We've worked with the Wild Fern Boutique team many times over the years and most recently with Cassie directly! Just when you think there's no way they can top the last event, they always find a way! Cassie's approach starts with open ears and an open heart. With that, her and her team gave our couple a beautiful, exciting and memorable wedding experience that reflected their unique style. We do a ton of weddings and there was nothing cookie-cutter about this one. Thanks for all that you do and as always, it was a pleasure working with you!

We worked with Chelsea at Wild Fern for partial planning starting two months out, and hiring her was truly one of the best decisions we made for our entire wedding. Even with a short timeline, she jumped in with incredible energy, creativity, and organization. She understood our vision immediately and elevated it with thoughtful, stylish ideas, from reimagined table layouts to ideas for the ceremony, that made everything feel so personal and polished. Her communication was stellar, her attention to detail unmatched, and her genuine care for us and our day was evident in every single interaction.
On the wedding weekend, Chelsea and Cassie were absolute rockstars. They handled every detail flawlessly and made sure the entire celebration flowed beautifully from start to finish. One of the standout elements was the lounge setup we rented from Wild Fern. Chelsea helped us choose the perfect combination with a large couch and ottomans placed between the dinner tables and the dance floor and it was a massive hit. Guests used it constantly throughout the night: a cozy, stylish spot to relax without ever feeling removed from the party. It kept people chatting, laughing, and taking breaks together while still being right in the heart of the fun. We can’t recommend Chelsea enough—she made our day stunning, seamless, and truly unforgettable. Chelsea exceeded every expectation we had and then some, we couldn’t imagine our wedding without her and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a planner who is talented, thoughtful, and truly exceptional at what she does. -

100,000 stars - If you want to actually enjoy the planning process and end up with a wedding weekend that is better than you ever could have imagined in the first place, you need to work with Chelsea at Wildfern Boutique.
Hiring Chelsea was 100%, hands down, no doubt in my mind, the best decision that we made for our entire wedding. We chatted with a lot of planners trying to find the right fit, and as soon as I got on the phone with Chelsea I knew I wanted to work together. Something about her down-to-earth communication and supportive energy resonated with us right away. We were planning from across the county so it was really important to us to have someone we could trust and who understood what kind of weekend we were trying to create and we felt so at home with her from the jump. It’s hard to describe how amazing it was to work with her - she was absolutely the best part about the planning process - but I’ll try!
Our wedding weekend consisted of four days of events, with our rehearsal dinner and wedding held at my parents home. We essentially had to build a 200+ person venue from scratch, and Chelsea made a really, really hard process feel so manageable, creative and fun. The entire weekend turned out better than we ever could have imagined, both visually, logistically, and in regards to the guest experience. She planned the rehearsal dinner of our dreams (first photo), an insanely fun welcome party for all guests (complete with a Ben & Jerry's truck) and just truly the best wedding day we ever could have asked for.
Chelsea kept us on track throughout the year+ that we worked together, and gave me the greatest gift of all - peace of mind! I knew that she understood our vision and priorities right away and kept us aligned with both of those throughout the entire process. I was constantly impressed with everything that she was getting done in the background for us, dealing with shuttles or hotel blocks, or working out details with our florist, DJ, etc. She has such a knack for protecting her couples from the nitty-gritty back and forth, while also keeping them in the loop and informed at all times.
I can't say enough just how much fun we had working with her! She joined us for our catering tasting, visited my parents home and forged great relationships with them, and helped us create the most beautiful weekend, full of lots of little details that made our day special to us. We had some multi-cultural elements to include in our wedding as well and Chelsea jumped right into familiarizing herself with them in order to execute the vision on our wedding day, from music options to decor pieces and food. She went above and beyond for us in every step of the process.
On our actual wedding day, I never expected to feel so calm, but Chelsea gave me so much peace of mind and everything felt so taken care of. Cassie was a total rockstar all weekend as well (including reminding me that I forgot my bouquet and sprinting back to the house to grab it as I was about to walk down the aisle). Our families are still talking about how amazing a job they both did 6 weeks after our wedding.
This is the longest review ever, but I genuinely could talk about our amazing experience with Chelsea forever. My husband and I were legitimately sad when our work with her was over. When I think back on our time together, I get emotional - Chelsea was a 10-star planner, but more than that, she turned into a friend and gave us the greatest gift of a beautiful wedding weekend. We're so lucky to have found her and we are endlessly grateful for her! -

