My husband and I cannot say enough good things about The Weekend Comeback. The guitarist Nic was our main point of contact, and he was the best! So easy to work with, very responsive, so kind, so knowledgeable, answered all of our 1 million questions, flexible and more. The band was a huge part in making the day go smoothly and perfectly. They ‘DJ’d’ for the ceremony which went great. They did an acoustic set for cocktail hour which was so lovely. The drummer Will was the emcee and he absolutely KILLED it! My husband loves the brass instruments (all the horns) and they had a saxophone so he LOVED that. They put on such a great show and they sure know how to put together a setlist – everything flowed so nicely and kept people on the dancefloor. They helped mash together 2 songs for my father-daughter dance with a song that I loved listening to as a kid that was from one of my dad’s favorite movies. They learned 3 new songs outside of their setlist and they crushed those songs. They put up with some guest shenanigans when some beach balls were brought out and were flying through the air. All of our guests were raving about how much fun they were having, how great the band was, and how this was one of their favorite weddings they have been to. My venue even asked to put them on their recommended vendors list! Again, can’t say enough good things. They did such a great job and I would HIGHLY recommend them! -

The Weekend ComeBack absolutely crushed their performance at our wedding! From start to finish, they brought unmatched energy, professionalism, and fun. Their crowd engagement, song selection, and ability to read the room were spot-on — they played hit after hit, kept the dance floor packed all night, and even took requests seamlessly. We had no fewer than 30 people dancing at any given moment during their entire 3.5-hour set!
They even drove a great distance to perform at our wedding, arriving early, setting up flawlessly, and giving 100% from the first song to the last. Working with them through the planning process was effortless — they collaborated with my wife and me at every stage to make sure the night was perfect. Nic, who also served as our MC, kept the evening smooth and exciting, from grand entrances to cake cutting and prayer.
If you’re looking for a Detroit-area cover band that will have your guests talking for weeks and your dance floor overflowing, The Weekend ComeBack is the one. Could not recommend them more! -

Hands down best band...as determined by not just the bride and groom, but all the guests. Great with communication and very professional. They know how to get people on the dance floor and have a good time! They are also willing to learn songs for you! We will definitely be using this team again for any future needs. They were amazing!!! so easy to work with and adjusted to the changes along the way with no worries. They performed at my ceremony and cocktail hour. Then they rocked the house for the reception. I cant recommend them enough!!! You wont regret booking them -

We couldn’t be happier with our experience! The band was absolutely incredible from start to finish. They were not only talented and entertaining, but also extremely professional—timely, organized, and so easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They kept the energy high and the dance floor full all night! Our guests are still raving about the music. Truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! -

Saying that I enjoyed what WCB brought to our wedding would be a massive understatement. On the planning end, they were incredibly responsive, professional, throrough, and willing to accomodate special requests. As for the performance, the musical quality was top tier (both the ceremony instrumentals and full reception performance). All for a very reasonable price. My biggest disappointment is that my wife and I do not live in Michigan anymore and will not have more occasions to see/hire this amazing band. -

Weekend Comeback was truly the best wedding band that we could have ever asked for! We went with their premium package for our wedding reception, and later decided to add a horn player - they were all truly fantastic!! The band played a beautiful three-piece jazz set during the cocktail hour and put together an incredible playlist that kept our guests on the dance floor throughout the evening. Their band leader Nic went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect for our special day, and it was quite impressive the variety of genres they were able to play. We cannot thank the entire band enough and we would recommend Weekend Comeback for any event most highly!! -

We were dead set on having a live band for our wedding. We did a bunch of research on local bands and we are SO glad we found Weekend Comeback! They were so wonderful to work with and they helped us so much with the flow of our reception. They put on a heck of a show and kept the dance floor packed all night long. They even learned a few songs that were special to us and it made the night absolutely perfect. I would recommend them to everyone for any event! -

