We had our wedding at Windows on the River this past September! It was so amazing! I think Windows without decorations is so pretty with the exposed brick and tall windows. We had our wedding in the Bridgeview Room and at night with the windows lit up it is so pretty, we didn't need a lot of extra decorations. Everyone at Windows is so easy to work with. I must have exchanged about over 100 e-mails with Molly, our coordinator and was always so prompt and responsive to all my questions. Their food is so good, we had so many people comment on how amazing the food is and what big size portions you get. I am so glad we had our Wedding at Windows on the River!

WOTR did a fantastic job for our daughters wedding reception. The food was fantastic and Molly was great to work with! We had a cocktail reception at the Aquarium which everyone loved!

Amazing venue! We were so pleased with the accommodations and the friendly and professional staff. They went above and beyond our expectations. All of our guests raved about the food and service!

Windows on the River was an amazing venue. It looks, and feels so different than the typical hotel ballroom. The room was beautifully decorated, which was an additional saving for our budget. The staff was professional from our first meeting through the event. We absolutely loved the food, it was even better than at the tasting event. Many guests commented that it was some of the best food they'd had at a wedding. It was a great value, the linens, alcohol, cake, appetizers, and even the ice sculpture were part of the price, which made it incredibly easy to plan. Thank you everyone that made our daughter's wedding so fun and beautiful! You are the best!

Windows was absolutely wonderful to work with. Flexible as far as menu, options and accessories could go. Very reasonably priced with high quality food and service.

Everything was perfect for our wedding. We worked with Bobbi, who was more then attentive and helpful. The day went off without a hitch, the food was delicious, the service was amazing, and Windows is beautiful. Anyone looking for a beautiful place to get married in downtown Cleveland this is the place to have it!!!

I have always loved Windows on the River (WOTR). I had attended a luncheon there many years ago and had remembered the amazing view of the river and of downtown Cleveland. Our reception was in the City View Room which is lined with amazing ceiling high windows. It truly is breathtaking! Inside the room is a balcony level which we utilized for cocktail hour. It worked out perfectly and gave the room more dimension. We also utilized the outdoor patio for some nighttime cocktails. It was beautiful with the city skyline in the background. The wait staff at Windows on the River was absolutely amazing. They were prompt, polite, and did not rush us with our meals or cocktails. They were quick to refill any water or wine glasses and were also quick to bring refills on cocktails. I received multiple compliments on the amazing staff at WOTR. I could not be happier with my reception choice and the memories we have shared at WOTR.

I knew that I wanted to have my wedding at Windows on the River after we attended a family friend's wedding there. It was so beautiful and unique that I was captivated! We were worried about the cost of having our wedding downtown and what I assumed a high price for WoTR. After researching and visiting other locations, the price per plate was very reasonable in comparison to other places such as La Malfa and Quail Hallow. We worked with Kris Jones and she was very receptive and helpful. WoTR offers multiple packages, but they allowed us to create our own with only the items we wanted, which helped to reduce the cost. Everyone at Windows was so kind and helpful. We were allowed to view the venue whenever we wanted and were welcome to come on a Friday or Saturday morning to see how it was set up for a wedding. The tasting was excellent. We were kept in the know about the renovations they were making, which turned out wonderfully; the venue is even more beautiful and modern. We were allowed to bring in our decorations a week in advance, and with instructions written on the boxes, the staff set up all of our decorations and centerpieces exactly how we wanted. They were also very helpful when needing to add, change, and remove meals just two days before the wedding. Kathy was on hand the night of our wedding and was absolutely wonderful! She helped to keep me calm and made sure everything went off without a hitch. The food was excellent! We got so many compliments from our guests. It was great that they served the children's meals earlier and had the salads pre-plated, so no one was hungry while doing the speeches etc. The food was hot and not overdone. Nothing tasted like it was microwaved. Kathy told us that at 6:30 the chef was just started to cook everything--this made the food taste wonderfully as it was not sitting around all day or reheated. The staff, bartenders, and servers couldn't have been better. The night was wonderful, and we couldn't have been happier!

