This was an incredible team! We all know life doesn't stop just because you're planning a wedding, but they were with us every step of the way. The thought of planning actually gave me horrible anxiety, and this team completely took it all away. From the planning meetings to the rehearsal, they truly know what they're doing—my family and I were so impressed. On top of that, the venue itself was absolutely stunning. ! A huge thank you to Melissa, Kelli, Tiffany, Emily, Ingrid, and Briana and DJ Brian —and to the bartenders, who were so incredibly nice and attentive

I truly could not fathom planning a wedding from scratch, as there are 1 million moving parts nowadays. My fiancé and I visited 3 Wedgewood venues when we first got engaged, but Boulder Ridge immediately won our hearts with its natural beauty. The wedding pavilion is nestled amidst the rolling hills of Almaden valley with expansive views of San Jose. Not only that, they had our ideal wedding date available and offered reasonable package pricing quotes during our visit. We said yes to Boulder Ridge and we have absolutely no regrets! The sales team Tiffany, Melissa, and Ingrid made the process go smoothly & were transparent about everything included in the various packages, despite how intimidating everything was. Our day-of-coordinator Kelli was truly our lifesaver! From the planning meetings, to the rehearsal, and impressively tetris-ing unbelievable amounts of decor onto 1 cart, she did it all. More importantly, she truly protected my peace on my wedding day by being there and supporting my husband & I through every step of the ceremony. You are the BEST Kelli!!! Our banquet captain Emily ensured that our large guest count of 179 was properly fed and taken care of, which was no easy feat. Our chef Alejandro and sous chef Javier delivered delicious perfection for our buffet dinner. The pilaf is to die for! Our fantastic servers Liam, Nate, Gisselle, Olivia, Aliza, and Lucas kept the tables clear and made sure everyone got enough cake (there was a lot of cake). Big shout out to our dishwashers, Shawn-ti and Alessandro, for holding down the fort and making sure there were enough dishes & silverware to go around! Last but certainly not least, huge thank you to our bartenders Diego and Krystal for keeping the libations and good vibes going for our guests! We definitely had a HEAVY flow of guests at the bar all night. Thank you Krystal for hooking us up with our celebratory wedding shots! The entire day was such a blur of activity, but thank you ALL for making the moments memorable. I would highly recommend Wedgewood Weddings for my friends. Between work & life, planning a wedding felt like a full time job. Wedgewood & their vendors held our hands through the entire process and made sure that everything went well in the end. The day was beautiful. Thank you so much! 

March 30, 2025 we toured the venue with Melissa. It was very easy to fall in love with the venue from first glance. The arbor was covered in the most gorgeous spring florals and the view from the top of the hill took my breath away. Melissa’s warmth and ability to connect with us made it even more promising. We had been to one wedding there before and had so much fun. I asked my friend the bride if she recommended having a wedding there and if she would do it again. She didn’t hesitate to say yes, she had 0 complaints about the experience. After Daniel and I went through the planning and executing of our wedding, I can 100% agree with that statement. The planning was so fun, every meeting I felt like I was chatting with my friends and getting input and helpful feedback and tips. There was little to no stress with the team of planners and vendors. This team showed so much heart and care into our big day and I will never forget their kindness and genuine connection. Kelli Green was such a pro when it came to locking in our choices and has such an eye for beautiful details. We completely trusted her. Tiffany was a pro when it came to logistics and running the schedule smoothly, setting up every sign and the welcome table and our settings in a way that fit our vision to a T. I never felt any stress on the day of our wedding and Daniel feels the same. The food was immaculately cooked. Chef Alejandro and Sous Chef Chanti did their big one. We got so many compliments on the food service and the portion size. Nobody left hungry. Emily M, our food service captain is an angel on earth. She kept the drinks coming, got us food and packed up leftover food and cake. I never had to go to the bar to ask for a drink not once the entire night thanks to Emily. The bartenders Diego and Damien did a wonderful job and made our espresso martini signature drinks so yummy. Everyone was complimenting them. Our Dj Brian had every single detail perfect and kept the dance floor packed the entire night. Our API photographer Brandon was a dream to work with, so kind and was great coaching us with our poses. Central coast did an amazing job with our first dance sparklers and dancing on the cloud, it truly felt that way. Our flowers were exactly our vision. Overall, I would recommend Wedgewood Boulder Ridge to anyone that wants a seamless dream wedding with low stress, good people to work with and the most stunning views. Many family and friends have said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. It was the best day of our life and an amazing way to start our married life together. We had an amazing experience from start to finish! From the first time we sat down with Melissa and viewed the beautiful Venue to the day of. It was such a beautiful experience! The day of coordinator Kelli was so on top of it I didn’t have to worry about a single thing and our banquet coordinator Nicole was so on top of it too! It was so organized and more than I ever expected or could imagine! The views are insane too! Highly highly recommend this venue a whole experience with the wonderful staff.

