G is just phenomenal. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her help, support, and guidance every step of the way. She asked questions to make me think about things I had never considered for the wedding day, and always provided great information about the pros/cons so that I could make the decision best for me and my groom, without ever telling me how the wedding should be. Cannot recommend Gianna enough. She was so much fun to work with and was so supportive throughout the entire wedding planning process. We booked with her a year and a half before our big day and she was there to answer questions the entire time! Gianna was AMAZING! If you're like we were at the beginning of wedding planning and asking yourself "do I really need help?" the answer is YES YOU DO. We booked her for Client Management Services and it was worth every single cent. I consider myself organized but Gianna was next level. Every time we spoke to her, she brought up something that needed to be done that I never would have thought of in a thousand years. My goal for the day of my wedding was to have people ask me as minimal amount of questions possible and because of G, that is exactly what happened. Gianna was the coordinator for our wedding this month at Palisades Tahoe, and having her on the team was the single most important choice we made in the entire planning process. Gianna is amazing. Although we hired her for month-of coordination, she was there with us from day one, available for any questions we had about the process, going above and beyond in every regard. She knows all about wedding planning and coordination, and she’s also just an awesome person who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She had worked previously with not only the venue, but the DJ and Florist (she’s amazing and just knows everyone in the area), so coordination between the different players was seamless and easy, even with the photographer we brought from out of state.
Although there were some unforeseeable circumstances (who would have guessed a power outage would leave our entire party stranded on a mountain until almost midnight?), Gianna helped to make the whole situation an amazing experience. While Gianna worked with us and the venue staff to resolve everything, the party never stopped, and we actually had to force people to leave at the end of the night despite the lack of power. It was perfect. A huge thanks to Gianna for everything she did and for helping to make the night amazing and memorable for everyone. If you’re planning a wedding at Palisades, Gianna is MUST HAVE for your team. If you’re planning a wedding somewhere other than Palisades, Gianna is STILL A MUST HAVE for your team. 11/10, six stars, best coordinator ever.

Gianna makes wedding magic happen
Hiring Gianna was one of the absolute best decisions we made for our wedding at Palisades Tahoe. Hands down. She was the first vendor we booked, and every time we mentioned her name to another vendor or venue staff, they just lit up and started talking about how much they loved her, which put us at complete ease.
We booked her "Client Management" package, which is perfect if you're on the ball and generally feel good about planning the wedding, but want help executing. Gianna is impressively responsive to emails, and also includes a call at any point in the leadup to the wedding in this package, which was helpful for us early on as we started nailing down what we needed to do. She provides an incredible list of vendors, and is generally very helpful at finding ways to achieve what you're trying to do within your budget.
With Gianna, we didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day of the wedding. She made sure all of our decor was set up to perfection, allowed us to use her extensive rental inventory to rent a farm table for our sweetheart table and miscellaneous other decor items, and generally made sure that things were running smoothly.
I can't recommend Gianna more highly. Thank you for everything!!

My daughter said that she and Gianna "clicked" when they met - but I think that Gianna brings that magic to every person she meets. Gianna is just amazing! Our High Camp, Palisades Tahoe wedding went so smoothly thanks to her- we literally could not have done it without her and her team. Months later people are complimenting how smoothly our event went- all thanks to her and her team. She was hilarious and had an amazing attitude, and was totally game for whatever we wanted to do- so we could have our wedding our way. Her timeline was VERY thorough and she was able to coordinate the complicated venue timing with the photographer and the videographer and the wedding party so everyone was where they needed to be on time. She works with Palisades a lot and the staff there know her personally, which really helped. I had the most magical, stress free wedding weekend and I thank Wild and Lovely Events for that!

