Whitehall (& Julia) were the absolute BEST decision we made for our wedding. They truly do it all, from the planning help leading up to the wedding, setting up our decor more beautifully than I could have even imagined and packing it all up for us to pick up the following week. The services Whitehall offers save so much time & stress - they are worth every penny. While it was the bridal suites that initially won me over, Julia stole the show in the long run. She was so helpful throughout the entire process and played the role of venue coordinator and day of coordinator. Not to mention, she sewed my bustle back up mid reception when it kept breaking so I could get back on the dance floor. Book Whitehall, I promise you won't regret it. -

An absolute DREAM.
Whitehall was the perfect choice for our wedding! I was apprehensive about having a big wedding at all and was perfectly content with eloping or going to a courthouse, but ultimately decided to have a wedding for our families and the memories. Julia at Whitehall made this entire experience such a dream for my now-husband and I. She’s the venue coordinator but is also an angel that every bride deserves in the months leading up to her wedding and on her wedding day. She answered every stupid question I had very quickly, and is on top of things with sending emails to remind you about scheduling your rehearsal, nailing down your timelines, etc. One of the best parts about this venue is that you drop all of your decor off on the Tuesday before your wedding and they set everything up for you throughout the week! I literally didn’t have to think about a thing and could just spend the days before relaxing and tying up loose ends! We didn’t even nail down our vision for the centerpieces and most of the decor until 10-14 days before the ceremony, but Julia absolutely nailed it and everything was so beautiful! The day of the wedding, her assistant, Brenda, checked in on us while we got ready to make sure we were doing okay and she was the sweetest and just as organized and on top of it as Julia was. Before, during and after the ceremony, as well as during the reception, Julia checked in with my husband and I so many times to make sure we were okay and got us drinks if we needed it. She also helped when the Angelos pizza delivery driver showed up at 9pm (as scheduled for my late night snack, I was just tipsy and wrapped up in the party and talked to people so I totally forgot lol) and got them organized and set up as well as made sure they got the tip i set aside for them. She took so much off my plate mentally the week of my wedding and just went above and beyond for my husband and I. It was just so special and I appreciated it in ways I don’t know how to explain in 3500 characters or less.
Most “extra” things are an extra cost at this venue, like if you want the groom to get there earlier than 4pm to do bridal party pictures or a first look you have to pay extra for that, as well as a few other things, but honestly the helpfulness of everyone at the venue was well worth all of that. I really couldn’t imagine doing our wedding anywhere else. I can’t recommend it enough and I’ll scream it into the sky for anyone who will listen! -

We had the most wonderful experience getting married at Whitehall Columbia. From the moment the venue was booked through the wedding day, Julia and her staff provided us with a fantastic experience. Julia helped to ensure that everyone was in communication with one another, and the entire wedding process and wedding day went seamlessly with her expertise. We received so many compliments throughout our wedding as well. My husband and I could not have wished for a more perfect day at Whitehall! -

I am so impressed with Whitehall and their staff, in particular, Julia. Julia was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire planning process. Every time we visited the venue for a meeting she gave us a tour which allowed us to really visualize our day and talk through any questions. I felt very confident going into our day having Julia by our side. From bringing us water and our signature drinks as we were taking photos, to mailing our marriage license for us, to bustling my dress and taking out my veil! She does it all and is there for you the entire day. I couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else. We had the most incredible day and it is thanks to Julia and all the other staff and vendors at Whitehall. The in house caterer and DJ, Taste of Excellence and Selective Sound, were incredibly accommodating. If you want to be stress free on your wedding day, Whitehall and Julia have your back and will make your day perfect. -

There’s no way any other vendor could have made our wedding as perfect as Whitehall! Julia did not let us lift a finger. She communicated with our other vendors leading up to the wedding day and on the wedding day to keep things smooth and moving. Communication, professionalism, and value for hall all 10/10!!! We cannot get over how perfect our day was and how beautiful the hall was at Whitehall!! -

Beautiful & Full Service Venue
Julia, Harold and team were great to work with on the big stuff and the details. From the start they put us at ease knowing that they would make the day and the days leading up to it stress free because they take care of so much! The caterer (Taste of Excellence) and Dj (Selective Sound) are partners with Whitehall which is another way they help you have a great wedding day! The food and music weee amazing! Oh and the photos from the venue are as unique (thanks to Erin Ruth Photography) as the setting, both inside and outside! You have to see this venue to know what I mean. They have a Bride’s suite, grooms suite and so much more available.
We moved our date and Whitehall worked with us with kindness, accommodating our needs without any hesitation. They were a blessing from our first meeting to our final pick-up after the wedding. We would highly recommend Whitehall Columbia! -

Omg both the venue and the staff are so amazing and beautiful! The venue is stunning and so many guests told me how cool it is and the staff-especially Julia and Harold- are saints. Both the staff and this old school get an A+. If I could give 6 stars I would. -

Love and laughter
The moment we stepped foot into Whitehall we knew this was our venue. The hall embodies modern romance yet leaves you with a feeling of comfort thanks to its history and character. Harold and his team made the days/months leading up to our event as stress free as possible. All we had to worry about was dancing with a room full of people that we love. -

Where to begin....Charles, Harold and Shannon are absolutely the best to work with. They continually answer questions, literally make sure everything goes perfect. The Chapel was decorated gorgeous and took that task off of our hands and it was perfect! Just absolutely beautiful, professional and eased our minds with everything! -

Charles and Harold were the best vendors to work with. Not only were they extremely organized, they were kind and extremely accommodating. They made planning less stressful! The space itself was PERFECT and beautiful. I could not have asked for a better reception venue.
