Surprise 70th birthday party luncheon

The venue was everything I hoped for and more. The entry foyer and ballroom were stunning with ornate wood details on the bar and throughout the room. The tables and food display were beautifully set and the food was excellent. All of my guests kept commenting on how great the food was along with the room layout. The bartender and waitress were very pleasant, great to work with and took care of all of our needs promptly and efficiently. I will definitely book there again when a need arises. Also the banquet department coordinator was super helpful with the planning and very easy to work with. Karen Watts

I would like to preface this review by saying I rate everything critically. I am not someone who is easily impressed and neither is my family. I say this to say that I truly had an amazing experience which is why I give WCCCC 5 stars!

When I first selected this venue for my reception, my mother could not stand the carpet. She talked on an on about the carpet and how it didn't compliment my wedding colors. I, on the other hand, had so many event-related questions and strongly desired to pay for my reception on a monthly basis. (I literally dropped money off every month to go toward my reception from the time we booked the venue until about 2 months before our wedding.)

Steve was unphased by all of this. He answered every call, addressed every concern, sat with me in meeting after meeting, and always had someone on call to accept my payment no matter when or how I wanted to make it. I truly believe that Steve handled my event like he would have a close relative, making sure everything was taken care of, providing thorough instructions, and offering invaluable ideas that made my event special.

When it came time for my reception, Steve made sure all the golf carts were lined up and ready so that we could take some pictures on the golf course. This was a special treat for my bridal party who had never been on a golf course, let alone inside a golf cart. The ballroom looked amazing and was set up beyond my standards. The bar worked fast to keep the drinks flowing for my guests. The food came out in a timely manner and was delicious.

Though weeks after my wedding, I still have engaged family members coming up to me inquiring if I could plan their wedding. As much as I would love to take all the credit for that special day I will remember for the rest of my life, I must give credit where it is due. Steve and his staff at WCCCC bought my vision to life.

Also, I would be remiss if I didn't mention that my mother strongly approves this message.

Steven, I wanted to let you know that our Reception was exceptional from start to finish. You, Chrissy, Melissa and the rest of your staff made everything flow without a hitch. We received so many compliments on the room and the food from all of our guests. Many said it was the most beautiful and heartfelt event they had ever been to. And we owe it all to you and your staff: well except the heartfelt part of it..... LOL
But seriously, it was great and for once, I was able to not worry about what needed to be done next, or if everything was going to be completed like I was wanting it to be. It ran seemlessly.

The planning of our benefit event was very smooth from start to finish. The team was accessible for meetings and calls and very accommodating getting my vision to come to life. They worked with me to accommodate a DJ and dance floor and tables for silent auction and the day if we needed and extra table and it was no problem at all. They we also helpful with items we needed day of and flexible with load in time etc. Overall wonderful experience. Many of my guests said they loved how attentive the staff was and everyone was very friendly.

My wedding at the WCCCC was everything I wanted and more!!! Steve went above and beyond to make my dream wedding a reality! He was very patient with me during the entire process and it was a 2 year process since we had to change our original date. We were on a strict budget but he still gave me first class service and never made me feel like I had to compromise what I wanted because of price. All the little issues and potential road blocks that popped up he figured out a way to get around it which is why I nicknamed him the "problem solver". For the price it is an exceptional value and the venue took care of everything I literally just showed up and got beautiful. The day of coordinators were also amazing and very accommodating to the entire bridal party and all my guests. The bartenders did an excellent job on the drinks and fast service and I am very particular when it comes to my martinis lol. My guests all commented how they enjoyed the food and that the venue was beautiful. I highly recommend this venue to any other bride to be!

Great one-stop shopping for your wedding event! Steven English and his team can handle everything from the planning and design of the wedding, to the menu, and they partner with amazing vendors who can provide the flowers, entertainment, wedding cake and photography! Steven helped capture the essence of the mood we were trying to create. The food was out of this world! They are known for their crab cakes, but they sea-scallops were just as good, as was the Prime Rib. The recommended vendors, Petal Pushers, floral designs by Alexis; and Desserts by Dana were absolutely first class! The entire event was picture perfect!

