seamless experience and amazing quality!

I found Susan through a Google search. I was a bit nervous using a service provider outside someone my photographer recommended, but I could not have made a better choice in doing so!

Although Susan is located in a different state from me, communication was incredibly easy. Susan responds quickly to emails, and works quickly overall (not to say the work/result is rushed by any means, just to point out how dedicated to a timeline she must be!)

Susan also looked through several extra photos I sent to provide the best recap of our day as a whole. She definitely has a great eye for picking out the gems from the many amazing photos we received and from what we had already tried to narrow down to our favorites. That being said, there were still some additional photos I wanted in our album. Having already purchased the most pages offered, I was thinking I would need to sort through even further and nix some photos to meet that "maximum." Susan assured me this was not the case, and I was able to add additional pages for just a little bit of an extra cost!

The editing process was great. Susan drafts up an album and sends it to you online. You can directly comment on each page to further customize/add suggestions, and Susan will do whatever you ask with these comments.

Upon shipping, Susan requested an email confirmation that we had indeed received our product. I appreciated how much she cares about that! Everything arrived in spectacular condition and was very thoughtfully and carefully wrapped. I was impressed with the quality of the box and dust cover for the album, as this was something we opted not to upgrade on at all, just going with what was already included.

The album itself is such good quality! I didn't know products like this existed! The pages are so thick and poster-board-like that I know I won't have to worry about any accidental tears EVER. I also feel like the spine of the album was created in such a way that creases forming in it are unlikely. Everything is so well assembled! The photos were also much bigger than anticipated, which was so fun when flipping through.

I will certainly be using Susan for any further photo album needs and cannot recommend her enough!

Great service and quality

After being married for almost 7 years, it is nice to finally have a wedding album! I was excited to find a service that would design the album and layouts for you, and the quality of the photo printing is top notch. Susan was also great to work with - very responsive from the beginning, when I reached out with a question about album size prior to placing an order, and quick turnaround time in everything once I placed my order. Highly recommend!

Fantastic wedding album

Susan is amazing. The variety of albums she offers is impressive, but, her attention to detail and communication makes this the BEST album company. I will never use anyone but her.

Best Album of All Time!

Beautiful, beautiful album. With the acrylic cover it will sit out and be enjoyed daily. Everyone we’ve shown it to has commented that it is the most elegant album of all time. Highly recommend, totally worth the price in every aspect.

Wedding Album

We were looking for someone to help design our wedding album for us. We wanted it done professionally, but we were struggling to cut out enough photos to meet the maximum number our photographer would include in an album. After doing a search, we found White Dove Albums. The reviews looked good, and the options offered met everything we were looking for. Susan was fantastic to work with. She put together the album quickly and allowed us to make as many edit as we wanted. We ended up buying two parent albums and one album for us. They just arrived the other day and they are beautiful!!! It was definitely money well spent!! The quality was exactly what we were looking for!! We highly recommend working with Susan if you are looking for an alternative to your photographer!!

Beautiful Craft and Quality

I loved working with Susan as she created our wedding photo album. She was professional and genuine, and it felt like she could read my mind with how I was hoping the photos would be arranged. Susan is flexible and she allows you to make changes or edits to her drafts of the album before she goes into production with the final version. I had paid the extended price to have over fifty pictures in the album and I am so thankful that I did. The wedding day is over so fast, but the pictures bring you right back to your special day. I am so appreciative of the level of excellence Susan put into our photo album. The picture quality is fantastic and the crispness of the photos are wonderful throughout the album. Susan made a stunning family heirloom that my husband and I absolutely cherish. I was also so happy to hear that Susan makes duplicates of albums because my husband and I gave one to both sides of our parents. Susan ships out the duplicate albums when your personal one is sent, so it's one less worry that you have to think about. I would highly recommend Susan's skill and eye for design to any couple wanting to capture their wedding memories in a photo album. Wonderful experience - highly recommended

White Dove Albums was fantastic to work with. We submitted 200 pictures and the first design came back beautifully. We had a few edits and our designer made the changes quickly and provided us with a beautiful end product. We absolutely love our album and would highly recommend them.

