Absolutely delicious
We got a 4 tier wedding cake from Wild Flour Bakery for our wedding. It was included with our venue at the Cleveland Arcade and let me tell you… it was FANTASTIC. It looked really good, but more importantly it was one of the best tasting cakes I’ve ever had. Some of our guests had 5 pieces of cake on our wedding night and so many of our guests told us how much they enjoyed the cake. They customized the look and flavors of the cake to our liking and showed up day of our event to deliver/set it up. I really think we had a perfect experience with this bakery for our big day. One word- delicious!
The cake was a HIT! We loved so many flavors we chose to do four. The banana with cinnamon was my favorite and my husband loves the chocolate with chocolate ganache. Our other two favorites were almond with raspberry preserves and then white with cookies and cream. We only had ten slices at the end of the night left! The design was exactly how I had imagined and it was perfect!

Hiring Wild Flour Bakery for our wedding cake was one of the best decisions we made. Their planner Liz did everything in her power to make sure the planning process went smoothly. Unfortunately, a week before our wedding we had to switch venues. It was as if nothing happened! They were super understanding and assisted with delivery and set up! We went with a 3-tiered wedding cake and she even helped us decide on designs! We mentioned we wanted a sparkly cake, and they understood the assignment! Not to mention the cake was absolutely delicious and all of the guests loved it! This was my second time ordering a cake from Wild Flour Bakery for an event, and it certainly will not be my last!

The Wild Flour Bakery team did an amazing job creating our vision for our wedding cake. They had a consultation where she went over each photo we thought we liked and why in order to truly understand our vision. The process really helped us open our eyes to exactly what we envisioned in our cake! Then, we had our cake tasting where we were able to share the experience with our family. It was a fun night sampling all of the cake flavors and icing options (there's a great variety!) and everything was delicious even days later! On the day of our wedding, they executed our vision, placed flowers perfectly and added our cake topper. The cake tasted delicious and they did a great job making sure we chose cohesive flavors. Wild Flour was also very accommodating to the fact that we live out of state!

Best cake ever
We first had their cake at our friends wedding and instantly knew we wanted to hire them for our own. Getting the sample box was so fun because you get to try all different kinds of flavor combinations. They were very easy to work with & responded right away when I had questions. Excellent cake! easy to work with!
We left cake to the last minute (1 month before the wedding). My husband taste-tested alone and chose 3 good combinations of cake and filling. They were incredibly easy to work with and I was able to email them a photo of my dress for the design inspiration while keeping its appearance secret from my husband.
The cake tasted amazing! We had spice cake + bavarian cream, white cake with caramel, and chocolate cake with raspberry. Everyone loved it!

AMAZING Wedding Cake - Beautiful & Delicious!
I highly recommend Wild Flour bakery for your wedding cake needs! I live in the area and always knew I wanted to get my wedding cake at Wild Flour, but it wasn’t until I was going through the wedding planning process that I truly realized what a wonderful bakery it is. From a zoom consultation meeting, the wedding coordinator was so knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to the vision I had for my cake and gave suggestions on the style I would like based on the inspiration photos I showed. On top of that, the cake tasting was more than we could’ve expected. They packaged up their different flavor of cakes with individual containers of each icing. We then were able to take it over to our parent's house to have a cake tasting party with dinner to try all the different flavors and combinations. It was so much fun to have the freedom to mix all the different options together. It made for such a fun family evening and helped us choose the different flavor combinations we wanted for each layer. The cake was a hit and I had so many family and friends reach out to me personally to ask where it was from and to say how wonderful it was. I could not thank them enough for giving us such a beautiful cake from the presentation of it to the deliciousness of it!

Wild Flour did an amazing job with our cake. We changed wedding venues due to COVID and initially our cake was included with our venue, but Wild Flour was still willing to accommodate us once we were elsewhere (even though they were booked!). They were also flexible on the size of the cake we needed after getting our RSVPs back. The cake was amazing and we are still receiving compliments on how good it was!!

Wild Flour crafted a beautiful and delicious cake for us! The artistry of their cakes is admirable, especially because the taste is just as impressive. best cakes in cleveland!
I remember going to Wild Flour almost every day on my way home from grade school to get brownies so to have them make my wedding cake was so cool. We did about 4 cake tastings in the Cleveland area and wild flour was by far the best. Since our wedding was so small, we were able to place the order a week before the wedding and had a friend pick it up the day of.