Gianna is just awesome. We can’t recommend her more highly - she was reasonably priced, and so so helpful and went above and beyond! We hired her as a “day of” planner, but she provided advice and suggestions throughout the months before too. She was really fun and relatable, but always professional.
We had to change to our bad venue with less than 24 hours notice before the wedding. She was on top of it! Our original venue required very minimal decorations but the new one was pretty bare bones. She was able to magically find extra flowers and decorations and nicer chairs, as well as rearrange some of the things we’d already rented from her, and set everything up for us. She made a pretty stressful time go as smoothly as it could, and we are so grateful for her!

We found Gianna as she was a preferred vendor through our venue. Her local vendor expertise and connections were unbelievably helpful! She was super knowledgeable about certain processes with other vendors we hired who she had previously worked with. She was was also able to source the exact chairs we wanted at a lower price than other vendors I had found! On top of this, she has her own warehouse of select decorative items we rented which she delivered, set up and teared down… all of this at a very reasonable price. I cannot speak highly enough about Gianna! She is incredible and truly a hero! Gianna was our day-of coordinator for our wedding at River Highlands Ranch in Smartsville, CA, but she was so much more than a day-of coordinator. She helped to make rental orders, advised on décor choices, answered my millions of questions, and kept me calm throughout the entire planning (and day-of) chaos. Her relationships and experience with so many other vendors in the area is priceless, and her planning expertise and ability to herd the masses can’t be beat. The weeks leading up to our wedding in May, the weather flipped back and forth from rain to no rain, giving me plenty of anxiety. Sure enough, on the day of, it rained on and off and we kept switching from thinking we could do the ceremony outside to not. Thankfully, Gianna made the wise decision to have the ceremony inside—it poured throughout the entire ceremony and everyone would have been drenched if we were outside! But Gianna handled the stress and quick changes like the true pro she is and was completely unfazed by any of the challenges! Despite everything, she made sure we all had the times of our lives and the most memorable wedding day. If you’re getting married in the Grass Valley / Tahoe area, I highly recommend Gianna if you want your wedding to go absolutely perfectly, no matter what mother nature throws at you!

Hiring Gianna was hands down the best decision I made for this wedding. She was amazing. We hired her for day of planning but she really does so much more. She was so easy to work with and just really went above and beyond to make our day special. She trimmed flowers for us, put stickers on 50 cups, and carried Christmas trees downstairs during the wedding for us haha. I really can't express how much Gianna meant to our wedding. From the very beginning she was a ROCKSTAR! We could not have had a better person to trust our day with. She was on top of over detail, followed through with vendors on our behalf, coordinated three (3!!!) live music groups, and was such a beaming light, for our wedding. She was there when we needed her most, and anticipated every thing before we even knew we needed something. She was beyond accommodating to all of our random requests, and made all of our guests feel welcomed. Gianna was everything and more that we needed the day of our wedding. She is so helpful, supportive, and really makes your image come to life. We don't know what we would have done without her- she connected all the vendors, was so organized with google docs and spreadsheets, was good with communication, and the nicest person. Without her, our day wouldn't have gone as smooth and perfect. She is just the best and I would recommend her 1,000 times over and over again to anyone who asks for a wedding planner.

Wedding was seamless
Gianna did a wonderful job decorating our venue for our wedding. Our original planner dropped out last minute, and she was more than happy to step up to the challenge. We were even able to rent decorations from her directly! The whole process was smooth, and she was very reassuring the day of our wedding. Her communication with vendors was very valuable, and I definitely recommend her services! My guests thought our wedding was fabulous.

Gianna and her team made planning our wedding so much less stressful than it would have been on our own. We were originally supposed to be married in May of 2020, but our wedding was rescheduled three times because of COVID. The most AMAZING planner you will ever work with
Gianna is absolutely incredible.
My husband and I planned a spooky Halloween wedding and Gianna made our hodgepodge vision come to life. We sent her a bunch of photos of stuff we liked and she knocked it out of the park. People always say that something will go wrong on your wedding day, and I firmly believe thanks to Gianna, that our day was perfect and went so smoothly.
Another note, our venue, for an entire year were very unresponsive to any phone calls/emails and Gianna made sure to hound them to respond to us.
Hire her, you won't regret it!

