Smoothest wedding day EVER
I was the MOH for my best friend’s wedding in May. During planning Megan drove to us to meet in person and really got to know the vibe of the wedding. She’s an incredible human being with the most amazing sense of empathy and radiates REAL love. She put us at ease with every step. Having had the wedding pushed back from Covid, a lot was going wrong. Megan and her team and every vendor Megan recommended to us was well worth every penny. The actual wedding weekend at The Preserve at Chocorua was one of the smoothest wedding weekends I’ve ever been apart of. No drama. No major incidents. Knowing Megan was there in control made the stress levels go down 100%. Her team was fabulous. Loved every single person she recommended- Amanda from On The Rocks bar tending, Sue from Susan Donovan Photography, and Jay from La Bella and the Beat 👏🏼 WONDERFUL PEOPLE. They made the big night even more fun. 10000%!!
If you’re planning a wedding at a venue that’s NOT all inclusive (ie you need to find food, music, decor…) I would HIGHLY recommend Willow Tree Events to help you plan. Megan’s got the hook up. She makes literal MAGIC HAPPEN. 🤘🏼 -

For a stunning wedding with many “moving parts”, go with Willow Tree! Megan is the best!
We knew our daughter’s NH wedding was going to be a complicated, detail-heavy event, a 3 day affair, built “from scratch”, with multiple venues and guests coming from all over the US and England. We live on the West Coast; so we wanted someone who was “on the ground.” We knew we needed a very special planner. After interviewing 7 planners, including top Boston outfits, and checking references, we chose Megan and her team, and we are glad we did. Megan has the experience, knowledge of the area, attention to detail, trained staff, and interpersonal skills to resolve the many issues that arose. She immediately grasped the bride and groom’s priorities and aesthetic and helped to implement them throughout the process. She guided us carefully though every decision, every detail, including last minute changes. (Our “run of show” was 17 pages long.) No problem was too big or too small. Several vendors told us we were lucky to have her as our planner. The wedding was a smooth and stunning rustic-elegant affair. The small hiccups that inevitably happen at big events were quickly and quietly addressed by Megan and her able staff due to their meticulous planning for every contingency. Some highlights: she encouraged us to hire a terrific day-of dresser, who was a huge help to the bride and the whole wedding party. She recommended the best wedding band. At the 11th hour, she helped design and execute the coolest, most original, modifiable reception seating chart. She coordinated a complicated transportation and parking plan. Her husband drove the bride and groom in a boat! She helped integrate a New Hampshire character. She even arranged for perfect weather! She is simply the best. -

Worth it. 100x Over
I cannot reccomend Megan and her team enough. We got married at the Omni in June of 2023 and when everything was falling apart they were there to pick up the pieces. When we were delayed getting on buses and I was so hungry I could faint, Megan came around the corner with gummies and snacks. She is everything you want in a wedding planner and more. She is the real deal, amazing. I couldn't have done it without her and I am so thankful I found her to join me on my wedding day. Pay the money, she is SO worth it. -

An ESSENTIAL and integral part of any Wedding Weekend
I’ll start out by saying I am a very organized type A person. If I could do the wedding weekend over, I would 100% hire a wedding planner (specifically Megan) every time.
We were on the journey of planning the best NYE wedding weekend ever for over 2 years together (shout out covid) after deciding not to elope. And although the weekend is now over (I knew it), my husband and I are blessed with a lifetime of recapping the best weekend ever with friends and family.
From the moment I followed our venue on instagram, it was clear that Megan was THE wedding planner to go with and WOW did she deliver. She orchestrated the best weekend of our young lives and brought all of our hopes and dreams to reality, including our Flannel / Italian Rehearsal dinner and Welcome Party and Espresso / Martini Bar dreams as well.
We quickly realized that weddings are competitive and Megan has the connects! We didn’t realize how important that was when entering the scene. And these connections were well versed with our venue and with each other, which made things run easier and smoother the day/weekend of.
She helped us connect with basically our entire vendor team: DJ, Lighting, Catering & Bar, Hair & Make Up, Videographer, Rentals, Espresso Bar, Weekend Sandwiches, along with liaising with our venue and getting them what they needed.
She anticipated every next move and we worked together seamlessly. I'm going to miss sharing Google Docs, playing with the rentals, venue visits, and demanding her to tell me I’m her favorite bride ;)
She’d find out what was needed, check the cost with me, and I’d venmo her which was extremely helpful and efficient. And now she's even helping with reselling some linens to new couples, incredible!
She ran a tight ship on the actual night!! Everything went flawlessly. When everyone inevitably started to field their questions towards me, she intercepted them gracefully and diverted that overwhelming energy away from me.
I still can't believe it's over. I wish I could book Megan again and again and again. Endless thanks and gratitude! Highly recommend Megan and her flawless and amazing team! -