We loved Wild Flour! The tasting was so much fun, and the design session with Liz went very smoothly. She helped us narrow down the cake design based on the colors/decor we had already picked out. We were in a pinch because our cake lady completely bailed and cancelled all her cake orders a month before the wedding. Working with Wild Flour Bakery has become a family tradition! There was never any question where we'd go for a cake. The coordinator at Wild Flour was extremely easy to work with; she guided us through the decision process. All the cake, filling, and frosting options are delicious. The bakery was also able to cut and arrange fresh flowers on our cake, and they looked beautiful. I highly recommend them.
The wedding cake experience was absolutely wonderful at wild flour bakery. I really was not sure what I wanted in terms of a cake and wild flour helped me completely design the cake to fit my wedding design. The cake was also absolutely delicious and I had complete freedom to decide on as many or a little flavors as I wanted. I was able to have two entirely different flavor combinations for the wedding cake so guests had a choice. I had more than one guest say it was the "best wedding cake they have ever eaten." It was beautiful day of and people were requesting extra slices to take home. Thank you so much for making the cake such a special and delicious part of my wedding! :)

We received Wild Flour cake as a part of our wedding package at the Aloft, Cleveland. We are eastsiders so we had no familiarity with the bakery, but we were impressed immediately. First, the tasting is marvelous because you get to take it home! You receive a perfect package of all the flavors of cake and icing to mismatch and taste test. We had so much fun and everything was delicious. We rented our cake stand from them making everything super easy once selected.

Very happy with the wedding cake we got from Wild Flour Bakery! I'm not even a big sweets eater, but their cake flavors and fillings are really tasty! They give you a sampler package so you can try all the flavors at home at your leisure before you make your choices. We were also incredibly impressed with the design of our cake! Our wedding invites had a geode-like pattern on them, so we came up with the idea of carrying that theme over to the cake. Our cake ended up looking like a normal white wedding cake with texturing from the side, but the top of each layer was painted with icing so that when viewed from above it looked like a geode! The people at Wild Flour are artists who can definitely make the vision you have of your wedding cake come to life.

Wild Flour Bakery is the best! My husband and I hunted for the perfect vendor to make our cake and it was an easy decision after meeting with Liz! She was super helpful in the whole process - very kind and took her time with us! Not to mention - we loved their style with trying their cake. They let you take home each type of flavor and filling (i.e., NO PRESSURE) to pick a flavor/filling right on the spot. This was something we loved. As for the wedding cake itself - amazing!! It looked so beautiful!! The cake designers really hit a homerun and our cake came out exactly as envisioned. I can't recommend Wild Flour Bakery enough. It makes sense why they are the best of the best :) we will be using them again for sure!!

Our wedding cake was AWESOME. We booked them for our 6/17/17 wedding and when we went for our initial consultation, we were a little all over the place just because we didn't know what EXACTLY we wanted. I has seen a ton of cake pictures, saw lots of ones that I liked and thought were "cool" but didn't really seem to fit my wedding. We actually went with a cake they had on display in their window that had a rounded top (which was also great because we couldn't find a cake topper we liked) and beautiful lace detail. It was four tiers and I thought we were going to have a ton of cake left over, but we had NONE! With each tier, we were able to do different flavors and fillings (that does bump the price up a little bit). We were sent home with a box of cake flavors to try. I actually didn't care for many, they seemed kind of dry, but I'm thinking maybe they weren't the freshest because it was a sample box. The cake at the wedding tasted unbelievable--was so moist, soft, and one of the best cakes I ever had. Even the frosting was great--not too sweet. Liz has awesome response time and Andrew was nice to work with when coordinating as well. Definitely would recommend them. They even put a card in my card box which I actually found rather touching. The only thing that ended up being okay for me since I have family living in the area but may be tough for others is return of the cake stand (if you rent one). They aren't open on Sundays or Mondays.

OUR WEDDING CAKE WAS DELICIOUS! We were referred to Wild Flour by our friends who got their wedding cake from there (as well as all birthday cakes after that). They raved about amazing they are. They were not lying! I was very impressed by the entire staff who were so helpful when we were coming up with what our wedding cake would be. I had many questions leading up to the big day, and they always answered to quickly and were such a big help. The flavors were all delicious, tasting the different options was so much fun! I will definitely be returning for any cakes we need in the future. I don't think our frozen top tier will make it to our first wedding anniversary, we've already talked about breaking it out of the freezer :) Thanks Wild Flour!

