Say yes. Fabulous bridal boutique!

Tried on 6 dresses. Ended up going with the third. They provided great service and have a wide variety of styles. Ordering was smooth. Communication was spot on. Pick up went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Experience!

I found my dress at Whittington in May 2022 with Ellen's help. This was my 3rd bridal shop. She was very fun and helpful so it wasn't stressful trying to find the dress of my dreams. They have so many beautiful dresses I definitely I recommend coming here!

I found my dream dress!

What a dream and easy process! This was the first and only store I looked at and found my perfect dress.

Before your appointment, you get to look at their current inventory and make a wish list. This allowed me to filter through my picks without trying on a million dresses in the store.

I got the pleasure of working with Jordan. She made me feel confident and beautiful and took the time to get to know me and my personal style and vision for my dream dress.

My suggestion, skip the name-brand places and shop at Whittington Bridal - you will not regret your decision.

Beyond amazing!

I literally cannot say enough about this boutique and it’s customer service. The ladies were extremely accommodating to my mother who is battling stage 4 cancer. All employees wore a mask while we were in the shop to help keep her safe. Everyone greeted us as we walked through the store. I’m just in awe of the way they took care of each bride. I’m a bariatric patient which I disclosed at the beginning of the appointment. This calls for special measurements but they are working around that as well. If I was to get married all over again they would be my first choice. I had a second appointment booked for another shop but cancelled right away. I love these ladies so much and could not thank them more for taking care of us for this special day.

Amazing customer service and bridal shop!!

I had the best experience at Whittington Bridal! The staff was so friendly and helpful right from the beginning. There was such a lovely selection of dresses and my stylist Kayla knew exactly where every dress was to grab quickly to make sure to utilize the entire appointment time efficiently. I couldn’t recommend Whittington Bridal more! There are dresses for all shapes and sizes and you most definitely will find your dream dress!

Tears of joy!

My experience at Whittington was more than I could have imagined. As someone who is very self conscious I thought this was going to be the hardest thing ever, the Whittington proved me wrong. From the moment that I walked in everyone was so nice and helpful. My stylist jordan was on time and extremely knowledgeable! I had a very specific idea in mind and she got it right! I was having trouble finding dresses that I could see as the one at first and she helped me settle in. She asked questions, brought ideas, and even asked if I had any pictures to help. I knew I wanted something with sleeves and a certain neckline and man did they deliver. The dress that I ended up getting was actually one that I had pinned twice to my Pinterest wedding board! When I put it on it all suddenly became so real and when I put the veil on my mom and I started to cry! I have never felt so special and beautiful! I can not recommend this shop enough! Everyone was amazing and Jordan talked me through all my hesitations and gave me so much information no other shops compared!

(10/10) The part where you feel so pretty! Picking out a dress was my favorite part but it was because of the help I had from Angela! She did amazing picking out styles for me to try and and definitely made it feel like that special moment we all shared tears of joy when I said yes to the dress!

Saying YES to my dream dress

Last week today, I said YES to the dress with Paige! She was so patient, sweet & truly made the bridal dress shopping experience so easy! Amazing Dress & Deal!

I had tried on dresses at 4 or 5 bridal shops over the course of a month and was beginning to stress because of the difficulty with finding the ONE. My mom had surprised me and magically showed up that day to help me shop. The worker, Kelsey, asked me what music we liked and provided us with mimosas which was SO NICE! I liked 3 dresses and was not wanting to spend more than $900. Long story short, they had a forfeited dress which we loved! We got it and to this day, I LOVE the dress and was able to stay in the ideal price range. Such a great experience!! We have videos of saying Yes to the Dress and will never forget how special that day was! So, thank you Kelsey!

A Magical Experience

I went in this store after going to 5 stores and finally found my dress here. Jordan was super nice and helpful! She made me realize I was stuck in a rut trying on the same type of dress when I actually needed to change it up a bit. She shared my excitement when I found it which was nice since my mom was there but no one else. I found it at a trunk show so didn’t have a choice of coming back to get the dress, but she said I could bring everyone back when the dress came in so they could all share the experience. The store is pretty and has a lot of selection!

So Happy!!!!

