Said yes to my dress!
I went to several bridal shops before Wendy’s and enjoyed my experiences at each one. I went in with an open mind but with a style/material i specifically had liked had other stores. After trying several and narrowing it down, my stylist Kathleen pulled a few dresses I myself probably would not have picked from the rack. I ended up saying yes to a dress I didn’t have in mind at all! The ladies here know their dresses so definitely listen to them!
My return appointment to purchase the dress was equally as pleasant with another stylist. Everyone was very kind. The store was clean and organized and the dressing rooms were cute with pictures for each stylist! Loved the personal touches like that.

I was an annoying bride and they saved me
I was one of those annoying brides who was EXTREMELY picky about what I wanted in a dress--for a long time I was convinced I did not want a white dress, did not want anything too "big" or "poofy," did not want too much "doily-looking" lace, etc. Not only that, but I wanted it all for an extremely affordable price (under $1k was my goal). I tried numerous vendors around the Columbus area, all of whom were lovely but either out of my modest price range or who did not have the dresses I want. Wendy's Bridal was my last choice before I was going to custom order online. And then I found my dream dress--$700 on clearance in exactly my size, a blend of both a white and mocha color. It was magical. In addition, we worked with one of their in-house seamstresses who, despite having a PERSONAL EMERGENCY the entire time she worked on my dress, never missed a deadline. I also asked for numerous complicated alterations (removing straps, creating off-the-shoulder straps, creating a back, adding boning, etc.) and everything was executed beautifully. The women who work there are so kind and patient and really make you feel like you are not too "picky" etc. I cannot recommend Wendy's Bridal enough!

Wendy’s was the second place I tried on dresses, and I was getting nervous through the appointment that I wouldn’t find a dress I loved. Thankfully, Sarah K was so helpful in the process and helped me figure out the style I was looking for. She brought me so many dresses to try on and after the last few, I knew I just wanted to keep going back to one of the others. She helped me get it, and my veil, ordered quickly since I was on a short timeline, and helped me facilitate my fittings. I did my alterations and steaming/pressing through Wendy’s as well, and I had no issues!!! It was a great experience.

Loved the dress
This was the 1st bridal shop I went to and the 2nd dress I tried on I knew it was the one and the veil turned out better than expected. My seamstress was really great to work with! The changes I made to the dress was worth it and I didn’t wanna take the dress off. Wore it all night through the wedding! And I got a really beautiful hair piece that went perfectly!

I loved working with Kathleen to find the perfect wedding dress. I had tried on well over 50 dresses before coming to Wendy’s Bridal and was really thinking I wouldn’t find my dream dress. Everywhere I went I was told to try Wendy’s Bridal. I’m so happy I did! They found my perfect dress in no time! The seamstress also did a fabulous job fitting my dress to fit me perfectly! I was very pleased with my experience at Wendy’s! They were able to work with my budget, which was roughly $1,500-1,000, but be advised that is a bit on the low end for many of the dresses they offer. They had a selection of “off the rack” dresses that were out of season, so I got a great deal on the one I picked (like 30% off!). You also get a discount on accessories as well if you buy a dress through them. The experience was fun and painless. Would recommend!

I love working with Kathleen. She was very sweet, helpful and she comforted me and made me realize nothing else matters but my Fiancé when he sees me in it. Even with COVID which I thought would put a damper on wedding dress shopping. She pulled a dress that I would never picked and I fee in love. If I do wedding dress shopping over I would do it again especially with Kathleen. Can’t wait until my dress come in March/April. I could write a book ❤️

I actually went to Wendy's twice! It was the first bridal store I went to and they were so helpful, I was just so indecisive. So I went to some other ones and didn't have that great of an experience (don't ever go to Beloved!) and ended up giving Wendy's a second try. It was such a wonderful experience. They bent over backwards to get me what I wanted and I ended up with my dream dress! Lana, an alterationist, literally saved my entire wedding with her amazing skills (I swear I asked her the impossible and she just made it happen!). The staff are so helpful and make you feel so pretty. Loved going here.

