My fiancee and I were engaged dec 2019, just before covid. We planned and replanned the wedding three times and had to switch venue and vendors in the middle. We came across Nancy online and went to visit the original venue, her rental property, and ended up having the wedding at the newly renovated Willow Creek inn. It was so much more than we expected. Nancy is the person you want on your wedding team. She had to pivot midway in our, and other couples, contract to purchase and renovate a new venue in 3 months. She should have been a stressed mess, but she was always calm and easy to communicate with. She was able to provide vendors suggestions nearby and has years of experience with planning and running weddings. She knows how to pivot and can make anything work. She made the day of our wedding 100% stress free. I went into wedding planning expecting little snags or something to go wrong, truly it was perfect. The new Willow Creek Inn is a perfect wedding venue. The ceremony area is great in pictures, and surrounded by gazebos. The walk to the alter curves around the patio and gazebos and makes for a really pretty and unique walk. The property is surrounded by trees and though it is close to the road, you cannot tell. There is ample parking and feels very secluded.. The woodwork inside the historical home is a beautiful detail and adds a lot of charm. The built in bar is beautiful with the woodworking detail all around. The way she renovated the space makes it so versatile, it would easily fit all kinds of esthetics. I would reccomend her services and venue to anyone looking! It felt warm, inviting, comfortable, and functional. There was plenty of room for dining, dancing, drinks and socializing. All of my guests loved the space and had a great time. Do yourself a favor and call Nancy, setup a visit. You won't regret it! -

100000/10! My wedding was perfect and beautiful thanks to Willow Creek Inn.
My husband and I got married on February 14th 2025 at the Willow Creek Inn. Originally we were going to elope at the Prescott courthouse, but the judge didn't have any availability. Nancy and her team were amazing from start to finish, helping us make our micro wedding/elopement perfect. Our package even included cake and a toast! I highly recommend booking this venue. While we had less than 10 guests, there is so much room and opportunity for larger weddings and Willow Creek Inn is perfect for smaller ceremonies. All of the staff members are wonderful. You cannot go wrong so message Nancy today! -

What an a amazing event! The venue is beautiful and the owner, Nancy is so helpful and knowledgeable. It was like a fairy tale. All of my guests were so impressed with the beauty and the vibe of my wedding. I am so thankful for Nancy's graciousness and expertise. I would highly recommend! -

Fantastic Wedding Experience
My husband and I were lucky enough to get married here earlier this year in May. This venue was worth every penny and then some. I originally found the venue via a wedding website, and after perusing their website a few times I decided to make the trip up to Prescott for an in person tour. My husband and his parents also loved the venue, so it was an easy choice to make. Nancy and Nashelle were wonderful to work with every step of the way, and I always felt like our wedding was in good hands with them. They also found a fantastic officiant who worked with us and our religious beliefs, which was very reassuring. All our guests spoke highly of the venue, and the drive up from Phoenix was easy and manageable. Nancy and Nashelle shine at what they do, and you can tell they have poured their heart and soul into this work. They were there every step of the way, thinking of all the little things that hadn't even occurred to me. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding location in the Valley. Thank you for making our day so amazing and unforgettable!!

Great venue & great service
I had a great experience with Nancy at Willow Creek Inn! She was quick to get me scheduled for a Masquerade Ball I hosted on NYE which turned out to be a wonderful event. The venue was clean and set up to my expectations. Nancy's staff members were quick to help breakdown the event quickly too. I would highly recommend Willow Creek Inn for your wedding, corporate outing, or private event! -

Planning our wedding at the Luella House was the best decision we made, it was fun, beautiful and we could plan things the way we wanted. Nancy the owner made this venue even better because she truly cares about making your event magical and she goes the extra mile to offer ideas and suggestions. We had so much fun renting the venue for 4 nights over Memorial day weekend, so we were able to celebrate with friends and family all weekend long. We loved every minute of our wedding. -

Beautiful Wedding Venue - Get Married Here!!!
Nancy and Brittany (our coordinators) were spectacular! We held our small wedding (under 3 months planned) at the Luella House and it also served as our rehearsal dinner location and after wedding brunch! We LOVED it so much there and never wanted to leave! Nancy is seriously quite an amazing host. She goes above and beyond and is so thoughtful in everything she does. She really cares about making your special day feel special and beautiful. Between herself and our wedding coordinator Brittany, they turned our dream wedding into reality... even better than we could have imagined! And everyone could not stop raving about how beautiful the views were, the attention to detail inside and outside the house, and what an amazing spot we had found for our wedding! We can’t wait to come back on our anniversary and relive the magic! What a truly special place!! -

The most adaptable and inviting!
We had originally booked at the Luella House before it got changed to Willow Creek. We were kind of worried about the change because we were originally wanting a full outdoor wedding, but this change ended up being the biggest blessing. The Willow Creek Inn was perfect for our wedding. It had the most amazing ceremony area, the bar area worked perfectly for our group, the dining area was gorgeous. Everything was perfect and Nancy went above and beyond to help us make the day perfect! -