Deciding on a wedding album is a big decision and White Dove Albums streamlines the process with their well-organized website which provides multiple design options. The design team--special mention to Susan--is excellent and communicates promptly with customers. Exactly what you want

White Dove albums is exactly the kind of experience you want when creating an online album. Susan responds quickly, the website is very intuitive to use, and the photo upload process is extremely easy. Once the album is designed, the review process is fantastic and provides you the ability to make changes instantly-she literally made the changes within 5 minutes and had it ready for review again. Finally, the product is delivered in a shockingly professional presentation, all adding to the quality of the end result. Of course, after all this the album is gorgeous, high quality, and not a flaw in the production.

A great experience and gorgeous wedding album

Susan at White Dove albums is the best! She put together gorgeous layouts for us and is amazing with photo shop if you need to retouch or take something out of your photos . She layered photos on top of each other that created some "wow factor" backgrounds in our photo spreads. She was very kind, attentive, and patient with me during the whole process and made it easy. The layouts we designed on the web look identical to those that are in the final product. Beyond this, the album itself is the best quality wedding album I have ever seen. Our book is heavy with thick pages that will withstand the test of time. The well-made protective box it also came with was another unexpected touch. You have so many customization options to choose from too that you wouldn't normally get anywhere else. Parent albums are also offered. Not to mention everything is very reasonably priced, especially when considering the outstanding quality of the album.

Stunning album

I had my wedding a few years ago and never got around to picking photos for my album. It was part of our photography package. When I asked Susan if we could still do it years later, she responded right away and made sure we would get it in time for Xmas. She was quick

From the moment I first placed a call to Susan, she was 100% professional, warm, and accommodating! Susan was absolutely amazing! So easy to work with. She did my album and both my companion albums (that both needed to be reworked differently). She was easily accessible via email and phone to work through all changes (and there were many). The albums are beautiful! Nice thick pages! Her layout was great. Both my wife and I do not really have an eye for design, so it was so refreshing to work with Susan on this special album. I really struggle to remember a hint of anything negative during the whole experience and we are so delighted. Their was a high level of flexibility, speedy responses and an excellent eye for detail on the design and revision stages. We were worried about the whole process, and feel so lucky have had our album completed here, as it is a once in a lifetime thing to do. So happy to have found this website and happy for all of the expert assistance which certainly has a personal touch. Can only seriously recommend.

I am in love with my wedding album. Seriously. Susan is amazing and so, so awesome to work with! Susan did a great job with our wedding album. We ordered a photo cover album as well as two parents album. She sent us multiple mockups for the albums and was able to edit any feedback in a timely manner. We just got our albums and then end results look great! Very happy with this service.

It took me almost 2 years to complete my wedding album, but I am SO happy that I found Susan and her services. I struggled thinking that I could make the album on my own, and never found the time to do it. Susan was extremely responsive and extremely professional. She had a proof of the album ready within a week, and had changes made the same day! I cannot speak highly enough of the service and quality of product provided by Susan at Inspired Album Designs. We ordered four albums (12x12 and 3 companion), and it was only slightly more expensive than what we would have had to pay our photographer for three albums with a limit of three edits! Not only was Susan very quick to respond to emails, but she allowed unlimited edits on the album design to get it just right. She was extremely flexible, attentive to our wants, and went above and beyond to finish our album on a tight timeline with the holidays quickly approaching. The process was enjoyable and the final product is stunning! We highly recommend!