Perfect dress for me
I was very hesitant about going dress shopping as I am not a shopper and initially thought I might want a evening gown instead of a wedding dress. I visited one dress ship where they didn't have much selection or great service. I went to Wendy's on a weekday evening. It wasn't too busy and the lady that helped me was phenomenal. We tried on several dresses and with her help I found the dress. She was so helpful and super patient. I didn't buy the dress that day but went back later with my mom and ordered it. I can't wait until it comes in, in December. The part that I wasn't even excited about at the beginning of wedding planning is now something that I'm looking forward to the most.

I originally went to Wendy's Bridal just to try to figure out what style dress I wanted (I was between mermaid/fit-n-flare and ballgown). I was very nervous I would not find a dress I liked and just wanted to start in a low-pressure environment. My consultant, Amy, was very sweet. She suggested a weeknight appointment so it would be less busy and we could spend more time together going over dresses. I picked out 6 dresses to start with and Amy truly took it from there. She listened to what I liked and didn't like about each dress. She took my opinions and picked dresses off the shelves I would have never selected myself. She was very patient with me and understood my concerns. She did not try to push any dresses on me just to make the sale. She truly emphasized it was my decision. I ended up finding the dress of my dreams and a gorgeous veil and hairpiece to match! I highly highly recommend Wendy's Bridal!

I loved my experiences at Wendy’s Bridal! My first experience was shopping for my wedding dress. Lil was my consultant and was wonderful. She knew exactly what to look for based on my comments about each dress I tried on. She made me feel comfortable the whole time. My next experience with Wendy’s was shopping for my mom’s dress. My mom was very nervous that she wasn’t going to find anything she loved, but we found an amazing dress that looked great on her on my wedding day! Our consultant that day was also very kind and made my mom feel comfortable. Then, we went shopping for bridesmaids dresses. Four of my bridesmaids came shopping with me and Wendy’s did not mind our large group. We found the perfect dress for all of their different body types.
For alterations, I worked with Marion and she did such an amazing job! She made sure I had my perfect, dream dress at the end of the alterations. I appreciated her so much!

My time was completely wasted at similar stores in the Dublin/ Sawmill area, and Wendy's knocked it out of the park for me. I was recommended to work with Sue by two previous brides of hers, and she did not disappoint. She was so patient and really helped me consider all the factors that go into making such a big decision. The people at Wendy's bridal are amazing! Lil was so helpful. One of my bridesmaids tried on a million dresses in lots of colors. They helped her pick a great style and then determine what colors were best with her skin and in different combinations since I wanted my sisters to wear a separate color. They were friendly and upbeat but most importantly, really knew their stuff. I originally had a different dress in mind, and they were fine if I wanted that, but fortunately, they showed me something better. My bridesmaid looks GORGEOUS in the dress they helped us pick!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Wendy's Bridal! It was my first time trying on dresses and I did not know what to expect. They made me feel comfortable and cared for. Kathleen was absolutely phenomenal! She took the time to find dresses that fit the vision of what I wanted as well as my body type. I never once felt rushed or out of place.
My Matron of Honor, who was calling in from Vermont, and my brother, who is a Bridesman, were not able to make it to the appointment until later, and Kathleen worked with me to make sure that I could have them both there to help me with my final decision.
It was such a wonderful experience, and I would recommend Wendy's to anyone who was looking for a dress!

Amy was amazing! I got lucky twofold-- I called the day before and got an appointment for the next day! Amy was so kind, respectful of my privacy when trying on gowns. She made me feel beautiful! I will never forget this day and would highly recommend this vendor! I got a very ornate dress for $1900 - well worth the money. I didn't feel pushed into anything whatsoever. If you go here ask for Amy- she's wonderful!

I got my veil at Wendy's after searching high and low and not finding what I wanted. I was there with a friend for her dress fitting and we just glanced through their veils and I found exactly what I wanted. The staff was super helpful in getting the right length and color -- even looking up my dress online (it was bought at a different store) to make sure the color perfectly matched. They went above and beyond. I would highly recommended them for wedding accessories.