Gianna was recommended to me by my older sister to use for day of coordination for my wedding. She truly went above and beyond for me and my husband! we had multiple meetings to discus details I wanted and any vendors I hadn't secured yet. She had a million amazing recommendations for all the vendors for my wedding (Literally all but one of my vendors was off her preferred vendors list) Everyone who was part of my big day did an amazing job and Gianna did amazing! She completely made my vision come to life. There was not one second on my wedding day that I was worried about a single detail because I knew everything was in good hands! Hire Gianna!
We truly had the best experience (from start to finish) working with Gianna for our wedding this past July! I talked to several planners/coordinators before Gianna, but I knew she was the one immediately following our discovery call. I felt completely comfortable being myself; Gianna is just so REAL, relatable, and experienced with what she does.
She helped us finalize the details for our day of timeline, and was always helpful when I had a question or concern throughout the planning process. Her warehouse rentals & calligraphy were awesome too! We had a full-service venue but used her for the boxwood seating chart and boxwood photo backdrop - both of which were AMAZING additions to our wedding day (photos below!). Gianna also worked SO well with our venue coordinator Mercedes and the rest of the staff at Palisades Tahoe, so if you’re having your wedding there, this is your sign to book Gianna!
I was a very type-A bride, so I did nearly all the planning myself and was very involved in the details leading up to our wedding, but I also wanted to be able to enjoy our wedding day without any unnecessary stress. On our wedding weekend, it was so nice to be able to offload all my labeled bins full of signage, linens, guestbooks, etc. and trust that Gianna would handle the setup and make everything look nice - which she absolutely did! Then, she boxed everything up for us at the end of the reception and dropped it off in our room. It was worth every penny to not have to personally worry about the setup or getting our stuff back at the end of the night. It’s also priceless to not have friends and family feel responsible for helping at the end of the night (which we’ve done for several other weddings) when we just want to keep the party going!
My mom did not think we needed to hire a coordinator of any kind, but she was so impressed by how much value Gianna and her colleague added during our wedding weekend (rehearsal + wedding day). The day goes by so fast as it is, so save yourself any unnecessary stress and let Gianna handle it! You plan for your wedding day once, but she does it for a living, so her expertise and guidance throughout the process + especially on the day are sooo worth it.

Gianna was a rockstar for our wedding. She is super knowledgeable in terms of preparing and guiding your wedding day in advance. In terms of day of, I don't think I could have asked for anyone better. She is everywhere, taking care of the small things so you don't have to even think about it. Especially dealing with the after-wedding breakdown of the venue. You can trust that Gianna is taking care of all of your personal items and ensuring the vendors are out on time. This was especially important to me since we got married on top of Palisades which involved putting everything in a tram to go up and to come back down. Do yourself a favor and hire Gianna for Norcal event
I had to argue with my now-hubby about hiring a wedding coordinator. "We have family to help us," he said. I had to remind him that our family, probably, would also like to enjoy the day with us and he finally came around. I can't imagine how the day would have gone without her! It went smoothly hubby and I thought, nah, it's too good to be true?!?! But, alas, it was.
We hired Gianna for month-of services but she took texts/calls/emails before that time period because, ya know, COVID, and she was so gracious the year-and-a-half process. While we did the bulk of the planning beforehand, she gave us notes on things we totally forgot about as well as recommendations for other vendors/services. And the day-of, she helped execute my vision for moody/romantic reception decor, took care of a few things I forgot about, made sure everyone got their tips, and cleaned up at the end of the night like it was just a breeze! My family complimented how well she did her job as everyone was able to soak in the joy and love that whole weekend with no stress. Don't spend all this money planning a wedding just to be stressed out and not enjoy the actual day-- highly recommend getting yourself a Gianna.

