  Wonderful Experience

  We had an absolutely wonderfull experience! Shal & Carol were invaluable to me for my daughter's wedding. We hired them for "month of" planning for my daughter's wedding, which was out of state for me. They made the rehearsal and day of so easy on me! They were kind, professional, prompt and responsive. I highly recommend them!

  Shalon & Co. did an exceptional job for our daughter’s wedding at J&D Farms! Being the first of 4 children to marry, this was new territory for us! Having her professional guidance through the process was a Godsend! To be able to enjoy the wedding day while someone else “directed traffic”, was an awesome benefit of her services!   Shal and Carole were the best! I'm a control freak and did not plan on hiring a coordinator, but I realized that I needed someone to take control wedding day so I could relax and enjoy the day. I hired them as day of coordinators but they really helped me from 6 months out. They were professional but very kind and personable. They gave me tons of suggestions and reminded me of items that I had forgotten. The last few weeks before the wedding is when they really took over and it took so much stress of of me! Carole was the coordinator on my wedding day and she was fantastic. She kept everyone and everything in order and on time and if there were any problems, I never knew about them because she fixed them!

  You are making a big mistake if you do not book this vendor! Whirl Events & Creative does a great job organizing and directing the entire wedding! I totally recommend booking this vendor! They did a great job!

  I have been loving all the help Shalon has been giving me through my planning process. I know she will be great on the day of if I need her for anything! And I love that she will answer questions that I have as they come up via email even though she is my "day of" coordinator! Thank you!

  I was completely blown away by the professionalism and quality of service I received from Carole and Shalon. I can honestly say that my wedding would not have turned out like the dream that it was without them. They helped in solving every issue that came up, designed the cups used for the reception, coordinated every vendor for the day of the wedding, and so much more. My wedding day went off without a hitch, but even if there was one, Carole didn't ever let me know about it. They are a wonderful team, and I am so very impressed by them. I would recommend every bride looking for a wedding planner to give Whirl Events a call. I was so glad that I had this team at my wedding! It was beyond perfect!

  We hired Whirl Events for month of managment and were so pleased with their help. They made everything so easy. The month of my only contact with my vendors was for personal details. If it had anything to do with what time they needed to be at the venue or where to park, Whirl handled it. It made my life, as well as my mom's, so much easier. And on the day of, we could not have asked for a better team. My mom, husband, and I are all still blown away by how perfect they made our day. If anything went wrong, we had no clue. They took care of business but were still wonderful people to work with. I would gladly work with them again for an event and would reccomend them to anyone looking for a wedding planner.

  If you are even thinking of hiring someone besides Shalon and her team at What a Whirl just stop. Whirl made our wedding beautiful, fun, organized, and stress free!! When I called them to tell them that I was not doing the whole southern burlap and lace, but instead wanted to do a carnival themed wedding, I didn't get weird questions or judgement I got a big ol "LETS DO THIS". I can not say enough wonderful things about Shalon, she was always a phone call away and there to handle anything that came up. Our wedding ran extremely smooth and on time! If something did go wrong I had no idea. Call Them NOW!!

  My Fiance and I used What A Whirl Wedding Planning for our wedding at J&D Farms in Gadsden AL. Carol and her daughter both were extremely helpful in organizing everything such as the timing of the music and the processional, the entire ceremony, and ensuring the entire wedding party was ready. Carol and her daughter were both very friendly, and there to make sure everything went smoothly. We were extremely pleased with everything they did.

  Planning a wedding in just a few short months would have been impossible without Shalon & her team! She is well connected and was able to get responses and price deals from vendors faster and more efficiently than I ever could. With her hard work and skilled advice, we were able to have the venues, music, flowers, and catered food of our dreams -- actually, it was better than our dreams; we really had no idea what we were getting into when we started planning! On top of all the wedding stress (but not because of it), my father had heart surgery just days before the wedding, and Shal really upped her game working on things while we helped my dad... she even sorted out programs to my requests and had them printed the day before the wedding! Couldn't have done it without her. She saved my parents and myself so much time, stress, and money than if we'd planned alone. I'll never forget it!

  Shalon was amazing! I would recommend What a Whirl to anybody. They were very professional and responsive. I lived 12 hours from the place I got married and they helped me get everything in order for my big day. Because of Shalon and her wonderful people our day went smoothly and it was the best day of my life!

  Carole was great to work with. We re-planned our wedding after postponing it a year before so we planned everything in 4 months. She took over a month before the wedding, and it was the biggest load off my back during the final countdown to the wedding. She coordinated with vendors, worked with me on a Master Wedding Day Timeline, and made sure our wedding ceremony and reception ran smoothly. There was a huge thunderstorm that rolled in right before the ceremony and it was up-in-the-air for a few moments on whether to move the ceremony inside. My fiancé and I decided to wait a few minutes for the thunderhead to pass, and luckily the rain held off the entire evening until we made our faux exit! Carole was great to work with and definitely made sure that our wedding day was true to what we wanted!

She took over a month before the wedding, and it was the biggest load off my back during the final countdown to the wedding. She coordinated with vendors, worked with me on a Master Wedding Day Timeline, and made sure our wedding ceremony and reception ran smoothly. There was a huge thunderstorm that rolled in right before the ceremony and it was up-in-the-air for a few moments on whether to move the ceremony inside. My fiancé and I decided to wait a few minutes for the thunderhead to pass, and luckily the rain held off the entire evening until we made our faux exit! Carole was great to work with and definitely made sure that our wedding day was true to what we wanted!
