Easy to book

White Star Limousines was extremely easy to work with and easy to book. We booked a year and a half in advance to assure we would get the cars we wanted since May is an extremely busy time with weddings and proms. Luckily enough we booked in advanced because everyone inquired about our cars we got because everyone wanted them! Thank you white star for making the process easy on us.

Amazing booking Experience !!!!!!

My wedding is not for 10 months but the booking process with White Star Limo was amazing. I spoke with M. Pardilla and she was so pleasant and friendly. Thus far, I am so happy with my booking will write a final review for everyone but so far to great!

We had such an amazing experience with Tony! He ensured that the cars arrived on time and readily stocked! I also loved our drivers. They maintained contact through the whole drive to ensure that my husband did not see me before the ceremony. I still cant get over how impeccable their services were! AMAZING!

This past week, I had my wedding and I have to say this was the best experience I ever had with a transportation company in my life. I use car services with my job being that I work down in Wall Street, when I first started making arrangements I dealt with Maritza in the office. What a wonderful personality. After that, I dealt with the dispatcher Raymond a man with vast knowledge of the streets and his business. I never realized how much goes into booking limousines! Everything was confirmed the week before our wedding. On the day of, all of the limos made pick ups to my friends and family throughout New York. Everybody was early, and everybody was well-dressed. The drivers and I were all dressed in tuxedos, and they even had two women drivers! I could not believe that a woman could drive this big huge party bus. I was overwhelmed by the kindness that they all had offered like a well oiled machine. At the end of our reception, they even sent back a complementary limo for my family, and took everybody home without charging us anything additional! They were worth every penny! I have now recommended using White Star Limosuine to my company. I heard that they are phenomenal and wine tors and they even do corporate work. I have to say I've heard some horror stories about cars blowing up ,drivers being nasty, but they have proven that it all depends on the person's opinion. I can only give you mine girls if you want to have a great wedding , if you want to be treated like a queen and your husband a king then this is the company to go to. Thank you White Star for making it a perfect and unforgettable day, I will definitely keep recommending you guys keep up the good work!

Last Saterday night i hired whitestar limousine to do a bachelor party for me and all my friends I have to say it was one of the funnest times I've ever had the driver Luke was great He knew where he was going The office recommended all sorts of super great spots and we had the time of our lives they even decorated the entire bus for us so it felt like A party on wheels Marissa and the office was super nice and helpful I could not ask for more I will definitely be using them on my wedding this upcoming summer by the way they came highly recommended through friends of mine who use them for their wedding thumbs up white star great job see u soon.

I had a memorable wedding thanks to anthony and his staff there friendly and very curtious with what your looking for, i went to a showcase they have on tuesdays and i found the perfect rolls royce. My driver was sweet and helped me in and out the car he even held my end of my dress so it wont get dirty i was more than happy with this company and i will recommend them to anyone.

I used white star for my wedding they make you feel like family and they take care of all your worries. My limo was beautiful clean, stocked, on time and my driver was professionaly dressed and very curtious, i had the most memorable wedding day thanks to whitestar limos

Anthony is great to work with hes flexable, prices are affordable. I had three limos all on time the drivers were very kind and proffesional they made sure all were clean and stocked. I changed my itenerary more than four times anthony and his office staff were very easy going about it im glad i went with whitestar i wouldn't have itany other wzy.

Whitestar was recommended to me by a friend for my wedding and i thank her very much for it.. the prices are great, i went to a showcase the have on tuesdays, i like that they have a varity of limousines to choose from, there clean inside and out. The office staff was very helpful in answering all my questions..

The day of my wedding every thing went smoothly. The limo was on time it was clean, stocked with wines and drinks it was spotless clean, my driver was very sweet and very helpful getting me in and out the car.. i would recommened them to anyone anthony is great to work with.

I used whitestar for my wedding and the service and office staff were FANTASTIC!! I went to the showcase they hold every tuesday and i found the dream limousine for a great price that i was able to afford.. the day of my wedding my driver was extra early, the limo was clean and stocked with the wine and drinks i requested to have everything went smoothly im glad i found them and will recommend them to anyone plannig an event.

