  They are the best!

  I preserved my engagement flowers with them and loved how they kept me in the loop the entire process and responded so quicky! And of course the pieces were beautiful and STILL look AMAZING 1 year later. I already booked them again to preserve my wedding flowers and you should too!!!

  Wonderful!

  Michelle was great to work with to preserve our flowers from our special day with a decorative tray and coasters. We even incorporated our cake topper into the tray. She kept in contact throughout the process. I would highly recommend working with this business!

  Michelle was lovely to work with, kept me updated throughout the process, and did such a beautiful job with the finished product of my wedding flower tray. I love it so much and will treasure it forever!

  Great products and excellent customer service!

  Michelle was great to communicate with along each step of the process. She was very patient with me when I asked for multiple mock ups. I think she did a great job preserving the wedding flowers from our cake which I sent in a week after our wedding and had to wipe icing off of. Very happy with the end products (coasters and keychain).

  Such gorgeous work!

  I am so happy with our purchase!! We decided at the VERY last minute (I'm talking day after the wedding...) to get our flowers preserved because it felt so sad to throw the bouquet away. Michelle was super responsive and helped me get everything sent over to her per her instructions. It took a bit longer than the shipping estimate, but I imagine that's because she's a busy lady. She's very talented and does beautiful work. It's worth the wait I promise! I really appreciate that she sends updates throughout the process including proofs, and updates the proofs as needed if you have notes. She has a lot of clients and that must be a lot of work. Thanks Michelle!

  Absolutely Stunning Work!

  Found on etsy and I'm so happy! Got a serving tray, four coasters and a large 7" block with a nightlight stand to complete a beautiful set for my living room. The seller is incredibly fast to respond to messages and very easy to work with. It takes a long time to get the finished products but they warn you about this beforehand.
  
  The price feels steep but nothing compared to what I spent on wedding flowers just to let them die while I was on a honeymoon... Now I've got them forever! Everything is beautiful. Looks so similar to my bouquet.
  
  Only thing I would change is that the lighted stand is USB rechargeable but can't be plugged in while in use. I was hoping to set it to a timer to light up nightly but you have to manually remove the block to turn it on and off which I don't see myself doing regularly. It does look really pretty lit up though.

  Absolutely amazing

  I contacted her when my grandma passed away to preserve some flowers and the artist was so amazing with quick responses and helping me get everything done as soon as possible to save the flowers for myself. I know I will absolutely be coming back to this shop for my wedding as I am now engaged, and I cannot wait to have her beautifully preserve those flowers as well!! I added my engagement ring in the photo for sizing ☺️

  Highly recommend!

  I would HIGHLY recommend this to any bride! I am obsessed with my ring holder! It was so special to get to use my flowers from my wedding day in something I can keep for forever! And it’s so practical! The product is absolutely beautiful and they communicate with you so amazingly! The instructions were so helpful and easy. I couldn’t recommend this product more!

  Nice product, terrible customer service

  I was so excited that my mom and MIL ordered me a few pieces from Wild Coast Flower Preservations for my wedding, but was extremely disappointed about the communication and the entire process.
  
  It took 6 months to receive my pieces, rather than the promised 3-4 months when I ordered and as listed on the company’s website. In addition to receiving the order late, communication during the process with Wild Coast Flower Preservation was terrible.
  
  First, we were told we’d receive the packing instructions, but we had to ask days before my wedding. Then, we were told we would receive updates after each step of the creation project, which we did not. We would wait a few weeks after the promised completion date of each step to see if an update would come and when we didn’t hear anything, we would have to reach out ourselves to find out was going on. Each time we reached out, it took days to receive a response, at which time, we were told they were busy and would need more time. There was no acknowledgement of the delays or lack of communication.
  
  I wouldn't have had an issue with the delays had there been communication and accountability from Wild Coast Flower Preservation. Rather than me having to continuously reach out and follow up myself, Wild Coast Flower Preservation should have been proactively letting me know where they were in the process, as well as giving accurate estimations for the timeline and sending clear messages from the owner.
  
  I love my pieces, but would not recommend using Wild Coast Flower Preservation if you hope to get your dried flowers in a reasonable amount of time, with proper communication, and without hassle.
