Beautiful venue!

Where do I even start!? Rose, our venue coordinator was absolutely the best in making our dream wedding happen. This venue was absolutely beautiful and our guests loved the atmosphere. Very elegant and the best in the Temecula wine country! I looked at several places before I found Wilson creek and everything was absolutely expensive with little things being provided. Wilson creek was more affordable to us and they did not disappoint like the others. Rose, you’re the sweetest and kindest person and I thank you so much for making our day very special.

So beautiful!!!

The Vineyard Row was the perfect setting for my romantic, intimate wedding rehearsal dinner! Rose was a dream to work with, she was so nice and on top of things. Not only was the Almond Sparkling Wine a HUGE hit, but the food was delicious! I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding rehearsal location!! My guests were amazed at how beautiful and delicious everything was!

Outstanding!

My husband and I visited Wilson Creek Winery after falling in love with their almond champagne. The winery grounds are breathtaking. We knew that this is where we wanted to get married and pricing is reasonable with all that is included. Linsey was our venue coordinator and she was fabulous.
From day one she was involved with every detail, and answered every email promptly. We were invited to the bridal showcase which allowed us to sample some of the entrees from our selected menu. After tasting some of the entrees, we actually changed our meal selections for our dinner, so we were very grateful the opportunity to sample the flavors ahead of time. It was there at the bridal showcase that we found Debbie from "Cakes to celebrate" sampling her almond cake (which is to DIE for).
Of course we reached out right
away and ordered a double tier almond cake.
The bridal suite is very spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. Upon arrival I was able to pull in the back to unload everything however, finding parking after unloading was a mess. I would've loved to have a "bride" and "groom" parking spot to avoid wasted time driving around the parking lots. All in all the venue was absolutely perfect and the staff were so polite, helpful and professional! We are very proud to say we were married at Wilson Creek Winery in Temecula.

Perfect venue! Rose is the best!

We chose Wilson creek for our wedding venue and let me that you that Rose, our venue coordinator from Wilson creek was EXCEPTIONAL. She was so responsive and answered all of my questions. Every little detail I needed for the wedding she listened to and she was SO helpful! The wedding went so smoothly, it was amazing. I was also worried about having a wedding on a Saturday which is such a busy day for the winery but Wilson creek did an amazing job clearing it out before the ceremony!! Also all of our guests said the staff and bartenders were awesome!! Our guests also said that the food including the steak was cooked perfectly and that the appetizers during cocktail hour were delicious! Especially the crab cakes & goat cheese balls. I would definitely recommend the gazebo and champagne ballroom at Wilson creek for any wedding! We definitely added a lot to the venue and reception with a ton of florals and rentals but it was beautiful! They also have options for packages if that if what you prefer! Overall Wilson creek was great!

Fairytale wedding

We recently had the absolute pleasure of hosting our daughter's wedding at Wilson Creek Winery, and I cannot express how incredible the experience was. From start to finish, Wilson Creek Winery exceeded our expectations and made our special day truly special.

The ambiance was nothing short of breathtaking, creating a perfect setting for our daughter's big day.

The staff at Wilson Creek Winery were exceptional. From our first meeting, Rose, our event sales manager was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. Our day of coordinator, Rachele was incredibly organized and helped bring our vision to life, ensuring every aspect of the wedding day was executed flawlessly. Jeremy and the event team were top notch with their meal service, ensuring all our guests were taken care of, including those with special dietary needs.

Our guests were raving about the quality and presentation of the food and wine selections.

Moreover, the entire event team demonstrated genuine care and consideration for our guests' comfort and enjoyment. They made sure everyone had a memorable and enjoyable time. The level of professionalism and warmth displayed by the staff truly made a difference. Even Rosie Wilson took the time to bring a hand written note and a bottle of Almond Sparkling for the happy couple. What a sweet gesture!

Our daughter's wedding at Wilson Creek Winery was nothing short of a fairytale. It's a day we will cherish forever, and we owe a significant part of that to the incredible events team at Wilson Creek Winery and the Wilson Family. If you're looking for a stunning venue with exceptional service and a touch of elegance, look no further than Wilson Creek Winery. Wine lovers wedding

Everything from beginning to end was absolutely well coordinated, we had staff helping us and guiding us, our coordinator was there till the end, she would check on us to make sure everything was okay. We had a wonderful time I will definitely return every year for our anniversary.