We were fortunate to work with Molly for our reception in the City View Room. She and the staff at Windows on the River were very helpful in the planning process. Molly was very receptive to our requests and made sure everything was set up well ahead of time. We were lucky to have excellent weather and were able to host the cocktail hour on the patio at sunset, which our guests loved. The food selections were delicious - everyone was very happy with their entree selections. We were also really impressed with the venue's professionalism - especially with their handling of the decorations and gifts.

Windows on the River did an amazing job having our wedding! They really went out of there way to make sure our day was perfect! Everything looked amazing and the room was breathtaking! All ofthe servers did an amazing job! They were all so polite and my guest were more than happy! The food at Windows was to die for! The food was my biggest selling point for me! I think good food is a must have for a wedding! The food and the beauty of windows was just perfect! I worked with Bobbi for our wedding and she really was amazing! She was always there if I had any questions and she made this process easy! Thank you Bobbi! Thank you to all if the people at Windows who made our special day perfect! Everyone told me my day wouLd not be perfect, something will go wrong, well I can honestly say nothing went wrong everything was amazing and perfect!!! Thank you! Window you wee the best!!!!

Awesome venue for a wedding. We had 300 people attending and they loved the view. Food was excellent and staff was attentive. We worked with Kris Jones and she was really great to work with through the process.

I am so pleased we choose this unique place for our wedding reception! They set up everything just how we had explained and everything was beautiful! All of our guests loved the delicious food and how quick it was plated for everyone. Also, they made sure we were enjoying ourselves through the entire evening and made everything go smoothly!

We used Windows on the River for both our ceremony and reception, which was a great value and made things so much easier. It is simply a beautiful venue with delicious food – everything I wanted. At first, I hesitated to try Windows because I thought it might be a cookie-cutter wedding factory, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. They are pros and they know how to make a wedding run smoothly, but they rely on your choices of how you want your wedding to look and feel. It is simply up to you – but when you aren’t sure of something, they always have helpful suggestions from their years of experience. Bobbi was our Event Coordinator and she was wonderful in helping me to plan a wedding from about 4,000 miles away. She answered all of my questions promptly and emailed pictures and documents to ease the process. The staff of Windows on our wedding day was also extraordinary. We (my husband and I) had a person from the serving/event staff assigned especially to us to make sure we had everything we needed. And the staff was so friendly and helpful that I saw my guests pulling them into their pictures! The boardwalk and river outside also make for some extraordinary pictures, both during the day and later on in the evening. And again, the food earned rave reviews! Everything, actually, got rave reviews from my guests. I’m so glad we chose Windows on the River!

Windows on the River was an amazing location to have my reception for my wedding. Kris Jones and her team were amazing at getting me what I want for my price range. The food was amazing and I have gotten compliment after compliment for what fun people had!

Windows on the River was fabulous for our reception. The wait staff was polite and friendly. It was really easy to work with our contact person before the wedding. The day of the wedding, Windows did a great job setting up all of our customized table labels, gift table, and photo table. And at the end of the night, everything was packed up for us. We didn't lift a finger. The food was delicious!

We had our ceremony and reception here. They did a great job transitioning from ceremony to reception. The food was great. The service was great. The location was beautiful. Planning the wedding from out of town was made easier because they provide many services in their wedding packages. Also, since I had a winter wedding, I was able to save a lot of money on their services.

Windows on the River in Cleveland, OH, is a wonderful reception location! I specifically worked with Molly Coyne, and she was very helpful and communicated with me through the entire process. And, it was especially hard, since I live in Chicago and was married in Cleveland (where I grew up), so there was a lot of emailing and phone calls!

Everything here was perfect! The staff, the location & ambiance, the food, the service!!! We couldn't have asked for more. Additionally, I've never heard a bad word about this place! We used it for the ceremony & reception in the City View Room. I couldn't have asked for more!