We recently had our wedding at WCCCC on 10/29/2016, we had a unique experience thank you to Steven English, he is a genius he create all we didn't even imagine, all we had to do was telling him couple things about our self's and what we like, since we wanted something unique and we love all about beach, sea, fish, etc, he suggest and created this amazing team for us (under the sea).
he worked out with our budget like no other place.
All the stuff was friendly, helping our guest with all they needs as well ours,
food was delicious, we even had couple vegan guests and they prepared a special dish for them.
For the ceremony, they had this place outside where you can see all the golf camps, it has a roof so no matter what the ceremony will take place.
The girls and men rooms are pretty big it have showers, hair dryers, lockers etc.
Now lets talk about ballroom, this was simply amazing!
we didn't know how was the place going to look, because Steven helped with everything and we decided to have it as surprise. when we came inside everything was like if we were really under the sea, all blue and greenish lights and some fish moving on the walls, every table was decorate different, it had different center pieces, different type of chairs, since we had a couple guest with kids we decide to have kids tables and we put some goodies bags on it so kids wasn't running around, every kids tables had a big balloon with some fish inside it was incredible, we had our signature drink and it was blue, delicious with a shark gum, i mean it really was all about the sea.
If we had to pick again for a place to have our wedding, we will definitely pick WCCCC.
we are so thankful for make of this day the best of our lives.

I just want to thank Steve English and the staff at White Clay Creek Country Club! He made my wedding more than I could have imagined! The food was delicious! Everyone really enjoyed it and ate it all. I would recommend the 5 hour reception. I was really surprised at the end of the night when we were taken to our suite in a limo! Fantastic wedding and ceremony put on by the folks at White Clay Creek Country Club (WCCCC)!!!

From the very beginning we were blown away with the beauty and value that this venue has to offer. The Veranda Ballroom is spacious and has direct access to a large private patio overlooking the golf course. The wedding package offers tremendous value in comparison to other wedding venues in the area and we loved the fact that the prices per plate included tax, gratuities and alcohol so we knew up front how much everything would cost.

The Event Coordinator, Steven English, did an excellent job of setting up the venue for the wedding/ceremony and keep everything running smoothly. Additionally, we felt that the entire staff was extremely polite and responsive. However, the main star of the show was the food. Our guests could not stop raving about the food.

In short, we had a blast and so did all of our guests. With that said, I would recommend WCCC to anyone
looking for a wedding venue.

Our wedding day at the White Clay Creek Country Club at Delaware Park was everything we dreamed it would be and more. We were thrilled to attend Delaware Park’s Bridal Tasting event before we got to the big day. Not only did we get to sample all of the food selections and scope out some of the various wedding vendors in our area, we also got
our first taste of the excellent, compassionate service of the banquet team at Delaware Park. Steven saw us through every aspect of planning and really coached us through our major decisions. We were so confident in Steven’s ability to design our event after meeting with him to discuss our vision- he made us feel wonderful about choosing
Delaware Park as our wedding venue!
Our guests can’t stop talking about how beautiful the entire event was. We would highly recommend White Clay Creek Country club as the perfect venue for any event. The staff was excellent and did a great job of making our guests feel right at home. Everything- Steven, the staff and the room shined brightly for our wedding and we are forever grateful for our experience with Delaware Park.

When my now husband and I got engaged we immediately started to research venues. After looking at several places, within a week we picked WCCCC. This was the perfect venue for us! Mr. English, the banquet manager there was so accommodating and made every step of the wedding planning easy for us! He was always available through e-mail as well as a phone call away. Whenever I had a question about something regarding the venue itself or even a recommendation for a vendor - he came through, going above and beyond. Every year WCCCC offers two tastings for their upcoming weddings, which we were able to attend in January of 2016. Mr. English planned a very thought out event, helping every anxious bride (like myself) make any decisions they needed to make - easily. On the other hand, Mr. English was very honest when asking about certain decorations or flow - he would tell you what has worked and hasn't in the past. There were no hidden costs in the final budget amount, the amount he tells you - is the true amount. He works with you in regards to your budget. His goal is to make sure the couple is happy, and will go above and beyond to make that happen. He made every decision easy for us to make and we felt very confident that our wedding day would flow smoothly, knowing he was in charge. We highly recommend WCCCC for any event, especially one as important as your wedding!

I had a wedding of my dreams at white clay creek. I want simple and plain, but having Steve as my wedding planner I was going to get greatness and which I did. He made sure that everything went happen in a timely matter and kept everything in line, so I didn't have to worry about anything on my day. The bridal suite we used to get ready was perfect especially for my hair and make up for lighting and space. It was like everything I needed was there and everyone was willing to help.