My family has been patronizing Wendy's since my little sister purchased her wedding gown back in summer of 2014!! My consultant, Amy, was patient and helpful through the whole process. I must've made a billion appointments with her before finally saying yes to the dress myself this past May! I got a stunning Essence Of Australia dress that fits my vision of timeless and vintage and I was the first bride in Columbus to get my dress!! I am currently in the process of picking my bridal party gowns from there (they offer their brides a discount!). And we are getting my tiara and bustier there as well!!

Visit Wendy's Bridal in August of 2014 to find a wedding dress on a tight schedule because I was leaving for Hungary in two weeks for a year. They helped me try on a number of dressing (they have so many options). They also help me visualize my dress with sleeves (something very important to me). They were very thorough and made sure we bought the extra material necessary to complete my dress with sleeves.

Wendy's Bridal was the second store I tried on dresses. They allowed me to browse the dresses and pick out the gowns I liked. I found "the one" on my second dress. My consultant, Sue, was amazing and incredibly supportive. After I decided on a dress, she helped me find the perfect headpiece and other accessories. Then my mom, sister, and I took tons of pictures, with her assistance. She was genuinely happy for me, which made the experience so much nicer. (They also ask if you're saying "yes to the dress," which I loved since I love that show!)
I liked Wendy's Bridal and the people there so much that I am bringing my bridesmaids there to get their dresses. I highly recommend Wendy's to any bride!

Wendy's of Columbus is the best. Couldn't have asked for a better consultant. If you go there ask for Amy! She is the sweetest consultant, and brought my vision to life! Since my mom and grandma were not able to attend, Amy went above and beyond by coming in early on a Sunday to let them approve. I never felt rushed or forced to make a decision. She relaxed my nerves, and made feel comfortable in my own skin. I left there feeling like the bride I dreamt of being when I was a little girl.

I had tried a couple of other shops prior to Wendy's & was not impressed with the stores themselves nor the service. Wendy's is a beautiful shop with plenty of room & privacy if you prefer. The consultant was terrific. She understood how I wanted to handle the experience right away without having to be told. She was really just a pleasure to work with. And we had a lot of fun. I recommend Wendy's as this is the only store you will need to get set for your wedding!

When it came to wedding dress shopping Wendy's was my first choice because 3 of my wonderful bridesmaids all found their dream dresses there. Being familiar to the store, I was very comfortable going in for my appointment, and when I met my consultant, Amy, I knew I was in good hands. I told her what I was looking for and she walked right to a new dress they had that she thought fit the bill. It was the second dress I tried on of 5 and we all knew it was the one. Not only did I have a great experience, but Amy really listened to what I wanted and helped make my dream dress a reality. Thanks Wendy's!!

The people at Wendy's Bridal were very helpful with my unique request - I didn't want a white wedding dress. They helped me try on many bridesmaid dresses and didn't seem frustrated when I didn't find what I was looking for. Finally, I found a white dress that I really liked, only to find that it came in colors! Then they helped me try to imagine the dress in the numerous color options using small swatches and other dresses. They were very caring and flexible with my indecisiveness on the color. In the end, the dress was perfect! Thank you so much!!!

Wendy's was affordable and accommodating when it came time to find a dress. I originally thought I wanted a simple dress but, Amy, my rep, suggested I try on an all-lace dress and I fell in love.
I also went to David's Bridal to look at dresses. I liked one dress, however, I noticed the girl next to me trying on the exact same dress and I knew it wasn't the one for me.
The lady who did my alterations was very sweet and did a great job. I would recommend if you're looking for a dress on a budget but don't want to buy from a franchise.

Wendy's was fabulous! Willy was my consultant and she was so knowledgable about the dresses she brought me. She was also very kind and took the time to get to know me during the appointment. The store was very accommodating to my five-person party and they all got to relax in chairs as I tried on dresses.
Wendy's has a very wide variety of dresses that fit all different budgets. The dress I chose was the first I tried on and I cannot wait to wear it in October.