Incredible!

There are no words I feel to accurately rate Wilson Creek. Rose was my venue coordinator and I'm not exaggerating when I tell you she did more work than my actual coordinator. She was patient with my million questions and never made me feel like a nuisance. Everything she said they would deliver they did. The venue was STUNNING, food amazing, I literally have not a single complaint. I am so glad I picked Wilson Creek and thank you Rose for always making me feel like my wedding was special and your top priority.

Our Day Was Absolutely Perfect!

We fell in love with Wilson Creek Winery on our first visit, and we are so glad we were able to host our wedding here. We aren't local to Temecula, so we planned our wedding from out of town but Wilson Creek made everything easy and stress-free. We were lucky to work with both Kathryn and Rose during the coordination of our wedding; both were amazing. Communication was always prompt, our questions were always answered, and their advice during the planning process was so helpful. I truly can't say enough great things; not only was the planning process fun and exciting, but Wilson Creek was flexible when we needed to postpone our wedding due to Covid. It felt amazing to finally show up on our wedding day and have everything pulled together - the venue is stunning. Our food was excellent. The price was reasonable. Our day was perfect! Thank you, Wilson Creek!

Pam is absolutely amazing

My wife and I would like to thank you Pamela Feeley for everything. The food was delicious, the set up was great. We couldn't have asked for a better venue. We got our indoor-outdoor wedding by having the ceremony under the beautiful gazebo and the reception in the classy garden view room. The winery guests were so sweet, a few of them came up to us to wish us well. We even saw our favorite sommelier Massi.

Our first winery date was at Wilson's 3 years ago and to get married at Wilson creek winery will forever remain special to us. Thank you for making our vision a success.

Amazing!!!!!

My husband and I just got married on 2/8/20, and it was INCREDIBLE! Melanie was soooooo amazing and so helpful! The wedding went smoothly and perfectly thanks to her! The venue is so beautiful, we couldn't have picked a better location for our special day! Thank you Wilson Creek staff for being beyond incredible! The food was great and we had no issues whatsoever! We are eternally grateful to Melanie and all the staff, we will be returning to Wilson Creek in the next couple months to celebrate my birthday ❤

Our Beautiful Wedding

We loved working with Sean, our venue coordinator, he stepped in when our original coordinator went on to another aspect of the winery. He answered all of my questions and met with us to go over all the details. We dropped off our the things that we were providing the day of our rehearsal. We even had a Father's Day Brunch the morning after to celebrate our dads as our wedding was on the same weekend. It was a nice way to wrap up the wedding festivities. We spent a 4 days and three nights in Temecula so we could get everything done and spend time with our family and friends before the wedding. Unfortunately, there was a fire that made a lot of our guests late and he kept us informed. We ran late, but he re-figured out our timeline so we could enjoy every aspect of our wedding.

Professional Wedding DJ & Emcee

I DJ weddings at Wilson Creek Winery and I can clearly see the high standard of service and friendly approach they have to our wedding couples, all their guests and to me. Most recently, our wedding celebration was in their fantastic "Upper Room". The sound quality in this room is amazing and the layout is great for a wonderful dinning and dancing experience. Melanie and her staff were super friendly and they run a great show. As a DJ/Emcee this helps me to provide our guest the very best celebration experience possible!

Best winery to get married!

We had a multi-cultural wedding, so venue hunting took a long time. We wanted a venue with multiple locations for two ceremonies and an outdoor reception. Wilson Creek had everything we could have asked for in venue options! We had our first ceremony in the ballroom, then the second in Merlot Mesa. Cocktail hour was at Cab Hill and finally the reception was in the courtyard at the Concert Stage. Melanie was so helpful and communicated with us throughout the entire year long process. We couldn't be happier with how our day turned out

Dream wedding

Jenae and the entire team at Wilson Creek Winery made mine and my husbands dream wedding come to life! The venue itself is breathtaking! McGregor & Alexander Wedding

Jenae Keys makes magic happen. Everything we were worried about didn't happen because she took care of it. Last minute request were fixed immediately. Everything was just perfect. We had 94 guest and not one person had a complaint. All we heard were how great the entire event was. Jenae Keys was just unbelievable. She came in on her day off for our practice which was way far and above what she had to do. Overall everything was perfect and I would choose Wilson Creek and Jenae Keys. Thanks so much

Well organized, accommodating, and well priced!