White Star Limousines was just great. It was my daughter's Sweet 16 and the driver was marvelous. The kids loved him. He treated them as if they were his own. He didnt mind the music blasting in fact he sang along with them.
The office people were courteous, called twice to make sure time and addresses was correct. The limo was clean and beautiful. Customer service was great. What else can i say? I recommend White Star Limousine 100%

White Star Limousine is the best. I got a limo for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The driver drove them to the venue on time then went to do two pick up for my family and he came back on time to the venue with them. He was an extremely homorous and pleasant driver. My mom just loved him.
I would recommend White Star Limousine to all my friends and family

We had met White Star at a tasting at Leonard's of Great Neck. Anthony the owner was easy to talk to and took the pressure off us. He made it very easy to narrow down which limos would suit our needs. He answered all the questions we had and spent 2 hours with us. I felt bad but he didn't mind. After seeing 13 limos we selected 2 escalades and a Phantom.
The day of the affair we were greeted by our super friendly driver. The limos we hired were clean and prompt. I could not of asked for more on my special day.

My wedding was on 5/26/13. Limos were great and on time. They had drinks we requested, and it was clean. I lost my job during the planning process and the owner Anthony was great and worked with me to revise the contract to something we can afford.

We hired a stretch hummer. The car was early, clean . Our liquor bar was full and cold. My cousin used this company for her daughters sweet sixteen and said they did a nice job. Anthony helped us from start to end. They were polite and a good service.

We loved dealing with Anthony and Peter.
They have a nice selection of vechicles.
Anthony gave us a full walk threw with every limo. I hired one if the Classic Rolls Royce. Our wedding picture came out amazing. We would use they again.

White Star was great! I went to their open house and got to see the vehicles. They really work with you and give you suggestions which i thought was helpful. Everyone was very professional. The day of the wedding the drivers were very nice. I didn't have to do much preparation. I spoke to them once after making my reservation to go over the day of itinerary. I just told them the time to arrive, locations of where they were driving us to and they provided the service they promised. They're experts at what they do.

their service was absolutely impeccible! it snowed on my wedding day and they were still there on time, looking great, and nicer than ever! i am so glad i chose them to service me at my wedding! i couldn't have asked for a better limo company. on top of everything, they were cheap, laid back, and the ower, anthony, was a real people person and a sweetheart! if you live anywhere on long island, in the boroughs, or even connecticut, absoluetly give WhiteStar a call. here's there number for all you brides to be! Perfect!!! The drives knew exactly what to do and where to go!! They even knew the timing of walking in for the ceremony and guided our bridal party!! Who could ask for more??!! Very easy to deal with!! They even arrived earlier to ensure promptness! Beautiful cars at reasonable prices!

It was a pleasure to work with Peter and Anthony! Their limosines were incredibly clean and modern! For our wedding, they gave us the newest limo with doors that opened upwards and the seats were heated!! We even used them for my bachelorette party! There was a slight mishap at the end of the evening, but a call was made by my wedding co-ordinators and it was all fixed!

White Star Limousine was such a blessing to work with. They offered us a steal of a deal where we used three limos (one old school Rolls Royce, and two stretchers, one of which they offered for free). They were all prompt and very friendly.

It took me a long time to find a good limo company.My mom and i looked at almost six different places.We finally found whitestar and it was god sent ,it was a really big wedding party almost 40 of us.We had a new Rolls a new party bus a new chrysler 300 and a new coach bus ,this was the only company that had all new limos .The owner Anthony took the time out to show me all the limos and buses himself and he is very knowledgeable of the business he new how to set it all up to save us money and run smooth.Anthony was also there at the church to see it thru along with Tina his wedding coordinator What a great job i should have paid moor money it was that good .Girls dont look at any bad reviews go see this company they truly are the best.

I found this limo service to be very good. The limos were on time, clean and air conditioned. The drivers were very helpful and professional. I had a wonderful wedding, and White Star Limo service was excellent!

My husband used these guys to do a simple pick up and drop off of all of his side of the family so that they could arrive together. The price was right and they were able to pick them up perfectly on time and drop them off after stopping at 4 houses. They got a 20 seating stretch escalade and really enjoyed using them!

The service was very good they were very professional and knew everything about wedding service. I liked the fact that they kept great communication and were there to address any of my concerns. The driver showed up very early for the big day and was very courteous. Loved the limousine that we got and it was very clean in and out.

The day before the wedding, they told me that the car I picked would not have enough AC power so they switched me to a different car instead, which was fine but I didn't get the fairytale car I've always wanted. On the day of the wedding, my driver was late, turns out nobody at their company told him about where to pick me up so he ended up at a different location. Our driver, Enrique Humberto was the sweetest, though. He went above and beyond to make sure that when I get out of the car my dress would not touch the ground. He also took photos at the church and emailed it to my husband and I.

