Julie made our wedding experience in French Polynesia incredible. She was beyond amazing and resourceful in organizing all of the details for our elopement and connecting us with fantastic vendors (hair stylist and makeup artist, florist, photographer). We just kept talking about how amazing she is! The day itself was beautiful and she designed a personalized and sweet ceremony for us. 10/10 would recommend. Julie planned us the wedding of our dreams! She was so professional and uniquely magical. She crafted us a one of a kind ceremony from a simple questionnaire sent to my husband and I. She actively listens and took every detail into account. She helped us curate a one of kind experience. These nuptials deeply bonded us and is something I hope every couple can experience. Julie also donates a portion of her fees to the coral reefs or stray animals on the island which speaks to her heart and kind nature. From the first email contact to the wedding dinner, everything was perfect.
Julie took care of the entire organization for us, suggested various options by email and put together a timeline for our day based on our wishes.
Everything went perfectly on site. All the service providers (make-up & hair, flowers, photographer) were very professional. Julie was with us the whole time and gave a wonderful speech at our ceremony. Her warm nature, professionalism and joy in her work really made our wedding an extraordinary experience!

Not that I’ve gotten married multiple times, but Julie was the most outstanding person to work with on our destination wedding. We had 9 others with us to celebrate this day and Julie made the organization so simple and easy. She was extremely friendly, communicative, and genuine in our interactions. She really listened to what we wanted, gave us options and prices straight forward while still letting us decide where we wanted to take our budget. Everything was stunning and lovely. We actually canceled our ceremony in the states after this one in Tahiti because it was so magical we didn’t want anything else. Would recommend Julie to everyone, a destination wedding to all. We had the pleasure of working with Julie for our elopement. She is the absolute BEST. Not only is she such a sweet person, but she was so responsive and helpful with us every step of the way. Some might think “well she was just doing her job” but no, Julie went above and beyond. She had amazing attention to detail and put so much effort into giving us the most perfect ceremony/experience ever. We couldn’t be more happy with how things turned out. The best part was spending the day with Julie (getting ready and doing a legal ceremony); by the time we said our vows in our private ceremony it felt comforting having her there! Elle a été de très bons conseils en étant à l'écoute et en nous mettant en relation avec des prestataires de qualité (fleuriste, décoratrice, chefs, lieu). The organisation by Nelly and Julie was second to none. The whole process from the very beginning was super easy. I was never overwhelmed with decision making. It was so well planned and nothing was left out. The day was made so special by Julie and everything went smoothly. Our reception was so romantic, personal and full of love. I couldn't have imagined it any better. Julie took all the stress away and made for the most special of memories. Julie and Nelly made our wedding day beautiful and special!
My husband Tim and I used wedOtahiti to plan our destination micro wedding in Mo’orea. We are based in New Zealand and we had never been to French Polynesia, so their help was so important for us. Nelly made the initial organisation process simple, including helping us with the paperwork for our legal ceremony. Julie was our celebrant and she was so great helping us on the day. She has a very calm and happy presence. She took care of the timings and everything on the day so we didn’t have to worry about anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a destination wedding or elopement in French Polynesia - they are experts and know the best vendors and information you just won’t otherwise have. We had a wonderful experience and can’t thank them enough.

Unforgettable Wedding Experience
We opted for a legal marriage in Moorea and Nelly’s service was absolutely seamless! She walked us through the legal paperwork with ease.
Once we arrived in Moorea, the entire wedding day was personalized and stress-free. From the amazing vendors (hair/makeup + photographer), to gorgeous local bouquet/boutonnière flowers, to her kind assistant Yumi who performed our ceremony - you will not regret letting Nelly take the reins to make your wedding day perfect! She even arranged a traditional Tahitian boat to transfer us to our wedding site, which was an unexpected and unique experience we didn’t even ask for!