Run, don’t walk!!!!
Both sets of parents as well as my husband and I 110% recommend using Megan and Willow Tree Events for your wedding planning services. She was ready, willing and able to jump in head and heart first to any question, task or request we had for her. We always received prompt, organized communication. Her knowledge of the vendors in the area is unparalleled and her tight knit, loyal team knows how to prepare for a wedding weekend. Megan not only prepped and planned our gorgeous wedding day; she supported an entire weekend of events for our closest friends and family. She coordinated A LOT behind the scenes and made sure to limit stress on the big day. No fire too big to put out, no lake too big to swim across…. Willow Tree Events is the only choice for your wedding planner!
If you're reading this stop what you're doing and go hire Megan and her team at Willow Tree Events!
When my fiance and I came to Megan with our crazy idea of having a wedding "over the river and through the woods" of northern NH her eyes lit up and I could see the wheels turning as to how she was going to make our dream possible. From that moment on she never stopped and everything she did was full of purpose and love. She made me feel like her only client (during one of her busiest seasons!). Always answering any and all questions I had, giving advice, calming my nerves, and always with a smile.
We were set on using local vendors to try and give back to the community. In Harts Location, NH that is a little harder to come by. Meg reached out to all of her incredible contacts, people she thought would vibe with us, and our vision for this wedding in the woods. Meg's impeccable communication with our vendor team throughout the 20 months we spent planning made this event possible. She coordinated and orchestrated everything flawlessly during the three days of set up, the welcome party, and the actual wedding, all without cell phone service.
On the morning of our outdoor welcome party, we were surprised by torrential thunderstorms and hail. Meg and her team were vital in pivoting locations and having the party go off without a hitch and without any sacrifices. I should clarify that pivoting locations meant carrying everything back across a footbridge!
Our wedding day was flawless. Everything went off without a hitch. I even sat down and ate dinner and got to enjoy cocktail hour appetizers! I did not have a worry on my mind that day because I knew Meg would be there to help me take care of anything and everything.
I felt like anything was possible with Meg working with us for our wedding. Her entire team, her family/friends, and her husband, all showed up with creative ideas to help make our wedding possible. It is hard to put into words the immense gratitude I feel toward Meg and Willow Tree Events. She went above and beyond in every aspect of this event and our dream wedding would not have been possible without her. I cannot recommend her highly enough for your special day. -

Simply spectacular!
What can I say about Megan and her Team that would do our experience justice?
Simply SPECTACULAR!!
I knew Megan when we were kids and since then followed her on social media and have watched from afar as Willow Tree Events planned the most beautiful weddings. When I got engaged, one of the first things, I did was reach out to Megan to inquire about her planning my wedding.
They say some people are born to do certain jobs and well, Megan was born to plan weddings. From answering my millions of questions, none too big, none too small, to giving me her honest feedback and advice, I felt at home with Megan. I felt she truly wanted the best wedding for me and my now husband and that this truly mattered to her.
Now, not only is Megan amazing but her staff is also amazing. They all had a way of making me feel like they were my best friends. They tended to every need I had, checked in with me, and helped me to make a very difficult wedding rain decision in the final moments ahead of the ceremony. At one point during our ceremony, I semi-yelled out “oh no, I forgot about Douglas!” We had our golden retriever as part of our special day, and he was located inside the estate. Megan tapped me on the shoulder and told me not to worry, her staff had been checking in on him every hour; letting him out, playing with him, and making sure he had fresh water. Megan and the Willow Tree staff were never asked to do this but, they knew it was important, so they just did it anyway.
My family and friends still talk about my amazing wedding planner and how I couldn’t have done this without her, and her team and they couldn’t be more correct. I would work with Willow Tree for any event, any wedding, really for anything. If you’re looking for top notch, Megan and her team are the way to go!!