I worked with Diane, the Assistant Banquet Manager. I had a very small wedding budget. She was able to provide me a quality wedding that was well within my budget. She responded to my emailed inquiries within an hour of sending them, even if she was out of the office, and was very professional. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and was well worth the money spent.

Steven and the whole venue staff were great. Steven met with us to see the venue for my daughter's at 8:30 pm. We were calling to leave a message. To our surprise he answered and told us to come right over.

He was patient and flexible and had great ideas to accomplish my daughter's vision. He cane through with flying colors!

I received compliments all night long on how beautiful the day and the set-up was. Thank you, Steven and staff for bringing my daughter's dream a reality. She got the wedding of her dreams!

White Clay Creek Country Club was the perfect venue for our fall wedding!! Steve and his team had everything under control and I knew I had nothing to worry about that day. From our first meeting to picking out the perfect replacement chair covers a week before to creating an awesome signature cocktail for Brian and I the day of, Steve made sure everything about our day was remarkable. Our guests LOVED the food we served and absolutely fell in love with the venue. We have received so many compliments! The location is great with large windows overlooking a beautiful golf course. The food was AMAZING! And the service was top notch! We are so happy with our day and are so glad we chose White Clay Creek as our venue!

Having our wedding at WCCCC was one of the easiest decisions we made. We looked at a few other places thinking "eh, we could.." and then we set up a meeting with Steven English and saw White Clay Creek and we knew immediately that this was the perfect venue. Every single aspect was exactly what we wanted, the patio was the perfect location for our ceremony with the beautiful backdrop of the golf course. The veranda room was transformed into exactly what I envisioned. Steve worked through every single step with us and had us fully confident in the day. The ladies were able to arrive in the bridal suite as early as we needed to get hair and makeup done for the day, whenever we needed something, all we had to do was ask. The staff was so attentive and friendly. The night went off without a hitch and it was more than we could have imagined. Steve and his team are phenomenal, I would highly recommend White Clay Creek Country Club.

I want to start out by saying White Clay Creek Country Club was an AMAZING venue for our wedding reception. From the first day we met Lisa, and saw the venue, we knew that it was the place for us to celebrate our special day. Lisa was incredible throughout the entire process! We brought A LOT of our own decorations for the reception and Lisa and her team made sure they were set up perfectly! The room looked better than we could have ever imagined. Also, the reception flowed without a hitch for the entire 5 hours. We couldn't have asked for a better reception! It was absolutely perfect in all aspects. Our guests could not stop saying how great our wedding was! I would recommend White Clay Creek Country Club to anyone that wants a very fun and beautiful venue for their wedding reception!

We booked White Clay the moment we saw it. Lisa Hoosier was the coordinator we worked with and she was available at ANY moment we needed her. She answered e-mails right away, phone calls right away, she was just amazing! Whenever we'd go there for dinner or just some drinks, everyone that worked there was so nice and when they heard we were getting married, they all showered us with best wishes. Speaking of shower, my family also had my bridal shower there, and Lisa was in on the surprise as well. She went to great lengths to make me think I was going to a reception food tasting demonstration, even made up signs for the event, and when I got there IT WAS MY SHOWER! The food there is amazing, the scenery is to die for, and it was everything I could have ever dreamed of for my wedding day.

The banquet staff at WCC are amazing! By the end of the planning we felt as if our coordinator Andrea was our best friend. She helped us with every step of the process, including navigating some family issues, and was the perfect day-of coordinator. She kept the entire day running smoothly while staying comlpetely within the background. Everyone commented on how good the food was from the hors d'uvre to the sorbet, the staff was nothing but helpful and professional, and we have zero regrets whatsoever in choosing WCC for our wedding!

Steve is the greatest!

The White Clay Creek Country Club was the perfect place for our wedding. We had the ceremony and the reception in the ballroom, and it flowed so well. Steve was an absolute miracle worker. From all the places that we toured when looking at venues, he was the only coordinator willing to listen to us when we told him we wanted to do our wedding a little different. Our idea for a Willy Wonka themed wedding did not phase him at all, he instantly had ideas of things that he had on hand that would tie in perfectly. Because of Covid, things seemed to change minute-to-minute in the days leading up to our wedding, but Steve was on top of it every second. He took our decorations, things that he had on hand, and everything from our vendors and stitched it all together into the most beautiful wedding.