The only thing I would ask is that maybe they provide a better room for changing. It was a little cramped, but mostly just had random things from the managers etc scattered throughout the room. That's it though. Absolutely nothing else.

I worked with Molly at Windows. She was always reachable and had an answer! The night of, everyone was stunned by the room (Bridgeview). Not only was the atmosphere ideal, but the food was just as amazing as it was at the food tasting; large portions, delicious food and plenty of options. I am so glad we chose Windows as our venue!

Had an excellent all-in-one reception at Windows On The River in June 2015. Open bar, cocktail hour, 3 course meal, and wedding cake were all included in the fee. Chair dressings and other fees were extra.

Fantastic experience working with Bobbi and her team. The reception night went off without a hitch. Excellent venue with a nice skyline and water view.

Windows was a great venue. The food was amazing. Everyone had only great things to say. The only down side was our family could not step up until 2 PM on day of wedding. They said they would set-up some house centerpieces along with our centerpieces, but that did not seem to happen. The coordinator on the day of was very helpful. They let us store our decor until our family could pick up the week of, so we did not have to worry the night of the wedding moving everything. The staff was very friendly. Great wedding!

We loved having our wedding at Windows. It was a very chic and urban space, we loved the patio and the river view, and the ability to have the ceremony and reception in one place. The food was very good and the service staff was excellent, especially the manager Gene. Everything was set up as we expected and well organized at the end of the night. We would highly recommend this venue to others.

I had a daytime reception, they were the only large venue I found that offered lunch prices at lunchtime. The venue is great, everyone was very happy with the space and with the food. Planners were highly flexible and more willing to accommodate special dietary than ANY venue in Cleveland.

Our guests still rave about the quality of the food - it was fantastic.

We had a wonderful experience! There is no other venue in Cleveland that can match the uniqueness of Windows, especially the City View Room. Talk about a beautiful backdrop for pictures! The Wedding Staff is simply outstanding. We worked with Bobbi McCartney although we did have some interaction with other staff....all so patient and kind. I cannot express how much I appreciated Bobbi's patience the few times I was turning into Momzilla! The food was absolutely out of this world delicious! The best part it was all served hot, pretty impressive for a sit down dinner of 160 people. It truly was a magnificent choice for the wedding and reception!

We really enjoyed having our reception at Windows on the River. It is beyond beautiful and the room we picked (City View) had vaulted ceilings and an outdoor patio which is exactly what I wanted. Our pictures are beautiful because the hall was absolutely unique and gorgeous. We received many compliments on the food and service. Only downfall was that there was difficulty for our handicapped guests. They had to go back and forth to different ends of the building to use the elevator and get down to the room. When we asked Windows about the situation they replied with, "Our building is historic and there is nothing we can do about it." Something to consider if you have guests that are handicapped or aren't able to walk long distances/up stairs.

The staff was incredibly professional, and respectful of our ceremony and reception requests. They did everything they could to make us happy, and the sales rep that I worked with always got back to me in a timely manner. They were flexible, and the food was amazing. I got compliments on the food from so many people, and I'm still getting them today, 3 months later! Also, they give generous portions. The only thing I wish wouldve been different, is the fact that since my husband and I didn't have a lot of time to eat much (or the room in my dress haha), a take home plate would've been nice, since a couple items on our buffet menu were chosen just for our tastes. Other than that, I was impressed with the timely manner in which they handled cutting up our cake, and how they stayed out of the way during the ceremony but still oversaw to make sure all is going smooth.

Love the space. Perfect for what we wanted. Best value out of all the places we were looking at.

Windows on the River could not have been any more perfect for my wedding day! We absolutely loved the look of the place and being able to have our cocktail hour in the aquarium sold us on it. If we had to go back and re-do our wedding, we would pick Windows all over again! They were very easy to work with, the staff was excellent day of, I cannot say enough good things about the place. The price was quite great as well for a downtown venue.

