    Beautiful Rentals & Extremely Helpful Staff

    Windswept truly helped make our wedding day exceptional! They were extremely responsive and helpful with all of my ideas and questions and helped bring our wedding day vision to life. They were the most reasonably priced of all the rental vendors we heard from. We couldn't have been happier with their rentals and service.

    Windswept Made Rentals Easy!

    We were recommended Windswept through our wedding planners (Wanderlust Events) and they were the absolute perfect team to implement our dream tent wedding/reception setup! Mary Linn worked with us multiple times over the year prior to the wedding, including herself and a couple members of their team making site visits and tweaks to the plan all the way up to the day of! We managed to hit the one rainy and chilly day this May and they still delivered - making sure to install slidable tent walls and bring heaters (which came in handy!).

    The tent, chairs, tables, bars, etc (photo credit: Hannah Barlow Photography) were all PERFECT and the team that set everything up were incredible - fast, friendly, & efficient. Windswept went over the top to make sure the rentals for our wedding day were absolutely perfect and for that we cannot thank or recommend them highly enough!!

    Amazing Rentals & Amazing Staff!

    I can not recommend Windswept enough! We rented a ton of equipment from them for our outdoor wedding reception including 2 large tents, tables, chairs, and a 3 stall restroom trailer. We were extremely pleased with the quality and appearance of the rentals. Additionally, the staff who helped set things up and break things down after the reception were nothing short of amazing! We will definitely be using Windswept for any future events we may host and highly, highly recommend them to others.

    Windswept provided the tent, tables, chairs, linens, air conditioned port-a-potties, and glassware for our outdoor wedding. They were really easy to work with and very accommodating. The crew showed up exactly on time to set up - and same again with the tear down. Working with them definitely helped to make our wedding go smoothly!

    My wedding was on a Sunday and when I booked the date, I hadn't considered that many rental places are closed then and I'd have to pay a substantial extra delivery/pick-up fee for renting a dance floor - some companies quoted me as high as $800 just for this (in addition to the cost of the dance floor rental). I found that Windswept was the most affordable of the 4 or so companies I contacted, and Cheyenne was responsive and easy to work with during planning. My venue didn't include champagne flutes, so I added that on to my rental as well for an affordable price. Shortly before the wedding, I decided to increase the size of the dance floor even though I hadn't changed my guest count - and I'm really glad I did! Cheyenne had suggested sizes for me and I was going towards the smaller end of that, but I would recommend going bigger rather than smaller. The floor was set up in the correct place when I arrived, and they arrived right on time for pick-up as well. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience renting from Windswept!

    We utilized Windswept Rentals for our tent, restroom trailers, chairs, and water goblets for our wedding. We were so pleased with the professionalism and quality of the products we received. Leading up to the wedding, Windswept was a HUGE help in determining set up and placement of all products. The time Rachael spent with us and knowledge she shared was very appreciated and our wedding would not have turned out the way it did without her. You cannot underestimate the knowledge these companies gain by living and experiencing situations involving their products. We were so glad to have Rachael guide us with her expertise! The tent was phenomenal.. very clean and beautiful! The Windswept staff was professional and efficient. The restroom trailer was BEAUTIFUL! Our guests loved it! The water goblets and cocktail tables were perfect.. Windswept - THANK YOU SO MUCH!

    We were shocked to find out that windswept promotions was willing to travel 6 hours to help us out with our wedding. They were amazing! The two guys that they sent to set everything up (and later take everything down) were super nice and friendly! Everyone at the wedding thought that the bathroom (Porta Lisa) was "the most beautiful bathroom" and could not stop talking about it. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat!

    We ordered simple white linens for our wedding reception tables from Windswept Rentals. It was easy to get in touch with someone to figure out what type and size table cloths we would need and even easier to make changes to our order a few weeks before. When the order was dropped off, a few linens were missing, but they quickly brought us everything that was missing with plenty of time to decorate the missed tables.

    Very happy with everything and we would definitely recommend using them.

    We used Windswept Rentals for an outdoor tent wedding in September. We rented a sailcloth tent which everyone loved. Everything was in excellent condition and setup was handled extremely professionally. I would use them again.