Wilson Creek was phenomenal. My husband and I had to make most of our wedding arrangements from afar due to other obligations. When we arrived at the winery on the day of our wedding, everything came together smoothly and we had a wonderful day. Wedding coordinators who listen and dreams come true.

We had a tropical theme with an intimate setting. Wilson Creek did everything the way we requested and went out of their way to make our day spectacular, from the Bridal Suite, where we held the bridal shower, through the balcony for our ceremony, to an elegant and fun reception.

Beautiful winery and outstanding service

We love Wilson Creek and having our wedding there was a dream come true. The winery is beautifully landscaped for gorgeous photos, their ballroom has recently updated carpet, chairs, and stage area, as well as the lounge area which is perfect for cocktail hour for your guests. The organization of the wedding coordinator (ours was Jenae Keys) was top notch, she was so quick to respond to every little call and email from us and was so detailed! She was extremely flexible, and could get us practically everything we wanted. Everything included in their wedding packages is such a great price and our guests raved about the Hors d'oeuvres and the dinner plates. Not to mention their wine is delicious! Our wedding went without a snag thanks to the Wilson Creek staff.

Our dream winery wedding came true!

Thanks to Jenae at Wilson Creek Winery made the wedding planning process so easy and areas free. We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to her and all of the staff on the day of. Our guests had the best tome and had nothing but great things to say about the Delicious food, wine, quality of service, and the gorgeous venue. I also loved staying in the manor with our wedding party. The bridal suite is dreamy and it makes it so easy with everyone being in the same place at the same tome!

I highly recommend them if you are looking for an exquisite winery wedding in beautiful temecula!

Amazing Service

We had our wedding here in 2018 and it was perfect. Our coordinator, Andrew, was quick at responding to emails and everything turned out beautiful. He really made sure everything was flawless & exactly how my husband and I wanted it. We rented the manor and turned it into a weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Fantastic Experience

We could not have asked for a better venue. Our wedding at Wilson Creek Winery was amazing and everything we expected. Alyssa, our wedding coordinator, was top notch. Her expertise on decor helped us create a moment we will remember forever. She was responsive and attentive to our needs, accommodated our requests and took care of us every time we visited Wilson Creek for wedding planning. The wait staff and bartenders the day of our wedding were amazing. They attended to the needs of all our guests, ensuring guest’s glasses were always full. I would definitely recommend Wilson Creek for weddings. The price is right, they are extremely flexible and they do not disappoint.

We could not have asked for a better venue, the grounds are gorgeous, the food and drinks were delicious, and the service was amazing! We had our ceremony at the Vineyard View Stage with the reception in the Upper Room. Everything looked beautiful. Jenae was our coordinator and she was fantastic. She was always quick to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions throughout the planning period) she listened to my ideas, made the best suggestions, and the execution was flawless. Our wedding and reception were perfect and beautiful, and everything went off without a hitch. Our guests raved about the venue, the food, and the service. If you are looking for a beautiful winery venue look no further. Wilson Creek has it all. From the beginning, you are assigned an event coordinator (I personally recommend Sean Skog if you can get him) for your wedding and they take care of majority of your wedding day which means less stress! The food is great, and the wedding package includes an open bar with a wide selection of Wilson Creek wines and champagne. There are multiple ceremony sites to choose from as well as few options for your reception site. We used the Merlot Mesa and the Upper Room for our wedding and both sites were beautiful. Our wedding couldn't have been any more perfect thanks to Wilson Creek and their staff. It truly was a dream come true. You will not be sorry if you book your wedding here!

My husband and I got married at Wilson Creek Winery in November 2017. Our wedding coordinator changed suddenly 35 days before our wedding. As a bride, I was freaking out inside. Our new coordinator, Alyssa, took a call with me within two days of finding out that our original coordinator was leaving. Then Josh and I went down and chatted with her. She kept her cool when I was wanting to change locations for the rehearsal and then changed them back to the original location because of the weather! I think we might have been slightly high maintenance. The morning of our wedding day it was raining and once our wedding planner told Alyssa that we were changing the wedding to inside, they executed that change within a couple of hours of the actual wedding time. Our guests had nothing but fabulous things to say about the food and the service staff was wonderful to all! We love Wilson Creek and will be back for brunch soon.