Windows is a jaw-dropping venue. We're booked for the city view room for our wedding this summer and this two-story ballroom is not only unique, but elegant. The only negatives would be the communication with our point-person Kris... it seems as though I'm constantly contacting her for information that she should be giving me? Two examples of this would be me reaching out to her to see when we should book the tasting (in which she responded this month, why didn't she tell me sooner? Or try to plan this with me? What would have happened if I didn't email her about it?) and when asking about cake tastings when not receiving it at the food tasting I was informed I had to reach out to their cake vendor on my own for this (also info that would have been helpful). I was also kind of shocked at how the tasting went... as they have all of these options to choose salads, vegetables and starches yet you only get to taste the chef's choice for that day? You also only get to select 4 of the 6 entrees so taste to ultimately pick 3. How are we supposed to decide on food we haven't tasted? Otherwise the venue is worth the hassle just by how gorgeous it is I just wish I was more confident and comfortable with the communication of the planner and I hope Kris pulls everything together in the end!

We planned our wedding at Windows after many rave reviews and after visiting the site. We had never been to a function there but we were trying to find an affordable easy to deal with place that took care of everything that was also a unique and beautiful place different than the regular hall. It was everything and more. We dealt with Bobbi McCartney who returned my questions promptly and was easy to deal with. Our service that evening was wonderful. A few dinners were served cold but otherwise we didn't hear any complaints. Definetly check it out!

We were married on a friday evening and it went beautifully. There were moments that I worried about Bobbi, (our contact). I generally had to make all calls, I was a pretty easy bride, booked the place over the phone after not seeing if for about 2 years, probably only spoke to Bobbi 2-3 times. She didn't really check in with me or see how it was all going, when I asked her a question she had very to the point answers and that was it. It just made me nervous. However, she helped handle everything beautifully, I couldn't have asked for things to go more smoothly. Food was supurb! Portions were huge, everything was wonderful! Very well done by all staff~~ I have recommended this to many brides and will continue to do so. It is so nice your price point includes everything except a photographer, a DJ, and extras you may want to add. It makes it so easy if you are a busy bride.

We had both our ceremony and reception at WOTR! Fantastic! The evening was wonderful! The food was absolutely amazing, perfect urban setting! My guests continually have commented on the quality of the food, the terrific service from the wait staff, the setting, you name it! The 3.5 out of 5 for responsiveness comes from lack of communication during the planning stages with my contact. I felt that I was always contacting her for the next steps. Not once did she contact me! Once I had her attention though, she was able to address my needs. Others were available to answer my questions, but my contact was a little slow on the call backs, etc. (this also lends to the 4.5 professionalism)They were extremely flexible regarding their menu options. They have a few wedding packages to choose from, and one did not fit exactly what we were looking for. WOTR adjusted the package to fit our needs! It is not an inexpensive venue for sure, but you get what you pay for! The quality was outstanding.

Windows on the River was an ideal location for our wedding - right by the Cuyahoga river, good service, helpful staff, and a simply beautiful location! Though, because I am easygoing, there were a couple misunderstandings that, if my contact there would have informed me about beforehand, would have helped the day go a little more smoothly. Nothing major, just a little hitch to the day. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant, though!

Windows on the River is a beautiful venue for a great value. When we first saw pictures of the space, we were hooked... we knew this was our venue. The brick walls, high ceilings in the City View Room, the gorgeous windows - it the industrial, city vibe we were going for. Leading up to the event, Bobbi was very helpful and responsive, always being in touch within a few days and then even faster when the event got closer. They do have very specific menu options and other things built into specific packages, but were willing to accommodate dietary restrictions and upgrade requests for additional fees. On the day of, their event manager did come up to me at one point to say there was some kind of problem - which was annoying since she had been working with our Day of Coordinators all afternoon. Why bother the bride when she has hired coordinators to assist with any mishaps? Other than that, the guests raved about the gorgeous venue and the food - we've had so many people tell us it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Thank you, WOTR, for the event of a lifetime!