I found Susan online after my wedding... I didn't realize that my photographers did not provide albums . I was very disappointed at first But it ended up being the best outcome!! I emailed Susan my photos- I had asked for some things to be photoshopped and cropped etc, she would have the changes over to me to approve promptly & everything was done to perfection!! I was overwhelmed with the photo process and she made it extremely easy ... We communicated through email often which made me feel confident that I was a priority as I wanted my album in time for holiday gifts. I received me albums and they are beyond my expectations! I had 2 albums made - the quality is outstanding!!! I can not wait to give my albums to my mom and mother in law for Christmas! Thank you Susan! You are awesome!!

Susan was amazing to work with and saved me from a pretty terrible situation that I was in regarding my wedding album. I contracted the album as part of my photography services at the time of booking my wedding. Fast forward 3 years and still no wedding album. The photography company has been awful to work with, slow, non-responsive and completely frustrating. At the end of my rope I found Susan and Inspired Design online. I immediately reached out to her, explained my situation and she assured me that we could have a lovely album in about 2 weeks. She really wasn't kidding. The process was so simple. I uploaded all of my photos to her Dropbox and then she carefully selected the ones to put together a beautiful visual story of our wedding. She made suggestions and creative ideas that I never would have thought of. Her photo shop skills are amazing too. Someone spilled red wine on my dress and it was visible in some photos, also had a couple of issues with strange backgrounds and a groomsman who's flower turned upside down. All these little things she fixed seamlessly so the untrained eye would never know. The albums arrived right on time and I'm so pleased with the final result. I highly recommend Inspired Designs.

I was very happy to stumble upon Inspired Album Designs and the true gifted master behind the scenes is Susan! I very much enjoyed working with Susan and I was able to get thru 3 albums in about a month. Of course the hardest part is picking the gems of the photos from my big day, but more importantly, Susan was a guide and assisted in finding the best sequence of events and also took into consideration the style and feel that I wanted. I also thought the pricing was reasonable as wedding albums can get quite expensive. She has many different types of albums, which I found to be useful at different price points. I loved the unique spreads and overlays that Susan designed. She's a true professional with a great eye and highly communicative throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company and I'm so looking forward to sharing my companion albums with my parents & inlaws this coming Christmas and my wedding album is a true cherished treasure. Susan was very professional and delightful to work with! She did a wonderful job laying out the album and adding her creativity to the design of each spread. She was also very flexible when I requested to make a few small edits and she got back to me very quickly with the revisions. I’m thrilled with my album and I'm so happy I decided to work with Susan. She made the whole process so easy. I also got a companion album for my parents and they were very impressed with it. I got the 12x12 classic flush mount album and wow is it gorgeous. Highly, highly recommended!! A unique service and very reasonable price for very nice quality!! A pleasure to work with--prompt, responsive, and totally helpful and supportive.
We went to Susan with a very complex problem. It had been more than two years since the wedding and we weren't even close to figuring out how to assemble thousands of photos from at least 7 or 8 different sources. The photos we wanted to use were in several different formats and of varying quality, from professional to photo booth! Coming across Susan's website seemed to be the answer to all these months of struggling with how we would ever have the finished album we hoped for, to preserve the memories of this beautiful day. She was a dream to work with. She calmly helped us choose and organize the pictures we wanted and she worked her magic arranging them in a wonderful, cohesive, and artistic way. She was infinitely patient with many, many weeks of changes of mind, additions, deletions, and special requests. Once we FINALLY decided on the finished design,(our delays, not hers!) the albums arrived very quickly, and they are FABULOUS and exactly as we hoped for. Importantly, the prices were exactly as quoted on the website as well. I'm so grateful I found Susan's website (which popped up promptly because of her high ratings!), and thankful for the great service and product she provides. I can't recommend her highly enough!!!