The Wilson Creek Manor is another amenity that we couldn't pass up. The bridal suite is HUGE and that's where I got ready for the wedding. We had mostly out of town guests attend out event and it was nice to have our closest friends and family stay with us in the manor. I would highly recommend staying at the manor leading up to and the night of your wedding. It was just wonderful and Josh and I couldn't be happier about it.

Wilson creek is amazing! Sean Skog is amazing, and all the staff is amazing!! I have nothing but nice things to say about Wilson creek. My wedding was incredible. They work with you to make your wedding exactly what you want. They will answer any of your questions, and try to accommodate you anyway they can. I had zero stress getting married here. My husband and I are very thankful to Wilson creek and the staff. The food is so good, all our guests kept telling us how great it was. They have the best wine, and a beautiful property. They also offer military discounts. Anybody interested in a winery wedding should definatley look into Wilson creek.

If you're looking to book a winery in Temecula, there are a ton of options. We had about 5 appointments at different wineries the weekend we booked our venue. We liked each one better than the last. I would recommend making a weekend of it. Wilson Creek was perfect. The grounds are beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. Our coordinator, Sean, really did amazing job helping us visualize what our wedding would look like and was an incredible host. We also booked the Manor and will be having our rehearsal dinner and good bye brunch there.

Wilson Creek was a wonderful wedding venue and we were so happy with everything! We had our ceremony at the vineyard venue Merlot Mesa (a mile from the winery in the middle of a vineyard, guests were shuttled to and from). Our cocktail hour was under the white gazebo, and and our reception was in the Champagne Ballroom. I love the family feel of Wilson Creek! Even received a personalized card from the Wilsons and a bottle of their famous Almond Champagne on my wedding day, so sweet and personal. My wedding coordinator Natasha Melnick was awesome!! Couldn't have asked for a better wedding experience!

We also booked the Wilson Creek Manor for our wedding party to stay the weekend of the wedding and it was EXCELLENT! Had Wilson Creek cater our rehearsal luncheon in the backyard at the Manor. (You could even have an intimate wedding at the Manor). If you tour Wilson Creek, definitely get a look inside the Manor if lodging is something you are interested in! The bridal suite was incredible!

Sean Faustina was our venue coordinator. When we first met her on our first visit, we were sold. She was so charming and made extra effort to make us feel comfortable and at the same time honest when we asked her questions. The venue is definitely perfect and we absolutely loved the service. We had an all outdoor wedding. From the ceremony at the white gazebo to the reception at the big concert stage. We got the place to ourselves! On our wedding day, service was great, the food was delicious and we got a great selection of their wines. Our guests won't stop raving about the winery and how they loved their almond champagne. It's a must to order that. We also stayed at the manor across the street with family and friends, which was another reason that we decided to book our wedding at Wilson Creek Winery. The manor is a great vacation spot and also if you're a bride, you have to get the bridal suite. Getting prepped in the bridal suite adds to your wedding day experience. It's gorgeous! One more thing I want to emphasize to this review is the service. A different Sean, who was our main server (I mean just for the bride and groom, you get your own server) was awesome. Sean catered to our needs, from food to wine service at our reception. The next day, I got a call and he told us some of our wedding gift cards were left by our guests. He personally delivered it to me to the manor and I'm really grateful for the honesty and service because there was a more than a handful of them. I highly recommend WCW if you plan to get married. The Merlot Mesa is also a very romantic place for a first look or photo shoot! Lastly, I was able to meet Rosie Wilson that night at our reception. She was lovely and she gave us a special bottle of their almond champagne plus a sweet note as a wedding gift!

Offer military discount and are very flexible with payments. They provide so many items and for someone like me who doesn't have time to plan every little detail of a wedding makes this a commodity to have. Wonderful wedding coordinator!