Whittington Bridal and all their staff are amazing, courteous, and professional. The store has an array of Gorgeous dresses for every Bridal style. From the moment you walk in you know this store stands out from all the rest. Angela was my bridal stylist - her patience and expertise is few and far between. I had a vision in my mind of what I wanted in my Dress but could not piece it all together in a dress until I came to Whittington. Angela listened to every detail I gave her of my likes and dislikes in each dress I tried on. At Last, she helped me find my Perfect Dress. The minute she pulled it off the rack, it was instant emotion of Yes, Yes, Yes. Once on- it was instant tears. Excitedly, I said YES to my dress and could not be more pleased with my entire experience and my Beautiful Wedding Gown.

Perfect Experience/Perfect Dress

Whittington Bridal (WB) was recommended to me by a trusted friend who had been a bridesmaid probably one too many times. They were fantastic! It was the 3rd and final store that I visited when choosing my wedding dress. I was on the fence about a Hailey Paige dress, because I mean they are gorgeous, but honestly it didn’t do much for my figure. The consultant could sense that I was between a dress they didn’t have and a dress I had chosen from WB. She had me close my eyes, she put a veil on and then had me open my eyes. I bawled (always thinking that wouldn’t be me). Needless to say I purchased the dress, the veil (which wasn’t by the same designer but somehow a perfect match), and purchased my bridesmaid dress from WB. The dress was purchased in May and came in September. They even recommended a tailor, which was a good distance away but you’ll drive for perfection. I would recommend WB a 100x based on the selection, experience, and price-points!

My family and I had so much fun at Whittington Bridal! I worked with Jordan and she understood exactly what I was looking for. When I made the appointment, I wasn't set on buying a dress that day (I mostly just wanted to have a fun day trying on dresses) but I found the most beautiful dress and veil in my budget here and I said yes! After I said yes, we celebrated with a champagne toast. They really know how to make you feel like you're the only bride in the salon at this place! If you're looking for a glamorous and fun bridal experience, look no further!

Dream dress

My friends and I had an amazing time shopping for my dress at this store. Everything was so pretty and beautiful, I felt like it was one of the shops from TV. They had a brunch vibe with mimosas and other little snacks. I had previously picked some dresses online, but I turned them in late so they didn’t have them pulled out. It was more than okay since I ended up picking a completely different dress from the ones I thought I wanted. The selection was so big and they give you the freedom to look around in the store. Jordan was very helpful and everyone in the store is very friendly. Jordan gave me the advice to get the bottom layer of my dress on a moscato color to make sure the details in white popped and it made a huge difference. I got so many compliments on my dress. They were very clear on everything I needed to know. My dress came in 2 months early and picking it up was a breeze. I will definitely recommend this place to other people.

I worked with Angela at my bridal appointment. She and each of the staff members I came across were very warm, professional, and cordial. I found the dress of my dreams there and they were very understanding about scheduling a follow-up to make sure I had the right dress. Highly highly recommend! I don’t think there are enough positive words to say about Whittington Bridal! From the initial appointment to the day I picked up my dress, their staff was an absolute joy to work with! Charlie did such a wonderful job helping me pick my perfect dress! She took the time to really listen to what I had envisioned for my big day and made me feel so comfortable! She was so sweet and really made my appointment perfect. The entire staff was extremely friendly, professional and just so much fun to be around! They did a great job helping my mom and my bridal party pick out their dresses and made the ordering process easy, even with one bridesmaid pregnant and one out of state! Perfect!

From my first phone call with Whittington Bridal, I was amazed at their customer service. Each staff member seemed genuinely interested and excited for my wedding and dress shopping experience. I spoke with Kelsey and Tiffany on the phone and they were super helpful at recommending dresses online for me to look at prior to my appointment. My stylist was Charli and she was amazing at pulling dresses that were what I described and staying within my budget. She was extremely positive and helpful throughout the entire appointment and had a great attitude. I would shop here regularly

If I had more money than I know what to do with, it would like go to buying dresses from this shop. The staff are all friendly and professional, and the dresses they carry were all beautiful.

Jordan was my consultant, and she offered spot on advice and is VERY knowledgeable in which dress would flatter which figures.

But beware, do not follow their instagram account after you've bought your wedding dress, because new arrivals will make you wish you had waited X number of months to buy your dress. I still love my wedding dress.... but damn. If I had the money to throw away.....

