I worked with Jen at Wilhides and she was absolutely amazing. Not only did she listen to my wants, she made sure I got the look I wanted in my price range!
Our wedding was put together in a month due to family illness, Jen took my inspiration pictures I sent in an email and created bouquets, emailed me pictures and made changes all through email before we had even signed a contract with her!! I was able to meet with her one Saturday and she exceeded my expectations once again! The day of the wedding I was blown away at the beauty of my flowers. I couldn't have asked for a better experience

I've used Wilhide's regularly for flower deliveries and used them for the wedding as well. They were so friendly, problem solving and helpful. We would have loved them to make our arrangments, but we needed to save costs.

Wilhide's knew we were on a budget, just having finished another wedding in another country, so they offered that we could come by and take the stock of flowers after 4pm on the day prior to the wedding in order to save costs. They would promise a certain min amount of whatever type we wanted, and if there were more, we could choose to purchase them, and they only sold us the best looking flowers, picking out any dulled or browned. We chose certain colours and a minimum number and we received a discount which kept us in budget.

The flowers were beautiful, fit their vases perfectly once they were cut at the florists and I couldn't have asked for a better service.

We were very happy with Wilhide's as they were able to provided the quality service we envisioned for our wedding reception day. All the color coordination of the flowers, centerpieces, etc. went very well together as well as the brides' dresses. We worked with Robin and she was very flexible and accommodating to our requests. We would definitely recommend Wilhide's!

Wilhide's did an excellent job with our flowers! The bouquets and centerpieces were beautiful. There was a bit of a lapse in communication when the person we originally met with stopped working for a bit, but Robin touched base with me and made sure everything was set for our wedding day! We were very pleased!

With just a month to plan for my daughter's wedding, WILHIDE Florist and Wedding Planner Ms. Ashley was wonderful accommodating us. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Wilhide's. Ashley was very helpful in suggesting flowers when I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted in my bouquet or for my bridesmaid's bouquets. She always responded quickly when I had a question and the changes I made to my order were updated in a timely fashion. I had them deliver the flowers to my parent's house the day of the wedding and they arrived right on time, in excellent condition and exactly what I had ordered! My dealings with Wilhide's were both worry and stress free!

We could not ask for better service and patience through Wilhide's. Ashley and Karen were creative and open to a lot of ideas. They were also happy to guide us along the way with their wisdom. The flowers for the wedding were stunning and looked great against the wedding party. The reception flowers and candles came out even more beautiful then we expected givng us the soft, elegant, European, romantic look we were hoping for. Guests gave us a lot of positive comments on all of the floral arrangements.
We would highly reccommend them.

The consultation was simple, easy, and quick. They had lots of pictures in case we needed ideas. Ashley was professional and helpful--and she was able to adjust the order easily whenever I changed my mind. The flowers were absolutely beautiful--even better than I could have pictured. We had a great experience and highly recommend Wilhide's.

Where do I begin?! My husband & I were out of town Bride & Groom (Charlotte, NC), so we had to solely rely on other people's reviews for our vendors. Wilhide's did a fantastic job! Ashley, was very professional and prompt when dealing with us. I sent her photos of a bouquet that I seen as well as a photo of the flower centerpieces I wanted to use for the wedding. Can I just say I don't know which was the prettiest?! My bouquet was the most beautiful arrangement I had ever seen, well, until I saw the centerpieces (smile)!! Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!! WE FOUND MS. When my daughter set a wedding date, I contacted Wilhide's Flowers to set up an appointment. We met with Karen Wilhide Kreh and her daughter; They spent a lot of time with us discussing what my daughter had in mind. Karen not only had very creative ideas but made what we had chosen even better. She submitted a competitive proposal within a day or two.The wedding day arrived and we were totally thrilled: the flower arrangements were even more beautiful than we had imagined. Ashley Kreh, the wedding coordinator was fantastic to work with. The quality of the bridal party flowers were magnificent and just stunning and far exceeded my expectations. Wilhide's was able to work within our budget which was a big plus for us.

