    Adaptable and helpful

    Amazing... with all of the changes due to COVID-19, with last minute venue change they were willing to adapt with us

    Excellent and flexible customer service.

    The customer service is fantastic. I have had last minute changes to orders and odd requests that they have always been able to accommodate. I would highly recommend giving them a shot.

    Great service!

    As a wedding planner, I work with and have to coordinate between a lot of different vendors, and the folks at West Coast Event Productions in Bend always make it so easy! Their communication is spot on and they are overly helpful! They also have great rental items, everything from your basic tables and chairs to more specialized dinnerware and decor. If you're looking for a way to make wedding rentals easier, work with WCEP!

    Rented our equipment out from under us at the last minute after spending a week to get our contract right

    After spending almost a week trying to get them to send a contract with the correct information after they kept getting it wrong they said they would send us the contract that day, but instead sent a voicemail the next day claiming that the equipment was not available. Thank you DJ for sounding deciefully helpful for a week right up until you rented the equipment you had promised us to someone else at the last minute.