Susan deserves a 5 all across the board. Not only was she attentive and patient, the quality of my wedding albums were amazing. We went through numerous edits, and not once did she make me feel uncomfortable for changing things up. She was very understanding, had a fast turn around time, and she did everything I asked of her. She was very sweet and I'm 100% satisfied with the quality of her photo albums- and she is VERY reasonably priced. Working with Susan was a dream. I had a very specific vision, and she took the time to execute it just so. I loved the layouts she provided and the ease with which I could view her work. Susan is the absolute best! She is the most professional and good-natured person to work with. She made countless revisions to my album (at least 10!) and was always happy and responsive to all my requests. Not once did she ever make me feel rushed or like she didn't care about my album. She is wonderful to work with. I received my wedding album a few months ago and all I can say is "WOW". It came out better than I could have ever imagined. Susan was phenomenal. I can't say enough good things about working with her. She was easy to work with, very timely in her responses and production time. The product she delivered was exceptional and beautifully created. She was able to tell the story of our wedding day through the pictures and it was gorgeous. I chose the budget photo cover with thick pages. At first I was a little concerned about getting a "budget" album, but I was not disappointed. Nothing about it says budget. I found Susan while scouring the internet for someone to create our wedding album. I had no interest in designing it myself. I emailed Susan, sent her our pictures via Dropbox and rest was up to her. In a very short time she emailed a completed album for us to review. We made 1 change and placed the order. Our album arrived quickly and even more beautiful than we expected. Susan was SO EASY to worth with, incredibly responsive, very reasonably priced and had an amazing final product. What more could you ask for. The hardest part was figuring out which pictures to choose (and this was solely the job of me and my husband!) We just got our albums in the mail the other day and I couldn't be happier. After being quoted close to $6,000.00 for my wedding album through my photographer I decided to find a more reasonably priced company to showcase our wedding. Inspired Designs, AKA, Susan, made a wedding Album for my Sister's Paris wedding and our friends wedding in Aspen. I only needed to give her the pics and a few details and boy did she hit it out of the park!!! My sister and her husband loved the book and so did our friends! Inspired designs was so professional, responsive and helped guide the design so I really did not have to worry about every detail. The quality was SO much better than I could make on Shutterfly, which I have used many times in the past for baby books etc. I highly recommend this company which I have used a few times over the last two years... You can't go wrong! A unique and classy gift!!!

I contacted Susan to design a flush mount album (I am the mother of the groom) since the wedding photographer did not provide this service. I am the parent of the groom and I was extremely fortunate to come across Inspired Wedding Albums to make our wedding album for us. (Our photographer was only hired to give us the digital prints) Susan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was attentive to my wishes and came through with shining stars. Her design of the album was fabulous and her creative ideas really came through. We went back and forth a number of times to make sure everything was perfect and she always did it without one complaint.
I had ordered the album to be done on a rush service basis but the album manufacturer was not able to meet the rush deadline, and without even asking, Susan refunded me the expedited fee. I venture to say there are few vendors who are so honest.
The album did come in beautiful, however it was printed on too thin a stock page. Susan called the company and they did acknowledge that it was printed on thinner stock and not the thickness that was printed on their web site. Susan is reprinting the book through another one of her vendors. Susan has gone out of her way in every single detail and I can only say she is a very professional woman who takes pride in her business. She is responsive, efficient, professional and incredibly easy to deal with. She is tops in my book and I am so grateful that I chose Inspired Album Designs to work with.
My advice, do not search around for vendors to use, just go directly to Inspired Album Designs. You will be 1000% satisfied!

I cannot give Susan enough praise! I found Susan when my photographer decided to stop offering album services after he had already shot my wedding. It took 2 years to find Susan and she was worth the wait! Her patience and efficiency with correspondence is unmatched. I requested multiple changes to my design the more times I reviewed the layout and Susan swiftly made the changes and assured me that I wasn't a bother; that she wanted me to be 100% happy. Susan communicated with the album production company on multiple occassions on my behalf to ensure every last detail was worked out before I placed my order. When searching for a designer I relied heavily on other people's reviews so I wanted to return the favour for future brides. Susan is incredible and I would not hesitate to recommend her services.