Working with Cassie from Wild Fern Boutique was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she was warm, professional, and incredibly organized. She kept us on schedule without ever making the process feel stressful or overwhelming. Cassie was always just a text or email away, and no question was too small - she truly made us feel supported every step of the way.
She also made amazing vendor recommendations that fit our vision and budget perfectly right out of the gate. Every single person we worked with was not only talented and reliable but also kind and easy to work with, which made such a difference throughout the planning process and during our wedding festivities.
On the wedding day, she didn’t let a single detail fall through the cracks. Everything ran so smoothly, and I was able to be fully present knowing she had it all handled. Throughout the planning process, she struck the perfect balance of letting me run with my ideas while gently stepping in to help get certain tasks and projects across the finish line when needed. As someone who naturally leans toward planning (and with a mom who’s the same!), it meant the world to us to feel like we could release control and actually enjoy the weekend.
Cassie brought such a calm, grounded energy to the entire process, and I can’t imagine the day without her. I’m endlessly grateful for everything she did to make our wedding so special and would recommend her a thousand times over. -

From start to finish (and for the weeks leading up to our wedding weekend), they made sure everything ran smoothly, coordinated our other vendors, and were an absolute delight to be around. My daughter and I began the wedding planning process not thinking we needed a wedding planner. We had most vendors booked so hired Chelsea as our partial planner. There was nothing partial about her!! It was hands down the best decision we ever made! We can’t imagine not having Chelsea with us throughout the incredible journey. You don’t know what you don’t know and I assure you that Chelsea and Cassie do! They have great relationships with Vermont & NE vendors and venues and have been in the wedding business for decades. Their rentals are unique and fun and added the perfect personal touch to our Mountaintop rehearsal dinner and wedding day. The entire weekend was so stress free, so beautiful and so much fun thanks to Chelsea and Cassie. The day was absolutely seamless and we will be forever grateful to these ladies. They thought of everything and worked magic behind the scenes that only they can do! Best of all, Chelsea is a great person. She is organized, calm, hard working, fun, so thoughtful and so generous with her time and energy. She listens, solves, creates, anticipates, and is also the voice of reason when appropriate. You will be in great hands with this team and will miss them so much when it’s over!

Wedding Planner
Working with Cassie and Chelsea at Wild Fern Boutique is hands down the best decision we made for our wedding! They are extremely organized, responsive, and communicated kindly and professionally with everyone involved in our wedding. Cassie and Chelsea were a true joy to work with, they are such caring and genuine people who made wedding planning WAY more fun and less stressful than it otherwise would have been. The most amazing wedding planners
I have never felt more strongly about a review: Cassie and Chelsea are the most incredible wedding planners, so much so that I genuinely miss talking with them all the time now that our wedding is over. They are amazingly organized, experienced, and well-connected, but they make the whole planning process feel fun, easy, and effortless. They handle everything with such ease - as one of a million examples, when the VT flooding this summer shut down the hotel where most of our guests were staying, Cassie had already arranged for perfect alternatives before the guests even saw the news.
When we got engaged, we went back and forth on whether a wedding was worth all the time and money. But after working with Cassie and Chelsea, I cannot imagine choosing otherwise. They gave us the most special weekend of our lives - one that we will continue to relive over and over. Whether it was making sure we had private moments alone, coordinating flawlessly across all vendors, or creating the most beautiful lounge area, they made us feel so taken care of and allowed us to be fully present. My family joked that it felt like there were clones of Cassie and Chelsea everywhere that weekend, as they magically transported themselves across time and space, going above and beyond to make sure every aspect of the weekend was perfect. And it was!
Cassie and Chelsea are also warm, thoughtful, wonderful business partners, and just the best. I truly cannot thank them or sing their praises enough! -