We Do Tahiti
Nelly and Yumi were amazing!! Nelly coordinated everything for our entire wedding day (and even recommended a travel planner as well). Trusting someone to plan your wedding in another country seems scary at first, but Nelly made everything so smooth and easy, helping to relieve stress on us. Spending money on a wedding planned was the best decision ever! Nelly had great communication and made vendor coordination so much easier. We had to change our wedding ceremony time last minute, and Nelly was able to communicate that with us and our vendors to make sure everything still worked out! Yumi was our wedding officiant on our big day and she is just the sweetest. She helped with our flowers, and other small details, and was able to translate with our hair and makeup vendors (who were also amazing). A complete joy - so thankful!
We consider ourselves very fortunate to have been referred to Nelly and the WeDoTahiti team. Occupational pressures left no time for planning, so we engaged WeDoTahiti to plan our wedding and ceremony. Planning via email may seem scary and impersonal, but the result was anything but. Nelly asked specific questions along the way which gave her insight into our wants and needs. She also provided a questionnaire for each of us to complete about our relationship, how we met, our preferences, etc. The questionnaire was thorough enough to capture the essence of our relationship without being burdensome. TIP – don’t read each other’s answers before the ceremony. Seriously, don’t do it. The day of our wedding, the team of Yumi, Audrey, and Maryline arrived promptly, and worked professionally and with such kindness to ready us for our ceremony. We had a driver pick us up, an outrigger canoe to take us to the island, and we never once had to wonder “what do we do now?”. Our ceremony was so very personal, we were moved to tears throughout. We are so thankful to Nelly for coordinating our elopement! The day could not have gone more smoothly (all vendors, taxis, etc were on time and extremely professional). It was a bit odd/unsettling/nerve-racking to plan a wedding all the way from California, but Nelly was very communicative via email and reassuring throughout the entire process. She has excellent local contacts and deep connections with the people she works with.
The ceremony Nelly wrote was so special - we loved every moment of it. We were both very emotional listening to the words she wrote that incorporated all of the important parts of our relationship.
Yumi, her day-of coordinator and officiant, also did an excellent job and was very professional and helpful from start to finish. The florist (Delphine Grassone) did a beautiful job with the flowers and arch, and they turned out better than our inspiration pictures. And the ukulele duo (Hauata) was very talented and made the ceremony on the private islet magical.
Both the makeup and hair stylist were fantastic! Audrey (The Showroom by Audrey Bodilis) & Maryse went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out perfect. We really appreciated all of their help and attention to detail (and how lovely and nice they are too!). And the private lunch that Nelly arranged for us with Chef Marc Lintanf (ML L’expérience Culinaire) was by far the best meal we had on our trip! Both the food and service were exceptional.
Lastly, we had so much fun with Helene (Helene Havard Photography) & Sam (Flying World Pictures)! They are a spectacular duo and the pictures and videos turned out better than we ever could have imagined! We will never ever forget our special day thanks to everything they captured.

Stress free and top notch experience!
We have so many amazing things to say about Nelly and her team! We eloped on Moorea and from the initial email to the ceremony we knew Nelly had every detail covered (which is tough when one is planning from a distance). She frequently checked in with us regarding our ceremony details, which were so personalized and special. My flowers, hair and makeup were EXACTLY what I had imagined. However, the highlight our our elopement was interacting with the team she has created. From our officiant Yumi, to the lovely ladies doing my hair/makeup, Helene our photographer, to the owners of the Motu we held the ceremony on, everyone was so professional and friendly. We felt right at home and had 0 stress. Thank you so much, our elopement was amazing! We would highly recommend Nelly and her team and will be back to renew our vows soon :)

Brando Wedding
Nous voulions tout d'abord remercier Nelly qui a fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme dans l'organisation de notre cérémonie de mariage au Brando. Sa bonne connaissance de la Polynésie et ces conseils précieux nous ont guidé lors de la préparation de notre mariage.
Très réactive lors de nos sollicitations, Nelly est une personne organisée, maîtrisant la gestion du timing ainsi que les petits imprévus d'avant cérémonie avec beaucoup de délicatesse ce qui a été très rassurant pour nous.
La lecture de notre cérémonie de mariage a été très émouvante et parfaitement rédigée par Nelly qui a su trouver les mots justes pour décrire notre rencontre et ce que nous ressentons l'un pour l'autre.
Nous voulons également remercier les prestataires proposés par Nelly qui ont été au petit soin et très professionnelles (Coiffeuse-maquilleuse, photographe, musicien).
Ce jour restera un moment inoubliable et Nelly mérite toute notre gratitude pour avoir réalisé notre rêve.