We just got married 12/17, and couldn't have asked for anything more from the amazing staff or our amazing coordinator Jenae. She went above and beyond in our opinions, and really did an amazing job. We booked our rehearsal brunch for the day before our wedding and everything went smooth. The food was delicious, and all our guests were super happy with everything. Our wedding day went perfect, thanks to Jenae. Her and our service staff were on top of everything and made sure everything was perfect. I had a few decorations for her to set up and she did an amazing job! I highly recommend this venue, and ask for Jenae when reaching out. They were super affordable compared to other venues in the area, and I honestly think they provide so much more!

Everything was beautiful at Wilson Creek! They took care of everything for us. The food was amazing and they even gave us champagne while we were getting ready. And of course, the open bar with almond champagne was a big hit with the guests. Our wedding coordinator was amazing. I couldn't have been happier.

We booked Wilson Creek as our reception venue 2 years before our wedding day, and between that time, the staff has been nothing but amazing. First off, their wedding packages simply can't be beat. They offer the most for what you pay for without skimping out on quality. Abby, our first coordinator, was able to work with us and come up with a package that best suited our needs. Their customer service is top notch. When we later had to postpone the wedding due to personal reasons, Abby was very understanding and we were able to change the date with no issues. Communication was never a problem. Every email with a question I had was always answered promptly. When Abby moved to work at the Manor, she did not fail to let us know and linked us up with two other incredible coordinators, Lyndsey and Jessica. Lyndsey set us up with an awesome food tasting that got us super excited because everything tasted so good! Jessica was our day-of coordinator and she was absolutely wonderful. In the weeks counting down to the wedding, she was so helpful in answering all of my questions and reassured my detail-oriented and controlling self that everything was in good hands. She understood my vision and on our wedding day, everything was perfectly executed! We had our reception in the ballroom with 144 guests. Up to now, our guests are still raving about how beautiful the venue was, as well as how delicious the wine and food was (we had the flat iron steak and salmon). The wait staff was also great and had dinner served in a timely manner. They made sure to set aside apps for my husband and me, and brought them up to us while we were waiting in the bridal room for the reception to start. We also had a sparkler send off at the end of the night that went off without a hitch! I definitely recommend Wilson Creek, their hospitality and customer service is unmatched and my husband and I greatly appreciate all that they have done for us in making our special day truly incredible.

This was simply the best place for our wedding!! From the time we toured the venue, the staff was amazingly responsive and catered to our every need. Sean was our wedding coordinator and he did such an amazing job. He was very organized and answered our million questions in a timely manner and made us feel like we were the only focus of his existence. Simply put, the customer service and engagement was the best.

The venue was beautiful. Not much decorating was needed. The barrel room was a huge hit with all of our guests. Everyone was impressed with the room, service and layout. Thank you Wilson Creek for an unbelievable experience and a wonderful start to our new lives together.

We fell in love with Wilson Creek four years ago when we happened upon it during a weekend getaway to Temecula - so when we finally got engaged it was one of the first places we looked into. After comparing the price and value of several different venues around Southern CA, we easily settled on Wilson Creek. Every interaction with their event and coordination staff was an absolute pleasure - our concerns were addressed easily, often without us needing to even bring them up! Everyone on the team here knows what they are doing, and was happy to go above and beyond to help make our day perfect. The fact that the grounds are absolutely gorgeous, the food is delicious, and the wine is amazing are all just icing on the cake. If we could give them more than 5 stars, we absolutely would!!!

Surprisingly, Wilson Creek was one of the more affordable and flexible options when it came to planning our wedding reception. I didn't expect such a classy and elegant venue to be so attentive to our needs considering we were working on a budget. Our coordinator, Lyndsey Thomas, made every effort possible to ensure that a $2,000 reception would feel like a $20,000 reception. Lyndsey thought outside of the box to find several affordable options for us and we never felt like we were stuck with certain options because we couldn't afford better ones. We felt like we got THE BEST options! Her support staff was extremely professional on the night of our reception, and they were very flexible with our and our guests' needs. Everything went so smoothly and there was no hassle at all. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

You will not regret choosing Wilson Creek Winery for your wedding! We had visited a couple venues prior to coming to Wilson Creek and all of them had pre-set menus and limited customization options for the wedding venues. However, the moment we arrived at Wilson Creek, Crystal asked my fiancé and I, "So how do you envision your wedding day?" This was such a breath of fresh air! Crystal was the best wedding coordinator I could have asked for. She was easily accessible, extremely helpful, and made every effort to make my wedding day the best it could be...and she succeeded! We had our ceremony outside at 4pm in late December and the weather and venue was perfect. We moved inside the Grand Ballroom for our reception and it was gorgeous! If you're looking for a venue that provides you everything that you and your fiancé are looking for with outstanding service, then Wilson Creek is the place to go!