Not the best experience

Our experience with white star limo had its up and downs. We originally sat down with Bob and discussed options. He was super friendly and helpful. We booked the perfect limo for our wedding day. The morning of, the driver rolled up in the WRONG limo. She informs us that it was a last minute upgrade. Not sure who made the upgrade, but to make things more upsetting the driver handed us an “upgrade” bill. We refused to pay the upgrade bill and requested the driver resolve this issue before we left the church. After the wedding ceremony we were happy to see that our original choice was present. Despite it being an older model the rest of the day went smoothly. The driver wasn’t to blame for the mixup. She did her best in resolving the problem for us and was friendly and professional throughout the entire ordeal.

White Star Limosines was a recommended vendor of the Swan Club where I had my wedding in May 2015. They were responsive and their prices were in line with other limo companies. The driver showed up on time and provided all services as promised. My major complaint is that the limo they provided my party on the day of the wedding was dirty - someone has recently vomited in the limo and it had not been properly cleaned. Not the level of service I expected.

Stay Away from this business

I made the mistake of using their services 5 years ago. The absolute worst experience on your wedding night is dealing with a disingenuous limo driver. Do yourself a favor and light your wallet on fire before you use this company for anything. I’m sure the manager Maritza remembers the experience. Whoever reads this, you’re welcome. God Bless.

Broken down

The limousine was old and broken down. The driver was so nice and tried his best to make us comfortable. The limousine was hot and literally sounded like it was about to break down. I called the office and made a complaint. A woman stated she would try to get me some money back and several people had complaints. After contacting her several times and she stopped responding. I gave up. Do not book with them. You will not be happy.

Horrible Professionalism and Customer Service

DO NOT book with this company. I used them because they were a preferred vendor at my venue and regret it. When planning there were a few changes to my pick up and drop off locations and times. When I would call to let the company know (spoke with Maritza) the wrong, “changed'' itineraries were sent back to me a few times. This just added unnecessary stress and steps to wedding planning and makes the company look incredibly unprofessional and incompetent. I was nervous they would not show up to be honest. I was told the week before the wedding I would receive a phone call to confirm my party bus and itinerary; I called them the week of my wedding after not hearing from them to confirm. The party bus showed up, but without working air conditioning in June. Why they would even send a bus without AC blows my mind, but I guess they didn’t care because they had the full payment.

The bus driver said they could swap it out; apparently someone in the first pickup told the bus driver it was fine and to just get to the church, being we were on a schedule. The bus then came to pick us up. The heat in the bus made the ride incredibly uncomfortable, made my hair drop, and melted my makeup, both of which I paid a lot of money for. The ride from the church to the venue was the same, uncomfortable and sweaty for 20 people.

I understand someone said “it’s fine,” but that someone was not the person who paid for the limo and whose name was on the contract (me). The company should have asked ME to ask what I wanted to happen, not the “groom’s brother,” as Gill told me. Weddings are on a time schedule, making it hard to swap out a party bus. Again, the bus should not have even been sent without working AC. I delegated to my mother to call the company and ask for a partial refund. Gill, who she spoke to, argued with her and finally said they can’t do a refund but offered a ride credit. I called a couple days later and received an attitude, but was ultimately told I would get a ride credit to the airport. I sent in my information on 6/8, and a week later I am still waiting on confirmation after being told it would be taken care of. When I called back two days ago to follow up, Gill said someone called since we had spoken, my mom or the groom’s mom, and they said they wanted $100 back and not the ride. This conversation never happened, and he originally told my mom no refunds. They could send me a confirmation contract minutes after booking the party bus, but it takes weeks to get confirmation for a car to the airport that is comped? It is just ridiculous. If you are going to try to give your customers the run around at least try to show some level of intelligence so it is not so painfully obvious you are not competent and people can see right through your ploy.

White Star, send cars and buses with working features, be more professional, and I hope you enjoy reading this review on any platform I can find to post on.

Terrible & rude

They ruined our wedding day! They sent the wrong cars and then didn't send any cars at all. The assistant manager is rude and defensive; they are blaming us for all of the issues that occurred and good luck getting her on the phone! DO NOT USE!

A truly poor experience

Please avoid using this company.

Similar to recent reviews, we had a wedding in June. The day of the wedding they called me to tell me that the Mercedes limo I booked was in the repair shop and they were sending a different limo. They sent a Chrysler 300 limo instead.