I came across Inspired Album Designs while looking on-line for a vendor that would make flush mounted album differently than what my photographer offered. I was a little nervous using someone on-line, but Susan was great to work with! She was extremely flexible, which was amazing since I took my time deciding what pictures to use and what exactly I wanted. When we got married, our photographer and photographs were one of the most important elements in planning. Once I got the disk of those wonderful memories, it didn't take long before I was knee deep in research on an album. I found Susan by doing a google search and am so thankful I did- our album is a treasure (and I don't say that lightly).

Susan was the consummate professional to work with. We partnered together to create a flush-mount album of my professional wedding photos. During our initial discussions, she was very transparent about her pricing, and was thorough in providing me with a number of album maker options. When I found a company that she had not previously worked with, she immediately contacted the company to inquire about all of the details so we could order an album through them. Shortly thereafter, we dove right into working on the layouts of the spreads. When I had to take breaks from the project for a few months at a time, Susan was willing and able to jump right back in once I was ready to work on it again. There were times when I would go back and forth multiple times on some changes and she worked through them with me, eager to make timely changes and come up with different ideas as appropriate. Even though I am incredibly picky and at times indecisive, Susan could not have been more thoughtful, attentive, patient and creative throughout the entire process. My wedding album by RedTree albums turned out to be absolutely stunning and of beautiful craftmanship and quality. I originally thought I'd design my wedding album myself to save some money, but when it was 9 months after the wedding and I hadn't lifted a finger I decided I needed help! I had a great experience working with Susan. She was very professional and very responsive. I would definitely recommend her to a friend. The quality of the book is fantastic and I ended up spending close to half the price of what my photographer was going to charge me.

We live in South Florida and had amazing photos from the best photographer in town for my daughter's wedding. After receiving the disc with all the photos, I began to investigate who can create the perfect album for my daughter and me. Susan was probably the most attentive, caring, and talented person I have ever came across. I never met her, but feel like she could be part of my family. Her work is equisite!!! I received the albums promptly, and I could not be any happier with the quality. I would HIGHLY recommend and I am excited to use her services for future events!

Susan is a consummate professional. I cannot recommend her enough for wedding album design. From our first email exchange to the last, she was patient, responsive, and efficient-- everything I look for in a wedding vendor!

I was considering making my wedding album myself, but soon realized that it would take me months to carve out the time to do it. I was so happy to find Susan-- she was exactly as others described her. She took the time to understand my preferences and incorporated them beautifully into our wedding album. She was also amazingly reasonable in terms of her design fee. I printed three albums (2 full size albums and 1 parent album) including her fee for less than half of what my wedding photographer would have charged.

And I couldn't be happier with the product-- I think I've been sifting through our wedding album nearly on a daily basis. It's absolutely gorgeous! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Susan!

Susan is an amazing designer who makes the wedding album process so much more sane. I loved working with her via email and found her super responsive each time I had a question or new idea. Susan set the tone for what developed into a gorgeous book, but also took notes extremely well, with quick turnaround. Susan is a sweet, kind heart, and I am so glad I found her to help with our book. In every page, I can see her meticulous attention to detail, as well as the love she pours into every design.

She is amazing. Hiring Susan was one of the best decisions we made!

I found Susan's website online and chose her after doing research on other vendors for our wedding album. We had to do all our communicating via email due to my location. She was extremely quick to respond to any questions I had and was very thorough at explaining every aspect of our album. She was great at giving me ideas and showing me examples of albums and colors ( since I wasn't sure what we wanted).Her designs are beautiful. Our wedding album turned out more beautiful than I could imagine!

I had come across Susan's website while searching for a designer to make my wedding album, and I am so glad that I did. her prices were so much better than any other company that I had looked into, and I am so happy with my album. Susan was very quick to reply to all of my emails, she worked quickly, and was very helpful. She helped me narrow down my pictures, and was also very flexible with my many revisions. I opted to have extensive photoshopping done to my album, which Susan did flawlessly at a great price. She also worked with me to find the best company for printing my album. I am very picky, but cannot find one complaint about the service or my album. Thanks to Susan, my husband and I have a beautiful wedding album that we will love forever.

