Absolutely loved working with the Wildman team. There were no hidden costs everything was discussed up front. The space was amazing, we got so many compliments on it! Did both the ceremony and reception for around 175 people and there was plenty of space and everything flowed easily. They worked so well with all of vendors and thought through everythingWildman BT's reply:

We had the most incredible experience hosting our wedding at Wildman BT! The space itself is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, elegant, and the perfect backdrop for such a special day. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous everything was!
Michelle and Annie were amazing to work with from start to finish. They were organized, responsive, and so supportive throughout the planning process, making everything feel seamless and stress-free. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of and that our day ran perfectly.
We are so grateful to have celebrated our wedding here and couldn’t recommend this venue more highly. It was truly a perfect day thanks to the beautiful space and the wonderful team behind it!! -

We were looking for a place we could host both the ceremony and reception that felt unique and matched our vibe for our October wedding. Wildman BT delivered that and more!
The space was absolutely beautiful and offered so many unique amenities including the projection wall which we used for our seating chart and to display our new last names throughout the night, the mobile bar called Honey with self-serve drinks, and the most beautiful bathrooms I have ever been in. It was clear that a ton of thought went into the setup of this versatile space from the gorgeous bridal suite to the amazing AV system and more.
Michelle and Annie were both wonderful to work with and were so helpful to us as we were planning our wedding from states away. They answered all of our questions, recommended other vendors, and were just the sweetest people. If I was planning another event in Chicago, they would be the first place I would call. We could not recommend Wildman BT enough! -

We absolutely cannot recommend WildmanBT enough! Michelle and Annie were a delight to work with. We fell in love with the place immediately after seeing it for the first time, and the team made sure all of our questions were answered and our requests were addressed.
We were concerned that our 100-person wedding (ceremony + reception) wouldn’t fill out the space, but Michelle and Annie assured us that the headcount was perfect and even helped us brainstorm floor plans. Our final walk through with them solidified our plans and helped us feel at ease in the week leading up to our wedding. We truly felt taken care of and in good hands.
We’re happy to report that everything came out exactly how we wanted it to! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the venue is. We absolutely cannot imagine our wedding in a more perfect space! -

WildmanBT exceeded our expectations in every possible way. From start to finish, working with their team was effortless. They were incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and truly acted as partners in making the space feel perfect for us and for our day.
One of the things we loved most is how ideal WildmanBT is for hosting an entire wedding day in one place. Each room flip was stunning, and our guests were constantly commenting on how gorgeous the venue was and how surprised they were that we were still in the same space. Every transition felt intentional, unique, and elevated.
The bridal suite was wonderful and easily fit our large wedding party. It made getting ready feel relaxed and joyful, which set the tone for the entire day.
Michelle and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were kind, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the planning process. Their vendor recommendations were also spot on and made the entire experience smoother, especially working with vendors who clearly love and respect one another. We cannot recommend WildmanBT enough -

We had the most beautiful wedding at WildmanBT - Michelle was super easy to work with and we loved the optional and available upgrades. We had a group of approx. 210, large stage props, a band, 2 food trucks, and large dance floor. We were worried about finding a venue that'd be able to fit all our people and specs but WildmanBT more than surpassed our expectations. It's the perfect mix of industrial and chic - we had highly personalized touches and wanted to be in the weeds on most decisions, which WildmanBT and our coordinator graciously accommodated for. WildmanBT was also a top choice for it's more square than rectangle shape which meant more people could watch the dancing from their seats and the bridal suite was top notch. The location is ideal given it's close to Fulton Market where we had our rehearsal dinner and hotel block for guests. -

We are so glad we chose The W
Wildman BT for our daughter's recent wedding! Michelle & her staff were amazing to work with. They made us feel special and confident that all would get handled! The venue turned into a magnificent space and just glowed from our candlelight and the beautiful sky lights as the sun set! Our guests cannot stop talking about this space and how beautiful it was down to every detail. Have not seen a bathroom so beautiful at a wedding and the Bridal suite was amazing as well. High;y recommend!!! -