This review is for Crystal, a wedding coordinator at Wilson Creek Winery. We took one look at the barrel room and we were sold but I definitely wanted Crystal as our coordinator, as I had heard rave reviews about her. I was so glad that we made that choice as Crystal was amazing to work with. I heard many horror stories about coordinators not responding to brides but Crystal was the opposite. She was so prompt to respond to all emails, even though sometimes I would send her multiple, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Even the wedding day was great! Everything was so smooth! I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator! Thank you so much, Crystal, you were the key to making our wedding day a success!!

Absolutely beautiful location, but can be quite a drive home for your San Diego or LA guests.

I wish they had more of the beers we requested (they ran out in less then 1 hour), but at least all drinks were free for 4 hours!

I highly recommend this place if it's within your budget.

This was the first venue we looked at and we loved it right away. It is absolutely gorgeous in its own right so not much decorating is needed for the ceremony. Crystal was our wedding coordinator and now I would consider a great friend! She was so good to me, my fiance and family throughout the entire process. She was so wonderful to work with and held my hand through the whole process. She made everything I wanted to happen, happen. THe convenience of the venue was great - the concert stage for the ceremony, gazebo right next to it for cocktail hour, and champagne ballroom next to that for indoor reception (although they have other options for all 3). We got married September 21 and the weather was beautiful, not too hot and everything was blooming. I wouldn't have changed a thing about this venue. And Crystal is the BEST!!!

As soon and my husband and I checked out Wilson Creek and met Crystal MacNeil we knew this was where we wanted to hold our wedding, no need to keep looking at anymore wineries.
Crystal was pregnant at the time but assured me all of the planning would fall in line. The only time I had to talk to anyone else was for payments. As soon as Crystal came back in December, the nitty gritty planning started happening. She arranged a delicious food tasting for us, we ended up choosing the brunch since we were doing a morning ceremony and reception. Our guests still rave about how delicious the food was. Crystal and I did a lot of communicating via email and phone since we're about an hour apart. She was always very prompt and incredibly accommodating. We were able to adjust guest counts multiple times and she made sure to adhere to our budget.
Weekend of the wedding was so smooth! Our rehearsal was prompt and she let me store a bunch of stuff in her office for the next day. Morning of the big day, she arrived at 7 am so that I could get ready with my bridesmaids and she began working right away. She did so many extras and was very organized. She would check in with me and let me know time frames. The staff was incredible also. We shared out leftover cupcakes with them and thanked them all for their help. There were two or three weddings later that evening, but we never felt rushed by anyone. When we returned home from our honeymoon we had a thank you note from Crystal, it was so sweet. The day was everything I could have envisioned for my wedding day.

We got married at Wilson Creek back in January and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Crystal was very easy to work with, and was always very prompt in answering questions and getting back to us via phone and email. In the Temecula area, many of the vendors work together a lot, and it was a very smooth operation from start to finish. Wilson Creek is a beautiful location, and they were very flexible with allowing us to make changes to the menu and the guest count, due to the off-peak season we got married in. The guests raved about the food, and they even let us go a little long, which I know won't always happen but I appreciated that my guests did not feel like they were being kicked out. We will always think of our wedding day with so much happiness and with Crystal in charge I literally did not worry about anything but enjoying the day and I really did. We worked specifically with Crystal at Wilson Creek Winery to plan our wedding and she was amazing! From working with our crazy schedules (my husband and I live in different states so it was difficult to find times that worked for everyone), to moving our cocktail hour inside the day of since it was chilly outside, to figuring out a way to sneak the USC marching band into the reception without any of the guests seeing them before our grand entrance Crystal was always there to help. We had an absolute blast and so did our guests and I am sure that our venue was a HUGE part of that! I would recommend Wilson Creek to anyone looking for a place for your ceremony and reception. Everyone at Wilson Creek is incredibly helpful and they made our big day perfect!

