We are so happy we were able to have our wedding ceremony and reception at the beautiful White House Mansion. We had a vintage "Gatsby" theme and the mansion was the answer. The mansion has so many rooms for family and friends to gather before the wedding and at the reception. Julia always answered texts promptly and was so helpful in suggesting vendors. She truly loves event planning! We even had a change or two and she was very accommodating because I can see that she wants every customer to be satisfied and have a beautiful time. She even provided a table for the sand ceremony when we had to change from unity candle to sand due to the wind that day. The grounds are beautifully maintained and all our guests enjoyed the decor at White House Mansion.

They are closed now ...

We got to have one of the last weddings there and it was super beautiful. I hope someone else opens this venue back up.

We held my Daughter’s wedding at the White House Mansion during July, 2017. We could not have been happier. Heard from so many of our guests how happy their wedding was and how pretty the WHM was. The new area for the actual ceremony felt perfect for a marriage and was so pretty. (And how nice to have this area since this was a very hot summer day!) Julia is lovely to work with, and we were so glad that we had Karen, first, to help us with vendors and planning since we were not from the area (and all vendors worked out so well!) and second, to help us with just about Everything on the wedding day! She is wonderful!
The White House Mansion was everything we wanted for the wedding. It was pretty without being pretentious and it was formal without being phony (thinking of big, cold catering halls). The upstairs area for pre-ceremony dressing with family and bridal party was pretty. The grounds allow for so many photo opportunities.
In short, we were so happy with the Wedding Day at the White House Mansion and would absolutely recommend the White House Mansion for holding your event!

Julia at White House Mansion saw to it that our wedding ceremony and reception went as smoothly as possible. The venue is beautiful and unique, and our wedding was everything I could have hoped for. I would recommend this venue!

The White House Mansion is a beautiful venue. I have never experienced such a smooth planning and execution for an event. They made sure every detail was addresses and the staff was very helpful. We can can both thank Julia and our wedding coordinator (Karen) enough. They went out of their way to make sure the wedding went perfect. We are still getting complements about how awesome the wedding was and how the mansion was a great place. Again, consider the White House Mansion.

We have been to many places all over the world and we chose the White House Mansion in Tulsa. They are so wonderful. Thank you so much to Karen and Julia for the wonderful time. You all were perfect!!!!

Julia and her staff were great to work with and helped us every step of the way. This wedding was for our son and new bride. The White House Mansion was wonderful to have a wedding in. Our son and his bride were married outside on the porch. We had a great reception afterwards with the a DJ and dancing. Julia helped us with ideas for for decorations, lay out, pictures and all of the things that make this event such a good memory. She was also very helpful in steering us to other vendors that were very helpful. You couldn't go wrong with having your wedding at the White House Mansion.

Julia and her staff at White House Mansion were absolutely wonderful to work with. The venue is absolutely beautiful. Julia took the time, on many occasions, to go through with us everything for the wedding and helped us with finding a caterer and flowers for the wedding, both of which were wonderful! They all worked together so the wedding went very smoothly! There is plenty of room for partying as well as parking. I would definitely recommend White House Mansion. Thank you Julia for helping make Shannon & Terrance's wedding a day to remember!

Julia and her team were AWESOME!!! Thank you SOOO much! The wedding venue was beautiful the day of my wedding and Julia made everything run smoothly and perfectly. What a lovely person! She always responded to texts and handled everything very professionally in the year leading up to the wedding. She helped me select most of my vendors and they were all wonderful as well! I highly recommend White House Mansion....best day ever!!!

The White House Mansion was the perfect venue for our wedding! It is so open and beautiful! From the minute we walked in, my husband and I knew that this was the location for our wedding! Julia and her staff were nothing but amazing! They made all of our dreams come true on our wedding day!

The white house mansion is such a beautiful place to get married! I recommend it to anyone, the staff is very helpful too! Mrs. Julia is a sweet kind caring person, she will be there to help you every step of the way! I was so happy I chose the white house mansion!

The white house mansion was everything I could have asked for in a venue! The outdoor covered patio with the trees in the background made for a gorgeous ceremony, and the indoor ballroom was perfect for dancing and a great reception! They let me in early that morning to set up and even helped me do so! Sarah and Julia did whatever they could to make sure my day was perfect, and I could not be more thankful! They also helped me get tables, chairs, tablecloths, etc. at a great price! The white house mansion was by far my favorite venue I visited, and by far the best priced. It's a great all in one site and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone! The white house mansion made my wedding day everything I could have dreamed of- it was perfect!

We could not recommend White House Mansion more! They seriously made our day so relaxing. NOTHING stressed us out day of. It was the most relaxing we could imagine our wedding going - the entire staff was sweet, happy to serve, and thoughtful of everything we needed. We were blown away by their attention to detail and helpfulness. This was due in part to hiring Karen as a wedding coordinator and day-of staff to help run the show. WHM is a beautiful venue at a good value and amazing service.