Windows on the River truly made my wedding dream come true. I really wanted someplace different and special for my wedding - not your typical run of the mill ballroom, but a place where guests would "ooh" and "awe" at the beautiful setting. The City View room at Windows was truly magical. Not only was it beautiful because of the two-story windows overlooking the river and the Cleveland Skyline, but the food was delicious and the customer service was fantastic. I have guests raving about how it was the best wedding food they've ever tasted (go with the phyllo triangles, hibachi chicken and crab cakes for the appetizers!) I also LOVED that they throw everything in one package, including the cake! It made planning so much easier. I would highly, highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a unique and spectacular place for your wedding.

I am so happy we decided to have our wedding ceremony and reception at Windows on the River. Our guests loved the venue and thought it was such a unique and fun place to have a wedding/reception. Our guests raved about the amazing food and the servers were wonderful! We purposely had our ceremony before the event started next door so our ceremony would not be disrupted. We also did not hear any noise from the staff (previous reviews mentioned the staff being loud as their ceremony took place). We had about 135 people at our wedding and the upstairs area was the perfect size, I couldn’t image more than 150 in the upstairs area for cocktail hour. Overall, we had a great experience and I am so happy we chose Windows on the River.

We were thrilled with all of the exceptional service that Windows and their staff provided. Throughout the planning process, their event staff walked us through the entire selection process, offered a free tasting of all of the food, were able to cater to a few special requests and continued to show their professionalism throughtout the reception.

The patio outside could have used a little work, but by the time the sun went down, no one noticed it's lack of upkeep. The staff quietly closed the all-inclusive bars down without letting anyone know which lead us to believe it was a small cost savings for them to avoid the last call rush. After brought to the banquet managers attention, he protested but allowed us to open the bar on a personal tab so we could have the official last call. After spending all that money for the reception how are a few extra drinks for some party-goers going to cost them?

I'm still hearing comments about how great the "wedding food" was, and I have to agree that everything tasted great. Their staff was able to carry out all of our special requests and even helped load up the cars at the end of the night. Overall, the experience with Windows and their staff was quite positive.

We had our ceremony/reception in the City View room at Windows on the River, and it was gorgeous. The service the day of was fantastic - the staff moved quickly and efficiently and the food was delicious. I loved having everything included in the package; it made our lives easier and less stressful. This is a great venue for an easygoing couple that goes with the flow. Occasionally, it took a couple days to receive a response to an email. Our Friday night package was a great value, and I loved the ease of the venue.

The venue is absolutely beautiful and the quality of the food is excellent. The packages include a lot so that your wedding planning can be stress free. The contact person for our big night was excellent and very responsive to our needs. I do think it is a little overpriced. We also had an issue with parking because they give out tickets and did not let us know that. However, overall I found them to be great to work with and Bobbi, who was our main contact, was great!

Wonderful to work with! Any questions I had we would e-mail each other back and forth very quickly!!! They were willing to work with our ideas and anything we wanted to do. Price was extremly reasonable compared to other halls. Place had awesome view and was beautiful! Food was GREAT!!!! Everyone loved it!!! Lots of package options. Cake was even included so we didn't have to worry about that. We were able to taste everything and pick out what we wanted. We couldn't have picked a better place to have our reception!!! Would recommend to anyone!

Overall Windows was a great place to have our reception. The food was fantastic and the setting is great. I am happy that we choose Windows for our reception.
A few specific details I had requested prior to the reception were not followed through on. I know that none of the guests probably noticed but it bothered me that night and I really wish I wouldn't have had to worry about it. I worked with Kris and she was always helpful, not always the most prompt with responses but I eventually got the information I needed. My only other concern was that we were told some of the servers were not very friendly.