Wild Flour Bakery is top notch, they made choosing a spectacular wedding cake EASY! Our consultation was informative and the cake flavors were AMAZING. We already had an idea of design picked out and Liz made it happen by drawing a sketch right there in the store. To say our vision came to life is an understatement. When I saw the cake on the day of the wedding, I was in awe. It was even more perfect than I imagined, and our guests loved it! Sue and the rest of the gang at Wild Flour Bakery are the absolute best. We would recommend them to anyone looking for cakes or pastries for parties of any size! We were looking for a bakery who would do French pastries for our wedding and the first time we walked in the door of Wild Flour we were sold. The cakes were decorated beautifully, and the pastry case was filled with all our favorites! Sue hit it off with my husband Jeff and they bonded over baking, Paris, French cooking, etc. It was so much fun to plan our desserts! The tasting was more than we could have hoped for and the display at our wedding was stunning! At least until our guests tore into it, hahaha! The cakes we ordered were beautiful and delicious! And I can't forget to mention the service. Wild Flour worked with our venue coordinator and our caterer to determine timing and display space and everything was done without a hitch. We've had so many compliments on our desserts and we are so lucky to be able to visit Wild Flour any time we get a craving! Thanks Sue!!

Wild Flour Bakery did the most amazing job with the wedding cake for my daughter and son-in-laws wedding recently. Everyone remarked that the cake was not only gorgeous, but so delicious as well. Andrew was so helpful in helping us select the cake and design and did a magnificent job finishing it off with fresh flowers that evening. They even had the perfect cake stand for us. We ordered pastry trays from them for the Bakery Bar at the wedding for after dinner and our guests finished everything in record time. We had the best experience with them and will be back for many more cakes and bakery in the future!

From the consultation to the wedding day, Wild Flour Bakery did an AMAZING job on our cake! We really enjoyed the consultation process to build the design based around our wedding theme and seeing it come to life. We used Wild Flour Bakery for our wedding cake and also for my bridal shower cake and both were absolutely gorgeous and delicious. We had our wedding reception at The Cleveland Marriott East and some of their packages included a wedding cake from here. Wild Flour seems to have contracts set up with many hotels in the greater Cleveland area that uses them for their wedding cakes and I totally understand why they do. This makes it very convenient for brides and grooms in that we did not have to spend time searching multiple bakeries and narrowing it down.
Now about the cake and how we got it.
We set up a consultation with Wild Four to go discuss what we wanted our cake to be and how we wanted it to look. Me, my now husband and our moms went to the appointment. They were so sweet and helpful. We were not really sure what we wanted our cake to look like but they showed us tons of pictures and ideas of designs, colors and examples. They helped us narrow it down and design exactly what our huge five tiered cake would look like. We were able to add our color ribbon on a few of the tiers and could customize as much as wanted. Wild Flour is a little different in that you do not taste all the cake, frosting and filling flavors while you are there. They actually send you home with containers of all the different choices of frosting and fillings as well as eight large pieces of all the different cake flavors to choose from. They do this because it actually gives you time to think and decide which flavors and fillings go best together. We ended up having a tasting party after our appointment with our parents and they were able to help us decide.
After you decide on your flavors and fillings, you simply call them up and inform of what you want each tier to be.

We absolutely loved our wedding cake from Wild Flour Bakery! We worked with Liz, who listened to all our ideas for the design while sketching it out. They created a beautiful cake for us that was the perfect color, size, and it went perfect with our cake topper. The cake tasted amazing! They have so many flavor combinations to choose from and our cake was not dried out. They send you home with a sample of all the cake flavors and filling flavors to test out so they can focus on the design and what the couple wants during the consultation. All of them were so tasty! We were planning an out of town wedding in Cleveland for October and after reading the reviews we thought this place was too good to be true - but believe the hype - Susan, Liz and team are amazing!
In our first meeting, Liz spent a ton of time with us in selecting a contemporary cake - we knew what we didn't want but needed help with what we did! But throughout the whole session it was very casual and comfortable - no high-pressure selling (or up-selling.) We loved the circle of cakes and icings we got to take home and taste. Our family also loved being able to taste and weigh in on the final selections. The almond cake is like nothing you've ever had!
The cake top has held up well in the freezer - as soon as we got back from the honeymoon we started a weekly ritual of defrosting and re-freezing the cake and enjoying slices each week. We're now trying to figure out for what future family occasion we can place another order with Wild Flour!

