Our wedding was absolutely incredible. It was better than we had imagined. Jessica and Miriam helped us plan every little detail, there was no stone left unturned. The price for this venue was incredible compared to others we had looked at. White Chimney Estates was so much prettier than others and seemed to offer more. I would highly recommend booking your wedding here, you will not be disappointed. -

The team at White Chimneys truly made the experience. They were incredibly supportive from the start and always willing to share advice and guidance, which made us feel so comfortable and confident throughout the process. On our wedding day, we were able to fully enjoy every moment knowing we were in such good hands.
And we can’t forget Don Julio the donkey — he was such a fun and memorable part of our day and an absolute hit with our guests. White Chimneys was the perfect venue for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The property is absolutely beautiful and created such a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our day. The weather was beautiful allowing us to have an amazing outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour, and yard games. The reception/dinner inside the barn was truly breathtaking. The lights, the décor, everything was perfect and just how we pictured. Having the ability to use the vendors we wanted was a huge plus.
From the moment guests arrived, we kept hearing how stunning the venue was—and many told us it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to. The space felt both elegant and joyful, which made the entire day feel extra special and memorable. We truly had the best day of our lives. We are so grateful to White Chimneys for helping make our wedding day unforgettable, and we would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a beautiful and magical place to get married.

The value of money for this venue is incredible! You get a garden/countryside/barn all in one. The pictures turned out amazing as there are tons of picture perfect spots. Jessica did a wonderful job ensuring the day went as planned along with my wedding planner. The guests still talk about how beautiful the venue was and how much space there is. Everything was catered to just how I envisioned and I would recommend White Chimneys Estate a million times over! -

Amazing Day
When we first stepped foot on the White Chimneys property, we knew we were at our venue. The responsiveness to see the venue was very quick after inquiring. We loved everything Jessica had to offer for a June wedding. We left with all the information we needed and the outline of the process was made simple for us to work with vendors whom they spoke highly of. One of our favorite things about our experience was the ability to rent bigger structures like the welcome signs or seating chart that actually took the stress of making and transporting these off our plate. Additionally, White Chimneys is in a great area that allows for great structure for your wedding weekend with restaurants and hotels nearby and amazing accommodations for getting ready on site to make your timeline fit your day. The grounds are beautiful all year round; it is very spacious to allow for a great flow for your day (with multiple options to make it mirror for your vision), and has unique and whimsical touches for pictures and guest experiences to stand out. You can tell this is a property that is rooted in family and loved very dearly. Communication from there was simple! We worked primarily with Miriam and absolutely loved her and Jessica. Having them both with us on the big day only added to our experience and we left our wedding feeling as if we’ve known them for years. Your experience here is yours and they do everything to help your day be the most special for you. I would highly suggest booking White Chimneys for your wedding! -

Jon and I got married at White Chimneys this October and it was the perfect venue. We had multiple planning meetings that guided us through all the decisions, and Miriam & Jessica were so helpful in guiding us through all our questions. Everyone raved about how beautiful and fun White Chimneys was with the barn vibe and cute animals. We highly recommend! -

Our Dream Wedding day!
White Chimneys Estate is such a unique and rare wedding venue in Central PA. I am OBSSESED with their formal gardens, we looked at other venues and did not see anything like this. Since it is a national historic site, they have such old beautiful features like the lily pond, fountain and pergola to the property. The bridal suite is TO DIE for, so many of my bridesmaids commented that it was the nicest one they were ever in. It has an elegant and Victorian vibe to it that is very unique.
What I really appreciated was the flexibility of the owners. They allow you to truly have your dream day come true. They are open to all ideas and willing to give it a go! A lot of venues only allow you to use certain vendors and do things a certain way and this was not the case at all with them.
I was also very impressed with how many pre-wedding meetings/planning that we had. Miriam was very helpful early on with providing me a step-by-step binder of things that I needed to think about/plan. None of this was an extra charge and included with your wedding planning. I felt the prices were reasonable and they gave you many recommendations on all sorts of vendors that you will need. Both Miriam and Jessica were always quick to respond to any questions that I had. They were kind enough to allow us to set up Thursday night whenever we wanted (Friday wedding) and allowed the wedding party to arrive as early as we wanted to for the wedding day.
My only downfall was that I wish someone would have been in the bridal suite or checking on us about an hour two before the first look. I could have used someone to delegate and keep an eye on the time/schedule. I guess my assumption was that a coordinator would have been in the suite with us at least towards the end but that could have just been a miscommunication. It felt a bit chaotic in the bridal suite at the end and we did miss our cocktail hour because of being behind.
It was the perfect day regardless and I wouldn't change anything. If you are looking for a unique, beautiful and flexible wedding venue White Chimneys is your go to!! -

