What’s Up Europe kicked off my wedding dress shopping experience. Melissa was my consultant & from the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable & at ease. She listened to my concerns & picked dresses that fit my comfort level while also pushing the limits & getting me to explore different options. She was a great hype-woman for sure, especially when I saw how snatched some dresses made me look! She gave me the freedom to try on a dress I had seen online & they had in-store, and she built off of that to get me to the style that best suited my body type. She was nice enough to let 2 more of my family members come in before we left so they could see my top choice dress. It was absolutely an amazing experience & one I won’t soon forget. Thank you Melissa!!

I said Yes to the dress!

Whats Up Europe had a lot to select from. Their showroom had plenty of room for all of us to enjoy the fun day together. They were helpful, but on the day that I came, they were a little short staffed. It was a great experience and would recommend them for your special day!

Loved my dress!!

Melissa is amazing! She helped me from beginning till few days before wedding! I had no idea what style dress I was wanting! She was so helpful from alterations to picking my dress up! She knew of a health life situation that I was going through and she helped me tot he fullest! She always had an ear to hear but I loved hearing her talk about life. From bride to bride Melissa you’re a beautiful person and I am thankful for your help! ❤️

Best Dress Ever for the BEST DAY EVER!

I can't say enough about the team at Whats up Europe. They were busy with appointments and still managed to make me feel special even though I was a walk in. I found the perfect dress and after consultation decided I wanted to customize it. After many fittings (all so professional and wonderful), they made me the PERFECT dress for my day. I can't thank them enough for making me a priority and making every visit wonderful.

I had gone to Davids Bridal before What's Up Europe and my experience was disappointing I didn't get the "I'm a bride" feeling. From the first time I walked into What's Up Europe, the ladies were very attentive to me. I felt listened to And I LOVE the way they suggested specific dresses to my body type and skin color, without making me feel overwhelmed and stressed. They made me feel like they truly wanted me too look my best on my wedding day. My dress had to be ordered and arrived just in time for alterations. My dress was perfect for me. I would highly recommend What's Up Europe. I have no regrets my experience was great!

At the time of the event I lived 5 hours away but that did not create a single issue for this event. The staff was great Melissa was amazing, everything was so smooth and easy. Compared to other dress shops the price was reasonable as well.

Helena was recommended by my brother and we are so glad we chose her to make my daughter's wedding dress!! She did a phenomenal job on her dress!! It was absolutely gorgeous as was my daughter!! Helena and Melissa were great to work with and very accommodating! They both made us feel as if we were family! My granddaughter also got her maid of honor dress there and Helena added some special touches to it to tie in with her mom's dress. Thank you Helena and Melissa for taking the time in making this day the most special of days even more special!

My experience at What’s Up Europe was absolutely amazing! After visiting a few bridal shops, I had no luck finding "the dress." Two other friends of mine referred Helena because they had both had their stunning wedding dresses made by her and were highly satisfied. From the first day I walked into the shop, I was given quality service and treated with upmost respect. Helena and her staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and every time I called or was in the shop I felt as though I was family. It was incredible to have my dress made by Helena because she included and executed every detail I was wanting in my dream dress. I had four different fittings which allowed me to be part of the whole process of its creation and progression. Each time I fell more and more in love with it and truly couldn't believe how beautiful and perfect it was. I can’t wait for my wonderful soon-to-be husband to see me walk down the isle in it next month! I would definitely recommend going to What’s Up Europe and will forever appreciate what a wonderful experience they gave me!

What's up Europe was amazing! So very helpful, if it wasn't for Melissa I wouldn't have had my dream dress. Tried on many dresses before she picked out exactly what I wanted by mixing everything I liked from dresses id tried on! Loved working with them. Helena did amazing fitting my dress! Everything was perfect! Melissa was so helpful and easy to get along with! Would highly recommend!

Once again Helena has designed a beautiful outfit for the "Mother of the Bride". She listened to to me and designed exactly what I asked for. Helena has an excellent eye for what looks good (and appropriate). I've visited What's Up Europe for two occasions. One was in 2004 and one was within the last 5 months. Both times I was extremely happy with the service, helpfulness and attitudes of those who own and/or work here. I visited surrounding stores and What's Up Europe is hands down the best! This last time I worked only with Melissa and she was great:)

I coudn't be happier with my dress! The ladies at What's up Europe are the best! Everyone is raving about my one of a kind Helena Etchart-Tine couture design gown! I Love it and it fit perfectly after alterations! I also had a matching viel and beautiful pearl drop earrings made, they all finished the look perfectly! I will be returning for all other dress needs!