Gianna was easy to talk to. She is warm and bubbly but can defiantly take charge and manage a large group of people well. She knows her stuff. She helped us save money and time with her amazing rentals and attention to detail. She has tons of resources and was extremely helpful with random questions throughout the year. She answered all of my emails and questions very quickly. Our day went perfectly thanks to her. She also added her own special details to make the day above and beyond. I worked with Gianna through 2 years of pandemic. We got engaged just before and she was my first call. I can't begin to give enough praise to Gianna and her services. From our very first call to the last hug of the evening leaving my wedding, Gianna was professional, responsive, helpful, and just AMAZING! My now-husband and I decided to have a destination wedding in Lake Tahoe (living in Arizona). Knowing that I wouldn't be able to be on the ground for a majority of the planning, I knew I needed a planner that would be able to speak to all things Lake Tahoe weddings. Gianna did just that. Our first call, where we talked for over an hour, she listened to all of my crazy ideas and helped me make some key decisions right away. Over the course of the year leading up to the wedding, we jumped on several calls to make sure everything was on track. She even came to our tasting so she could meet us in person. The day-of was an absolute dream. I literally did nothing except get ready and soak in all the happiness. I didn't think about planning or decor or schedule one time.
My aunt made a special video to play at the wedding and when the venue let Gianna know that their projector/screen wasn't working only a couple days before, without skipping a beat so began researching and bought equipment to use to make sure we could still show the video to our guests. To me, this kind of service is above and beyond.
I truly truly truly could not have planned my wedding without Gianna. Not only is she an awesome planner, but she is a beautiful, bright, intelligent woman. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank you, G, for all your hard work to make our day so special!

We just had our wedding at Squaw (now Palisades) on 10/1/21. One of our contacts from the venue recommended Gianna to us and I am so glad she did!!!! From the start Gianna was SO incredibly sweet, personable and easy to talk to. She asked all the questions you don’t even know to think of and covered all the details. When rehearsal day arrived she was there and ready to go. It was very apparent she had done this several times before and directed everyone with ease. I felt such relief knowing Gianna was going to be there to keep it all together!! On wedding day, everything (from our perspective) went so smoothly and just as planned! Gianna listened to all our requests we had previously discussed and made it happen. She then told us at the end of the night that her assistant became suddenly unavailable so she was doing everything herself. We never would have had any idea!!! Also bonus, she offers rentals (has pretty much anything you can dream of) and writing for any wedding day signs (welcome sign, seating chart, etc.) on the side!

Magic Maker!
Our wedding took place this past week and Gianna was our wonderful wedding coordinator. Honestly, we couldn't have done it without her. She makes sure every detail is in place and asks all the questions we wouldn't have even thought to ask. We also had to change our wedding venue two weeks before the date due to wildfires and she rolled with the punches. She called 13 different rental companies until she found one that would travel to our new venue and made sure that everything went off without a hitch. Gianna was a dream to work with for our big day. We knew planning a wedding in Tahoe in the middle of winter would naturally come with some challenges, and having someone flexible, determined and passionate about making our wedding vision become a reality was essential. Gianna went above and beyond throughout the planning process and on our wedding weekend. She was kind and professional, but it really felt more like having a good friend out there (who happens to know a ton about wedding planning) taking care of business for us. Every strange or off-beat request of ours was met with an "Oh, I love that" or "Yep lets make it happen" from her - It never felt like our vision was out of reach, and everything came together for us perfectly. On top of all of this, Gianna has tons of wedding rental supplies that she offers at discount to her couples, which saved us money on decor instead of purchasing out of pocket to never use again! We highly recommend Wild & Lovely events to couples who want a fun, knowledgeable and organized wedding planner in the greater Tahoe area to bring your wedding vision to life!