Wild Flour Bakery made this part of the planning SO simple! Liz, the wedding coordinator was great! We had an appointment at the shop, went over our vision and different ideas together. She drew up our dream wedding cake right there on the spot!! It was PERFECT! Andddd right on budget! Sampling their cakes/fillings/icing was very unique. We brought home a circular cake with ALL the different flavors, cups of individually packed fillings and icing. It really let us come up with some great combinations for each layer! It was super easy and inexpensive to rent the cake stand from them too. My guests LOVED the cake/cake choices! They told us it was the BEST wedding cake they have ever had. We couldn't agree more! We tried Wild Flour's cake for the first time at a friend's wedding, and we KNEW we HAD to have it at ours. I'm not usually a cake person, but their cake is so moist and delicious, and you can tell they use high quality ingredients. All our guests raved about how delicious our cake was and nearly everyone had seconds (or tried to get seconds!). The best part is, they are actually really well priced - one of those rare occasions when the best option is actually NOT the most expensive. The designs of their cakes are really top notch and very well done - very classy, elegant, and timeless. They were even able to design the top tier of the cake based on the design of the embroidery on my wedding dress, and it looked just like it! It was beautiful, delicious, and affordable. The people who work there are all so nice and friendly too!

Working with Wild Flour Bakery was a joy. Our venue has a contract with them, so we knew right away we'd be getting our cake through them. However, I couldn't be happier - their reputation as a top option in NE Ohio had us sold. When we went in for our consultation, we loved how many examples they had for us to pull from for inspiration. We were able to take our time reviewing the overall look and feel before deciding. We did have to pay extra for a few "premium" elements for our cake, but it was reasonable and totally worth it. The best part - they send you home with an entire cake with various flavor options and a bunch of different frostings/fillings to pair them with. We did our actual tasting in the comfort of our home and were able to decide on two different combos. The night of the wedding, people were RAVING about the cake. It was so good and it looked beautiful! I'm thrilled we were able to work with Wild Flour Bakery!

After a horrible cake tasting experience with another vendor, we were so pleased to go with Wild Flour Bakery. The designer took the time to create our perfect cake within our budget. As an LGBT couple we were a little concerned that we would find flexible vendors but when we walked in we saw a LGBT sign right away and couldn't believe it. We thought it was strange to take the cake home and try it but it was actually a great idea. We had no pressure to book the cake and could invite family members to come over and try all of the samples. We ended up running back and booking our cake right away! Can't wait to see our cake at the wedding!

The team at Wild Flour arranges a meeting where you discuss your design and vision and they really took my vision to heart! They even came up with a special scalloped edge on their design to match the scallop edge on the lace of my wedding gown. You take home a sample pack of flavors and icings to try and make your decisions. Working with Wild Flour Bakery was fantastic. During our consultation, they were incredibly helpful and were able to really help us figure out what we wanted our cake to look like. The end result was beautiful. The taste testing process was really fun and interesting, and stress free.
But really, let's talk about how delicious our cake turned out. Because that is really the main goal here right? The cake was phenomenal. They had an impressive variety of cakes and fillings. We wound up with a 4 tier cake, so we were able to get a few different variations. That was something our guests really enjoyed, as there was something for everyone. I would highly recommend them!

We used Wild Flour for our wedding cake service because our reception venue (Windows on the River) provided this service when we booked with them as part of the venue cost. Because of this, we never shopped around to try other bakeries, but there was no need to once we tried the cake samples and met with the company. They went above and beyond our expectations in making the cake we dreamed up together (my husband and I and the baker) come to life and look amazing. Our wedding was 2 months ago and our friends and family are still raving about the taste of the cake!
When we first met with the company at their bakery, we sat down and talked through two different designs in detail (we couldn't decide between the two). The consultant drew the options up and attached ribbon samples of the exact ribbon they would use, and made copies for us to take home as well as keeping a copies in their files. We were sent home with about 8 cake flavors and 12 filling flavors. It was nice to be able to take them all home and try them at home together, and share with our parents. We customized every single layer with I think 3 cake flavors and 3 fillings EACH.
Our cake turned out beautifully, and perfectly reflected our vision (and their drawing). We had our venue put our cake topper on the cake table, and once the cake was delivered (on time!), the topper was placed. It was so seamless, and I actually enjoyed working with the staff here.