Together with the owner Helena, we designed my dream wedding gown and the finished product was beautiful. I had not only my dress, but all of my bridesmaids dresses made at What's up Europe. Helena (the owner) was fabulous. She went above and beyond to make my girls happy with their dress. The morning of the wedding she was making adjustments to one of my bridesmaids dress. Excellent customer service!

After listening to what my daughter wanted in a wedding dress, and looking at her shape, Helena brought a sample of a gown for her to try on. Once my daughter tried it one, and Helena made the changes on the design, it was perfect! Her dress made her look like a princess! She was beautiful!

This wedding store is awesome

This bridal wedding store in town is were I ended up getting both my veil and my beautiful wedding dress. Everybody had asked me were I bought my dress and I told them!!! I know I had made the right choice!!

Very kind and friendly

I visited many shops before finding my dress and by far this was the best experience. The only thing that bothered me was the day of my wedding my dress was all wrinkled so I do recommend to check it before luckily we had a steamer so we did it but we were in such a hurry because I was not expecting that at all

I was a very particular bride, and it took me months to settle in on my dream dress. I can honestly say I changed my mind quite a bit, and the owner and maker of my dress, Helena- was more than patient with me. Helena took her time and made me a stunning wedding dress-- I truly loved the dress. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for everything was because there were delays in dress fittings - and I my dress wasn't finished ( I didn't get to see it complete) until 6 days before my wedding. I was freaked out, but everything turned out just fine.

Melissa was amazing! My mom and I were shopping in down town and just happened to stop in there to browse. Melissa asked a couple simple questions and had me try on a gown. As soon as I put on the first one I knew it was perfect! It is the one I ended up walking down the aisle in, after trying on a couple more from other stores of course. We had some issues with the bridesmaids dresses but Melissa did everything in her power to make it right. She seriously is made to help women choose their wedding gown!

Got engaged a few weeks ago and set up an appointment with Melissa to try on dresses for the first time. She was awesome, listened to what I wanted, looked at my Pinterest for style ideas, and was so patient with my inability to decide which style I likes best. I've still got more dress shopping to do, may go back to buy my favorite dress from this fitting. Great experience overall

Melissa's customer service was five stars! On my first visit she listened very well knew exactly what I wanted and was able to find and put it together. The dress I purchase composed of a strapless dress and a bolero jacket. We had a short engagement, so ordering potentially could have been an issue. The only issue we had was with the bolero jacket. The seamstress at the shop custom made one for me that was very similar to the one offered, however after wearing it at the wedding, it's scrunched up and didn't look very good in all of the pictures ?? I was very disappointed to spend so much money and to have pictures but did not display how beautiful the dress initially looked. Perhaps we original bolero would've done the same thing, but maybe not. Ultimately it did not ruin my wedding, but I wish that for the money I spent the quality would've been better from the seamstresses work.

The entire staff at What's Up Europe were fantastic to work with and help me find the dress of my dreams! They finished the alterations in a timely manner and it looked great! The only thing that I recommend is to have a more flexible schedule with alterations. It was only available on Wednesdays and with me being off at 5, it was tough to get to the appointment and have time before they closed at 6. Overall, I would recommend them to every girl I know!

I went wedding dress shopping 6 months before my wedding and found that most places have to order dresses that can take 4-6 months to arrive before your fittings can begin, then I found "What's Up Europe". Since it was a custom dress shop, my 6 month time frame was well within their limits. I had no idea what kind of dress I wanted, not one of those typical girls with their wedding dress all picked out before they walk in the store. I tried on 5 dresses before they found me the "perfect" dress! And it was off the rack, so I was able to pay for it and take it home the same day! I brought it back for alterations a month before my wedding and everything went smoothly. I had a great experience working with everyone at the store. They are all very good at their job!

Couldn't find a dress anywhere so found this place and decided to take the hour drive. They were able to fit in an appt for me the same week my fiend called. Staff was amazing when we got there. Helped me pick out a bunch of dresses and the one they recommended that I said I didn't like on the rack was the ONE. Helpful and was willing to accommodate alterations and whatever else needed on a time crunch! Great selection too!

Dresses were mixed up between bridesmaids and I had to have my dress taken in while a friends dress was too tight.

This was a tough one - I found my dress online and this was the only store that carried it in my area. Though after my expereicne, I would never recommend them. THey seemed so efficient and thorough in the beginning. THey joked they do this because brides turn into bridezillas. I understand that - but man, I would too after what they did. My thing is I'm only expecting what you tell me to expect. So if you say the dress will be here in 8-12 weeks and it takes 20? But you're not returning my phone calls and my wedding date is getting closer- I'd see how a bride would get upset.