Wilson Creek Winery was everything I ever wanted in a venue and more!
First off, I have to say that I spent hours and hours researching the best place for our wedding, especially within our budget and we totally did!
The wedding coordinator they provided us as apart of their services was Crystal Robinson and she was so amazing! I couldn't imagine planning the wedding without her! She was so helpful! She had tons of ideas, references and suggestions! The day of the wedding I didn't have a worry in the world. Crystal took care of everything. Thank you Crystal!
I had a small budget for the flowers for our wedding and we didn't need much of one because the vineyards and the grounds were so beautiful! Our ceremony was perfect (:
The cocktail hour was held in the barrel room! Every one of our guests LOVED the wine and the yummy appetizers they served! To this day they still rave about how much they enjoyed the wine and champagne.
We then moved into the ballroom for our reception, which leaves me speechless.... I can't thank Crystal enough for transforming the room into everything I had dreamed it could be (:
The decor was fabulous! The food was not typical wedding food, it was delicious!
Crystal had an awesome idea for sparklers! At the end of the night all of the employees passed them out to all of our friends and family for our sparkler farwell, we loved it!
After seeing all of our wedding photos, I couldn't have imagined a better place to have our wedding at, our day was perfect!

I was so happy with Wilson Creek Winery as my ceremony & reception vendor. They have a great wedding package that includes everything which made it so much easier to budget for.

My wedding planner, Jennifer, was amazing. She was right on top of things and when it rained on my wedding day she turned their foyer into an incredible location to hold the ceremony.

Their food is also so delicious, not the mention their wines and almond champagne! We actually know of the venue because of their almond champagne.

Wilson Creek was an absolutely beautiful place to have my special day. The staff is great, the grounds are gorgeous, and the service provided exceeds expectations ..and who doesn't love a great wedding photo in the grape vines? :)

Beautiful place for Sunday brunch

I hosted a brunch on Sunday morning for my guests for the morning after my Saturday night wedding. We had the brunch in the outdoor gazebo space and did a buffet style breakfast. Rose Eadeh was easy to deal with and flexible. The setting was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the hot air balloons take off in the morning. The breakfast foods were yummy and the tables looked great. My guests had no idea how awesome Temecula is!

We could not be happier with our decision to choose Wilson Creek as our venue location. We looked at several venues, but in the end, Wilson Creek was by far the most professional, the most organized, and the most well maintained. The property is beautiful and the staff is absolutely amazing, which ultimately made for a perfect day. There were so many things to worry about and keep track of with the wedding planning, it was essential that we had a venue that helped to keep us organized and on schedule. Wilson Creek simplified the process and made it all come together perfectly. We have no regrets with our decision and would highly recommend Wilson Creek as a wedding venue. We also booked the entire Manor for the weekend as well, and though that got to be a bit expensive, it was well worth it to have so many of our close friends and family together in one place for the weekend.

Everything was gorgeous and turned out just how I wanted it to. We had several meetings to make sure everything was set to go and I was in contact with the coordinator throughout the whole process.

This was one of the last wineries we were going to consider because we knew that it would be a little more in cost than we were willing to spend. However, after reviewing and comparing the ceremony and reception options with the other wineries....we felt that Wilson Creek was a much better value and offered more of what we were seeking. We even decided to rent the entire Wilson Creek Manor for us, our bridal party and close family members. We are not getting married until September 2016, but we are counting down the days and looking forward to our special day! Our onsite wedding coordinator Sarah has been very friendly and helpful. :)

From the moment we saw the property we fell in love! We love wine, so joining their wine club was a no-brainer, it also got us 10% our wedding bill! We love being able to bring friends to complimentary tastings! The grounds are absolutely beautiful! We got married under the white gazebo, had cocktail hour inside the ballroom, and came back outside for dinner and dancing. Ashley and Jessica were our coordinators and were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They were always very prompt and helpful throughout the whole wedding planning process. Our day went off without a hitch, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding. The weather (September), the food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the professionalism, the organization, the decor we were able to borrow - everything was wonderful! A huge thank you to Wilson Creek and their staff!

the venue was beautiful! the food was awesome, and the best part was everything was set up and torn down for me so i had not stress on the day of. the only thing i want to mention is that im not sure if they get many "partier crowds" like us so they did run out of cold beer several times and the bartenders were making little remarks about it. the place is so beautiful, especially for an outdoor ceremony/reception that you hardly need any decor or flowers.