Gorgeous Location, Amazing Staff!
We had an absolutely wonderful time at White Chimneys. We hosted a party for a ladies group. The planning was simple - they were very flexible with ample time made available to go over things. Every request we made was met with helpful enthusiasm. On the day of the event, everything was arranged as needed with staff there to help us finish setting up. The evening went beautifully. All of the ladies loved the garden setting!! The tent accommodated us well. Overall, we had so much fun and will definitely be back this spring for round two! -

Our Day was Uniquely Us
My husband and I (and our parents) were working with a tight budget when we got engaged, and we needed a venue that was flexible and willing to bend with us. When we first met with Jessica, we were blown away by her passion for saying yes. We knew right away that White Chimneys was where we wanted to get married. She allowed us to choose our own vendors and even do some things ourselves to help keep costs down. Everything we asked was not a problem, and she even had some suggestions we hadn't considered. We had rain that morning, but I knew I didn't have to worry. It stopped just in time, and Jessica and her team had everything dry and ready to go before the start of the ceremony. We had a wedding that was uniquely us, and I wouldn't go back and change a thing. Our entire family was so grateful for everything Jessica did for us. Whenever I hear of someone looking for an event or wedding venue, I always recommend they check out White Chimneys. -

White Chimneys was exactly what I wanted in a venue. My fiancé and I had our first date in Lancaster county and we decided this was the area we wanted to get married in since it played a role in our story. From the day we toured the venue Miriam and Jessica were nothing but professional and amazing to work with. We were able to “build a wedding” using vendors that they recommended as well as any that we found with the exception of the bar service which they ask that you use theirs.
They really helped us visualize what everything would look like the day of and then delivered even better than I could have imagined. Our guests loved the venue and the attention to details which was all made possible because of the suggestions of the White Chimneys staff! It was by far the best day of our lives.

Our wedding at White Chimneys was amazing! I might be biased, but I truly think our wedding was an absolutely perfect day. Not only was the venue gorgeous, but Jessica and the WC staff were so incredibly helpful and accommodating -- not only on our wedding day, but also throughout the whole wedding planning process.
In the weeks and months leading up to the wedding, Jessica kept us on track and organized and we felt so grateful that she was also our day-of coordinator! We had a few moments on the wedding day where we were totally unprepared and Jessica fluidly took charge and saved the day. Both my husband and I felt pretty calm and stress-free the entire day and I think that's due in large part to Jessica. We knew she had it all handled and because of that we could relax a little and just enjoy our wedding.
White Chimneys is a stunning venue: The gardens, the barn, the bridal suite ... all of it. You couldn't take a bad pic if you tried! We also loved how much flexibility and choice we had in planning the wedding. We chose our own caterer and food truck, purchased exactly what and how much alcohol we wanted (And saved a ton of money while doing so, btw! The BYOB aspect of WC was a game-changer), had a fantastic band, and were able to utilize essentially every part of the property that we wanted. Plus we had a shot donkey which our guests still can't stop talking about!
Our main goals for the wedding were (a) to get married and (b) show everyone a great time. It may sound like an obvious objective, but making sure all our guests had fun was so so important to us and Jessica and the WC staff really did help us achieve that tenfold. One month out, we're just so happy with every aspect of the wedding.
To all the engaged couples searching for a venue, I genuinely cannot recommend White Chimneys enough! (Though I'm jealous of anyone else who still gets to get married there! I want to re-do and re-live our day over and over and over again!) -

White Chimneys is a gorgeous venue with an incredible staff. From day one, Jessica and Miriam made me feel as if my wedding was the most important event. They professionally listened to my concerns and provided the best answers and recommendations.
On the wedding day, Miriam made sure we were on schedule, rallied the guest, corralled the wedding party, and took all the stress out of the big day. The venue was absolutly beautiful, with flowers, the fountain, the little pond, the best greenery, and two adorable cows. My guest are still taking about how lovely my wedding venue was over three months later!
I want to thank Miriam for making my special day even more special. Miriam has an eye for color and decorations. She can talk you into or out of something, depending on your needs; she has seen it all! Also, she owns Roaming Libations, a bartending service that can be added on, she did an amazing job with the alcohol estimates and has experience making delicious and creative cocktails to add an extra special touch to the big day. She makes a great sangria and spicy margarita!
10/10 would get married here again. -