Elegant store with an amazing selection

This was the 4th bridal shop we visited with my daughter when we first started looking for her dress. We honestly didn't expect to say yes to a dress in Houston as I'm from Dallas and the wedding is in Dallas although my daughter lives and works in Houston. I thought I wanted my daughter to look in Dallas, but we ended up saying yes to the dress at Whittington Bridal in Kingwood. I have to say there's no comparison to Whittington Bridal and the 3 other stores we visited that week (all of which are highly rated as well). When visiting Whittington Bridal the whole experience was different. The salon for one is beautifully laid out and looks and feels like a high end bridal gallery. The dress selection is amazing. Although other bridal salons had similar designers, the dress selection at Whittington is sooo much better! Additionally, you could tell they take care of their dresses. Many of the dresses at the other bridal salons we visited were in bad shape with tears in the tulle, buttons falling off or had fallen off, snags in the lace and fabric, etc. I know this is normal given the number of brides trying on dresses and the clamps they have to use, however our stylist at Whittington took special care of each dress my daughter tried on down to carrying the train back and forth between the dressing room and viewing area. You may ask yourself why that's important. It's important because the bride to be is able to see the beauty in each dress similiar to the way it will be shipped when ordered. Flaws really tend to take away from the beauty of the gown as you're trying them on and making that important decision and I didn't realize that until I saw the difference between how Whittington cares for their dresses compared to other salons we visited. Their selection of dress designers is impressive! The two dresses that we narrowed it down to weren't like any dress I've seen at other salons. Charli, our bridal consultant, was amazing! She took the time to listen to my daughter and knew what to ask to ensure she was helping my daughter find the perfect dress. We also had a big group with us helping with the selection and she was patient with each of us. She did a wonderful job in helping to narrow down the vision of my daughter's dream dress. Ultimately my daughter said yes to an amazing dress that we never would have found in Dallas. We also saved 15% for purchasing on our first visit which is higher compared to 10% offered elsewhere. It is true what they say - when you know, you know and you'll have that special feeling. We all did. I'm truly thankful that we made our way to Whittington Bridal and Charli!

Wonderful! Beautiful boutique and polite, friendly and professional staff! My stylist Chloe, picked out some beautiful dresses for me.

I went into Whittingtons Bridal and was immediately greeted when I came in. The two ladies sitting at the front stood up as they greeted me. Chloe was my stylist. She greeted me and offered me a momosoa! She was very professional and knew exactly which style of dresses to pick out. She picked out this gorgeous fit and flare dress and I fell in love and said yes! We did a champagne toast afterwards. It was was my third time trying on dresses and I found “the one” at Whittington Bridal!

Best Shopping Experience Ever

When I first went to find a dress at another store, I had a horrible time and left frustrated. I was convinced I couldn’t pull off a wedding dress and was horrified of shopping again. My mom convinced me to go to Whittington Bridal and I knew it would be different as soon as I walked in! The staff was excited and encouraging and I knew that would make sure I had a good time. My opinion was listened to and my consultant gave great feedback. We ended up purchasing the dress she pulled for me! It was a great experience and I reccommend the store to anyone I know

From Stress to Yes!

I don’t think I could say enough wonderful things about Whittington! All of the staff was super sweet but my consultant Kelsey was incredible. Super easy to talk to, she understood exactly what I wanted and was super helpful. I had been stressing going dress shopping but that stress very quickly melted away! I traveled almost 2 hours to come visit them because of how amazing I heard they were and every person was right! I will recommend Whittington to every bride to be I meet.

I instantly knew I would find my dress the moment I walked into Whittington Bridal. The bridal place I went to for my first dress shopping experience had a great consultant but the atmosphere was very busy, groups & people everywhere, just very hectic and I prefer a more personal experience. As soon as I walked into Whittington, I was greeted by 2 sweet girls and Chloe told me she would be my consultant. She was wonderful!! She immediately asked myself and my bridal party if we would like to start off with some mimosas (um, YES!) then proceeded to let us take our time picking out some dresses. Chloe was seriously so helpful~anytime I had doubt on a dress, she told me very honestly that she knew it probably was not the one. I could just tell she loves her job! There was one dress I absolutely loved but was very hesitant to try it on since it was not in budget. Well, my mom said I have to at least try it on so I did..and it literally took my breath away. I was instantly in love and knew I didn't want anything else! Bittersweet, however, because of the budget... Then Chloe came back and informed my mom that she was able to get it down a bit and because of that I was able to say YES TO MY DRESS! To top it all off--Chloe busted out the champagne to celebrate!! A perfect day. I would recommend this bridal shop a million times over again. THANK YOU WHITTINGTON! <3