We loved having our wedding at Boulder Ridge Golf Club! The planning team was so attentive. The company is adept at planning weddings and has everything down smoothly. Everything is organized. The food is decent. The views are amazing. All of our guests had an amazing time

We had our wedding March 13th and we wouldn’t change anything. Wedgewood made wedding planning SO easy. They asked all the right questions and were so flexible with what we wanted! Unlike the 10 other places that charged us an arm and a leg for just the venue, Wedgewood provided almost everything at (in our opinion) reasonable prices. Not to mention the staff! Kelli was a such a vibe… it felt like I was planning my wedding with a friend who understood exactly what I felt and did everything to make my wishes come true (and she did). Nicole was our banquet captain the day of and was phenomenal. Such a kind soul and great attitude… we didn’t worry about a thing during the party. The bar staff was amazing, too! Such good people. All our guests had such a good time. Our wedding went better than what we could have imagined… we would not change one thing!

Words aren't enough to describe the amazing experience and day that we had for our wedding. My wife and I looked for the perfect venue that would be in San Jose, the city we love but provide the perfect dreamy setting we've dreamed about and this was perfect. This venue was perfect to have all of our friends and family together in one place.
But what really made what many would normally describe as a stressful experience anything but, was the team at Wedgewood. Shout out to the planning team behind the scenes Melissa, Kelli and Tiffany for making it so no stone was left unturned the day of. Alejandro and Tori, the chefs who's food ALL of our friends and family couldnt stop complimenting. The food logistics teams Kennia, Emily A, Giselle, Tom and Lucas who kept everyone fed and food moving throughout the entirety of the event. Krystal & Diego, the bartenders who went above and beyond and even partied alongside my party animal friends and family!
And as an even more special shoutout to three people who legitimately made the day feel like a dream i couldn't wake up from. Nicole, thank you so much for being attentive to every single need for drinks and food for my wife and I. We love living in the moment and spending as much time as possible with friends and family so we didn't spend time focusing on getting food or drinks for ourselves but you kept us energized and hydrated throughout the night, couldn't ask for a more attentive banquet captain.
DJ 'Miggy' Miguel, the way you took us from a dreamy ghibli inspired wedding setting to a pure bay area hyphy experience into the night was absolutely legendary and was EXACTLY as I'd hoped for the day. You are legendary amongst my family and friends now and I hope you the best in your future.
And finally Emily, you amazing soul. The way that you are now a household name amongst everyone who was present at our wedding is a testament to how easy you meshed with all of our friends and family. The way you took care of us all the way through the day really made this whole experience seamless and unforgetable. You are exceptional at what you do and your idea of perfection makes art in the Lourve look flawed. You took the day we wanted and made it even more incredible than what we could've ever achieved. When we think of Wedgewood, we will think of you. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING!

We had our wedding at Boulder Ridge and the team was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process! All the guests had a blast and the team made sure all the little details were taken care of. We had an amazing wedding and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with amazing view!

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with the staff at Boulder ridge. From the beginning of the planning process they were on top of everything. Since my husband and I are not local to San Jose, we were really stressed about wedding planning, but the Boulder Ridge team helped us through the processes seamlessly. Their wedding planning program is a well-oiled machine, and I highly recommend it for couples like us who need more support in the planning process! (all of their vendors are already so wonderful!)

The day of could not have been more perfect. I want to specifically call out our coordinator Kelli and banquet captain Emily. They were absolutely amazing on the wedding day. Throughout the night, they always made sure we were taken care of, often popping by with drinks/food/desserts to make sure we didn’t miss out on eating and hydrating. Even our guests were impressed with their service, many remarked on how happy they were to see us eating so much (which sadly doesn’t seem to happen for couples on their wedding day!)

