My sister was married at Willow Haven in 2020. When my now husband and I got engaged a year later, we were looking at other venues, trying to avoid the inevitable, but nothing came close to all of the amenities that Willow Haven offers. Aside from the stunning venue, the gorgeous property, free linen options, free decor to utilize, getting to chose whatever caterer you want, bringing your own alcohol so you save money, you get Kitty & Duane, the owners of the facility. Kitty & Duane will treat every bride & groom as if they are their own adult children walking down the aisle that day. They want everything to be perfect for you and they will make sure everything runs smoothly. They even pack all of your wedding items up for you at the end of the night so you do not have to.

When our family left Willow Haven for the second time, we were all saddened knowing we will not have another event there again. We are now in discussions to host a huge family reunion there every few years because we all loved our experience so much.

Wow! We had our wedding here in July of 2022, it was an absolute dream come true. From start to finish, Willow Haven was spot-on!! They provided decor, dj services and were very pleasant to work with. Favorite features were the many different ceremony settings to choose from. The bridal room was an absolute luxury with showers and own hang-out spot. Thank you Willow Haven Staff for the best day ever!

I can't rave enough about Willow Haven! First and foremost the location and barn are absolutely beautiful! We had a fall wedding and the grounds were amazing - tastefully decorated and well maintained! But most importantly the owners and staff were the absolute best! Kitty and Duane helped to make our day stress free and so much fun! They are such a hands on couple (Kitty tended bar and Duane was our DJ), and their staff was incredibly friendly and attentive! The amount of services they offer as part of your venue rental simply can't be matched by anyone else in the area. We highly recommend them for any special occasion!

Willow haven farm is the best place all around that we found to have our wedding they take care of all the major details and anytime we had a question or a problem Dewayne and kitty was quick to fix it. The place is very beautiful and I couldn't have possibly found a better place for your money.. if I could give this place a 10 star rating I would

If you’re looking for rustic beautiful barn wedding this is your BEST choice. Kitty and Duane were absolutely amazing to work with. Kitty always answers my questions and texts I didn’t worry about one thing they took care of everything. We chose not to hire a wedding day coordinator because Kitty was so helpful during the planning process I trusted her and Duane completely. They took my dream wedding and made it reality. I highly recommend them 100%!!!

Had my daughter's wedding there in September of 2021. We couldn't ask for any better owners. They go out of their way to make sure your special day go smoothly. They include some much in their pricing. I couldn't be happier with these awesome owners!!

Through covid bride struggles. As a maid of honor, Duane and kitty are amazing. The venue is beyond gorgeous, and this couple is SO proud of the job they have done! You see these two out and about the WHOLE time tending to the guest, servicing the bride and groom non stop to make their day special and beautiful! It's a personal experience for sure! As a maid of honor I was so happy to see the day to so smooth for my cousin and best friend. I. 26 short days I will get to be the bride at the same place and we are so excited. This venue staff becomes your best friend through the process ❤️

My husband and I had our wedding and reception at Willow Haven on September 6. I barely know where to begin when writing about how amazing our experience was! From coordinating our original April date, to then pivoting to a September date, working with Kitty and Duane was a dream. They were incredibly responsive to all emails, texts, and calls leading up to the main day. Can we serve coffee at the reception? Yes, and they even set up a coffee bar area for our guests. Can we bring champagne to serve? Yes, and they served everything out right on time. Can you do the announcements for our reception and play the music we need? Yes, and they were so amazing at it! They wrote up a drink menu for our guests and helped our live music get setup without an issue. With everything they include in their package, it was SO worth it. I cannot imagine trying to coordinate linens, chairs, and flatware, and decorations by myself. My Hair and Makeup said it was one of the nicest venues they have ever gotten ready at, and were amazed at the bridal suite. Our guests could not say enough about the wonderful service, and neither can we. You should, without a doubt, consider Willow Haven as your dream wedding venue. Our day turned out absolutely perfect, and the fact we had it at Willow Haven was a main reason why.

My husband and I got married at Willow Haven 8/29/20. Words cannot express how amazing the venue, owners and staff are. They handled every detail of our special day and we could not have asked for more. I remember when we were looking for venues, as soon as we walked into Willow Haven we knew that was our venue and I couldn't imagine getting married any where else. Our guests had a blast and they all thought the venue was perfect. Duane and Kitty you guys go above and beyond for your Brides and Grooms and we could never thank you enough for making our wedding day perfect

The entire Willow Haven staff, and especially Duane and Kitty, helped us have an absolutely flawless wedding day on 09.17.21. Seriously— finding this wedding venue was like finding a unicorn. Not only is the location stunningly beautiful, the owners guide you through the process and make sure that your guests and you have an amazing time and experience. If we could rate higher than 5 stars then we would. Thank you SO MUCH for everything!

My son and daughter-in-law were married here and from the day it was booked until the end of the wedding we received exceptional service. This place is truly a hidden gem. The setting is spectacular for photos. So many options. The service both before and after the wedding date were unmatched. Duane and Kitty make it so easy to enjoy the entire process by making it as stress free as possible. Not a single worry on the day of as I knew everything would be handled. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. No hesitations...this place is amazing.

Everything was so perfect! The barn and the property (as well as the stories behind them) are beautiful! Kitty and Duane try to keep as much as they can included and they allow for a lot of flexibility on things that they can't provide. I can't sing this place enough praises!

My husband and I hosted our vow renewal here and were so happy with our choice. Duane and Kitty are super nice and put a lot of effort into making our big day run smoothly! Their services come at a great value, and they are very accommodating! I highly recommend them if you don't want to have to look for additional vendors for random odds & ends for your event! Duane and Kitty are always making improvements to Willow Haven. Plus, Wooster is a very cute, historic town.