I knew way before I was engaged that I wanted an urban wedding, in a tad bit industrial setting and with a killer view of the Cleveland skyline. I was SO HAPPY to find Windows on the River. Initially, I thought they were way out of budget, but I was planning a February wedding so we had the option of the Signature package (winter wedding package). This discounted rate is also available all year around on Friday and Sunday's. Everything was gorgeous and exactly how I imagined my wedding would be! Everyone who worked their was very helpful and responsive to my questions and needs, especially Molly Coyne!

We used the Greater Cleveland Aquarium for our ceremony and Windows for our reception and they were both perfect for our special day! The aquarium is partnered with windows, and seeing as the aquarium is brand new and windows has been there for years, it is a great partnership. Windows staff and aquarium staff worked hard together the day of to make everything go off without a hitch, and they did an amazing job! The only criticism I have is that it was sometimes hard to get ahold of our main contacts for both venues. I would write an email and sometimes wouldn't get a response for a week or so. But seeing as the aquarium was so brand spanking new, I cut them all some slack. The day of was perfect!

Windows was a dream location for my wedding. Luckily we could afford it in the off season. The packages were a pretty good value, and I had no problems really with planning the wedding. There was a bit of a miscommunication the day of the wedding. I had dropped some decorations off earlier in the week and no one told the manager on duty the day of the wedding, but once I let her know where everything was she got right to it and set it all up perfectly for us. They took care of everything from room set up, centerpieces, they even folded the escort cards for us! Overall I really have no complaints on anything that happened.

Overall it was a great experience, I think it would have been even better if I did not have a wedding planner getting in the way. They were willing to set up center pieces, layout favors, use the centerpieces they were giving me on cocktail tables. The bar tenders were great.

We had some trouble with communicating but again I would say that is due to having the wedding planner in the middle.

Our cake was great and awesome but that was thorugh Wild Flour in Cleveland.

I loved the location. The only complaints that I have are that during dinner the servers rushed the salads and dinners by coming around asking guests if they were finished when there was still food on the plate and they had their forks in hand! Also, my wedding was January 1st and when I looked at the venue in December over year before my date there were Christmas decorations up and I had asked for them to be taken down for my event. They said, no problem... but sure enough... the decorations did not come down. I was a bit disappointed with that. For all the money we spent on the location they should have at least had the decorations down like they said they would be.

Windows REALLY came through on the day of my wedding! People RAVED about the food... they flipped our ceremony/reception room so fast and servers/bartenders were staffed and ready to ensure my guests had enough food and drink to their hearts content. You can tell that they do these events every weekend and run like a well oiled machine! The only complaint I would have is that I didn't feel confident until the day of unfortunately. As mentioned in other reviews, my point person did make me feel a bit like I was hassling them when asking questions and I had to reach out to ensure I had everything squared away, when it would have been helpful for them to do that, as I was juggling so many things at once. However, my friends and family were super impressed with the entire day and so was I.... I think that with a bit more of a friendly, flexible and personal touch, I would have given them a full 5 star rating. At the end of the day - I am over the moon with both my groom and how our wedding went... one happy customer :) Thank you!!!!!

Overall, we were very happy with our reception at Windows. The food is excellent. Kris was our contact person, and she was often very difficult to get in touch with, and was very slow on replying to emails, but eventually got our questions answered. The service during the reception was fair- wine service was VERY delayed with dinner. Most people were done eating by the time the wine service came through. We had paid extra to use the patio for our cocktail hour, however they failed to set the patio up with linens and a bar so the cocktail hour ended up being inside. They did end up refunding us the money for this though. Theresa, our event hostess for the night, was great- she checked in with us to see if we needed anything, and was sure to apologize numerous times for the lighting issues during the evening (the lights over the dance floor were unable to be dimmed so were bright, while the lights over the dinner tables went only into an off and on postition after dinner so they were off instead of being dimmed). The room was beautiful, with an amazing view, and while the patio was set for use, we still had access to it which our guests really enjoyed on a beautiful summer night. Any issues we had were so minor that we would definitely recommened Windows on the River for a beautiful reception venue.