For future brides, I would request to have the ceremony set-up done by one of the designers. The person who delivered our flowers didn't have any idea what to do with the flowers or how to decorate the pergola -- fortunately we had a decorator in the family who was able to provide some last minute help.

Besides that little mishap, Ashely was just wonderful to work with. She was easily accessible and always responded quickly to whatever we needed. I was so pleased with what Wilhide's did with our wedding flowers. I would recommend them to anyone!

I ordered bouquets of white roses w/seashells in the center. They came out gorgeous! I received so many compliments on my bouquet. The only gripe I have and it is sooooooo minor is that the guys' boutineers were supposed to be wrapped w/teal wire and were wrapped with silver but again SO MINOR. The important thing was that all the flowers looked amazing. I would definitely recommend Wilhides

Very beautiful flowers. My bridesmaid dresses were burgandy which was very hard to find a good match for boquets. I am an idiot when it comes to flowers and had no idea what I wanted to do. Once the looked at my sample fabric and we discussed the layout they took fresh flowers and showed me an idea of what they thought would look good. Everything turned out amazing. I couldn't have asked for better.

Wilhide's provided exceptional flowers and service! Our wedding coordinator and the wedding venue staff said they were blown away with the centerpieces and quality of work that Wilhide's provided for our wedding ceremony and reception. They commented on how they see wedding flowers and decor nearly every weekend but when they walked into the reception tent they knew that it was a top notch florist that had worked on our wedding. Charyl was extremely helpful and willing to do whatever was needed to make us happy. She went out of her way to make us feel wonderful about using Wilhide's. We are so happy we chose Wilhide's for our flowers!

Ashley was absolutely fabulous to work with, and even went the extra mile to help set up the reception site when our caterer was late. What a fabulous group of people at Wilhide's! We got so many compliments on our centerpieces, and the bouquets looked incredible against all the dresses! I highly reccommend using Wilhide's for your wedding -- you will not be sorry!!

Being from out of the area, and not knowing florists we were very pleased with the service and quality of the flowers. Overall Wilhides was wonderful. My bouquet and the flowers for the bridal party turned out wonderful. The only issue we had was with a few of the cube arraignments for the cocktail tables. There was supposed to be one dahlia placed in water over the glass beads and in a few of them there were two dahlias that were barley open.

Wilhide's was very helpful with our planning. Our daughter, the bride, had distinct ideas about her flowers, even down to flowers in her hair. Wilhide's really held up their end well. As I write, I am surrounded by all of the gorgeous reception flowers, still holding up well 3 days later.
The delivery fellow for the house, did get a bit lost, but was prompt in calling for help.

Disappointed in 4 outside cubes..the flowers were not fresh at all and looked pathetic in the cube. Person in charge at the wedding removed them and replaced with some she had on hand so they would look better. Also, VERY disapppointed in the parents/grandparents flowers. Should have stayed away w/minature carnations. They looked ridiculous!!

I order the flowers for my wedding bouquet and wedding party from Wilhides. The flowers were beautiful but there were a few challenges with responsiveness. Overall the flowers were beautiful and I was very happy!

my quote changed a few times a week or so leading up to the wedding because they said they misquoted me less when it should have been more... just added a teenie bit more stress than needed. delivery was right on time and the flowers lasted the whole day. i just got bridal bouquet and bouts/corsages from them

Wilhide's did a beautiful job in creating the centerpieces and bouquets for my wedding. Ashley was very helpful in understanding my ideas and incorporating my colors and themes into the flowers so that they created the perfect effect for my reception. I had Wilhide's do my first wedding in 1988 and my 2nd and final in 2009. While I would not recommend this approach, they were abble to help me with a rather spontaneous 2nd wedding at home on 2 weeks notice. The consultant was knowledgable and open to the suggestions I had and the sample arrangements for table pieces and bouquets that I found on the internet.

I tried to give them creative leeway, instructing only that the arrangments/bouquets be contemporary, incorporate lilies(bouquets) and birds of paradise (arrangements), and use orange/yellow color family. They did a beautiful job.