Upon arrival the driver then asked me to confirm my payment from months ago. I had no reason to keep that on me so she said she would confirm with her supervisor. So I spent the car ride looking back through all of my emails just to prove I paid for the ride in full months ago.

Just like other recent reviews, this limo had the poorest functioning A/C system in the world. I wish I could say the interior was a decent temperature, but it was not. There was air coming from the vents, but it certainly was not cold enough. We confirmed with the driver that it was on the max settings. First myself and my groomsman then my bride and the bridesmaids were sweating from the interior heat. The ride was incredibly uncomfortable and the girl’s hair and makeup was coming undone from the heat.

Nothing has been done by the company to even try to make the situation better.

Horrible Experience

You plan a wedding, you have a lot of money on the line and a TON of logistics to keep track of. Every vendor we worked with was a pleasure with the exception of White Star. I have never given any vendor a 1 star rating in my life but here is why I am here.... We had rented 3 vehicles through White Star Limousine - a limo for our close relatives, a party bus for our bridal party, and a shuttle bus for guests to go from the hotel to the reception. The issue here lies with the shuttle bus. On our wedding day, as we were going from the church to the reception, i received multiple texts and calls from family members stating that the bus driver was refusing to take the guests to the reception from the hotel. I was under the impression based on prior conversations that the payment was to be made at the end of the evening. My wife and I had over a thousand dollars in cash with us in order to fulfill that payment (in addition to the deposit which was made on my credit card which went toward the payment). Per the contract, it does state that the payment should be made at the start of the event so that was a misunderstanding on my part. However, that method of payment is difficult to coordinate as they only accept cash, and my wife and I were not present on the shuttle bus. We would have had to leave cash with a guest that was riding the bus. Rather than taking the guests to the venue and having us pay them there, the bus driver refused to let anyone on the bus. My guests stood outside for over 30 minutes while someone got a hold of my wife and me. Our bus, with the bridal party, had to turn around and return to the hotel to make the payment. When we arrived at the hotel, we arrived to see 50 of our guests standing outside in a line outside the bus. (Mortifying). I paid the driver and the driver proceeded to count the cash obnoxiously as my guests got on the bus. On the way, the driver proceeded to back into a tree in the parking lot, miss the turn twice for the second stop, and drop my guests at the opposite end of the parking lot where they had to walk across the entire parking lot to get to the venue. We heard all of this from many of the guests on the shuttle (and I saw the shuttle park at the opposite end of the venue and saw all the guests walking across the lot). It was pretty difficult to hear and see, given my wife and I spent a lot of money to try to ensure our guests were enjoying themselves. Subsequently, our guests were very late to our cocktail hour, which we had worked very hard on. Thankfully, our venue had added an additional half hour for our cocktail hour when we signed our original package and our guests were able to move on from that debacle. Our wedding was a success thanks to our wonderful vendors but could have easily been ruined by White Star Limousine. Had I not looked at my phone (which many people don't in the first hour of marriage), we may not have been close enough to turn around, and our guests would have completely missed cocktail hour. All the driver had to do was take the guests to the venue, and then he could have taken the payment from me there. If I refused to pay, the company already had my credit card information and he could have refused to take my guests home at that point. Their policy is stressful for the bride and groom and makes zero sense even when it comes to protecting themselves. I had many conversations with Bob the manager of White Star Limousine who said the shuttle was provided by another company. He repeatedly said the service was provided and had zero sympathy. I asked for a partial refund of 500 (less than half of the cost of the shuttle) and he laughed. I asked for the tip back of 70 dollars (which was automatically included and the driver did not deserve) and he said he would do so, if I put in writing that I liked the service that White Star Limousine provided. To say this company is slimy is an understatement. The only thing I was offered was a partial credit toward a future car service (why would I ever use these guys again?). The driver of the shuttle was unprofessional, unsafe, and nearly ruined our wedding. Although, not affiliated with White Star, he was hired by White Star and White Star took zero accountability for anything that happened. I cannot in my sound conscious ever recommend any bride or groom use these guys. My advice would be to avoid at all costs. I would have been better off ordering 12 ubers for my guests. It would have been less stress, cheaper, and would have hedged risk by not putting all guests on one shuttle with one horrible driver.