If you have the chance to work with Chelsea and Cassie for your wedding day, do it!
I really don't know what my wedding weekend would have looked like without Chelsea and Cassie. We brought them on board about 6 months out from our wedding date, when a lot of preliminary decisions had been made already. From the get go Chelsea kept us organized and on track, and alleviated all of the stress of wedding planning. From their brew canoe and music stand, to confirming hair and makeup appointments for us, to even buying a small cake for one of our guest's birthdays, no request was too big or too small for them to take on for us.
We had planned a weekend full of outdoor events on the lake up in Vermont with some loose rain back up plans even before we brought them on board, but unfortunately, it rained our entire wedding weekend. This did not shake Chelsea one bit. She took the weather and every other thing that popped up in stride - she even found a completely new venue for our welcome party for 95 guests and organized the transportation for them when our original plan of a welcome party cookout outside would no longer work! Between her organizing and Cassie's eye for design, they made a pivot that occurred 48 hours in advance seem like it had been planned that way all along.
Similarly, on our wedding day we had to have our ceremony in the reception space and then flip it over during cocktail hour due to the rain. You would have never known that this was not the original plan though. Both spaces looked beautiful, the logistics were well coordinated and the guests couldn't stop complimenting all of the beautiful details that went into our day.
I honestly don't know that we could have pulled off our weekend without them, especially given the rain, and am so completely grateful that we made the choice to work with them for our special day. Several of our wedding party commented on how reassuring their calming presence was, and I couldn't agree more.
If you get the chance to partner with them for your big day, do it! -

The Absolute BEST
Working with Wild Fern Boutique was effortless and fun. We wanted a wedding where guests were dancing from the moment the first plate was cleared until the very last song, our only concern was identifying a place where people could take a breather. Chelsea & Cassie (literal wedding pros) at Wild Fern helped us build the most elegant lounge corner for our guests to enjoy. They had the perfect, high-quality, pieces to enhance our aesthetic and provide a comfortable space for guests to rest their feet between the band’s set lists. Working with Wild Fern Boutique was one of the highlights of our wedding planning process and we can’t recommend them highly enough. You and you event will be in such great hands! -

She is detail-oriented with big-picture vision, and she'll help you dream up incredible ideas – then figure out how to bring them to life. Her creativity is magic because she also understands the logistics to make it happen – and she'll do it all with the best and most infectious positive attitude!
From the very beginning of our planning process, Cassie was incredibly responsive, kind and professional – but more than that, she made me feel like her #1 priority and like I was her only bride. Over the course of 2.5 years of planning (thanks to Covid), Cassie became a true friend. She is caring, smart, creative and funny, her attention to detail is unmatched, she hustles to get things done, and she is ALWAYS there when you need her, no matter what the planning emergency.
Through a postponement and navigating the ups and downs of Covid and rescheduling everything, not to mention the general day-to-day of wedding planning, Cassie was so positive and fun and made the entire planning process an absolute joy. I was honestly secretly happy to get an entire extra year of working with her!
Then, fast forward to our wedding – truly the best weekend of our lives. With rain in the forecast I was beyond anxious, but never once concerned that things wouldn't be perfect. We had Cassie on our side, working SO HARD behind the scenes to make everything incredible. She has amazing industry relationships and is so well-respected, so all of our vendors loved working with her as well. We were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding weekend and not absorb any stress or worry. Miraculously, in addition to everything else she did, Cassie somehow summoned blue skies for our ceremony – and a rainbow for our cocktail hour!