Wow! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed having our wedding at the Wildman BT and working with Michelle and Valentina.
We instantly fell in love with the space when we toured and it really was icing on the cake that Michelle and Valentina were so amazing to chat with. They spent well over an hour touring with us and answering all of our questions, both at the tour itself and afterwards via email. I also really liked that they were not in the least bit pushy to get us to make a deposit and sign the contract.
Throughout the planning phase, they were extremely responsive when we'd reach out with questions. They were also very accomodating to us for several different things. One being that we had a food truck that needed to cook indoors, however, that is typically not allowed due to noxious fumes. Valentina made herself available for our food truck and planner to meet in person a couple of weeks before the wedding and work out a solution. Michelle was on vacation at the time but made herself free for a phone call to align on the plan. Another example is related to a beverage cart service that they offer at the venue. Michelle honored prior year pricing for us as that was shared initially several months before we formally booked the service.
On the day prior to our wedding, they allowed us to drop off all of our belongings (which was a LOT) and leave overnight, as well as host our rehearsal ceremony at the venue free of charge. The venue itself is gorgeous and serves as the perfect backdrop for photos.
Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend hosting your wedding or other event at the Wildman BT. Michelle and Valentina are truly world class. -

We truly cannot say enough good things about WildmanBT, Michelle and Valentina. After our initial venue unfortunately fell through, they truly saved the day. We didn’t think we’d be able to find something else that checked the boxes and remained budget friendly, but WildmanBT ended up exceeding expectations in every way.
Their communication from start to finish was unlike any other venue or vendor. They were incredibly timely, thorough and friendly in every correspondence. Despite our never ending questions, Michelle and Valentina were always so patient and eager to help. They both went far beyond their duties to give us suggestions and advice when asked, make us feel comfortable with all aspects of our wedding day, and truly get to know us and our families (and our dogs!). We really could not have been in better hands.
The space is equally as noteworthy. The versatility allows for so many possibilities and ways for us to make it our own. It is so beautiful on its own that you don’t need to overspend filling it with florals and decor. Transitions from cocktail hour to dinner and to dancing flowed so perfectly. Our guests looking to be further away from the reception noise had areas to continue conversations while still feeling like a part of the party!
Our guests are still so complimentary of the venue and accommodations throughout the evening. We are so grateful we found WildmanBT, Michelle and Valentina to help make our wedding day as beautiful as it was! -

We had an amazing experience at Wildman BT for our wedding! This was the first venue we toured, and we quickly realized we couldn’t find anything as beautiful. The venue provides the perfect backdrop for our special day, and the open concept design creates a welcoming atmosphere, allowing guests to feel involved in the celebration, even if they don’t want to dance. Michelle and Valentina were incredibly easy to work with, making the planning process smooth and enjoyable. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly made a difference.
If we ever have another wedding, we wouldn’t hesitate to choose Wildman BT again. Highly recommend! -

We had our wedding at Wildman BT last month and could not recommend this space more to anyone looking to host an event! Michelle, Valentina, and the whole team at Wildman were so kind and patient throughout the whole process- we were worried about fitting in 2 separate ceremonies AND a reception all into the same space, and they did a fantastic job at addressing our concerns and ensuring that the transitions between events would go flawlessly. Our entire wedding party was able to use the space to get ready in the morning, which was a huge plus.
The venue itself has a beautiful industrial look, and we had so many guests tell us how much they enjoyed the space! Overall, the Wildman BT team and venue exceeded our expectations, and we could not be more grateful to have worked with them. -

The moment I walked into the venue I fell in love with the industrial but elevated look (it truly does have the most beautiful bathrooms). It truly is a beautiful blank slate that you can make your own but also simple and beautiful enough you don't have to do much. Michelle and Valentina are the dream team and work hard to make your vision come true. I appreciated their positive vibes, attention to detail and responsive communication to all of my questions. -

