Working with Eileen was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. She is a true creative genius with impeccable taste and an extraordinary ability to understand your vision—even when you’re not quite sure how to put it into words yourself. She takes the Pinterest boards, the scattered Instagram screen grabs, the “I think I want something like this” moments, and organizes them into something cohesive and unique to you.
She sees both the big picture and the smallest details—it’s truly remarkable. Eileen is incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions, talk through ideas, and create designs. You are not a nameless client - she takes on your wedding as if it was her own and makes you feel validated and important. Best of all, she brings a calming and confident presence to a process that often feels anything but calm!
We also appreciated her ability to work within our budget. She helps you prioritize, offering honest feedback on where to invest and where you can scale back without compromising the overall vision. And her talent with florals deserves its own spotlight—Eileen creates the most stunning arrangements and knows exactly how to maximize every dollar to make a breathtaking impact. Again, her knowledge about different stems and guidance on choices were critical for those of us with little knowledge about flowers.
If you’re looking for someone who will bring your wedding dreams to life, work tirelessly on your behalf and make the journey joyful, organized, and inspiring—Eileen is that person. She loves weddings! and won’t stop until she’s satisfied that it’s perfect! She exceeded every expectation, and we are endlessly grateful. -

Trying to design a wedding with a daughter very far from home felt overwhelming. Eileen's ability to hear both of our hopes and expectations and create a unified and dreamy day made the whole experience wonderful. Her experience, creativity and willingness to help us pivot as we needed to, allowed me to relax and trust the process. She went above and beyond to make sure each detail in the design process was on target and allowed us to merge our traditions and vision into the day we hoped for. I would 100% recommend her design services to anyone wanting to cultivate a unique and dreamy day. -

Stop searching! You will not find anyone better!
I cannot sing enough praises for Windsor & Willow!
Starting with the communication, Eileen has the wonderful gift of deciphering what you want from (in my case) very little precedents. The end result: our wedding was even more beautiful than I could even imagine- across details big and small!
Eileen is also such a joy to work session with, bringing so many thoughtful and creative ideas. Despite working with her across multiple time zones, she was always full of energy and willing to give whatever time the task took!
Windsor & Willow will also advocate for you and make you feel taken care of in the months prior to the wedding and on your wedding day. Eileen and Robin are experts at managing and communicating with people and that is very handy when a vendor inevitably doesn’t corporate or when you need another advocate dealing with a family member. I was nervous that I was going to be so stressed out day of, but I couldn’t have been more relaxed. Not to say that everything ran perfectly smooth (there is always a snag), but Windsor and Willow came prepared! They are quick on their feet and you will certainly not even know the concern until it is discussed post wedding!
The quality is something that leaves all your guests noticing! Every detail is thought through and you can FEEL it. I truly don’t know how else describe the quality but pure magic!
With backgrounds like Eileen, Robin, and team, you can rest assured you are in the hands of professionals! They utilize good planning programs, are well organized, smart, creative and kind people.
At their core they are PEOPLE people and that makes all the difference planning a day as important as your wedding! -

Most genuine, determined, and gracious people!
I couldn’t thank Windsor and Willow enough for the work they put into my wedding. My wife and I felt like we were in a dream throughout the whole wedding process and stepped into a fairy tale the day of our wedding. My wedding angels!
Working with Eileen and the team at Windsor & Willow was everything I could have expected and MORE. I was engaged for 2.5 years total, planned our wedding from out of town, and ended up pushing it out a year due to Covid (April 2020 to April 2021). Every step of the way Eileen offered recommendations, encouraged me, and calmed my many fears and anxieties. She is both an amazing wedding planner and the kindest, most thoughtful human. On top of that, her design & floral taste and execution was impeccable and flawless - I knew what direction/theme/aesthetic I wanted and Eileen brought it to life so beautifully. I used both W&W for planning and design & florals and it was perfect. The team handled every detail - I felt so supported and taken care of in the entire process (including a venue change 12 weeks before the wedding!) and on the day of. I couldn't recommend the W&W team enough. They were truly my wedding angels and I don't know what I would have done without them! -

This team didn’t just plan our wedding.... They walked with me through engagement, to the rehearsal dinner, and sent me into marriage with my sweet husband, and a lifetime to look forward to. Professional, organized, AMAZING
My husband and I are SO thankful for the Windsor and Willow team! Eileen Sommi and Katelyn Ross did the most outstanding job helping us create our perfect wedding day! From the leadership and guidance they gave us when we picked out our vendors, to creating the most BEAUTIFUL flower arrangements, to the rehearsal and our actual wedding, they did everything to make sure our special day ran smooth. Our wedding was an absolute blast and we couldn’t have done it without Eileen and Katelyn with Windsor and Willow! Taylor and I love you both so much!! -

Windsor and Willow are a MUST!!!
Eileen, Robin, and Kaitlyn at Windsor and Willow are the DREAM TEAM! They provided both florals and wedding planning for us which included budgeting, suggesting and organizing vendors, creating the wedding weekend timeline, setting up and breaking down the venue, designing table layouts and place setting, and so much more! When meeting with W&W for the first time, I had no idea how to plan a wedding and was worried I would neglect little details. Eileen and her team put all my worries to rest by walking me through every step and encouraging me to reach out to them anytime I had a question.
Being a 2020 bride, we were faced with unprecedented challenges due to COVID-19. My husband and I had so many questions and concerns about what to do during this time, and Eileen was there with us through it all. Not only did she prepare backup plan A, B, and C, but she also emotionally supported us when we thought we would have to cancel the wedding entirely. Eileen was adamant that her top priorities throughout this process were our happiness and the safety and well-being of our guests. Because of Windsor and Willow, we were able to have the wedding of our dreams while strictly following Tennessee’s guidelines and ensuring everyone’s health.
W&W really became like family throughout this process. From the minute I woke up on our wedding day to the minute I left the venue, I was not worried about a thing because I trusted in W&W, and the day was absolutely seamless. They truly made our day a magical one, and I am forever grateful for all they have done for my husband and I! If you’re considering W&W, do it!! You won’t regret it!! -

Eileen has an exceptional eye for detail and was always ready to try new and different ideas to give you a unique look in floral arrangements! She helped us with so many details on the wedding day that we had not thought about. She had everything organized the day of the wedding which gave us relief knowing those details were something we did not have to be concerned about!!! The flowers were absolutely stunning!
Would Highly Recommend Windsor and Willow for any floral needs!!