While cost was not a big consideration, the final total for 2 bouquets and 4 boutonniers was little high (bride's bouquet had only 1 more type of flower but was 65% more expensive than MoH). The table arrangements were small-medium but the price tag was heftier than expected - costing more than the personal flowers. I ended up almost 20% over budget. If I had had more time, I would probably have negotiated different flower choices to lower the cost.

I will definitely use Wilhide's again for special occasion flowers for my home or for events.

They were easy to work with and had great suggestions. I went in saying I wanted a bridal bouquet that wasn't all white and they worked it out! They delivered to our venue on time. The bouquets were beautifully arranged and they stayed together all night without the ribbon pulling apart.

The flowers were gorgeous! Working with the staff was pleasant. They were flexible with changes to the flowers and the schedule.

We had a hiccup on delivery of the flowers (some to the church that were supposed to go to the bride's home) and it took awhile on the day of the wedding to figure out where the flowers were. It was unfortunate that I didn't have my bouquet for the wedding pictures prior to arriving at the church but it wasn't the end of the world.

I worked with Ashley at Wilhides for our flowers for our wedding. She was really good in helping us decide which style we would like for our wedding for our budget. We knew they were good so we decided to mail our deposit back and lock in our date. When we received the quote for everything we wanted we were taken back because we didn't realize fresh flowers cost so much. At that point since we didn't want to loose our deposit, we decided to only have them make my bouquet and do his boutonnière. For the price of my bouquet, I thought it would include more calla lillies and roses, but it didn't. It was beautiful, but for the price I wanted my moneys worth. If I could do it again, I would have chosen silk flowers for everyone and saved a little bit of money. The only problem I had with Wilhide was their response time to my emails. I would email Ashley and it would take her days to get back to me. When I mailed in our deposit and payments, I had to checkin with her to make sure she received it. She would respond and say, "I thought I sent you an email". Although she isn't the best with responding quickly, she did cut our delivery fee in half since they only delivered our flowers to one location.

On our wedding morning the flowers were beautiful, but by the time we left for the ceremony three hours later we were already using twist ties to repair wilting and falling flowers, even though we kept the bouquets moist and cool. We also had a debacle ten days before the wedding when we were told they couldn't find the ribbon color we requested, even though we met with the planners six months before the big day. The small reception center pieces were lovely, and I would use this florist again for arrangements but not necessarily bouquets.

I have to say - I was initially very disappointed with our wedding flowers - specifically the bouquets. The bridal bouquet was supposed to be all ivory - and the roses they used were practically yellow. Additionally, the bridesmaid's bouquets were supposed to be all purple, but had several red roses, and the flower girl's purple flowers were actually magenta! We ended up calling them and having them pick everything up to fix them at the last minute - we were lucky our delivery time was as early as it was so they had time to fix them. Some of the arrangements for the ceremony weren't really what I was expecting, so I wasn't too pleased with them either - but I didn't even see them until after the ceremony, and I wasn't crazy about the cake topper either. That said, the centerpieces for the reception were exactly what I wanted. They did make most of the changes I requested, and had the flowers back in time for pictures before the ceremony, and for that I was extremely thankful - but obviously, I would have wanted it to be right the first time.

My family has been using Wilhides for as long as I can remember. Of course this made it the go to place when I was planning my wedding. For our consultation we discussed our flower choices and colors. My wedding colors were light blue and orange and had provided them with color swatches at our meeting. Once the contract was signed I neqver heard from them about any changes or problems. On my wedding day the flowers were scheduled to arrive at the venue at 5pm. When they arrived I was shocked. I thought we had the wrong flowers. The orange roses we talked about (2 bouquets and 8 boutineers) were all red! I was so upset. The small boutineer we had ordered for our son was the perfect color orange, but every other one was red. I never got a phone call or email saying the color would be an issue. If I had known this would happen I would have chosen white. The flowers looked so out of place with all of the orange. I was so excited to have my flowers preserved, but now they just make me sad. All I would have asked for is some forewarning instead of this surprise on my wedding day. I do not plan to use Wilhides again, and hope they issue us a significant refund since we did not get what we ordered.