She is Amazing!!
Wild and lovely events was absolutely amazing! Gianna is one of the sweetest and hardest working women I know. Our wedding was in a very difficult venue as far as rules and regulations, she did it flawlessly. She was flexible with anything and everything we needed, provided a lot of our wedding Decour from her own personal stash and made it even more beautiful than I could’ve imagined with her creativity. She’s super easy to work with, extremely detailed and makes you feel at ease in the most stressful of times. Highly recommend!

Couldn't have asked for more
Gianna is AMAZING! She is funny, easy to work with, professional, and definitely knows the "ins and outs" of her business. My husband and I were living out of town while planning our wedding, and I felt next to no stress throughout the entire process because I knew we were in good hands. It was truly a bride's dream of a planning experience. Gianna was able to help me with any and all questions, from the nitty-gritty venue specifics, to general decor and design questions. She got back to me with-in a couple of hours each time I reached out, and my stresses immediately subsided.
I could go on and on about all of the little things, however, the big thing to note about our whole experience is this: The week before our wedding, we had a last minute venue change due to potential for rain. Gianna took over, calling and informing all of our vendors, scheduling an extra walk through with all of them, and pulled off the best day of our lives in less than a week. I swear that it was better than the original plan would have been.
Every couple believes their day is magical (hopefully), but both my husband and I both left the night saying "This was the best day ever," and still say the same every time we reflect on the day. Those words would not be true without Gianna's services. I am so thankful for her genius, and that we get to have the memories that we have forever.

Run, don't walk to hire her because she will save the day. Gianna is a pro and so wonderful to work with. She knows the Nevada City/Grass Valley community inside and out and helped us get creative to stay within budget though her connections. She has a great warehouse of rentals and her knowledge of the miner's foundry made planning a breeze. She is super thorough and just a great human. Can't recommend her enough!

Best decision we made
Everyone tells you when you are planning your wedding that one of the best decisions you can make is to hire a day of coordinator and they couldn't be more right. When trying to keep a wedding budget in check it can be hard to justify the extra expense, but Gianna is worth every penny. There are so many things to worry about at the last minute and it was so relieving to know that Gianna was there to take up the reins and bring our special day to the finish line. She handled the set-up and clean-up so our friends and family didn't have to carry that burden. She was the point person for everything and everyone the entire day, so we didn't have to worry about keeping things on track, we just got to sit back, enjoy and follow her direction. As a bonus she also has great wedding decor that she rents exclusively to her couples, so when I didn't have time to make signs and things, she was able to fill in all the missing pieces. She is professional and dedicated, even though she had a family emergency the day of our wedding she never let it show, and didn't even tell us until the wedding was over so we wouldn't be stressed out. Thanks Gianna, we couldn't have pulled it off without you!

Wild & Lovely- Gianna
Gianna was our wedding coordinator and was a perfect choice. She was amazing at coordinating all aspects of our wedding and making our ideas reality. Her relationships with vendors and suggestions of who to work with were also exceptional and helped us further coordinate our day. Even when Mother Nature decided to play into our day, Gianna was unflappable, and helped us coordinate tents for our reception the week of the wedding. We literally would not have had our day without her, if there were an option to give her more than 5 stars we would do it. You cannot go wrong with Wild & Lovely Events.

Amazing experience!
We couldn't be happier with Wild & Lovely Events! They exceeded all of our expectations! We had to change the reception venue a week before the wedding, and they handled it so well. Our daughter and her new husband were beyond happy as well, and that was the most important thing for us. We were well taken care of, and we would highly recommend them!

Amazing Day of Coordinator
Our venue required a day of coordinator and at first I didn’t understand why but now that the day is done, I would recommend a coordinator to everyone!! Gianna was amazing and she definitely did more than just day of. Planning a wedding is not easy and she was always more than willing to answer my questions. She’s also got a huge garage full of wedding items that you can rent from her for a really good price. Everything looked so good the day of and we could not have done it without her!