Wild Flour bakery is both easy to work with and delicious to eat! We used them for our wedding cake and for our cookie bar. They went above and beyond my expectations on the cookie bar delivering an even larger variety of cookies than even asked for. My husband and I heard nothing but good things about the tastiness of the cookies. For the cake, we had tasted cakes from five different vendors and Wild Flour was by far the most reasonably priced and best tasting. They offered so many varieties of fillings and the owner, Susan, sat down with you at the tasting and talked with you your vision for a cake and drew something out while we sat there. In addition, the vendor worked with my request to use paper flowers and our cake turned out beautiful. Liz, the wedding consultant, was extremely easy to work with and answered my many questions. I would not hesitate to use this vendor again!

Delicious cake and lemon bars, amazing decorating of our cake (all of which was discussed over the phone), and very easy to work with! Not to mention an amazing cake tasting that we got to take home and enjoy with our families to decide on flavors! Highly recommended!

Our wedding cake was beautiful and delicious. We chose a basic white design with beading and it looked amazing with the touch of flowers from my girls' bouquets. Wild Flour was extremely easy to work with. I don't usually like cake very much, but I would eat our wedding cake any day.

I had the most beautiful wedding cake I could have ever imagined. I wanted to keep it simple, but using Wild Flour's signature design and just adding a few flowers made it a conversation piece for the evening! The staff could not have been more helpful leading up to the wedding and I received numerous compliments on how amazing the cake was at the reception. I would highly recommend Wild Flour for you wedding cake! Their prices are very reasonable for a large wedding.

Wild Flour Bakery was the cake vendor provided to us by the wedding reception venue that we chose and I had no idea what to expect. My now husband, family and myself went to Wild Flour in January to design our cake and learn about our testing. The options were endless and the person we worked with was so patient and helpful in helping us customize the perfect cake. We loved that we were able to take the cakes/fillings/frostings home to complete the testing as it allowed us to take our time and not make all of our decisions at once. When we first saw our wedding cake in person I was in awe. It was absolutely beautiful. Wild Flour did such an amazing job of making us a stunning cake that tasted good too! We got so many compliments from our guests on the quality. I am so happy that our venue was affiliated with Wild Flour because I could not have asked for anything better!

Wild Flour Bakery is such a gem --- they were all amazing to work with, professional, and always got back to us quickly if we had any questions. We had a very specific vision of the cake that we wanted (albeit simple), and they were so flexible with us, so easy to work with!! We got EXACTLY what we wanted!!! When we picked up our sample box of all of the different cake fillings and icing, truthfully it was almost too much -- they were all so delicious!! When we were between two flavors, they were so helpful and directed us in the right direction for our final cake.
When the cake was delivered, it looked flawless. They did an amazing job - we would HIGHLY recommend them to any future bride & groom!!!

Working with Sue and the rest of the Wild Flour staff was an amazing experience from start to finish. We chose a style that we had seen in the window at the shop, and our cake was just as beautiful as we had imagined. We also received numerous comments that it was one of the most delicious cakes that people had eaten - very moist, many good options for flavors and fillings. I also appreciate that they are willing to decorate the cake with any detail you'd like without an up charge (unless choosing an *extremely* intricate pattern). Their cake decorator is unbelievably talented!

Our cake from Wild Flour Bakery was fantastic! We ended up with a three tier cake, with each tier having different flavors of both cake and filling. The cake was gorgeous and everyone was raving about how good it was. Our caterer even insisted that our photographer try it who makes a living taking pictures at weddings and admitted it's the best she'd ever tasted. Not only was the cake fantastic, it was so easy to work with the bakery and was prices incredibly reasonably.

Sue and her crew were amazing. They were able to pick up the pieces after their wedding coordinator left the bakery. Sue worked with me and delivered a beautiful cake and it tasted amazing. I had a lot of compliments from guests on how great the bakery did.

I could not have been happier with Wild Flour Bakery. We got the opportunity to choose from several options of cakes and fillings. They gave us a cake with multiple flavors to take home and try along with filling options. My husband I knew immediately which one we wanted for us (top tier) and throughout the cake for our guests. We loved our cake from Wild Flour. They offered so many flavors, styles and designs. The best part was the cake tasting. We had so much fun taking 8 flavors of cake and 8 flavors of icing/filling home to try different combinations. It was so hard to decide because they were all so tasty.