Whittington is your one stop shop! Their customer service is incredible and they truly make you feel like a VIP from the minute you walk through the door. My experience at Whittington was great. I came with just my mother to try on dresses for the second time ever, and from beginning to end, we loved our experience. The consultants are so sweet and helpful, and made me feel so special. I had narrowed it down to the types of dresses I wanted to try on, and my consultant Chloe was so patient when I was deciding between two dresses and re-trying them on. She helped me visualize exactly what it would look like on me and that made all the difference! When I said yes to my dress, all the consultants in the store clapped and were oohing and aahing over it. They were also great when I went to pick up my dress or any time I called with a question! Highly recommended.

I had already found a beautiful dress before I came to Whittington, but I wasn't 100% sure I had found the one yet. The very first dress I tried on, blew the other one out of the water. I truly found the perfect dress for me. Chloe did an amazing job steering me in the right direction and ultimately me getting into "the" dress, and able to say "yes" without any doubt or reservations. Thank you so much!

Such a lovely shop. We had the sweetest girl helping us, and she made me feel like she really cared about my experience. And of course I found my dress there!!! Also, the complimentary champagne didn't hurt.

Whittington Bridal made the dress shopping experience absolutely incredible. We went to two other stores in the area, one of which I almost bought my dress from. However, after visiting Whittington Bridal, I was won over by their customer service and the infectious passion and joy each employee seemed to have for each bride searching for a dress. I would without a doubt reccomend Whittington Bridal to any bride searching for her perfect dress.

Whittington was the second and last place I looked for a dress. Their selection of dresses was great and the experience was perfect. We were the only ones in the store for my appointment and the whole experience was stress-free, no pressure, and catered to what I was needing/wanting. I highly recommend Whittington Bridal!

As soon as I walked in I knew I would find my dress here! The atmosphere is amazing and Chloe really made the experience unforgettable. She listened to every pro/con about the dresses I was trying on and helped me narrow it down to the one. The shop is very intimate and you get the full bridal experience with big dressing rooms, your own private stage with a large mirror, and a champagne toast when you say yes!

Had the best experience at Whittington bridal. As soon as I walked in I felt special. Everything was so organized and everyone very professional and kind. The salon is clean and beautiful with a great selection of dresses. Charli did a great job listening to what I was looking for and the comments as I tried on dresses. She helped me find the perfect dress. There was champagne as I tried on dresses as well as a champagne toast when I selected THE one. Would recommend this salon 100%. This was the first salon I went to and so glad I did.

I had the best experience at Whittington Bridal! I didn’t have to go anywhere else. Lots of wonderful and BEAUTIFUL dresses to choose from. Chloe was wonderful to work with. Very personable and understanding of my needs and wants. Also what made my experience worth wild was when I found “the dress” she turned to my 4 year old daughter and told her to ask me “if I say yes to the dress” and that coming from my daughter made it a day to remember forever.!

I had the best and most comfortable experience at Whittington Bridal. My consultant was Charli, and she was amazing! She greeted us and made us feel at home. She was friendly and listened to everything I was looking for in a wedding dress. I ended up getting a completely different style! She wasn't rushing or impatient when I was trying on dresses. I had booked an appointment for March in early January and was hoping to have my mom, sisters, and maid of honor come. Due to my mom's lung cancer treatment being progressive against her body, she passed away in January. In the end, my dad, 3 sisters, brother, and my maid of honor came and Whittington Bridal was so accommodating and understanding of my situation. I had Jordan as my consultant and she was the sweetest as ever. I'm a little self-conscious about my body and had prolonged getting my wedding dress as much as I could until I realized the Knot's deadline! Lol! Throughout the whole process, Jordan was honest and sincere about the dresses I was trying on and giving me the confidence boost to enjoy my dress experience. I waited until now (just got my dress the first week of August as they were prompt on everything!) to make sure the service was on par just like the first day I walked into that bridal and of course, they were fabulous again! They always called when an item came in and were okay with me picking up my extras when I came to pick up my dress. They kept their word and I appreciate how much they care about their brides. Ladies, if you are looking for down to earth women to help you pick your dress, these women are the ones to help you make your dream come true. Amazing customer service, never heard any girl complain to one another about a bride or colleague, promptness, and so sweet! Thank you Jordan and Chloe for your wonderful customer service and thank you to all the girls who make our dreams possible to looking our best in finding our dress! :)