Susan was fantastic to work with! She would contact me back immediately after each email, even when I sent them late at night. I was out of the country for several months and she managed to offer suggestions for how to get my photos, how to deliver, and how to pay and the whole process was seemless and effortless. I had a vision for what I wanted the albums to look like, and she not only zeroed in on exactly what I wanted, but also found affordable options for an otherwise expensive professional wedding album! She certainly took a lot of stress out of the process and provided us with several albums that will be cherished forever!

Susan was great to work with on our wedding album! She was very professional throughout the process and so quick in providing us layouts of the pictures. I really wanted to get a professional album for my wedding pictures for both myself and each set of parents, but I didn't want to try to design one myself and what my photographer's offered was going to be too expensive. I found Susan's website and loved her work! I contacted Susan right away and was so excited to get started after talking with her on the phone about my style and the kind of album we were looking for. Susan was great to work with - she really took into account my style when designing and also gave me some great ideas for ways to showcase our pictures. Susan also took care of getting our album ordered for us and was even nice enough to order a sample album from one of the printers prior to placing our order to make sure the sample would be what we wanted. When the sample came back and wasn't what we were looking for, Susan recommended another printer instead and took care of the ordering process for us. We got our albums about a week ago and absolutely love them! They came out sooo much better than I ever could've done on my own - so glad we asked Susan to help us, she did an amazing job!!

While our geographic distance kept us from meeting in person, she was responsive and patient with all the revisions done via email. Susan is fabulous! I highly recommend her design services. I had my heart set on a professional looking flush mount book for my wedding album. Our photographer didn’t offer design services and I couldn’t find a printer locally that offered designed flush mount books, so I searched online. I came across the Inspired Album Design website and loved what I saw in gallery. I emailed Susan immediately and she responded the very next morning. I live in the Midwest and Susan is on the east coast. Despite the distance, we had no problems communicating or sharing ideas. We did everything over the phone and through email. She is very creative and worked hard to get every page just the way I wanted it. She did a great job providing suggestions and incorporating my requests. To say she is patient is an understatement. She was so understanding and friendly, even when I sent her a long list of changes or obsessed over minor details. She also took care of ordering the book with the printer and set everything up for me. I just received my book yesterday and am thrilled with the quality. Everything turned out beautifully. We have worked with many talented photographers who’ve taken exceptional event photos, but have been disappointed with somewhat stale album layouts and agonizingly slow delivery. Susan Gallagher has an unusual talent in helping us to select the best photos and then, understanding our vision for an album and the tone of the event, designing remarkable keepsake books. Almost as important, her prices are, by far, much better than photographers for graphic design and her delivery times are unbeatable.

I was Susan's ginny pig for glass covered album with flush mount pages! My friend had one made from Italy, Susan found 1 vender only in the US that does them and worked with them. Overall turned out fantastic and Susan did an amazing job with the design. I'm from Cincinnati, OH and Susan is from MD, to be honest I was a little worried with the distance factor and letting someone I didn't know do the design. But all the reviews I read lived up to her work and progessionalism. I would reccommend her to anyone and anywhere! I really appreciate all the time effort she put forth!

Susan was super easy to work with. The minute she got my pictures she started working on a design for the album. We spoke on the phone so that she could get a sense of the style I was looking for and then she did the rest of the work. It was incredibly easy!

Susan was wonderful to work with! I didn't have a lot of ideas about what kind of book I wanted, and she helped to guide me to what I wanted. We had multiple revisions, and she was extremely flexible and receptive to our changes. Susan was very easy to get a hold of via either phone or email. She always replied quickly and changes were posted within a day. Our book came quickly, and it was even better than we expected. It wasn't cheap, but the book proves why. It's definitely a high-end product and what a wedding album should be - stunning! I highly recommend Susan. She was terrific to work with and did an incredible job!
