Ashley was amazing! From the start, she went above and beyond! She took detailed notes of every call with vendors and kept a to-do list of what I had to handle on my end. She had great insight and recommendations. We had to move the wedding to a different venue due to weather on a few days’ notice, and Ashley made this as seamless as possible! She seriously is amazing - we couldn’t have done this without her -

Hiring Ashley for day-of coordination was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had planned most of the wedding ourselves and initially brought her on just a few months before the big day. Looking back, we can't imagine doing it without her.
One of the biggest reasons we chose Ashley was her familiarity with both our ceremony church and our reception venue at the Delamar Mystic. Since the Delamar was still a relatively new wedding venue, it gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing she already understood both locations and their logistics.
As we got closer to the wedding, Ashley's value became even more apparent. The month leading up to the wedding was when she truly stepped in and took an incredible amount of stress off our shoulders. She was exceptionally proactive, remarkably detail-oriented, and constantly thinking ahead to make sure nothing was overlooked. She covered details we hadn't even thought to ask about, kept us organized, and was always quick to respond whenever new questions or last-minute changes came up.
Ashley was also wonderful during our ceremony rehearsal. We had quite a few young children participating, and she kept everyone organized while making the rehearsal feel calm and efficient.
On the wedding day, everything felt effortless from our perspective, and that's entirely because Ashley was working tirelessly behind the scenes. A few unexpected curveballs came up throughout the day, but she handled each one with confidence and professionalism before they ever became our concern. She coordinated with our vendors, kept everything on schedule, and allowed us to be fully present and simply enjoy our wedding with our family and friends.
Ashley exceeded every expectation we had. She didn't just coordinate our wedding day, she gave us peace of mind during the busiest part of the planning process and made sure everything came together seamlessly.
After the wedding, my husband and I both agreed on one thing: out of every vendor we hired, Ashley was our best decision. If we were planning our wedding all over again, hiring her would still be one of the easiest choices we'd make. -

We are so grateful we had Ashley as our wedding planner! From start to finish, she kept us organized, calm, and ensured everything went according to schedule. Our wedding day went so smoothly thanks to her.
Ashley was also a huge help in sourcing our vendors (band, photographer, florist, dance floor, transportation, tent), and every recommendation she made was spot-on. By the day of our wedding, she felt less like a planner and more like an incredibly organized friend we could fully rely on.

We were absolutely blown away by Ashley’s month-of coordination and are so grateful she was there to support our big day. We chose to have an intimate Monday wedding on the CT shore, and Ashley’s careful and diligent support leading up to our day and day-of made a huge difference. We felt like we could truly breathe a sigh of relief and properly enjoy our day thanks to her! Ashley navigated a rehearsal, some DIY decor, ceremony music cues, tablescape, and so much more—and she did so flawlessly. Ashley felt like a close friend through my whole wedding experience. She went above and beyond since day 1 of working with her. She thought of everything, was extremely flexible with our schedules and always put our needs and desires above everything else to try to make our day exactly what we planned. We had the perfect day, despite bad weather and I am so glad we chose Ashley. She stayed totally calm in times of stress and kept the wedding flowing. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