We loved having our wedding at the White House Mansion. Our wedding coordinator, Karen, was AMAZING. Our parents and our bridal party loved working with her and she did everything she could to make our day go perfectly, while being light hearted and fun. All of the other vendors we chose we picked because we received discounts through the mansion and each of them were also amazing. There were moments were I had to e-mail twice to ask a question, but it was during the holiday season which is a busy time of year for them. The mansion had plenty of space for dancing, the ceremony, tables, and areas for people to relax. A lot of the other places we looked at seemed to nickel and dime you for small things. We didn't feel that way at the mansion. They also make clean-up after the reception easy and our bridal party was out in less than an hour. Beautiful venue at a wonderful price.

Julia and Sheila were both very easy to deal with and were great at working with us on our time. Julia met us at 10 PM the first time. They also provided tables, chairs, basic white linens, and various other decorations to make it easier for us. We didn't really check anywhere else on the value because we liked this venue so much, but we had a wonderful wedding.

White House Mansion- First, let me start with saying the location is nice and remote, tucked away in a secluded area in Jenks, Oklahoma. The property itself is very elegant and classic. When having our wedding there we most enjoyed the timelessness of the venue and how it could be dressed up or dressed down and still be classy. We had other venues in mind however after meeting the property’s owner Julia we could no longer look anywhere else. Julia went out of her way to make this one of the happiest days of our lives. During the ceremony Julia worked tirelessly to make sure things were working correctly and done in an orderly manner. Before the ceremony she kept in touch to let us know how things for our special night were progressing. The location is great, the staff is helpful, Julia is wonderful and the cost is flexible. I highly recommend having your event with White House Mansion.

Julia and her staff were so amazing and helpful. Julia worked with me and was flexible about the set up time which was a huge relief. Great price for a beautiful venue. There is nothing I would have changed about my perfect day and I could imagine getting married in any other place.

The owner Julia was alright she did help us a lot set up great payment arrangements we were late a few times and she was very understanding we also originally had 55 people and it turned into 89 she did not up charge for more tables or chairs.. a week before the wedding we went to finalize everything and set up the last payments one was a few days after that of $187.50 the other was the day before the wedding of $390.50 well she reversed them and put us $155 negative in our bank account so we couldn't get anything until the day before the wedding and we didn't have money to eat on.. she admitted it was her fault because she didn't read her own notes. She only offered to knock off $30 from the $187.50 she went out of town and we were dealing with a guy named micheal he was amazing he helped us with everything cutting the cake setting up decorations just anything that was needed to be done he was there! It was well worth it he made our wedding stress free and just amazing! So would I do it all over again there yes because he made it worth he headache of the negative bank account! So he saved this whole thing!!!!! She has said sorry since then. Our wedding turned out perfect so that's all that matters to me! It was beautiful there so definitely glad we were married there!

Our wedding was a great success at the White House Mansion! The owner of the venue did a great job of making sure that things were sorted out prior to the big day and everyone was on the same page. She also was a big help on the day of the wedding too! As far as the venue itself goes, the location is perfect! There are plenty of places to eat and also hotels nearby for any out-of-town guests. Her prices are also hard to beat too! I would definitely recommend a visit with them to check it out.

Beautiful venue

The White House Mansion is absolutely beautiful. We spent very little money on decorations because there was already so much to look at. Julia is very helpful and will make sure your day goes smoothly, although she was a little pushy about where she wanted my decorations Vs. Where I wanted them. Overall beautiful wedding venue.

We should have chosen a different venue. It was not until after we signed our contract and paid our deposit that Julia decided to inform us of tons of other little details that she would "be happy to assist us with" but they ALL had a charge. We couldn't use sparklers for our exit, that was not in the contract, if we wanted any assistance from any of her staff, we had to pay for at least a minimum of 4 hours and they hourly rate was ridiculous. My wedding planner couldn't believe all of the extra charges that they tried to tack on us, so my wedding planner just told me not to worry about it and they took care of cutting my cake and parking assistance and anything else I needed help with. They don't mind to help you, for a charge IN ADDITION to the $3000 it cost to rent the place. We were just not very satisfied. And the setup for guests is terrible. They stuck half my tables where the dance floor was and half on the closed in patio, we couldn't even see all of our guests from our sweetheart table. U.S. and all of our guests were practically in 2 separate rooms....also, we hired the bartender that Julia got herself and I specifically told them AND the bartender to not hand out cans of beer, they needed to be poured into the provided glasses and they totally ignored that. People were walking around with beer cans all night.

We booked the White House Mansion for our daughter's wedding in May. Midnight, the night before the wedding, Julia, the owner informed us that 81st at Elwood Ave. was closed due to flooding. The street was already closed from the east. She told us that if the flooding and rain do not subside, we will have to have our daughter's reception elsewhere! When we booked this venue (and paid half down) Julia did not disclose that this area around her house has flooded numerous times! When we paid the balance three months before the wedding, she brushed off any problems with flooding. We got lucky that the rain stopped and the street was partially open to allow guests to drive (not swim) to the mansion. We wanted a reception site that would provide shelter for our guests in case of rain, sleet or high heat. Knowing what we know now, I would never book or recommend this venue!!!