I attended a wedding there Sunday August 25, 2021. The Venue is very beautiful. However my server when reaching to put salad or bread on our plate coughed in my face. I said are you freaking kidding me right now she replied was you don't have nothing to worry about I'm ok. With everything going on now I'm scared because I don't know about my health now. I will not be attending any events there. The lack of respect itself even if covid wasn't around is alarming.

The food was excellent. Working with Molly was great. Was dissapointed the night of with the service of the waiters. They also told guests that they ran out of what they ordered. There was a leak in the ceiling.

Venue is second to none with how beautiful it is.

They dont coordinate any part of the day- they just do food and set up of linens. they dont do centerpieces or anything.
Security was top notch the night of the wedding, however the staff that was there tried to tell us we only had the room until 9:30 when our contract clearly said 10pm
Id recommend this venue solely for the City View Room architechture and the quality of the food.
Don't expect much from the staff with flexibility and friendliness.
You can tell they book weddings all the time and aren't very invested in making your day special

Was not flexible when we asked to switch dates 5 months out from the wedding. Did not even try to work with us and stated that they were keeping our entire deposit unless the room got rebooked.

I have a lot of mixed feelings about Windows. They advertise as having event planning professionals but that really wasn't the case. Even after making our initial deposit nobody called to tell us what the first step was or what to expect down to the week before the wedding they never went out of their way to contact us unless we called or to give a reminder of an upcoming payment. It was not unusual to make several phone calls and emails before getting our questions answered. Thankfully I hired an outside coordinator. Our contract had listed a candy table set up that we didn't even mention we were doing, make sure to review the details because they didn't keep it all straight. They tried to change our rehearsal day and time two days before the wedding and are overall unorganized. Thankfully I wasn't a high maintenance bride. The venue is beautiful and the staff the day of the wedding were great and very efficient and the food was excellent. Just the planning leading up to the day had me nervous about how everything would go. Also, it was VERY hot inside the venue and they said there was nothing they could do about it since a maintenance person had to come out, be sure to ask about this beforehand.

I have been in contact with this wedding venue since April. Due to covid-19, understandably I was unable to view the space. I asked the women I have been in contact with Kris, when she would be available and her response was “check in periodically”. Well, I already had a problem with this because shouldn’t she reach out to ME when she had more information as to when she can show me etc?! Anyway, I have followed up and she had continued to annoy me with her short and chopping responses via email, that I had asked for another person to help... turns out there isn’t anyone else and this lady, from what I was told is their GENERAL MANAGER! She had stopped responding to my initial messages but when I made a whole new inquiry on their website with the SAME information she responded! She tells me in the second inquiry that she is available to show the space the next day but the initial email that she finally responds to she says she is NOT! She was not very accommodating and offered no additional service such as a FaceTime or Virtual tour etc.Eventually, one of my friends was able to view the space on my behalf where she had a 2pm apt scheduled. Kris was no where to be found at 2pm, was rude to my friend when she was finally located and acted as though she didn’t want to nor had the time to show the space! This is a location that was on the top of our list and in the end, we opted to select a different venue. But solely because Kris did not want to accommodate us and work with me as she should with a bride to be. I am HIGHLY disappointed in the lack of professionalism, willingness to help and additional stress this women caused and displayed to me in a time that should be happy and exciting for me as a bride! Additionally, it’s disappointing that the only number available to call never gets answered, I have never once been able to get a hold of anyone including Kris on the phone to try and remedy this situation. I completely 100% understand that we are living a “new normal” and during these current unprecedented and sensitive times things are highly stressful for all. However, I still expect a certain level of customer service and professionalism especially with the expenses that come with the planning of a wedding. Shame on you all Windows on the River!