This boutique is by far the best central Ohio has to offer! I was blown away with the kindness and caring of my consultant, Sara. Never did I feel rushed or uncomfortable. It was exactly the experience I was hoping for! They also welcomed my family and had plenty of seating and space for us all, even though they were quite busy! I originally went in for my first appointment on Friday evening and they allowed me to return that Saturday afternoon, so that my sister who was unable to make the first appointment could see me in the dress before I purchased. I couldn't be happier with my dress! It was well within my budget and I was able to purchase my accessories from Wendy's as well! I can't wait for my wedding day! I would highly recommend Wendy's Bridal to any bride looking for that once in a lifetime experience!

I love Wendy's in Dublin, OH. I bought my wedding gown here and my mom got her mother of the bride dress here as well. I also bought most of my accessories there as well. Sue is wonderful to work with as well as the entire staff. I just had my first alteration appt with Kathy and she is very nice and knows exactly what to do and different options. The entire staff if very kind and helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone like me that had no clue where to start when it came to dress styles, color, fit, etc. They will pick out different options and help you make a great decision based of your style and shape. Alterations and dress prices are very reasonable, quality and customer service is great!! I did go to other dress shops around Columbus, and the staff at Wendy's was by far the best, they will bend over backwards to make sure you are getting exactly what you want and make sure you love it! I recommend them to anyone that asks me! Go there first you will see the difference!

I had a perfect experience at Wendy’s! Lila helped me find a dress that was flattering for my figure, and we had fun trying them on! She was positive and upbeat and patient, which I appreciated! I worked with Kathy the head of alterations and she was a doll! She, too, was positive, upbeat, and fun each time I had a fitting! Both of these women got to know me on a personal level, and truly helped me get prepared for my big day. Kathy went above and beyond to sew my “something blue” in my dress (with my Dad’s initials). I am forever thankful for their assistance!

My wedding dress from Wendy's Bridal was exactly what I pictured in my mind. I did not see anything like it in any catalog or at any other store. When I put it on, I knew it was the dress for me. It was actually not there the first time I went to Wendy's and I was so thankful to find it the second time I went in.
The ladies at the store were very professional and kind and know just how to read a bride's emotions when they try on a dress. I could feel their joy when I put on my dress which made me feel even more special. Every bride should be able to experience that feeling.
I also had my alterations done at Wendy's Bridal and that experience was very prompt and seamless. (I seriously didn't notice that pun until after I typed it). It really was stress-free and my dress fit perfectly!

I found the dress that I wanted on the internet and it was even scheduled for release until October, but they called the manufacturer in July and I was able to buy it before release date. I personally worked with Lily and she was an absolute doll. I came in with pictures of what I liked (or thought I did) and she worked with me to find something that worked. The dress I eventually picked I actually hated on the hanger but she insisted I tried it on and it was amazing. She made it very easy to make appointments to come and get things worked out and Doreen altered my dress and did an amazing job. Overall I am very happy with the service and product I received here!

I loved my experience at Wendy's Bridal! They have an excellent selection of quality dresses and their prices are as good, if not better, than other bridal shops. The lady who assisted me during my appointment spent a few minutes just getting to know me and my mom and my sisters who came with me. She was also very respectful of my price range and had a good eye for dresses that would look nice on me. She had good taste and good ideas, and I never felt rushed or pushed. I went and looked at some other shops, but the quality of dresses and the prices were better at Wendy's. Wendy's was the first and only place I went to pick out my wedding dress. As soon as I walked in, I spotted my dress but was hesitant because of the color of the sash. Once my bridal consultant informed me that I could get it all in the same color, I was beyond excited. Every time I put my dress on, I don't want to take it off!

I just purchased my wedding gown and accessories at Wendy's Bridal in Dublin, Ohio, and I couldn't be more thrilled! Lila helped me choose the perfect dress to fit both my body shape and my taste in style. She offered practical advice and her honesty was much appreciated. The prices of the dresses available at Wendy's Bridal were phenomenal! I was shocked to find that I came out $400 under my dress budget alone for the dress, undergarments, veil AND headpiece. WOW, I just wish I could wear my dress all of the time! I had such a wonderful experience with Wendy's. They were so honest with me when I was trying dresses on. I suffer from major body dysmorphia and they were sensitive to that. I was so worried about the dress process but they really made me not only look beautiful, but to feel beautiful. I also had my alterations done there which took 5 fittings. Just like me, they wanted it to be absolutely perfect, and it was!