From the very first time we met Michelle, she made us feel so comfortable and made the whole planning process so easy. The venue itself is STUNNING and we had so many compliments from our guests. This was our dream venue in Chicago. My husband and I were very picky, and we are so grateful we went with Wildman for our wedding. My mom was our wedding planner, which I'm sure is a vendor's nightmare (haha), but Michelle, Valentina, and the Wildman team went above and beyond to ensure my mom was totally comfortable with everything for the wedding. Michelle spent HOURS in person and on the phone with my mom going over so many details, and Michelle was always open to trying new things with us. We were able to spend time in the venue in advance to ensure no detail was missed, and it all ended up even better than we imagined.
The venue is beautiful, and no detail is missed. From the stunning bathrooms to the light coming in through the windows on the ceiling to the bridal suite, our guests literally gasped when they came into the room for dinner! Getting ready with my bridesmaids upstairs was also an amazing alternative for me as I did not want the typical hotel suite photos with my bridesmaids.
The proximity to Garfield Park is also a huge plus. We had photos taken there and while we haven't gotten them back yet, I know they are going to be stunning!
I cannot stop raving about Wildman and we are so lucky that we were able to have our wedding in such a unique, amazing space. Thank you Michelle and the Wildman team! -

The team at Wildman was so kind and accommodating for us as we planned our wedding day. We wanted our wedding to feel like a big party, and Wildman’s flexible space worked perfectly for transitioning from our ceremony into our reception. The upstairs bridal suite was perfect for us to relax before the ceremony and have a moment to regroup afterward before joining our guests, and also to change into a party dress after dinner! Our guests loved the gorgeous lounge furniture and bathrooms. We’re so happy we chose Wildman for our wedding venue! Thank you so much for everything, Michelle and Valentina! -

The BEST Chicago Wedding Venue!
WildmanBT was an absolute DREAM wedding venue for our big day in February! Not only is the space stunning, but Michelle, Valentina and the entire WildmanBT team were absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. They worked seamlessly with us as we sorted through logistics of the day, worked with all of our vendors, provided us great recommendations & accommodated everyones needs. They even so kindly hosted us for multiple venue walk throughs with our vendor teams, our families and allowed us to utilize the space for our rehearsal walk through the evening before our wedding. The room was set up perfectly to accommodate our 200 guests and looked even more beautiful on our big day than I had pictured it in my head! The space is industrial, elegant, timeless and elevated - I cannot recommend hosting your wedding or any event at WildmanBT anymore - I wish that we could do it all over again!! -

We were OVER THE MOON with our wedding at Wildman...Michelle, Valentina, and team are the absolute dream to work with and were from the very beginning...extremely responsive, collaborative, and just overall amazing. Our guests had an absolutely wonderful time at the wedding and loved the versatility of the venue, which also photographed beautifully (exposed brick, media wall, green coat check, blue curtains...need I say more?). We had ~200 people attend and the venue was perfect for a wedding that large. Guests loved the coat check, media wall, valet parking, and no complaints from our suburbs-based guests on finding the place!
Our day was perfect and the team and venue played a huge part in making it so. 5/5 would have a reception at Wildman again! -

The Perfect Venue
We had our wedding vow ceremony and reception at Wildman BT in October 2023 and we 1000% recommend. This was by far the most beautiful venue we looked at for our wedding and Michelle and her team were so easy to work with. They have so much knowledge and really helped us think about every detail. Our guests are still talking about how amazing our venue was. From the lights, to the valet, to the intricate bathrooms, this space is perfect. There was plenty of room for our guests throughout our cocktail hour and dinner with enough space for a huge dance floor! You need to check out Wildman BT. If you are on the fence, we encourage you to just visit and meet with Michelle and her team. We couldn't have imagined our wedding being anywhere else! -

My husband and I celebrated our wedding reception at The Wildman in October and it was the absolute perfect day! Michelle, Kara and the entire Wildman crew went above and beyond to help make our wedding vision come to life! From food trucks, wood burning pizza ovens, a live band, scooter entrances and more they supported us and made our wedding day a perfect representation of us as a couple! Michelle had fantastic recommendations for vendors and was happy to help us get anything we needed from lights to decor! As our day approached and the anxious nerves began Michelle offered advice and comfort. She walked us through our entire plan and answered all of our questions with detail and care. We got married at WildmanBT in June 2022 after our original venue was shut down by the city, and we are so glad it did because WildmanBT was amazing! Such a beautiful space in an unpretentious location, and Michelle and Kara were so easy to work with. The projection wall made our dance floor incredible, our guests loved all the design touches, and the space was set up perfectly for all of our vendors with different spaces for different experiences.