You do not need to go anywhere else because Whittington Bridal is amazing! When I got to my appointment they made my mom and I feel like royalty. The whole experience was a blast and some of the most fun I've had planning my wedding. Abigail helped me pick out my dress she gave clips to mark dresses through out the store that I wanted to try on. The one I said yes to was one that Abigail pulled based off my feedback! I so appreciated her listening and finding me the perfect dress. Since the beginning they were respectful of my budget and made sure I found a dress in my price range. My mom and I loved toasting to champagne afterwards as I got to spend a few moments admiring my future wedding dress. Thats not all! I was having trouble finding bridesmaid dresses. I emailed them and they answered all my emails sweetly and promptly and helped me find perfect bridesmaid dresses as well. I was going back and forth between styles and once again they listened to my feedback and pulled out a dress that matched what I wanted. If that didn't win me over, it was my last appointment with them that showed how much they go above and beyond for their customers. I received the exciting call my dress had come in. I had scheduled an appointment to pick it up and was commuting from downtown Houston. This was the day of the Astros World Series Celebration parade (Go Astros!). I gave myself extra time but barely moved a mile in 30 minutes! I called them and they told me not to worry to try to come in before they closed and they would get me my dress. My phone unfortunately died, and I got lost and made it at their door 2 minutes before they closed, not expecting them to actually still be open. Not only did they still take me in, they treated me so nicely and made my experience of trying on my dress so special! I was speechless. My stress and nerves were calmed the second I walked and I don't think I have ever felt more loved and respected by a business. Thank you Whittington Bridal!

I loved Whittington Bridal! Britain was my stylist, she was so sweet and helpful! I came in knowing the designer I wanted and the budget and she helped me stick to it and find the dress of my dreams! We had so much fun at Whittington Bridal! Chloe was the attendant that helped me pick dresses and she was fantastic!! The ladies there were so kind and helpful when it came to thinking through each dress I tried on. We got to sip mimosas while browsing gowns...they really do treat you wonderfully. Even more than their hospitality, they have so many types of dresses and all different styles and designers to choose from. The stages and dressing rooms are so welcoming and comfortable. I couldn't recommend them more! One of the best things is that when I said yes to the dress, they gave me a 15% discount because I purchased on my first trip there. Chloe let me pick my own dressed to try on, but she also pulled some for me that she thought I would like, and that was tremendously helpful. I don't know about their busier days, but I had an appointment at 2:30 and they didn't kick me out when the hour was up. We stayed another hour finding the perfect dress. It was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to get may dress in!

This was the first bridal shop I went to. I am so indecisive and I ended up picking my perfect dress. Kendall was so helpful and makes you feel special. She even helped big out my accessories. I had so much fun at Whittington. I felt that all of my requests were being heard and accommodated with excellence. It was such a wonderful experience. My experience at Whittington Bridal makes me want to relive my dress shopping experience again and again! I absolutely loved this boutique, I truly cannot say enough about it. Chloe was my bridal stylist and she was an absolute sweetheart. She picked dresses for me based on what features I did and did not like about dresses, and it really helped to narrow down my style. I never felt pressured to buy a dress and never felt rushed when I tried on two different dresses THREE TIMES each. She eventually helped me decide on MY DRESS. It's a memory I will cherish forever and am so very grateful I booked my appointment at Whittington Bridal!

Whittington Bridal lives up to all expectations. I had 2 bridal appointments at other salons prior to Whittington's and just did not find what I was looking for. I had really high hopes for Whittington because I had heard such great things and seen what they had to offer, sure enough they lived up to everything I had in mind! And for the quality of their dresses they are VERY well priced. I also took full advantage of the 15% OFF if you order on your first visit!!