After having a frustrating experience at another salon, I was thrilled to go to Wendy's to find my dress. The consultant I was paired with listened to exactly what I was looking for and brought me dresses to try on that would flatter my figure and also that she knew she could get in 6 months or less. My dress came in less than 10 days later...I was shocked! The customer service was top touch and I'd definitely recommend Wendy's to any future bride.

I purchased my wedding dress from Wendy's Bridal. I found them online when I was searching for a specific dress - they were the only bridal store that carried a sample of that dress to try on! That was the dress I ended up falling in love with. My initial experience with Wendy's Bridal was wonderful. I worked with a consultant who helped me try on several dresses and took the time to discuss accessories with me as well. She was helpful without being pushy, which I appreciated. The process for fittings was very smooth and I had an easy time getting scheduled for appointments. The seamstress was very knowledgeable and my dress fit like a glove on my wedding day! The staff was always very professional and caring - they know how important of a day a wedding is and they took every opportunity to make the dress shopping and fitting as pleasant an experience as possible. Wendy's Bridal is the only place I went and tried on dresses and I found my PERFECT dress. Amy was my consultant and she was AMAZING!! I chose 4 dresses and ended up only trying on 2. The second dress I tried on was MY dress and it just fit me and my personality. My dress came in in 3 months and when I went for my first fitting, the dress fit like a glove. It was like it was made just for me. When I had my alteration appointment with Tatyana, I was amazed all I needed was a bustle and then steamed and pressed before the wedding. I was a little worried at first that since my dress was so big/ruffled that it would look flat at the wedding but after they steamed it, it was perfect! Everything from the dress to alterations was all below my budget and I'm so happy with how everything turned out. No one I know had a dress like mine and I received so many compliments all night.

Wendy's Bridal was great! They were very flexible, and even squeezed me in so my bridesmaids could see my dress when they came into town unexpectedly! Their prices were extremely reasonable, and woman assisting me was wonderful, even though I had a bad attitude (I had been to several other stores and hadn't found anything, so I was a little cranky). In fact, she found my dress for me- it was completely different than what I thought I was looking for, but it fit me perfectly and went with the overall feel of my wedding. Overall, an amazing experience.

I had a great experience here with my consultant Amy. They offer discounts for buying your dress the first time you come in, paying in full, and for accessories bought the same day as the dress. I probably tried on about 8 dresses and found one that was perfect for me. The girls are friendly and really try to make you happy and offer suggestions. I highly recommend!

We had an exceptional bridal gown experience at Wendy's Bridal and would highly recommend it. Lila and Willy provided high quality professional guidance.They respected our time, preferences, and importantly, our budget. We were able to go on a weekday morning and truly appreciated the calm atmosphere they maintain in their store.
I had not looked at their reviews prior to going, and quite frankly I'm amazed by the low remarks. However, it's a well known fact that negative people will tell their disgruntled story seven times to every one positive review. So for those reading the reviews, multiply the positive reviews by 7 and you will get a truer picture of what your experience will be. And for those who believe the negative-nelly-rants, just know that Wendy's is a professional model, not an establishment where it is acceptable to bring food/drinks or children.
We highly recommend Lila, she'll dramatically reduce the strain of your wedding dress purchase.

I had a wonderful experience with Wendy's. This was the first shop I went to, and I found the dress after trying only five or six on. I really wanted a lace dress, and was going to have to buy off the rack, which was limiting the options. I tried on a dress with two thicker lace straps and I really did not care for it. My stepmom suggested we remove the straps however, and it became the perfect dress. The seamstress, Lena, said it would be an easy fix, and she did an incredibly beautiful job. Not only did she remove the straps, but she formed the beaded trim around the edges and constructed a gorgeous lace back that was better than I imagined. I was so in love with the dress, and wish it was for more than just one day :) Thank you, Wendy's and Lena - the dress was perfect!

Loved Wendy's! Purchased my gown, undergarments, and had my alterations all done there. Great job and really enjoyed the staff. I had zero issues from start to finish and my sister purchased her dress and veil there too (I wore her veil). We love Wendy's!