The venue was great, the food delicious and the servers were friendly and professional. However, not everyone got enough to eat and the butlering was inconsistent. In the end, I think they may have held back hor d’oeuvres because they thought we were staying until 9 and our event was over at 8. So i’m Not sure where they got that idea. Even if they had just put extra food out on the buffet table that would have been better than having a lot left over at the end

I LOVED my wedding at WCCCC! I couldn't have been happier, Steve & Lisa are amazing! (Steve was my main coordinator). He had so many great ideas & was very knowledgeable of vendors for just about everything. WCCCC was flexible & I loved their inclusive wedding package. I felt that I was able to have a beautiful country club wedding for a practical price.
One minor complaint was their responsiveness in the beginning (it really wasn’t a big problem, just a little inconvenient at the time). Now that my wedding is over I realize how much time & effort they put into their most current events to make sure everything goes off perfect.
Days before: I dropped off my stuff & they decorated perfectly. 2 days before there was a major cake disaster, Lisa came to the rescue w their chief, it turned out just as beautiful. The day of my rev. was unable to attend (bridezilla moment?) nope, Steve will do it?! Yup, he is a licensed to wed! One of my guests asked after the wedding what his job actually was… Coordinator? Minister? Server? Bartender? Superman?
The food was delicious, the room/view was gorgeous, pics look amazing. A few guest complained afterwards about slow service for dinner/bar & about the dance floor was kind of squishy. Luckily my DJ was so entertaining that everyone was kept busy during dinner & the dance floor was full all night!
I highly recommend White Clay Creek Country Club, Steve & Lisa! You will not be disappointed!

White Clay was an exceptional venue to have my reception. The food was great, the real bar in the Veranda Room is beautiful, and the room was not crowded even with 170+ people in it. The staff was great, everything from the first time going to see the venue to setting up different things I made myself for the reception. The reception package is a great value compared to many of the other venues around the area.

White Clay does an amazing job! The staff was very professional and friendly. My guests commented that the food was the best wedding dinner they have ever had (we chose pork tenderloin and steak/crab cake). As a bride what I like the most was the list of vendors that I could use for the inclusion pieces (cake and flower table centerpieces) because it was less searching that I had to do. The scenery is beautiful as the ballroom overlooks the golf course. I also had my ceremony there and they hold it downstairs on the patio which is covered from weather elements and the view is pretty. I would recommend White Clay to anyone considering having a country club wedding.

All in all our experience was great! We only have one complaint - the food was delayed and served later than expected, in result a lot of your special dances and, bouquet toss, garter toss, etc had to be rushed. Other than that everything was as expected, perfect, and beautiful.

When shopping for reception venues as soon as I saw White Clay Creek Country Club, my decision was made. The color scheme went perfect with ours and the bar totally sold me! Our reception was more than I could ever think it would be! Working with Lisa was a pleasure. First, tastings are done a little differently then most venues. You get a schedule of the events at the venue and the menus; then you get to eat at The Rail to sample what is on that events menu. You can also see how the events are set up and maybe steal a few ideas... Lisa was amazing to work with. She is very busy and sometimes she cannot get back to you immediately but once she gets a second she makes you feel that you are the only bride she is working with. She made us feel so comfortable thoughout the process and offered some great advice as well.
Upon arriving, Lisa took us to the room to see it before the guests entered. It was breathtaking and more beautiful than I could have envisioned. All the servers were pleasant, accommodating, and the food was delicious! I highly recommend this venue!!

They were great!

Our wedding at White Clay Creek Country Club was amazing! A lot is included in their package, which made the planning process a lot easier for me. While Steven was a little slow to respond to emails, he really did put a lot of effort into planning the look of our wedding and making it look really amazing. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch and I was able to enjoy myself, knowing that everything was taken care of! Oh, and the food was amazing!

Beautiful Night

The communication isn't always great. The closer to my wedding date, it did improve some! It was slightly alarming when I received an email from the banquet person stating my 50% deposit was due when we hadn't even seen the new menu, pricing or talked with anyone about what we wanted.
Everything was better than we had planned the night of our wedding. We dropped all of our boxes off ahead of time and the only things that weren't set up how we wanted were in a different, BETTER, location. It looked awesome.
It was also helpful that it was "all inclusive" we enjoyed working with Alexis at Petal Pushers and Dana at Desserts by Dana.
The food was great. Everyone raved about it and the portion size.