Absolutely Phenomenal
I am not really sure where to begin but we started out as strangers, and we turned into family! We toured several venues in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. White Chimneys felt like home. We met Jessica for a tour and simply fell in love with her and the venue! The venue is absolutely gorgeous. This is a family affair, and it shows in everything they do. The ‘barn’ is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. The patio with the tent is a dream – looking out at the surrounding gardens and fields is simply gorgeous. No matter what time of the year, the grounds are beautiful. We toured White Chimneys in the fall/winter. The wedding was June 4th. A summer wedding is spectacular but honestly, it would have been spectacular in the winter as well!
The bridal suite is incredible. There was more than enough space to accommodate my daughter and eight bridesmaids – all getting hair and make up done and getting dressed. They spent the morning & early afternoon laughing and giggling…just relaxing and enjoying the day. They were free to wander about the space, inside and out. It made for a very relaxing day. The groom and groomsmen had plenty of space to gather in the upstairs ‘groom suite.’ They were free to wander, play cornhole, sit and chat on the patio, do whatever they desired.
The event – planning was incredibly easy. Jessica made everything simple and kept us on target. One of our goals was to not have to do anything but show up and get dressed on the day of the wedding. Yep, she understands and is prepared to help get that done. There was no need for a wedding planner as she does it all. We did hire a ‘day of’ planner, Patty (supplied by Jessica), who was amazing the day of the wedding. She kept everything running smoothly and stayed connected with me on any questions. Patty made sure we were where we needed to be at the right times, but she never seemed in the way. We loved her!
Jessica has an incredible sense of what is needed and/or what you really don’t need (what is really a waste of money). She told me several times, “yes, you can do that, but I think you will find it to be a waste of money” – I am glad I always listened to her advice. She does not nickel and dime brides and families. She has assorted items to rent and add on, but she does not do any high-pitched marketing. The venue the day of the wedding looks just like the tour – you are not paying separate for the drapery and lights – the venue is the venue, decorated beautifully with the draperies, lights, etc. However, should there be anything you want or need, ask Jessica, she either has it or knows where to find it.
Jessica also supplies a list of ‘preferred’ vendors but does not require you use them these vendors as many places do. We used several of her preferred vendors and were quite delighted with all of them. Roaming Libations does the bar service, and the bartenders did an amazing job keeping everyone happy. I was slightly concerned over the bar area as we had approximately 200+ people however, the bartenders were fast, efficient, and friendly.
The venue accommodated all our guests easily. Another concern was the amount of people and whether there was room. There was more than enough room for everyone to gather and dance the night away. Never did we feel as though we were crowded. Additionally, should you not be able to use the outdoor space due to weather – do not worry, Jessica has a plan. This is important as she can’t control the weather, but she can control how the events take place. The tent area / patio is large and accommodates a lot of guests. If we had been forced inside, we still would have had plenty of space for all our guests.
We had so many compliments about the wedding and how wonderful everything turned out. Thank you to Jessica, the crew, and the rest of her family!
Along the way, we met the entire White Chimneys family, and they are all a delight!!! They honestly just want the bride & groom, family, and friends, to enjoy the celebration! Jessica’s dad stopped me several times during trips to the venue and the day of the wedding to see if we needed anything or just to see how we were doing – it is just incredible how much they love their brides, grooms, and families! We could not have asked for a better day. We definitely had the party of a lifetime.

Amazing Wedding Venue
From the start Jessica and Miriam were so easy to work with and went above and beyond for our wedding day. I highly recommend White Chimneys. The comunication from start to finish was excelent. My husband and I got married here on 9/3/22. I had attended a wedding for my cousin at White Chimneys in 2018 and fell in love with the venue. The scenery, the location, and the outdoor and indoor facilities are gorgeous! However, what I didn’t know until I planned my own wedding at White Chimneys was how much I’d fall in love with the people. It’s a family run venue and by the end of our wedding we TRULY felt like they were family. Jessica and Miriam were there to answer any questions along the way and provided encouragement all weekend long. So many people kept asking me leading up to the wedding if I felt overwhelmed or nervous and I honestly didn’t because I trusted them SO much! The level of professionalism and attention to detail was impeccable. We love you ladies! Thank you for everything! -