Shout out also to Melissa who helped us throughout the planning process. She was super attentive to our needs early on and responded so quickly to all our inquiries!

After our wedding day on July 6th, 2025, we could not be happier and absolutely grateful that we went with Boulder Ridge for our wedding. We were initially skeptical about booking our big day with Wedgewood Weddings as we were taken aback with the pricing for 100 guest. After looking at different independent venues and contractors, we decided to book through Wedgewood Weddings due to all the options that were already included in our package versus having to do all the outreach and booking ourselves. The binder included was very helpful as it provided guidance on picking out our food, invitations, cake, etc. Our coordinator Melissa was very responsive and helpful with all the back and forth emails I had regarding upgrades, pricing and decor questions.

During our wedding, we had 2 coordinators available that made the day go absolutely smoothly. We had set up a point of contact should any concern arise and was pleasantly surprised that she was also not used as they handled everything! I had pre-purchased a lot of my own decor (personal choice) and was so happy with how everything was placed and looked exactly how I had envisioned. I wanted to specifically thank Melissa and Emily as they were not only helpful, but professional and a dream to work with. We had plenty of compliments from family members and friends that they found the overall experience to be extremely well done. Me and my husband will be forever grateful for such an amazing and memorable special day thanks to Wedgewood Weddings!

I loved working with the Boulder Ridge team for my wedding! From the start Alyssa and Karyn were super responsive to all of the questions that I had. Leading up to the wedding, Melissa did an amazing job helping us iron out all of the final details. The day of the wedding, Melissa, Tiffany and Emily took really good care of us. They were super attentive and on top of everything. I dropped off a bunch of decor for them to setup, so I was super grateful that they were able to take care of those things for me. The food was very good, and our guests complimented the bar staff as well. We loved the wedding cake (we used I Do Wedding Cakes through them), and our DJ (Ryan from La Place Productions). I'm glad we booked an all inclusive venue since they took care of so much. I did have an outside vendor for some of our rentals and they took care of managing the drop off/pick for that, so it was super helpful. Once again, I want to shout out our Banquet Captain, Emily. She was so kind, and on top of things. Ending our night with her was perfect.

Boulder Ridge by Wedgewood Wedding was the venue of our dreams! We spent so much time looking for venues and doing research but nothing stuck with us. The moment we set foot at the location, my husband and I looked at each other and were like "yup, this is the one". We had an outdoor wedding and the view is breathtaking. They also have an indoor option, and you can still use the outdoor space. It's set on top of a golf course, overlooking the hills of San Jose.

All the staff at Boulder Ridge were so easy to work with. We had a budget that they helped us meet while still having the wedding of our dreams. The best part is that it is an all inclusive venue. They take care of decorations, food, photo booth, DJ, and provide a day of coordinator. All we had to do is show up. Took a weight off of our shoulders.

I especially have to give a shoutout to Heather and Melody, who were so amazing and friendly and made our life so much easier. They made sure that everything went smoothly the day of our wedding. And it went off without a glitch. We all had a blast and I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend booking this venue for your occasion.

Grateful for a beautiful wedding day thanks to Heather and all the Boulder Ridge staff. Super responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Heather went above and beyond the day of our wedding and always made sure we were ok with everything. Sierra was also great to work with and helped us choose a package best suited for us. We were looking for venues in the San Jose area for our wedding back in March 2020 and found Wedgewood Weddings Boulder Ridge which had stellar reviews. WW more than lived up to the reviews! We were super happy with WW and all the vendors we were introduced to through them. WW was also super accommodating with us as we had to postpone our wedding twice due to the pandemic. All our guests had a great time at the event and the location was incredible. We highly recommend WW!

Where to begin... aside from the venue being absolutely gorgeous, the Boulder Ridge wedding team is why I'm actually giving this 5 star review. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was extremely stressful but these ladies made it easy.

A few things that stood out:

- they were very flexible and understanding when we asked to move our wedding date (due to covid restrictions). i've heard some venues were not flexible at all. they reached out to all of our vendors to make the date change. we didn't have to do anything. another reason why wedgewood weddings are the way to go!