Overall I had a great experience with the White Clay staff. I felt Lisa was attentive and always availabel to answer questions. She was away from her office a lot but always replied to her e-mails. Everyone at my wedding raved about the food!!

I had my wedding ceremony and reception in August of 2017. It was beautiful and my guests had a fabulous time. Despite an overall great experience, there are a few things that I would critique. 1. During the rehearsal, the head of events was over ten minutes late in starting it, which led to everyone standing around wondering what was happening. The tardiness was in poor taste and a theme for how pre-wedding meetings went. 2. On the day of the wedding, my family had to encourage and push staff members to set up the ceremony space in time as guests had arrived and the ceremony was to begin in 45 minutes. 3. The Butlers and team lead were not as attentive as marketed in all of the meetings. 4. Dinner service was slow and went into the time allotted for dancing and fun. I would suggest cutting out a course of the three course meal or making sure that the wait staff pick up the pace. 5. With the wedding package, you are promised a bag filled with food and cake from the reception for the bride and groom as everyone knows that during the festivities, the bride and groom hardly eat and therefore, a to-go bag was supposed to be given to us before leaving the reception and it never did occur. My husband and I were very upset when we realized this as, like I said, we hardly ate due to the festivities. Honestly, if you market and promise this service to your brides and grooms, you probably should follow through. Now, I will say that the food was high quality and there was plenty of it for guests. The ballroom itself is impressive and the venue is perfect for any wedding.

Lisa at WCCCC was great and flexible. She was very helpful. The value you get here compared to other venues is hands down the best. Amazong food, and decor. Florist: use Petal Pushers, Alexis does beautiful arrangements and flowers included for most part... She is worth every penny.

Our reception at White Clay Creek CC exceeded most of our expectations. Guests raved about the organization on the day of as well as the food. Lisa had everything running on time and managed all the details of reception to ensure it was flawless. We did not have to worry about one detail on our wedding day. We had a few communication issues early on but in the end could not be more pleased with the outcome. An added bonus we discovered was that you can request a credit for services not rendored instead of utilizing some of their "preferred vendors. " We would highly recommend WCCCC for a wedding reception!

White Clay Country Club was absolutely a beautiful place to have our wedding. Communication could have been a little better leading up to our wedding day. They let us have our cocktail hour outisde under the overhang and it was absolutely beautiful. The flow of things and how they set up everything was brilliant. That was probably our favorite part of the day. The foyer was stunning and they set up everything just the way we wanted as well as the ballroom. The glass windows surrounding the ballroom during the sunset made for absolutely beautiful pictures during our first dance and dances with our parents. The staff was awesome at catering to our needs and being efficient. Whatever we asked for they did it. The day after our wedding we looked at each other in the car and thought, "Wow nothing went wrong. Everything was perfect!" which is a pretty good feeling when spending that much money. WCCCC is also a good choice because what would be upgrades at other places is not with them. Things such as table linens, chocolate fountain, etc. Also special thanks to Steven! We wanted dinner to go as fast as possible for more dance time and he made that happen! By him doing that we were able to enjoy our wedding day just the way we had always wanted too!

Loved the country club. The room was beautiful, the grounds were beautiful, everything was just fantastic. Our coordinator was awesome, but she could be a little slow to respond to e-mails when we were further out from the wedding. Call if you can instead of e-mailing. But she was able to accommodate all of our requests.

I want to start my review by saying White Clay Creek as a venue is awesome! Its beautiful, the grounds are beautiful the veranda is beautiful, the view is beautiful. The food is also very good, we got nothing but rave reviews on the food, delicious!

Unfortunately, between the time if booking White Clay for our venue and the actual wedding, the wonderful Lisa everyone raves about, left the country club. Which left us to work with Steve, who has quite a bit of experience, but lacked in the communication that I was looking for. I was not the typical bride calling every day, but if I have a solid question, i expect a call or email back within a few days, not a week. Working with him made me very nervous the whole time up until the day before the wedding.

However, once the day came, the wait staff was outstanding! From the waiters to the bartenders, we didn't have any issues. Diana came on shortly before our wedding and while I only communicated with her a few times, she was definitely a glimmer of hope when dealing with the banquet management.

So, in review the venue certainly won't disappoint, and I hope anyone else has a better experience with the banquet management, than I did.