We had the very best experience with White Chimneys! Besides the venue being absolutely beautiful (no seriously, I lost my breath the first time Jessica opened the fence doors to the garden), the staff is great and really allows you to customize your ceremony and reception however you want it. Jessica was wonderful from start to finish and was always kind, helpful & always willing to answer our questions. Our day of coordinator Patty was fantastic. She was so on the ball with keeping everything organized and running smoothly. She really helped us feel at ease on the big day, which is so reassuring when there’s so many moving parts. We got tons and tons of compliments on how beautiful everything was from our guests too! Would recommend White Chimneys over and over again! -

White Chimneys was the best venue we could have ever asked to find. Jessica and her team were very friendly and professional from the moment we stepped on the grounds. They were accommodating with every request we asked for including providing tables to advertise for social distancing buttons and the provided hand sanitizer all over the facility for our guests with COVID concerns. They were available whenever we needed to talk to them about concerns or questions about the wedding. I would not recommend anybody but using Jessica and her team for your dream day. -

Words cannot describe how happy we are with this venue and these people! Jessica was so easy to work with and made all our requests a reality - pictures with horses, a warm fire pit, a perfect venue that got ENDLESS compliments! I am beyond impressed with everything. Such a beautiful venue, with lovely people! Could not recommend more! If you are even thinking of White Chimney's, we 10/10 recommend! This venue is absolutely stunning! It will add so much beauty to your wedding photos. There are many different places you can have the ceremony and reception, you can choose whatever is most fitting and beautiful to you.
Having my wedding at this venue took away so much stress because so many things are right there, you don't have to haul everything the day of the wedding.
They have tables, chairs, table cloths, decor, ect. everything you would need, available to rent.
Jessica and her team where so helpful on my wedding day. They set up all the tables and chairs, they helped set up wherever they were needed.
You also get a list of all the food trucks, caterers, MCs, etc. so if you don't have anyone in mind yet, they have people to recommend!
The girls prep room is stunning with an amazing amount of space and mirrors. There is a bathroom and half kitchen attached so you can put snacks, water, food somewhere as you get ready.
The men also have a fun space in the upstairs of the barn to get ready in. There is a TV lounge area for them so they won't get bored.
Having the ceremony and reception together is so much less hassle and is so perfect.
Everything you need for a wedding is right there or can be recommended to you.
It is a perfect place for a beautiful wedding.

Get married at White Chimneys! If you are considering touring this venue - do it! From the first day that we toured here Jessica was so kind and helpful. We had lots of questions, probably too many; busy or not, she answered them all. They did all this while not pressuring us into doing anything and supporting whatever choice we made. We choose to have our wedding here. Best choice we ever made. We booked this venue before Covid, changes occured, however the team at white chimneys adjusted to the world and was able to make this venue a safe and beautiful place even during a pandemic. They even added a new bridal suite - go check it out!! WOW! Jessica and Miriam communicated with us over the year as we planned our wedding, going above and beyond the service they needed to provide. Jessica just wants you to be happy and give you everything and anything you might want. She did that for us. Miriam and her bar staff were also incredible too - can't not mention them! This was a day that we will forever remember! Also, the venue is perfect for pictures - spots everywhere!!! White Chimney's was introduced to my now husband and I by our good friend. This was the first and final venue we actually toured as we fell in love with it immediately. The fountain, gardens, and barn are breathtaking. Perfect for an elegant rustic wedding. We are beyond happy with what White Chimneys has provided. There is a sweet loft for the groom and groomsmen to get ready and you cannot forget about the fabulous new bridal cottage! It was spacious and the perfect place for the bride and bridesmaid "getting ready" photos. The staff went above and beyond with helping us plan and layout our dream wedding. Any questions we had were answered with ease. I would recommend White Chimneys to any couple planning to get married. For us it helped create the absolute perfect wedding! -

