Dream Come True
We loved the venue from our tour with the owner. He was so down to earth and we could just tell this was the venue! The mountain views are so beautiful from each direction. The bridal dressing area is decorated beautifully, and the grooms den is such a relaxed spot for the guys to hang the day of. The FOOD!! OMG the food is AMAZING. Our guest are still raving about how delicious everything tasted. I loved the elegance of the barn but still being about to have the relaxed mountain themed wedding. They are so responsive to EVERY question a bride could have and helps you determine the best package for your day. 100% recommend this venue! -

White Oaks Barn was such a beautiful venue! Coming from FL for a destination wedding, having White Oaks take care of food, alcohol, set up/tear down, decor placement, and day of coordinator was fabulous. The ceremony site and reception barn is drop dead gorgeous, the food is AMAZING, and staff were so nice. They have a very well put together team to make sure your day is special. Thank to White Oaks for hosting the best day of our lives!!! I highly recommend using this venue!!! -

Beautiful venue!
White Oaks Barn was an absolutely gorgeous venue for our wedding! Our guests commented multiple times about how beautiful both the ceremony site and the inside of the barn were. Also we got multiple compliments on how good the food was at the rehearsal dinner (we hosted it in their bistro space) and the actual wedding day! The staff at White Oaks was incredibly kind and flexible with us. We had the best day! -

Must have venue!
I HIGHLY recommend using White Oaks as your wedding venue. From the beginning White Oaks stood out as a must have venue for us. The backdrop of the mountains alone will make you want to get married here. We did our rehearsal dinner at the White Oaks Bistro and the food they cooked was AMAZING. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how tasty it was. We also used White Oaks for our wedding day and did our ceremony outside in the lawn. The pictures and backdrop turned out better than we could have hoped for. Our reception was in the barn and it was GORGEOUS. We did a pasta buffet for dinner through White Oaks and OMG it was SO GOOD. I cannot say enough good things about this venue, staff, and owners. Everyone we met made us feel like family and just loved on us and celebrated us so well. If you are looking for a place to get married you HAVE to check out White Oaks! -

I cannot say enough amazing things about White Oaks!! Amazing people, amazing views and amazing venue! They made everything so easy during wedding planning and on wedding day. They do an awesome job keeping up with their venue and constantly improving to make it even better. Brittney communicates every step of the way and happy to answer any question you may have. We had multiple wedding guests rave to us about how it was the best wedding food they have ever had and the atmosphere was amazing! Guest were able to party inside the barn with the band or mingle outside on the patio to talk with other guests, truly an ideal set-up! White Oaks made our wedding dreams come true!! -

I can't say enough good things about this venue. It's gorgeous, the staff are incredible, the owners are so great and so involved - it was perfect. It's no surprise pandemic wedding planning is less than ideal, but I never had to worry about anything working with Brittany and Arrowed Beginnings (every one needs Mary Lynn and her amazing team coordinating their day - seriously, they're amazing). I had so many compliments on how beautiful the outdoor ceremony was, how great the food was, and how effortlessly the day flowed. Book this venue, they'll take great care of you, and you'll have a beautifully carefree wedding day! -

Before I say anything else (because I’ll probably write a novel), all you need to know is that YOU NEED TO BOOK THIS VENUE!!!!!!!!!
White Oaks was the only venue we looked at after we got engaged. I had looked at it online for years while we were dating and I will never forget the feeling of seeing it in person for the first time. It is literally the most beautiful venue I’ve ever seen and you just get a good feeling pulling into the driveway. From the owners to the staff (servers, bartenders, golf cart drivers), every single person is kind, welcoming, and professional. I don’t think there is anyone who answers e-mails more promptly and effectively than Brittney – I’m not kidding! I think the longest I ever waited for an e-mail response was 30 minutes!! Robert, the owner, was there all day the day of the wedding behind the scenes and making sure that everything ran smoothly. How awesome is that?! It is obvious they truly care about their couples.
We paid extra to get into the bridal suite early, which I highly recommend!!! While waiting to get hair and makeup done, we sat on the deck taking in the most beautiful view, while having mimosas and a full lunch, all provided by White Oaks. The bridal suite itself was absolutely amazing – so gorgeous and spacious and made for the perfect set up for our hair/makeup team. The groomsmen suite was also INCREDIBLE! The guys were able to hang before pictures and have some beers, for which we prepaid. The options at White Oaks are literally endless!!
There are not enough words to say how obsessed I was with the outdoor ceremony. You just can’t beat the beauty and serenity of those views. We had so many unbelievably beautiful options to take pictures after the ceremony that it was honestly hard to choose. Every inch of the property is just gorgeous!
Our guests could not stop talking about how awesome cocktail hour was on the deck – from the quick drinks, to the views, to the FOOD!! There was so much space for everyone to spread out and everyone was in love with hors d’oeuvres (make sure to do the potato skin bites and veggie egg rolls!!)
One of my favorite things about White Oaks are the giant, beautiful barn doors. Our bridal party came in the side entrance and they waited to open the big barn doors until we walked in and talk about a “WOW moment.” Everyone said the background with the mountains looked fake!! Having the doors open all night kept the barn cool, which was perfect because the dance floor was packed all night!
I’m so grateful that we chose White Oaks - our wedding was truly a dream come true from start to finish. THANK YOU, WHITE OAKS!!! -