They were GREAT!!!! The whole store was accommodating. I found my dress at another store, but my mom did not like the consultant nor the way they treated her. (They yelled at her for looking at dresses). Whittington Bridal did not have the exact dress, but after finding out what happened at the other salon they looked up the dress, had me try on a dress like it in my size, explained to my mom when the dress ( at the other salon) is ordered in my size this is what it will look like. My mom was so happy. They ordered the other dress so we would not have to go back to the other salon. It was great how they worked with us. The ladies there after seeing the picture of the dress reassured me it was the right dress. The salon is clean and is very calm. You do not feel rushed or anything.

I called Whittington on a Wednesday and got an appointment for that Saturday which was great that they could squeeze me in in such short notice for a weekend appointment! It was the Stella York exclusive event that weekend so there were a few dresses there for just that day to try on and give your opinions to the Stella York associates at the salon. I ended up falling in love with one of the special Stella dresses that were only available for purchase that day and I could not be more pleased! Not only was it a great price because of the event but I was told when I came to pick up the dress that I was the only bride to order it so it is a one of a kind dress! Great customer service. Very responsive to emails when I had questions. They even made my dress pick up appointment feel special! Highly recommend!

I can’t begin to explain how wonderful my experience at Whittington was. I’m from Tulsa, OK but was in town and I found the boutique through Stella York’s website. I had one dress in mind but was willing to try anything else. I was sure that Whittington was IT. Kate was my stylist and she was so kind and helpful. She had me try a couple gowns that I’ve also liked and saved the best for last. Kate was excited just like a friend would be when I said yes to THE dress.
Hands down the best customer service you can receive. Picking Whittington was the best decision I’ve made and I would recommend them to anyone. I can’t wait to go back to pick the dress up!

This was the first store I visited and bought my dress there along with the bridesmaids dresses!! Madison was great, I told her what I wanted and she found me the perfect dress! We had a little mishap with the bridesmaids dresses, not their fault at all! The designer stopped making the dress, they said this had never happened before. BUT even with that little stress for me, Whittington made the stress go away by helping me find other bridesmaid dresses that were actually more beautiful than the first ones! I have heard horror stories about bridal boutiques, but this was far from that! I would highly recommend Whittington bridal!

I was so afraid to try on wedding dresses. Being plus size I avoid white at all costs. I didn't think I would find a dress that made me feel pretty. I was so blessed to get Morgan as my consultant. She was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. You could tell she really cared and her excitement was contagious! After trying on a few gowns she told me she had a curve ball and to trust her. Well, she comes back with a gown my cousin and I had both disliked on the hanger. Ladies, never say never. She put it on me, but didn't stop there. With a few add ons this dress became a yes! And a totally unique gown as well! With her help I found my perfect dress, and I felt like a princess. Which is a good thing as my fiance and I will be saying I do at Disney World! I know I will feel like Cinderella at the ball :) The dress had everything I wanted and more!! Thank you Morgan for a wonderful experience and making it such a special moment in my life! Please feel free to crash the wedding!!! :) I look forward to picking my gown up when it comes in and seeing the wonderful staff at Whittington again!

When I think of a bridal shop, Whittington Bridal is far beyond what I would have ever imaged! When you walk in there is a since of peace that comes over you because you are surrounded be so many gorgeous dresses that you just know you will find your dream dress! The stylist are the sweetest ladies and they are truly there to help you! They are respectful of your budget and will not show you anything above what you are looking to spend! The Christian values this place holds is something that you would not find else where so I highly suggest you make an appointment here! You will not be disappointed!

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. From the moment I arrived at Whittington to the moment I left, I was nothing but impressed. Morgan was THE best and sweetest thing and I seriously could not have asked for someone better. She went above and beyond any of my expectations and made my dress shopping the most perfect experience I could have imagined. I will recommend Whittington Bridal to anyone I know getting married and I will know that their experience will be as good as mine was. Let me start by telling you that my stylist was absolutely amazing. Morgan had great energy and made everyone feel so comfortable. She definitely makes dreams come true! The place itself is very nice and elegant. The dresses are stunning and reasonably prices. The service overall is great, there's even a champagne toast when you say yes to the dress! This was my first stop for wedding dresses, but I did not have to go anywhere else. I definitely recommend Whittington Bridal and Morgan as a stylist!