The venue is absolutely beautiful and a great price. I have 2 complaints- there was very little contact so it made me anxious about everything being exactly how I pictured, and the food took FOREVER!!!!! to be served on my wedding. I asked that dinner be served at 6:30 and at 8pm the majority of my guests had not been served. This meant by the time everyone ate it was 9pm and we were left with only an hour of party time. Extremely disappointed.

Although the event location is beautiful and the food is absolutely delicious, we were very unhappy with the manager in charge of the event. He did not respond to emails or phone calls in a timely manner and wasn't very organized. I'm thrilled everything turned out as well as it did considering how much was done by the venue last minute.

White Clay Creek Country Club Review - October 2019 Wedding

I will start by saying that I give credit when and where credit is due. I have no problem writing reviews for exceptional service, and less than exceptional service. I am rating our experience at White Clay Creek Country Club as less than exceptional. My wife and I got married in October, 2019 and had our reception at White Clay Creek Country Club. Prior to the event, we worked directly with Banquet Staff Manager, Steven English. Not long after signing the contract Mr. English became increasingly difficult to reach via email and phone. An occasional email was the average response from him. Approximately one month from our wedding reception date we still had a hard time getting ahold of him. We made several attempts that were not answered to the point where I drove 45 minutes to White Clay Creek Country Club to speak with someone about the difficulties we were having. Even after this encounter we still had difficulty. As one of the most important days in your life nears, a lack of communication like this becomes very unsettling very quickly. Communication was eventually gained and the final details were worked out including the final billing statement, seating chart, and food menu.

On the day of our wedding we arrived and were greeted by Karen, Banquet Staff Member, at the front door, and escorted to the stand-by room for the bridal party. Karen was very friendly and helpful the entire evening. While the bridal party was in that room, myself and my wife were having pictures taken on the golf course, which is beautiful by the way. When we finally met up with the rest of our party, the food was nearly gone in the room. When asked to replenish one of the trays for the bride and groom the response was "we are all out." One of the bridesmaids spoke to management and had them bring more food down. I feel this something that should be done without question or hesitation.

Furthermore, upon grand entry to the reception room, the table numbers were wrong and people were not seated in the proper locations, Including the HEAD TABLE. Until the problem could be fixed at the head table, my wife who should have been seated next to her maid of honor, was seated between myself and an usher. Not only did this throw off the flow, but all the photos during the speeches don't have her maid of honor pictured next to her. We spent countless hours arranging the seating chart only to have it wrong on the day of.

The coordination between Banquet Staff and the DJ could have been better as well. There was quite a bit of confusion in the beginning during introductions that could have been communicated better had they worked together more closely.

The food however was very good, and the physical appearance of the room was amazing. Had the staff kept in better communication with us, and paid a little more attention to the seating chart, etc. it would have been that much more perfect. We still had an awesome time despite the things that went wrong, and give special thanks to those who did an exceptional job on that day. My only advice to those getting ready to choose this venue is to remember that attention to detail can make or break an important day. Make sure you have the right people coordinating your event. So I’ll start off with saying the venue itself is beautiful! However the head honcho Steven may be a great sales man but that’s about it. He is impossible to get ahold of. He did not follow up until at least 2 weeks after every time I reached out and there was anyways an excuse as to why it took so long. I never felt confident things were getting done because every time we spoke he asked the same questions like he knew nothing about our wedding. We were told we were getting upgraded linens but only the sweet heart table received them. We were told each guest would get a 10 dollar card for the casino they are affiliated with which also never happened. The week of the wedding I called at least 6 times over several days before I got a response back. Weddings are stressful enough you shouldn’t feel like the venue doesn’t care and you are just a number. I never felt like anyone went above or beyond only like they did the bare minimum to get the day over with. The food took forever to come out on the wedding day. Most ppl didn’t get their entree until almost 8pm. And to top things off no one was there to coordinate and keep things running smoothly. My photographer and dj had to take the reins to get the garter and bouquet done because Steven left for the night. If you want a venue to make you feel confident and like you matter while also doing a great job this is not the place.

I called WCCCC and was directed to Steve for information on wedding packages. He sent me over the packages and I wrote him back that I was interested in scheduling a tour. I then proceeded to call 4 seperate times in a 3 week span after not getting a response and left messages each time. It has almost been a month and I have YET to get a response back. My fiance and I were excited about touring WCCCC but never ever got a phone call or email back to set anything up. They lost potential business and clients. I am extremely disappointed and hope others may have a better time getting communication than I did. Even had I gotten a response finally, I dont know that I would trust reliable communication moving forward.
