself and my wife, and he went as far as helping her make sure her dress never touched the ground when she got out of the limo. This company should be your go to wedding transportation!

We used Windy City Limousine for our July 2017 wedding and had a wonderful experience. We worked with Klaudia to confirm the details, and she was very accommodating as we had several changes once we confirmed the guest count. We rented a 23 person bus for the wedding party to drive around the city to take wedding photos, and then two additional 56 passenger busses to transport guests from our Michigan Avenue hotel to our South Shore Cultural Center venue. They drivers were on time and kind to our guests. They made several trips back and forth throughout the evening and everything went perfectly.

Klaudia from Windy City was so easy and pleasant to work with and made our experience very stress-free. We booked two buses to transport our wedding guests to and from our venue, and she was very responsive to all of our questions and helped us pick the right combination of buses for the size of our wedding. The company also sent us the contact info of the drives beforehand, and confirmed details with us a few times to make sure everything was correct. The day of, the shuttles were prompt and I only heard positive feedback from my guests about the transportation. We highly recommend Windy City for couples looking for wedding shuttles.

We hired Windy City Limo to provide SUV transportation services for us (bride and groom) and our two photographers for ‘first look’ photos around Chicago. Our driver, Kayle, was on-time and professional. The vehicle used was clean and very well kept. We hadn’t let Windy City Limo know the planned stops beforehand and this was no problem – Kayle knew the city well and had no issue getting us to each stop. Overall, we had a very smooth experience with Windy City Limo.

We were very happy with our Windy City Limo experience. They arrived promptly and safely transported all 19 of us where we needed to go. I have had other positive experiences with this company, which made me feel confident in our selection. My only issue was that they sent us a bus (that seemed to be sub-contracted from another company) whose air conditioning wasn't working properly. We were pretty warm for the 20-minute ride to the church, however they sent a "chase car" to the church to fix the bus, which ensured the rest of the ride was comfortable. So although there was a hiccup, they solved it promptly and professionally.

We have used Windy City Limo for several events and have always been extremely satisfied with the value and service they provide. We have used the party busses for bachelorette parties and weddings. Easy to work with!

Windy City was recommended by my wedding planner and made my wedding day transportation very seamless. It is expensive, but it's worth it not to have to worry about how you and your guests are getting around town. Customer service was knowledgeable and responsive, and I was able to make most changes up until 5 days before. Drivers were great! On time and no issues.

Good Experience!

We are happy choosing Windy City for our wedding day transportation! The party bus was a great choice for our party of 13 adults. We had plenty of space, the bus was clean & our driver was very nice/accommodating! Very happy with our experience!