Megan and Willow Tree are Amazing
Whenever my husband and I think back on our wedding day, without a doubt one of us says "thank god for Megan". Hiring Willow Tree events was seriously one of the best decision we made. Megan and her team helped us with timelines and timing, vendor organisation, etc but SO much more.
Megan literally stopped traffic so I could walk down the aisle uninterrupted. She got her emergency sewing kit and reattached the best man's jacket button just before the ceremony. Her team took all the decor we brought and set up our venue to look like a dream. They can handle anything!
Even years later we are still thinking about thankful we were to have Megan at our wedding and how much smoother the day was because we had Willow Tree :) -

WillowTree can do no wrong
When you look at your groom in the middle of dinner and say, “I don’t know how we would have pulled this off without WillowTree?” you know you did the right thing by hiring them! Working with Meg was a joy from the beginning to end. She was our month of planner, but helped connect us to vendors and gave us recommendations well before the month of. She went above and beyond, scheduling calls and emailing us when she had COVID, even when we urged her not to! Meg loves what she does and she is very very good at it. She thought of things we didn’t think of, like what were we going to have for lunch the day of the wedding and did we want to do a first look with my dad. The little touches that Meg suggested made our day even more perfect and seamless, and the big stuff we just knew she had handled which let us really enjoy our day. We had a donut delivery snafu and someone from her team picked up and delivered our donuts and donut wall display basically last minute which saved the day. Meg, we love you and your team for going above and beyond and making our day even better than we could have imagined!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! -

The Best!!
For all couples out there wondering if you should hire a planner, I can not stress enough if you hire Willow Tree Events it will be the best decision you make!! Wedding planning is stressful, especially with a pandemic thrown into to the mix.
Working with Meg helped us remain hopeful that we would eventually have the wedding of our dreams, even if it meant making changes along the way. In a time of uncertainty, Meg stood up to the challenge for us as a couple and truly proved she is the best around with her compassion, her unparalleled knowledge of the wedding industry, and ability to pivot to make sure we had a wedding above and beyond what we could have ever envisioned.
We ended up postponing our Early 2021 wedding, and within a week Meg had moved everything to June 2021. She is a rockstar!!!
Meg was always a quick call or text away, and even though I know she works with many couples-Meg has a way of making you feel like the most important couple in the world.
Leading up to our wedding she went out of her way to take time to meet in person, do event walk throughs, and answer our sporadic last minute questions.
Above all, Meg is truly the salt of the earth. We don’t consider her a vendor, she has become a true friend and that in itself speaks to the amazing person behind Willow Tree Events. -

Forever Grateful to Willow Tree Events for a Magical Wedding Weekend
My daughter in-law and son hired Willow Tree Events to make their wedding dreams come true. That, and more, was achieved because of the expertise, dedication and passion that Meg and her team brought to the wedding weekend. Meg’s experience at the Preserve was evident; she knew the ins + outs of the venue and was able to make recommendations/suggestions when needed ahead of time and in the moment. She also has a great relationship with the caterer we used, Mezzanine Catering, Meg was the needed “missing link” to pull it all the together.
Meg and her team had everything covered, the bride and groom (and the guests) were able to fully enjoy the experience. You can tell Meg loves her job and making people happy. I’m forever grateful to Meg and team for making this wedding absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Willow Tree Events.