I bought my Dress from Wendy's Bridal. I picked out 3 and only tried the first one on and fell in love. I believe her name was Lola, but she was great and very helpful. My wedding was on June 16, 2012

The workers were king and helpful. They remained patient as I tried on over 20 dresses. Dress was ordered in the right size and color and shipped very promptly.

I purchased my wedding gown from Wendy's Bridal in Columbus. I had an appointment and the girl helping me was very understanding to our budget. She made it a point to only show me dresses in our range and she helped me to find the perfect dress (the first one I tried on) that was in our budget and we also received an additional $100.00 off the dress. I also had my gown altered at Wendy's. She did a great job in fitting my dress, especially since I had lost about 20 pounds since I purchased the gown. It was a flawless job with the alterations and I was very comfortable in my dress the day of my wedding.

I bought my wedding dress, veil and all undergarments from Wendys. I started my shopping at Davids and was not terribly impressed with the service. I had heard bad things about Wendys but I wanted to try them. I made an appointment (very important) and had a phenomenal experience. The lady that worked with me was very patient and helpful. She seemed to know what would look good on me when I really had no idea and was feeling overwhelmed. I tried on several dresses and narrowed it down to 2 dresses. My mom came into town and saw the 2 dresses and we immediately picked the one I wore on my wedding day. Definitely look for sales because you will get the most for your money that way. We got a $700 dress for $499. The veil and undergarments were all discounted because we bought the dress at the same time. I still had to have the dress altered and cleaned but it was still less than paying for a dress to be ordered.

Excellent customer service. I went in without an appointment just to look around and they quickly set me up with a consultant and had me in the fitting room in no time. She listened as I described the dress I wanted and didn't bring me dresses that didnt fall into that category. Sincere and honest opinions and ideas.Amazing and Highly recommended!

I had a very positive experience with Wendy's Bridal. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Lil helped me try on dresses. I appreciated that she listened to what I wanted in a dress and presented options within my budget without trying to upsell. The seamstress who altered my dress was meticulous with her work and the dress fit beautifully.

I purchased both my wedding dress and my bridesmaid dresses at Wendy's Bridal. The staff was extremely helpful and flexible - I felt as though all attention was on me at all of my appointments. I absolutely loved my dress and my bridesmaids dresses were perfect as well! Only recommendation I would have for future brides is make sure you make an appointment for dress shopping - it makes your experience 10 times easier and more relaxed when you have a dedicated stylist and time slot.

I purchased both my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses from Wendy's Bridal in Columbus and they did an amazing job working with us from the beginning to the end. We had a large party with us for trying on wedding dresses and they were very accommodating. I worked with Tasha and she listened to exactly what I wanted and found me the perfect dress for the wedding. When we came back for bridesmaid dresses, we worked with Sarah and she was so helpful with pulling dresses that would compliment my gown. Myself and most of my bridesmaids all got our alterations done at Wendy's as well. Kathy did the majority of them and she was wonderful to work with. I would recommend Wendy's Bridal to anyone wanting a more personal bridal shopping experience! They really listen to what you are looking for and do their best to help you find that dream gown for your wedding day!

Every interaction that I have had with the employees at Wendy's Bridal has been wonderful! They are always kind and professional. Because I attend college in a different state, the dates that I could make appointments with Wendy's were limited. They were so flexible with me every step of the way.. from trying on gowns to making appointments with the seamstress. I was even late to one of my fittings with Cathy (seamstress) due to traffic, but she rearranged her schedule to make sure that I could still meet with her that day. I am very appreciative of the service that I received at Wendy's and for the beautiful dress that I found there. They were a huge part of making my wedding day such a wonderful experience.

A friend and I were both looking for a wedding dress together. The ladies were very accommodating in making sure both of us received the proper attention. In the end, we bought two dresses and they worked with us on price as well. I highly recommend this shop. They had a wide variety of dresses and even bridesmaid dresses.

I got my dress from here. The funny thing it was the very last dress I tried on. It was a very special moment for myself and mom. The price was great we bought it that day and got 100 of the price for full payment. They treated you like your the only one there in the store.