Gianna is absolutely incredible. She was super responsive throughout the whole process and helped make our vision a reality. Don’t even think about getting married without Gianna
As an event manager myself, I knew I wanted to hire a day of coordinator for my wedding. The only problem was finding the right one so I could truly let go and enjoy the day. After my initial call with Gianna- I was certain she was the one!
She was very patient and helped me so much when I had some venue drama even before I officially hired her. She was the glue that held our wedding and myself together during this stressful time!
Leading up to the wedding she was very detailed and made sure I had everything taken care of. When the wedding day came I felt comfortable letting go and she executed my dream wedding just as I had planned. Besides putting up with my last minute requests, she broke her toe early on in the day and didn’t skip a beat like a champ!!
She worked so great with all of my vendors and everyone in my wedding party loved her (and actually listened to her!). She checked in with my husband and I to make sure everything was on schedule and also always make sure we had food/drinks. I am still finding out things that she made happen that I wasn’t even aware of- she really anticipates everything.
I cannot thank her enough for keeping track of all the decor and making sure our wedding was the best day of our lives.
If you have any doubts about spending the money on her- DONT! The service she provides is priceless on the most important day of your life.

Gianna made our wedding so fun and stress-free. From our walk-through at the venue (Miners Foundry--she works there so often she even has keys), to the rehearsal and the actual wedding day, she is truly the reason it flowed so smoothly and took a huge burden off of us. She plotted out the big things (table layout, linen rentals, etc) to the smallest details and it came out truly lovely. Gianna was everything my wife and I hoped for when we hired a wedding coordinator. She checks every box. To put simply, every detail of the wedding, big and small was accounted for in the planning. The day-of execution was as flawless as the planning. Furthermore, as I am sure every couple is, we had things we wanted/requested/asked for our wedding that we were not sure if were possible... I am positive that "no" or "can't", did not come out of Gianna's mouth one time. Every request was greeted with a heck-yes and a smile. The only thing that matches Gianna's ability as a coordinator is her love of being a coordinator. I am sure that she makes it look easier than it is, but it appeared she was having a great time.. from the planning, to the day of, and even the clean up. She loves love, and she made this day the best day of our lives. I am positive that no matter what kind of wedding you are having, it will be better with Gianna as your wedding coordinator.

Hiring Wild & Lovely Events was the BEST decision we made during the wedding planning process
There are many decisions to be made when it comes time to plan for a wedding. Looking back, hiring Wild & Lovely Events was honestly the best decision we made. It's very rare that a wedding vendor becomes your friend during one of life's most stressful seasons, but that's exactly what happened. Gianna was incredible. We had scheduled FaceTime meetings to make sure we were on track, sort of serving as checkpoints throughout the planning process. It's an overwhelming time, and that reassurance that we were in fact on track helped put our minds at ease. I truly don't know how (or if) we would've made it through the wedding planning process without Gianna and her team at Wild & Lovely Events.