The perfect wedding coordination team!
We hired Megan as our day of coordinator in 2019 for our wedding in August 2020. To say she went above and beyond her duties would be an understatement. I will forever be grateful for her advocating for all the wedding couples in 2020 when the state was trying to determine rules and regulations on gatherings. She was there each week to update us on new policies and to make sure the day we had envisioned for so long was perfect despite the circumstances that year. It is hard for us to put into words how much she meant to us not just on that day, but the months prior preparing as well. She was always available to lend an ear and to give advice when needed. Hiring Willow Tree events was the best decision and investment we made, hands down, for our wedding. We would recommend them to any couple looking for the perfect wedding planning team. -

Willow Tree Events is like family. I can't sing my praise loud enough when it comes to how incredible Megan and her team is. Every event I have been a part of with them has been silky smooth without a single hiccup...even if there were behind the scenes curveballs thrown by fate (it totally happens!), the couples were always the last to find out and adjustments were made without missing a single beat to make things even better than before! Amazing experience!
Wow! Megan and her team are amazing! I had read a lot of articles that couples often regretted not having a day of coordinator and I am so glad I listed and worked with Willow Tree Events. I was a type A bride, and had a lot of moving parts and a lot of vendors and wanted to be able to sit back and relax on my wedding day and not have to worry. Megan and her team allowed me to do just that! Megan and Lisa were amazing, making sure that everything was set up at our ceremony and reception location, that we stuck to our timeline and that our guests had an amazing time! MULTIPLE guests commented to us about how kind, calm and helpful Megan was, she rocked it!! She put out a few fires day of, and I was so happy to not know about any of it during the day! Megan was just fun to be around and we were so happy to celebrate and share our day with her! -

Couldn't have done it without her!
Megan is amazing! During our entire planning process she was there to answer any questions, she provided recommendations, and was timely with her communication. In the weeks before the wedding, she walked the venue with us, went thru every detail of our day and coordinated everything with each vendor. On the day of, her and her team really went above and beyond in making sure everything was perfect and that the day flowed smoothly. They even helped make sure our dog could be in our ceremony and transported him back and forth to the kennel.
Megan is someone that any couple can trust with their big day. She is a joy to be around, has a calming presence and overall is just a great person.
Thank you Megan for making sure that our day was everything we dreamed of!-

Stress free wedding experience
Meg was our wedding planner and we couldn’t have had such a wonderful event without her. She was on top of everything, handled every curveball thrown our way, and made sure everything ran smoothly and everyone was happy. She brought me and the groom drinks and snacks while we did our photos, looked after the gifts for us, and was just absolutely amazing. Her recommendations for caterer, bar tender, etc were great. ❤❤❤ - WONDERFUL
My husband and I are chefs and work in events. When we first started this two year planning journey I was like I got this!!! But we are not super heroes. Megan is! I felt like from day one we were connected. She helped me through out the whole planning process. Day of our wedding went so smoothly. Normally I obsess over the details but I felt confident in Megan's ability. It took so much pressure off of us to be able to enjoy our big day. Family members came to me and said how amazing she is, it is the truth!!! I am greatful for all of her help and couldn't have done it without her! -

Megan and her team are amazing and made my wedding absolutely perfect! (Bbq sauce explosion on my dress and all) Megan suggested amazing vendors and was there whenever I needed calm words. When I say she is there for you, she is there for you, the bride! What you have for a vision she creates! Megan seriously saved my wedding. I almost didn't have a wedding coordinator. I shudder to imagine how things would have gone without her.
I thought I could handle it all- set up tables at the reception, put up decorations at both the reception and ceremony, run errands, take care of it all. I'm an organized bride. I'm a perfectionist.
I. was. wrong.
You know what you need to do the day before the wedding? Your rehearsal! The rehearsal dinner! The bridal party gifts! That definitely doesn't leave time to handle last minute errands or decorating.
You know what you should be doing the morning of your wedding? Relaxing and soaking it all in.
Without Megan, I wouldn't have actually enjoyed my wedding. I would have been stressed to the max, screaming at my fiance, and falling to pieces at all the last minute changes and issues.
Because of Megan, I enjoyed a champagne brunch in the sunshine the morning of my wedding with my bridal party and my beloved aunts. Because of Megan, I was relaxed for the hours leading up to my wedding.
Because of Megan, there were enough tablecloths at my reception and there was enough liquor for my guests.
I cannot stress enough the importance of hiring a professional who has actually ran weddings. Megan has experience and she is flawlessly professional. I cannot say enough good things about Megan and her crew. -