- they're very responsive. it was my 1st time planning a wedding so i asked a million questions and they responded promptly and never made me feel like i was asking a stupid question. :)

- Heather and Priscilla are super organized and always sent my fiancé and me reminders for our meetings (zoom and in person), made sure we weren't missing any deadlines, and kept us on track throughout the entire process. They pay attention to DETAIL.

I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Our wedding was perfect. Thanks Heather & Priscilla for everything you did. I would recommend this venue to all my friends 100%.

Our experience with Boulder Ridge was amazing, it could not have turned out more perfectly! The staff was professional, friendly, flexible, responsive, and they made sure my fiance (at the time) and I were relaxed and worry-free. They were great about keeping in touch and providing us with all of the information we needed, connecting us to their vendors, and answering all of our questions. The Boulder Ridge wedding staff was extremely flexible and allowed us to incorporate things that were personal to us (i.e. bring our own traditional foods), which was a huge plus. They took care of the decorations and made sure everything was beautiful. On the day of our wedding, we were able to have fun and enjoy worry-free, as they took care of everything. Although in the beginning there was some confusion on their part regarding our guest numbers and what services we wanted (I assume they confused us with other couples since they work with so many), they were responsive and worked with us to clear the misunderstanding right away; once that was settled, everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend Boulder Ridge wedding venue, as it is breathtakingly beautiful, and the staff are amazingly helpful.

We truly enjoyed our experience working with Wedgewood and all the staff, especially our day of coordinator Sierra! She was amazing! This is a great one stop shop venue, they truly take care of everything and the views/scenery of the ceremony site is breathtaking! All of our guests raved about the venue and the food too! We also appreciated the venue working with us throughout covid and all the changes it brought.

Don’t waste anytime looking elsewhere. This is the place to have your wedding. FYI, long post, but read on because this venue deserves it! Included daytime and nighttime photos.

I had my wedding a few months ago and thinking about this venue, and more importantly the staff, still brings huge smiles to my face.

2020 has been hard for weddings - of course - but the venue was with us every step of the way. We booked this venue Nov 2019 for our wedding in Sep 2020. In spring during the height of COVID-19 shelter in place, we were contemplating canceling our wedding altogether. Our deposit was due May 2020 and we needed to make a decision. The venue was super accommodating and said we didn’t need to make a decision (or pay our deposit) until after the shelter in place was lifted.

In late Julyish, we had a call with Wedgewood prepared to cancel because we decided to have a small, intimate, wedding (immediate family and bridal party only - 14ish guests). We didn’t want to pay the minimums required by Wedgewood with this small party. On the call, Wedgewood said they were happy to waive the minimums if we wanted to keep our original date/venue. I was nearly in tears with joy - of course I said yes! With all the horror stories I’ve heard of venues not working with their brides/grooms, I was stunned with the graciousness Wedgewood extended.

It didn’t stop there!

After settling on many details, including socially distanced tables, etc. we were good to go. We used their “Blissful Benefits” to discover local vendors they had relationships with - & we found a lovely, affordable harpist! We would’ve never thought of that!

Our Wedgewood wedding captain/coordinators/superstars Sierra and Lauren were with us every step of the way. Even standing up for us in email communication. Look, no bride wants to be lectured. And that’s what happened. One of my vendors (my alpaca farmer - I wanted 2 alpacas at the wedding!) lectured me over email about having a wedding during COVID. I get her perspective & a simple decline would’ve been fine. However, that wasn’t the case - instead, some strongly worded emails came through from her. Lauren, Sierra, and their manager(?), jumped in on the email trail to defend my now husband and I to my great relief. Like what??? I was so impressed and was able to breathe. Needless to say, unfortunately, we had to cancel our alpacas.

The Wedgewood team continued to be right by our side. During our wedding rehearsal, someone from the country club interrupted us stating they needed to mow the lawn and refused to leave. Sierra and Lauren held their ground and firmly spoke to the guy to tell him he needed to come back to mow the lawn. (He was NOT pleasant and didn’t want to leave.) but they were able to get him out so we could finish our rehearsal!