Jess & Patty were fantastic! They met with us to go over things and answered any questions we had throughout planning! They did our decorations as well and everybody loved them. The atmosphere, amenities, and staff are amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful, clean, and put together the venue was and we were told by many it was the best wedding they've ever been to (even coming from past DJs who have attended hundreds of weddings). We were so happy with Jessica, Miriam, Patty, and the whole team at White Chimneys... with their help and all the hard work they put in on our wedding day, and long before that (we booked our venue about a year and a half before our date) we didn't stress one bit and couldn't be happier with how our day went. They were so helpful during the whole process of planning and getting things ready and really made sure our day was perfect and the fairytale I've always dreamed of. Jessica and the team went above and beyond and helped me think of ideas of how to organize things and make the process go smoothly so I didn't have to stress at all on the day or in the planning process. Whenever me, my fiancé (now husband), our parents, coordinator, or vendors had questions they were so quick to respond and offer options and suggestions. Even when I had crazy ideas, they made it happen. While I was planning, I saw pictures of donkeys on Pinterest with cooler packs on their backs all decorated and cute carrying beverages for cocktail hour, and knew I wanted this for my wedding but didn't have a clue how to make it happen. Jessica and her team have a donkey, ponies, and other animals on the property and they practiced for days and days with their donkey, Biggie Smalls, and their pony to make this happen for me and make sure the animals were on their best behavior. (Just FYI, we didn't overload the donkey or ponies' packs with drinks. White Chimneys had 2 lovely ladies with them at all times so the animals stayed safe, they restocked the coolers when they ran low and made sure the coolers weren't too heavy for the animals). Also, the staff helped to make sure every shot our photographer and videographers got was picture perfect!! I'm in love with the previews we got back and can't wait to see more. Compared to other venues in the area, White Chimneys is a more elegant barn and outdoor garden wedding venue and their prices really are competitive and much lower than others in the area when you think of all the things they have to offer and the beautiful picture-perfect grounds they work so hard to upkeep and manage. Before choosing White Chimneys we must have visited at least 4-5 venues and as soon as we stepped foot on White Chimney's grounds, we knew that was where we wanted to get married because it was different than all of the other venues we visited. Also, getting married this August, in 2020, in the midst of a pandemic, they gave us peace of mind that no matter what we had to do, we'd get married, have COVID friendly options for our guests so everyone felt safe, clean, and that the day would go on, and that it did. I wish we could have our wedding day again and again. -

Beautiful venue for a DIY wedding!
My husband and I got married at White Chimneys in late October 2019, and it was perfect! We were looking for a venue with lots of flexibility so that we could DIY some things and hire our own vendors, and White Chimneys provided that while giving us the option to rent whatever we needed and hire their day-of coordinator, bartenders, and staff. They were able to accommodate every request we had, and even though our wedding had many moving parts, it came together so smoothly. The option of an indoor or outdoor ceremony was perfect (although we got lucky and it was a beautiful fall day), and the covered cocktail hour area and beautiful barn were great for our 180 guests. We booked a few nearby hotels in Strasburg (Carriage House, Holiday Inn, and Clarion) and hired some school bus shuttles since most of our guests were from Philly or New York, and it worked out great. Everything was so beautiful!!
White Chimneys is so beautiful and so perfect! We knew as soon as we toured the venue that we needed to get married there. The staff was so attentive and helpful with answering all our questions and helping us choose what layout for our reception and even helped us with place settings and details. Our guests thought everything was beautiful and many of them said it was the most beautiful venue they have ever been to! -

I’m pretty sure I could write a book on how amazing White Chimneys is! First off, the venue itself is stunning with all the natural beauty. I have gotten so many compliments on it! Secondly, the staffing are wonderful - Jessica, Patty, & Miriam were nothing but friendly and helpful the entire planning process and day of. I could have never imagined my wedding day to go more smoothly than it did, thanks to them! I recommend EVERYONE looking for a venue, make this one a priority to check out. ❤️ -

Wow - what can I say about Jessica, Beth, Miriam, and co. We had an absolutely amazing wedding here on NYE and brunch the following day. The staff were so helpful and reassuring from start to finish. They decorated the barn beautifully and even did our catering which everyone raved about (highly recommend you using them for your party too!). Everything was super well organized and they were very accommodating with our unique requests. Everyone is raving about the wedding and I cannot wait to see the photos. We would highly recommend White Chimneys to others for weddings, showers, and other events! -

They were flexible with what we needed when other venues weren't, and she was helpful, connecting us with other vendors and ideas. Everything went perfectly thanks to the lovely wedding day-of coordinator Beth. Bar tending was easy, with fast excellent service for all of our guests from Miriam. White Chimneys is truly a spectacular venue, our photographer loved the beautiful setting and it made for the most beautiful memories! Thank you White Chimneys!

The price was decent for the area and venues we looked at, and the barn, bridal cottage, and scenery was beautiful. We were able to bring in all of our own vendors, which we really enjoyed, and had the entire venue for the entire day. Overall the day was absolutely perfect, and a big part of that is owed to Jessica! -

White Chimney had exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I wanted a place that allowed us to create our own vision. Miriam and Jessica allowed this to happen with their guidance and help. We enjoyed working with both of them and felt like we could really put together the wedding we had in mind. Our wedding was about 200 people and with both indoor and outdoor space, it could accommodate that many people no problem. -