White Star Limo was supposed to pick us up from our reception at 5;45 and drive us to the beach for photos. After waiting 20 minutes we called them and they said they were "Stuck in traffic and would be there soon" another 40 minutes later they STILL had not arrived! We decided to just drive ourselves to our photo shoot. As we were driving to the beach, on a Saturday evening, there was absolutely no traffic so they obviously forgot our wedding and were making excuses. On the bright side, they did refund our money, so they got a whole star because of that. I would NEVER recommend this company for anybody's wedding because who knows if they will actually show up.

Run....do not walk...away from this limo service as fast as you can!!
Made reservations for my daughter's Bachelorette party in the big 30 passenger bus, when the bus arrived it was so horribly hot inside we were all miserable, and those of us who were unfortunate enough to sit in the back were drenched with condensation from the obviously non functioning air conditioner. Excuses were made,etc, when we were picked up again, they sent a vehicle that only held 20, which meant about 8 people had to stand up. I complained, they said they would make it up to me by giving us an extra limo for my daughter's wedding, which was last Friday. Well, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. They had promised to pick us up at 7:15 pm at the church, so there we stood, a wedding party of 20, waiting in the still blazing heat, and they were lost. We waited for 30 min and could have enjoyed 30 more minutes at the reception. Inexcusable!! But when I talked to mr Raguza owner, all I got were excuse after excuse after excuse. Oh and both limos were sweltering HOT!! I don't think I'm a perfectionist, but I do like the services that I have paid for and don't feel like that's too much to ask for!!

DO NOT BOOK THEM!!!!!!! I set up my room block to be only 10 minutes from my wedding venue so it would be a super easy and quick ride for my guests as that was very important to me. However, our driver had NO IDEA where he was going, and got so lost on the 10 minute drive to the venue that my guests were on the bus driving in circles for 1 FULL HOUR and almost missed my ceremony. We have testimonials from guests saying they have never had such a disappointing experience with a wedding vendor, but this company does not care. One of my friends had to finally stand up with the bus driver with google maps pulled up to direct him. HUGE disappointment, and gross waste of money.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS! Honestly, the worst experience I have ever had with a limo company and sadly it had to be on our wedding day! I made multiple calls to the owner Anthony after our wedding and he still has not called me back, and his assistant is so RUDE. He admitted to the leak being from another driver hitting the roof prior to our day, but he said the radio works and I said I have 20 people that can vouch for it not working and he did not seem to care at all. Below is a list of everything that went wrong.
1) CASH PAYMENT - My wife and I were spoken to in a very negative way by the driver when he demanded to be paid in cash for the balance of the payment on the day of the wedding. Nowhere on our contract with White Star did it say payment was to be made in cash. The deposit had been made by card and the company made it seem that this was the way the rest of the payment would be accepted as well. We were accosted by the driver on three separate occasions throughout the wedding day demanding the cash. 2) RADIO - The sound system/radio on the bus did not work. Multiple guests tried to get the sound system to connect via Bluetooth (as advertised) to their phones, but had no luck. The driver himself also tried but failed to get the sound system to work. We sat in silence from the hotel to the church, from the church to the photo venue and then from the photo venue to the catering hall. When the BRIDE asked the driver to just play the radio instead, he SCREAMED at us that everything was broken.
3) LEAK - There was a large leak coming from the Emergency Exit in the roof of the limo. It was raining the day of the wedding and the Emergency Exit leaked onto the rented tuxedos of the groom and groomsmen and the expensive dresses of the bride and her bridesmaids. Ultimately, we just left the middle of the bus empty to avoid getting soaked. White Star admitted to us that another driver had hit something and did not report it.

I booked a white stretch limousine for my wedding. Anthony and his secretary were very professional and assured me everything would be in order on my wedding day.

The limo was scheduled to arrive in Astoria at 2:45pm for a 4pm church service in the city. We needed to make 2 stops along the way.

At 2:45 with no limo in sight, I - the bride - called White Star. The limo driver called me back and said he was stuck in traffic. At 3pm a H2 stretch Hummer shows up, with the words "Long Island Party Limo" emblazoned on the door. I was mortified!

The driver said I had been 'upgraded at no additional cost'. This was certainly NOT an upgrade. I specifically chose a different vehicle and not a Hummer as this was not a bachelorette party. The Hummer was not permitted on any highways, the driver was unsure of how to get to the stops, with the end result I showed up for my own wedding 45 minutes late.

My husband later told me he called White Star earlier in the day to confirm the details. Anthony told him a "larger vehicle was available at no additional cost" to which he was told "absolutely not, only the vehicle my fiancee booked".

I left messages for Anthony - post wedding - to call me and explain but I never heard from him. End result: NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