We cannot say enough good things about the venue, the owners and staff and the Arrowed Beginnings team. The process from start to finish was professional and organized. They did everything to ensure that our day was exactly what we wanted and stress-free. They coordinated with our vendors and handled all of the details/scheduling to ensure that everything went smoothly. The venue itself is such a beautiful setting in the North Georgia mountains. The food is amazing! Seriously, everything that we had was delicious. We also had our rehearsal dinner at the bistro on site which was perfect to walk over to after our ceremony rehearsal. I would not have changed one thing and only wish I could just go back and do it all over again. Thank you!!!! -

Everything about this venue is gorgeous!
We are absolutely in love with White Oaks Barn! Makenzie made the entire planning process so stress-free and easy and the venue was perfect for our wedding day. We had the ceremony outside overlooking the mountains & the barn provides the perfect amount of outdoor/indoor space for guests. The smores bar & outdoor fireplace area was a huge hit and we loved walking through the big barn doors during our introduction with the mountains in the background. Would HIGHLY recommend to any bride!! -

Krissy Sent on 01/15/2018My husband and I had the most wonderful experience with White Oaks Barn! It was over a year ago when we toured the location, and I remember wanting to cancel all other venue tours after seeing this place. Both ceremony and reception sites are beautiful and classic. They have a fully equipped bridal suite and decor to rent right on site! The venue provides catering and they also have a great list of vendors to use making planning MUCH easier.
Just as important as the venue, if not more so, the staff. I truly cannot say enough about the staff here. About 5ish months out from the wedding, they switched coordinators on us due to conflicting schedules. The new coordinators were SO accommodating, as was the owner, Robert! They truly wanted to make sure we felt comfortable with the switch before the big day. Although it was freezing (married on 12/30/17 - signed up for that one), doing the ceremony outside was absolutely breathtaking. We can honestly say that we don't have a single complaint! HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone! Thank you so much White Oaks Barn for making our day so perfect and memorable. -

Ashlyn Sent on 12/13/2017White Oaks was everything and more than what we ever expected for our wedding day. Our day was absolutely beautiful and the view was amazing. I decided to plan my own wedding and Robert the owner was so nice and accommodating which made things run smoothly. He really took care of us and made our wedding so special. You could tell it was a family business that they took pride in. Also, the barn had just been recently updated and paint a new color which was perfect! It made our day even better. We had a "large" wedding but the feel of the barn and the ceremony made it so intimate at the same time. Our wedding was in October and our weather was PERFECT. All the colors of the trees and the mountains in the background were breathtaking. Another great thing about Whit Oaks is that the catering was in house as well as the floral (White Oaks Floral) which were both great!! Our food and the service was amazing and my FLOWERS could not have been anymore perfect. If your looking for great views and a "destination" wedding in GA .. White Oaks should be on your list. -

I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. The venue is beautiful, but working with them for the past year was the worst experience I have ever had. Our wedding was supposed to be in April 2020, and when COVID hit, they were deceitful and would not work with us. We asked if there were other dates later in 2020, and they said July and December, and that we COULD NOT book for 2021 because our contract was for 2020. This wouldn't work for us, so I told them I'd forfeit our deposit and take our business elsewhere. After sending that email, I was then informed that a couple dates in November opened up. Wow, what a coincidence... after our wedding, I reached out by email as a follow-up to let them know about our experience, and that we were disappointed about a few things. The food portions served at the wedding were tiny, not as they were at the tasting, the coordinator we had (Hannah M.) did not do her job, and we did not receive both golf cart shuttles for before and after our ceremony. In the response I received, I understood we got all the food we paid for, however, our guests complained about having to go through the line multiple times just to get a decent amount to eat. Hannah (our coordinator) was rude the entire wedding, and seemed as if she didn't want to even be there. We were apparently behind schedule, yet she did nothing to keep up. At times, we could not even find her. My wife and her bridesmaids were waiting after they got ready, and she was nowhere to be found. Later, when we had ONE golf cart shuttling people, Hannah was driving the golf cart, and was rude to our guests. We had guests waiting in line to ride the golf cart, and when she pulled up, they hopped on. She then walked away. After our guests asked if they should just wait for her, she turned around and told them, "you can walk, and you aren't allowed to take the cart." Who treats guests this way? Not only that, but she did not coordinate with the DJ to announce when things were happening, so people didn't know when the cake cutting was, or that there was even a sign-in table. According to White Oaks, that is not part of her job, and because we used vendors other than theirs, this caused difficulty. No, she had the schedule, as did the DJ, she was just no engaged during our wedding at all. Apparently, she (Hannah) was the only reason we even had a photographer. That makes me laugh, as I was the person that booked our photographer, through another vendor. The last thing I will mention is that the girl running the communication for White Oaks (Brittney) needs to learn some manners. After I emailed her about our experience and asked for compensation for what we had not received, but paid for, she sent me a 3 page email blaming my wife and I for not only the issues we had, but other issues that we did not even care about. She NEVER apologized, not once, which was all we really wanted. Instead, she just wanted to play the blame game, and even took my email as a threat and extortion, telling us that she would send this to their attorney. I hope people read this before making any final venue decisions, because if you have any problems at your wedding, or another pandemic breaks out, don't expect for them to work with you. I'll even share images of the response I received from Brittney so everyone can see how unprofessional her response was. All in all, I would never recommend this place or any of their affiliates.