Megan was so helpful!! She helped us select vendors, coordinate the logistics with them, plan and execute the decor, and really kicked it into high gear for our wedding weekend! Megan helped me and my wife avoid panic attacks because we knew she wouldn't let anything fall through the cracks. The weekend of the wedding, she and her assistants did a wonderful job greeting guests, helping vendors unload, coordinate the table placements, deal with our crazy amount of lawn games and activities, and many other things that I've probably forgotten because Megan and her crew did them so seamlessly! -

We are a high-end, full-service bartending company specializing in DIY weddings and work with many wedding planners along the way. Megan, owner of Willow Tree Events, was quite simply one of the best planners and day-of coordinators we have ever had the professional pleasure of working with. From start to finish at a large and extremely detailed wedding at a summer camp in Freedom NH, Megan left no stone unturned when it came to details and she was perfectly flexible when it came to logistical tweaks and changes here and there! The ability to adjust and deal with little issues that inevitably pop-up in this business is of the utmost importance. The Willow Tree Events day-of staff was equally professional, sharp, detailed, courteous and hard-working -- a superb reflection of the high standards Megan advertises and delivers. If our large, experienced staff (who have seen many poor, part-time wedding planning players over our years in this business) felt they were in good hands, we must certainly say the bride and groom felt the same.

It was a last minute decision to hire a day of coordinator and it was the absolute best decision, not only to hire just anyone but Megan from Willow Tree Events.
We hired her thinking it was worth the money because she was able to help set up decorations, make sure things were running smoothly while we were doing our photography, make sure our vendors were all set, line up the woman and cue us all to walk down the aisle, and then some. We did not want to be bombarded with any last minute questions or decisions during the wedding.
However, she became beyond invaluable when there was a major unexpected crisis dealing with another company in the same location as our reception. I had no idea anything was wrong until after the day was over. She handled everything with grace and kindness allowing my husband and me to enjoy our day.
Megan was the perfect touch to our day. We were absolutely blessed to have her there. -

We cannot say enough good things about Megan and her staff at Willow Tree Events! Not only were they fabulous during all of the planning stages but also an absolute blessing to have on the day of! With one vendor that seemed a little wishy-washy the day before the wedding, we were completely put at ease that it would be handled regardless of how it played out. Luckily he showed and all was well and Megan made sure to keep things in line! It DID however decide to rain that morning and with it being an outdoor ceremony we were a little sad that we had to use our backup space. Not only did they make the backup space beautiful, everyone commented, once they realized that it was not the original ceremony location, that they liked it better than what our original plan had been! As a bride that is by nature a DIY/ crafter, and having helped plan, decorate, make flower arrangements, boutonnieres, cakes and the like; I knew that I needed someone that I could trust and who would understand my vision. We hit it off from the very first time meeting and both my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the day without worry about all the details! -

To sum it all up, our wedding was perfect. That is a direct result of Megan and her team, but if you want the nitty gritty, keep reading.
First of all a day off coordinator is an essential for any bride, and one as amazing, organized, and easy going as Megan is exactly what you want. As a type-A bride who had a certain way of operating given my remote distance, and crazy work/school schedule, I didn’t want an opinionated person to work with. Megan was so flexible and really took the time to listen to me and what I wanted and come up with suggestions that complemented my ideas perfectly. I felt so relaxed the entire time and when I reached out to Megan, she immediately would put me at ease, with her speedy responses and organized notes (even reminding me of something I’d told her and forgotten at one point!).
On the day of, she just made everything happen without a hitch, despite the ridiculously complicated list of to-dos we left her and her team with. She regularly checked in to make sure I was all set and every single one of our vendors talked about how great she was. I literally did not lift a finger day of, except to pour myself a mimosa and hang out with my friends and family! She made sure my husband and I had food and drinks, she forced us to sit down and eat, kept the event on schedule.
Beforehand, Megan was the fuel that kept things moving. When I was stuck on vendors, Megan had recommendations and personally helped me source people to serve as a bartender for my camp wedding. Later, Megan spent the time walking through the day with me (and even came up to the venue and did a dry run through a few weeks before) and then worked with me and my budget to staff a team to help make the day a reality. She even helped come up with a creative solution to a somewhat crazy idea my mom wanted (a champagne table that turned out so beautiful!). Her stock of extra decorations is beautiful and was a stunning complement to all my rustic signs and frames. -