There are no words to say how amazing this group is! They MADE the party and we heard only highly positive feedback for our choice of entertainment. We had guests on the dance floor non-stop the entire night.
They had an EXCELLENT playlist based on the tastes we had given them to prepare, and they adjusted their set list based on the guests enjoyment and participation.
Nic is so good at communicating and took all of the stress out of my hands. He asked what we needed in preparation and then handled everything entertainment & sound related for the next 5 hours, including the music before they got up, during intermission, and while they packed up. The band was incredible to work with, 10/10 customer service.
They put on an INCREDIBLE performance and rocked such a huge variety of well known (and danced to!) covers. They put their all into it and it shows. Their talent is UNMATCHED.
I cannot recommend Weekend ComeBack strongly enough. We thought the value for the cost was a steal, and would absolutely hire them again (not that another wedding is in the cards ;) ).
Live music was our "splurge" and we have no regrets. The guests had more fun dancing and singing along than I've ever seen at a wedding or party.
We plan to catch one of their shows again soon! -

We hired Weekend ComeBack to do our wedding and they more than exceeded our expectations. Communication with Nic was great, and both Nic and Wil were very helpful and willing to step in when timing was slightly behind at our reception. The sound mix was phenomenal, and guests appreciated that. It wasn’t too loud, but wasn’t too soft. Weekend ComeBack has a great mix of different music for young and old generations alike and all 4 band members are extremely talented. We highly recommended them for any event you may have, but especially for a wedding! -

Nic and his bandmates were INCREDIBLE. Despite our August wedding being a crisp 85 degrees with basically 100% humidity in Michigan, along with the venue air conditioning being basically non existent, the band never missed a beat. If you are considering a band over a DJ, you will not be disappointed in choosing Weekend ComeBack. The detailed and thoughtful meetings we had before the wedding made the process extremely seamless and gave us one less thing to worry about. Nic was so easy to communicate with and always answered any of our questions within record time. We love you Weekend ComeBack!!!!!! -

Perfect Pick
It was during lockdown planning that we stumbled across weekend comeback. They were beyond responsive and flexible since hour one. Nic responded immediately to our request for information, so fast that we weren't even ready, he was open to my holiday song requests too! They were amazing to work with and the life of the party! We loved having them and can't wait to watch them at bars and future weddings. Booking them won't let you down. -

Absolutely perfect
If you’re like me, your bride wants people on the dance floor, and you don’t want the standard, predictable wedding band playing “Brown Eyed Girl” and “September” (kill me). We found these guys after a LOT of searching and a LOT of sampling. The thing we liked best was their ENERGY. They can do the standards and classics but also have a little bit of a youthful, alternative style that works amazingly well for big crowds of all ages.
Our wedding was practically perfect, and it’s because we picked the right venue, photographer, and band. These guys are absolute wedding pros from the planning process to the deejaying to the sound and even lighting.
They also learned three new songs for us, and they all sounded phenomenal. Really a no-brainer to hire these guys. -

Weekend Comeback was the perfect choice for our wedding! Nic was super easy to work with in preparation for the wedding day and helped give us guidance and advice in figuring out what we wanted. They have a great inventory of music. On the wedding day, the band was awesome. They performed so well, sometimes I even forgot they were a live band and I mean that in the best way possible! They really provided a great ambience and were not too "showy" like other live bands might be. We couldn't recommend Weekend Comeback enough! -

This band was awesome to work with. They were very involved in our wedding day's planning. We didn't have to worry about any detail come the day of the wedding. We were in between booking a band versus a DJ, but after meeting with Nic we were sure they were the way to go! They made our wedding night a party, and it was so much fun! You need this band!!!
I don’t even know where to begin with this band....INCREDIBLE!! Our wedding had to move to our cottage due to covid-19 and Nic and the band could not have been more amazing and accommodating! From changing lyrics in our first dance song for us, playing through a thunderstorm in a tent with no sides....oops....helping me structure the schedule of the day without hesitation, even making last minute changes on the day because of the rain , gave me expert wedding advise when it was much needed. Oh and not to forget, they are a group of incredible talented Musicians that sounded out of this world!. If you have any hesitation....don’t.... they’ll kill it and make your day just that more special! Thank you guys! We love you! -

As the bride, I dealt with the manager for Weekend Comeback (Nicholas) and he was absolutely fantastic, from beginning to end. Very professional, prompt and accommodating to any request. Nicholas was highly organized and made sure every detail regarding the reception was accounted for. I would highly recommend Weekend Comeback to anyone for an event.