I have to say up till the day of the wedding the venue was pretty helpful and very personal. However I had a multiple problems with the day of wedding coordinator that they provided. The person that I first had was great. However apparently she left and I was not informed of the situation until three months before the wedding when I was trying to get in touch with her. The person then that was assigned to me continued to blow me off and then when I had an appointment with her and a tasting she was not present. I then at that point asked for the coordinator who was present since we would be going over many details and I did not want someone who was not responsible enough to contact me to let me know that she would not be present for an appointment we specifically set up to meet that she had already canceled the weekend before as well. The new coordinator I had I thought was great until the day of the wedding. I was told throughout the time that I was the first person who booked the day so I would get priority. However, all of the sudden the day of my bridal suite is changed. Which wasn't too bad however my husbands was changed to this office room where he could not get ready in due to big windows and lack of privacy. He had to use a public restroom that was near my room and constantly had to wait to get in and out of. My day of coordinator was nowhere in sight the whole day. She was also sent a long email three weeks prior to the event with detailed pictures and instructions on how the tables where to be set up. I figured it would be easier for her. However, apparently she did not understand and my mom was continuously called down to help her. She also pulled my mom away from my reception to show off the valentines gift she got from her boyfriend and my mom missed some of the events in my reception due to this! There were many times throughout the day I really needed the coordinator. However, despite those issues the venue was beautiful and the owners were very nice

We picked Wilson Creek for our wedding venue because of the beautiful wine country scenery. We wanted a "rustic chic" feel to our day and Wilson Creek had that special charm we were looking for! Our experience overall was very good and our main complaint (which has already been brought to the attention of the staff) was that our coordinator was less than accommodating. I felt as if we were just another event on her calendar and after we signed our contract, we were less important than the potential clients.
The day of our wedding we did have a few incidents that had been discussed and clearly not implemented in our event order. The bar staff was incredible and took great care of us as well as the event staff that day. We were so happy to be married we chose not to let these incidents steal our joy- and they didn't!
Overall, we would recommend this venue for the scenery, food, and location however we advise choosing your coordinator carefully.

My bridal room was not reserved, ended up getting ready in one of the offices.
Gave the seating layout in advance but had extra chairs and plates at the table.
Day of the coordinator didn't show up on time...

The venue is wonderful and wine is great, but not a perfect place for wedding.

DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE (I did & never will return), spend a dime here or support Wilson Creek. My husband and I recently lost our identical twin sons 20 days before their delivery to dr error and we wanted to take our first trip, as it has only been 3 months. We chose to go on our actual wedding anniversary 1/31/17, marking 2 years of marriage at Wilson Creek. We had the privilege of getting a run in with Jennifer Wilson and Misty on the day of our 2 year anniversary, 3 months from losing our sons, our first get away to reminisce at the place we said our "I dos". Big Mistake but huge blessing as we learned that Wilson Creek is absolute trash allowing Jennifer to walk around like she owns the place, oh wait she really does. You would think she would have some common manners and courtesy towards her guests, not to mention ones who spent a lot of money there, made memories and were celebrating their anniversary. Here is what happened on our 2-year anniversary:

At 3:40 pm on 1/31/17 we arrived with our 2 small service pets and our lab in training to go walk the grounds and have some lunch. We walked to the grill and they told us they could not serve us because they close at 4 pm. People had just sat. I told her it was our anniversary and we saved our entire appetite to come down and the hostess didn't care. I was trying to make the most so I told my husband that we should just walk the grounds real quick and go somewhere else. We were talking about our wedding when Misty the golden came charging out of a door full speed at our dogs very aggressive with the devil herself Mrs. Jennifer Wilson in tow. Jennifer caused a HUGE scene while yelling at her dog and us at the same time. She screamed at us that dogs were not welcome and how could we not have read the sign as if we were idiots. I being very shocked from being charged apologized and said we did not see a sign and it was our anniversary and we had not checked into our hotel yet to drop the dogs.