    Windswept provided us with our tent, chairs, water goblets, plates, silverware, table linens and restroom trailers for our wedding. The people we worked with were professional and flexible. I was hesitant to use a trailer as our restroom, but it was actually air conditioned and clean. We received many compliments on the tent, and it was beautiful! Overall, I am very pleased with Windswept and would use them in the future!

    The people at Windswept were very nice and easy to plan with for our big day! They had a great selection of items to choose from, including an old-fashioned ice cream cart, which we used for our dessert reception! Compared to other vendors I believe there prices are very similar, I am just one that likes to save as much money as possible, so when it was out of our budget to get tents, we got creative. Definately the rental place to call for great service and a friendly helping hand!

    I rented a tent, tables and chairs, a dance floor, fans and a trailer restroom for my outdoor wedding reception to host ~275 people. It made for a beautiful venue. Throughout the process the staff was great at returning my calls and emails promptly. The service was great, the product was great, but the price seems incredibly high. They also seemed to want to keep finding reasons to add on expenses- for instance, the week of the wedding when I contacted them to confirm the time they had tentatively talked to us about set up, I was told that to ensure that it was set up that day, I would have to pay an additional $500 to hire a separate team for that job. Also, to set up the rental chairs that were already expensive, it is an additional $ amount per chair to be set up. After the amount that we had already been paying for their services, I found this request to be ridiculous and very frustrating being that we had already discussed a set up with no mention of additional fees.
    Overall, you will be very happy with the quality of what you get here, but it is at a pretty high premium.

    Windswept was great to work with and the items were all of very high quality. This would be a 5 star review but they did not tell me how important it would be to schedule a preferred delivery time when I booked with them a year before my wedding. The week before I found out that my rental were not supposed to arrive until LATE on Friday which would not work because we had to decorate Friday from 12-4. Windswept ended up overnighting the linens that I needed to get started but it cost me an extra $55 after already spending nearly 2K with the company. However, I did appreciate that they did that as opposed to the $250 fee required to guarantee a delivery time.

    We used windswept for linen rentals at our reception. I was pleasantly surprised at the broad selection of colors, fabrics and styles that were available. They were very polite and easy to work with in developing a package that fit our budget and the formal look we were looking for. They were also very accommodating in that our rental was over a holiday and they allowed us to return the items the a day later than normal. My only complaint is that when I booked the order, I confirmed several times that we would be able to make changes up to the week before the wedding. However, when that time came, I was informed that the employee I had booked with was no longer employed there and that changes were now required to be made 1 month before the event date. They would not refund any money or allow any changes which resulted in us paying for 50 linen sets that went unused.

    Wedding at Horizon View Farms

    They were very responsive during the engagement time/planning process and worked with me on different CAD plans as they months/days got closer and the guest count and plan was set up. They even had tiny chairs and a small long table for our idea of a “kids table” where we had crayons and things to color. Windswept delivered to Horizon View Farms the Tuesday before the wedding. We arrived on Friday to begin setting up for our Sunday brunch wedding. By then a lot of the tables were covered in bird feces and urine in the barn so in one of our errands we bought multiple containers of disinfecting wipes to clean everything and set up the tables with covers over it since HVF is a DIY venue. They also did not have the correct number of chairs at each guest table and the banquet tables, DJ table, etc. was not where they should have been so it was a lot of moving things around for my husband and I before we could set up. They were aware that we were serving donuts, coffee, and tea at the ceremony site in the woods for the pre-ceremony which is why we asked Windswept to place one 6-foot table there. The coordinator told us to ask them to place one table in the woods. Instead, it was left in the barn. Having no help at the venue (no staff for events) we weren’t sure what to do, but luckily our friends came up with a truck and helped move the table to the ceremony site the night before. Unfortunately, I found Windswept unresponsive when I had more questions a week before the wedding, the Friday before the wedding when we arrived (most likely because payments were already made two weeks prior when I called to remind them), and they did not set up the tables correctly. They were also more expensive had we been able to choose a rental company. Overall considering the hiccups the value was not there for the amount of work and rearranging that needed to be done on the client’s part. Good customer service is being responsive at least until the conclusion of the event for an event rentals company.