Whittington Bridal was the first and only place that I tried on dresses. My consultant was Kendell, and she was splendid - so great at what she does and so sweet. My whole experience was quite perfect. Despite the busyness of the store due to the trunk show, I felt valued and like I had plenty of time to find my perfect dress. Their selection of gowns was varied and gorgeous, and the trunk show was especially awesome! All the employees were very sweet, knowledgeable and helpful, and I felt no pressure at all to choose. If I got the chance to re-do my experience, I would come straight back to Whittington Bridal again!

I went here to find my wedding dress and had the most stress-free and fun time doing so! This was the first place I looked for dresses, and I could not have been more happy to walk out knowing I had ordered my dress! Morgan was extremely helpful and listened to what I liked and didn't like about each dress and ended up pulling my dream dress based on my opinions. I loved how easy it was and how upbeat and positive Morgan remained throughout the entire appointment. It was easy to see how much she truly loved helping me to find my perfect dress. Definitely check them out- you really won't regret it! (Plus, the dresses are gorgeous AND affordable!)

I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what Whittington provided me. The store is beautiful, and the stylists even more so. I went there for the Stella York trunk show, and it was my first time looking for a dress. I was expecting to maybe find a style I liked, and instead, with the help of Leah, found THE most beautiful dress. Even some of the other stylists came over and chatted and complimented the dress choice. They did such a good job with the trunk show event and it was so fun to hug the designer of my dress! It truly was a wonderful experience!

I am so happy I found Whittington! I just moved to TX and I was looking for a bridal shop that sold Stella York. The ladies there were so kind and helpful, I had the pleasure of working with Madison and she was so sweet and caught onto my style quickly! I found the dress I had been dying to see and put a down payment on it ASAP! I even got a discount for finding my dress on the firing visit! What bride doesn't love a discount?! I found my dream dress, Whittington made the moment special and super easy!!

Our wedding was a few weeks ago and everyone absolutely loved my dress from Whittington Bridal. I was a little concerned since I didn't start looking for a dress until early December. However, Kendall assured me that we could find a sample dress that I loved or expedite delivery of a new dress. They offered mimosas to my mom and I as we browsed for dresses in the salon. They don't have a huge dress selection, but a lot of the dresses were the style that I was looking for. We picked a few dresses and I tried them on. Kendall helped me pinpoint my likes and dislikes of each dress that I tried. Kendall then picked a few dresses based on my feedback. I immediately fell in love with my dress as soon as I put it on! The best part was that this dress was a sample dress in great condition for a fantastic price that I could take home that same day. We celebrated with a champagne toast and Kendall gave me a list of recommended seamstresses to have my dress hemmed. My mom and I had a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Whittington Bridal to anyone in the Houston area.

Madison was my consultant and she was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!
She was so much fun, knew exactly what I wanted and really made this the first and BEST experience I could have ever dreamed of!

I am so glad I was referred to this place and so glad I chose this as my first stop. I actually ended up canceling all my other appointments! Although it is a little pricey, Whittington was very classy, clean, spacious enough for the bridal party and they even serve you and your party mimosa's and champagne!!! I can't wait to get my dress in a few months :)

This bridal store gives an incredible experience. We were greeted by Morgan with excitement and smiles! They had a wonderful system where we toured the store and dress styles they had available, you then were left to pick out your favorites, once finished they bring you
Mimosas or water to enjoy before you start to try on the dresses. Morgan was amazing during the appointment; she was personable, attentive, and wanted to get to know myself and my entourage. The dressing rooms are huge which made the experience easy and the stages were great to show off each dress! They do a wonderful job with appointments and keeping get the store not crowded. I never felt pressured once and the prices are incredible. I bought my dress that day because of the professionalism, ease, wonderful prices, amazing customer service, and expertise. Thank you Morgan and Whittington Bridal for helping me find my dream dress!

I went to Whittington based on recommendations of various family friends. Everyone said that they or their daughter found a dress in an hour, flat. It was hard to believe after my failed first appointment at a different salon, but it gave me hope. Before my appointment, Whittington had an option to submit a Pinterest board of dresses so the consultant can help during your appointment. This was really great! I selected dresses that had the vibe I was looking to achieve and by this point I knew what shape of dress I wanted.