If you hire Megan for your wedding needs you will have a wonderful, stress-free day from start to finish. We hired her for day of wedding co-ordination and we know that besides getting married that was the best decision we made in regards to our wedding. We had most of the big pieces in place and Megan picked it up from there. We were really able to enjoy our special day knowing that she was taking care of making everything run flawlessly. She took care of all the little details that every bride worries about and provided a lot of support to this first time bride at age 61. Megan has a way about her that put us at ease and working with her was great. Also, she took really good care of us, our guests and most importantly, our Moms. We hired an organized and professional day of wedding coordinator but made a wonderful friend in the end. Ray and I are absolutely convinced that we could not have had the perfect wedding that we had without her help. We had a blast and could not have enjoyed our day more! Thank you Megan! We love you and are still getting raves about how awesome our wedding was. -

I cannot say enough great things about Megan! She was there for me in anyway I needed, she did not pressure me to do something that I did not want to do, and she worked with me on price and packages! Not only did Megan take care of everything with my vendors, but she also took care of my needs. She was there for moral support but she helped make my day fantastic. She did all the set up so we had nothing to worry about that day. I would recommend Megan to anyone and everyone :D With out her I do not think our wedding would have run so smoothly and I defiantly would have pulled all my hair out. -

I have had the pleasure of attending several events planned by Megan, including a Jack and Jill that she planned for my now husband and I. From the very start, Megan was there for my now husband and I every step of the way. We had a basic idea and Megan helped us turn that into a magical reality!
Her connections in the industry made finding great vendors a breeze. Our photographer, rentals, florist, makeup artist, and deejay blew us away with their amazing services, and we never would have found them if not for Megan.
Every step of the way Megan answered questions, had helpful, creative suggestions, and liasoned for us when the going got tough. She was even emailing me when she was on vacation!
Day of, Megan once again went above and beyond. She and her team arrived on site 8 hours before our event started to make sure everything was perfect, and of course it was. She made lanterns to hang from trees for us, brought her own personal items for decor, made sure our tables, arbor and lounge area were beautifully decorated and lit. She spent the whole wedding making sure my husband and I were having fun, stood gaurd to make sure we were able to eat, and when my bustle snapped in an unfortunate bathroom situation, Megan stopped everything to sew me a new one on the stop. Who does that?!?! She and her crew stayed long after Matt and I had ridden away in the town car she arranged to clean up and break down.
I can't say enough about Megan. Hire this woman! She will make your dreams come true. -

I have worked with Megan on more than one occasion. Events and a styled shoot. She is amazing. She knows how to keep control of an event to make it perfect and I couldn't of asked for more at the engagement session that she worked on with me and a group of other vendors. I am so happy I got in touch with Megan from Memorable Moments. She made the day a huge success! I don't know what I would have done without her! She was exceedingly creative, professional, and pleasant and added so much beauty to the look and feel of our ceremony and reception. She coordinated the entire day (as well as the rehearsal), freeing me up to enjoy getting married and being with friends and family. Her decorations were so thoughtful and she created beautiful and unique pieces of original art to give a one-of-a-kind feel to the reception. She even advocated for me when the venue pushed back on an over-the-top decoration idea I was trying to make work. I cannot recommend her highly enough! -

Megan was awesome to work with! As a photographer, I love when the bride and groom hire a wedding planner. It means there is someone there to make sure everything goes smoothly. When problems arise they are there to make the call instead of bothering the bride and stressing her out. Megan gave the bride and groom such a wonderful wedding!