The easiest, smoothest, most professional and enjoyable experience
We hired Wild and Lovely Events to coordinate our wedding and we were not disappointed. Gianna’s attention to detail blew us away and our wedding flowed so much more smoothly than I expected. She took so much time with us to make sure we knew exactly what we needed from the vendors to the rental orders. I am sure I had about a million questions for her along the way and she responded so quickly and professionally. She was such a huge help with this process and the absolute sweetest person. Ok I mean besides marrying my husband, working with Wild and Lovely Events was the best decision ever! Gianna was absolutely delightful to work with! She was the most essential aspect to making sure my wedding day was stress free. We hired Wild and Lovely events for our day of coordination and I can confidently say that our wedding was perfect because she was so much more than just our day of coordinator. Gianna is on top of her communication, she is well organized, and beyond personable. My husband and I both feel like Gianna is someone we could talk to for hours on end and she made us feel like so much more than just clients. She completely got on board with our style as well as our desire to have a simple but heartfelt wedding. She had great suggestions coming from her wealth of experiences in the business which helped us fill in the gaps in our own planning. At the same time, Gianna never pushed us or suggested more than she thought we would be interested in. I really just have to say that if you're considering someone to work with for any amount of time during your wedding planning Wild and Lovely Events should be on your list. I cannot say enough amazing things about Gianna! As wedding photographers, my husband and I have been working with her for years, but didn't understand just HOW VALUABLE and HOW MUCH goes on behind the scenes until she coordinated our very own wedding this July. She handled EVERYTHING for us and made our wedding planning stress free and fun. Leading up to our wedding, she made sure everything was in place, and flowing smoothly. On wedding day our families could ENJOY the day without worrying about anything because her team took care of everything.
To be honest, when we first started planning I didn't think we needed a coordinator since we're in the wedding industry and know so much about weddings, but I was very wrong. I am a DJ from Sacramento and have had the pleasure of working with Gianna and her team at the Miner's Foundry in Nevada City several times, and a few other Grass Valley locations a handful of times. Each wedding she has been coordinator and planner for has gone smoothly to perfection, without any detail left out. Gianna was amazing to work with. We opted for her day of services which encompassed many pre-wedding day emails, calls, and details. She truly brought my vision to life on our wedding day. There are so many small planning details to consider on your big day and Gianna can see all of the small things you are likely forgetting. She is fun, calming, and easy going even when I know she was probably a bit stressed too. I am so grateful for all her help on my big day and I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Gianna, of Wild & Lovely Events is an absolute dream to work with! I am a wedding photographer, and always so excited to hear I'll be working with Gianna on a wedding! She is professional, fun, has impeccable taste and style and- is so on top of the wedding day schedule (and I so appreciate that!) She is always looking out for the best interest of the bride and groom, and their friends and family- going above and beyond to create a day for them that is memorable and unique. I tell all of my brides about Gianna, and if they are lucky- she's not already booked. So if you haven't yet- hurry, run and go hire her! You will be so happy you did!

I can’t say enough of the service that Gianna provides. Even though we hired her only as a day of coordinator,Gianna went over and beyond. She was always there to answer questions, was able to convince our venue to accept artificial flowers and helped calm a frantic MOB when there was a chance of rain on the wedding day. Her experience and personality just made everything perfect! We love her! Thank you Gianna.

Gianna was absolutely amazing all through out our wedding planning process. I keep telling my husband that booking her was the best decision we made while planning. She was so helpful during be planning process, always answering questions and directing us in the right way. The day of the wedding she was invaluable. Anything we needed, she had. Our venue was an absolutle dream, and her hard work really brought our vision to life.
Highly recommend Gianna - hard working and absolutely amazing. She will not let you down!

The best of the best. My husband and I still talk about how hiring Gianna was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. I truly can't put into words how incredible she is. Our day was literally flawless thanks to her. I am sure there are many wedding coordinators out there to choose from, but working with Gianna, I know we received something we wouldn't have found anywhere else...a wedding coordinator who has truly mastered her craft and who works with such passion and dedication. I can't put into words how grateful we are that we had her to help make our day perfect. Nothing escaped her, she truly thought of every little detail, and did additional things we didn't even discuss. All I can say is, HIRE HER!!!! You are crazy if You don't. You certainly will not regret it.

Gianna came highly recommend and offered the most reasonable rates for the services I needed. Our beautiful venue (The Empire Mine) was a very difficult place for a large, formal wedding on a budget. Gianna was a life saver at every turn, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, fast, creative! The wedding was beautiful because of Gianna!!!

Working with Wild & Lovely Events was wonderful! Our wedding would not have been such a beautiful and fun event without Gianna. She was flexible when we absolutely wanted something, but had so much suggestive input to offer as well. We also relied heavily on her years of experience in the wedding industry for things like timeline, layout, and coordinating vendors. Our day was even better than either my husband or I had imagined it because of Gianna!!