When I arrived for my appointment, the consultant was super friendly and had already viewed my Pinterest board. I walked around the large store with clips to select dresses - there was plenty of room so you weren't on top of other brides while browsing and there was zero pressure from any consultant. I loved that none of their dresses were outlandishly expensive so I could freely clip dresses without worrying if I had picked a $5000 gown. My mom and sister had a large couch to sit on and we also had a giant stage with mirrors for the dress try-ons. It's like we had the store to ourselves! The consultant listened to my wishes and concerns as we tried on different dresses. After we finished my clipped gowns, she went back out to bring in her suggestions. She realized that I hadn't clipped a dress that was on my Pinterest board and she thought it would be perfect. It turned out to be the most perfect dress and I didn't even notice it while browsing! One hour into the appointment, we were purchasing THE dress and drinking champagne.

Brides, please save yourself stress and time and go to Whittington. They are absolutely amazing, zero pressure, and continue to help you find the best alterations, cleaning, etc after you purchase your dress. The store is huge and they give you plenty of space for trying on gowns (tip: book appointment weeks in advance because they fill up quickly for weekends!).

All of these words describe Whittington Bridal. Backtrack to February. I had found a dress at Davids Bridal. After many times reordering the same dress because of flaws and imperfections it was being sent with, we finally had to compromise on a size bigger and get a lot of alterations done since there were no more in my size. I get to my alterations appointment two weeks ago and they say it cannot be altered like i wanted. It is now middle of March I was in TEARS. My wedding was a less than three months away. The next day I was supposed to be flying to Houston to visit my fiance, with no dress. My fiance found Whittington in Kingwood and called and told them what had happened and that I really needed an appointment the next day to try to find a new dress. They were very accommodating. I fly in and head to my appointment. I was nervous, upset, and unsure if I would find anything. I get there and am greeted by Madison (Who by the way is the MOST precious soul ever) and she says, "Don't worry were going to find the most amazing dress, everything happens for a reason." She let me look and pick out different options I liked. I am a lover of fashion so it didn't take me long to know what i liked! They had a great selection for all price ranges! We start trying on dress and I'm loving all of them, but their not quite "it". We get to the end and Madison says shes going to get another dress for me. I put it on and fell in LOVE. It was perfect! I would recommend everyone who has a chance to go to this lovely bridal salon. Wittington Bridal, and Madison truly turned my stress into success and gave me the perfect "Bride" moment I had been waiting for.

I absolutely loved my experience at Whittington Bridal. The store is beautiful, and the dress collections are beautiful. After visiting David's bridal I was thrilled with my experience at Whittington. Prices are moderate but definitely worth it. Check out their trunk shows of your favorite designers. I love my Stella dress!!

Kendell is an ANGEL! From the moment I walked into Whittington Bridal, she made my guests and I feel so welcome. She really took the time to listen to what I had always envisioned myself wearing. Although all of Whittington's dresses are beautiful, I was VERY certain of the type of dress I wanted and Kendell found my dream dress so quickly! I only tried on 6 dresses before I knew I had found THE ONE! Kendell even tracked down the perfect veil to top it off. I'm so glad that I scheduled my first appointment at Whittington and I feel honored to be a Whittington Bride. Thank you Kendell, for all of your help. I'm STILL smiling!

My younger brother went to school with the family of the owners, and he actually recommended Whittington Bridal to my mom (who is also the maid of honor :)). She took a look and was thrilled to see their accolades and reviews online through multiple sources. Whittington Bridal was my first appointment to try on wedding dresses, and I loved the experience so much that we cancelled our second boutique appointment later in the day.

Their location is gorgeous and intimate. My consultant was Nina, and she was amazing. She methodically helped me reason through what I liked (or didn't like) about each dress. As we went along and ranked them accordingly, she handpicked a few dresses to try on based on my feedback - and they were dresses that I totally overlooked. Because of this, Nina actually selected the dress that I said yes to - all because she listened to my interests.

With so many brides that have appointments day in and day out, I'm sure it can become inundating to stay engaged with the customer - but my experience at Whittington Bridal and with Nina was second to none. I felt like the most important person in the room. Xoxo - Allison Fountain

I was completely overwhelmed before coming into Whittington Bridal. I had no clue where to start. I couldn't pinpoint what I liked but quickly knew what I didn't like. Madison helped ease my mind and was completely professional throughout the entire process. She helped me pick my perfect dress and made sure that my family was included in the process.