& one more thing. We decided to add a zoom component to our wedding & hired a separate remote vendor to administer - basically, we used 4 iPhones on tripods which this vendor switched views (felt like a tv production almost). This added another layer of complication- Sierra and Lauren handled it with ease. They worked with our vendor to coordinate the camera angles, even helped turn our iPhone to get the right shot, and troubleshoot technical issues (which absolutely happened during the day of event - to no ones fault - it’s just 2020 you know).

On the day of the wedding, I realized that their was a miscommunication with me and our florist. WHERE WERE MY ROSE PETALS DOWN THE AISLE??? They were nowhere in sight. Sierra immediately remedied the situation ASAP, got her team to Safeway, bought up all the roses, peeled them and got them on the aisle just like I wanted.

I could go on and on. From the views (I mean come on, their AMAZING), to the appetizers and food (usually wedding food is average, but theirs was actually pretty tasty!!), to the awesome bartenders. Sierra and Lauren always kept a smile on my face. They are awesome and I was a lot. My “small, intimate, wedding” grew into a small intimate wedding/tv production. With every request, question and unexpected turn, Sierra and Lauren responded with friendliness, support, and most importantly, a warm and kind smile. Our wedding experience wouldn’t have been the same without them.

Also, remember the alpacas that were cancelled? Sierra and Lauren knew how much the alpacas meant to me so they saved some alpaca balloons from an event that happened right before mine and put them in my bridal suite as a surprise. It’s those small warm loving care in the details that makes this place the best. I intend on coming back for something - anniversary party, baby something who knows. But we’re coming back. & I hope you will support them, too.

From the husband: he’s glad we got it done. Very happy that we had the Wedgewood team we got to make it all happen. Would recommend to any of his friends that would get married! And he mentioned the Wedgewood team support is unparalleled.

We are so thankful for the most amazing wedding. Even in the middle of a pandemic, our coordinators made us feel so supported and taken care of. Due to COVID, we decided to change venues with just 3 months left before our wedding. Zoe from Wedgewood Redwood Canyon was there with us from our first tour, and we were lucky enough to keep her for our wedding day once we changed venues. Lauren from Boulder Ridge helped take over with planning when we changed locations. Both coordinators were our rocks throughout the process and were there for us up until the very last, nerve-wrecking moments. I can't speak highly enough of them!

I’d definitely recommend Wedgewood because of their easy wedding planning process. They have a list of recommended vendors they include in your package, but it’s also SO easy to take any out and go with your own vendors. They don’t charge you random fees like many other venues and their pricing is reasonable! Plus, you have a coordinator with you through the entire process. They helped me along the way with details I would have never thought of.

I’d also like to talk about Boulder Ridge as a location. It was absolutely beautiful and I’m so happy to have had our wedding here. Our guests were in awe of the views and the sunset! The pictures you’ll get with the backdrops are stunning!

From the very start, this team of sales reps were AMAZING to work with. We had a consultation in person (pre COVID) with the team, and still continued to shop around, as we didn't want to say "Yes" to the first venue we looked at. After a month of looking at other venues, we knew Boulder Ridge by Wedgewood was it for us, they just had the best deal and a GORGEOUS view you could not beat for the price. I called them back right away, crossing my fingers they still had our date available, only to find out, they saved the date for us without a deposit- who does that?! That was just the first time the team showed how much they truly care about making the wedding planning experience both easy and enjoyable.

The second time they wow'ed us, was when COVID hit. We heard other Wedgewood locations were postponing weddings, which we absolutely did not want to do because our wedding date was so significant (10.10.2020). But, the general manager, Angela, worked with us and rest assured we would be able to have a beautiful wedding on our special date. She proposed a split wedding, ceremony on our date and reception postponed to the following year (which were on board with, as we really wanted to keep our friends and family safe and did not want any in person gatherings). Angela was so professional in working out our package deal, we didn't lose or have to spend any extra money, it all worked out and we kept the same price package.

The Sales Team is outstanding!!! Lauren and Sierra both were extremely helpful all the days leading up to the wedding and especially on our big day. Lauren was very intuitive about my vision and easily coordinated with the accompanying vendors to stay on schedule during our wedding. Sierra was hands on, helping with the few in person guests we had, arranging and re-arranging decor, and also helped wrangle our 2.5 year old, while the B&G took photos. I have to say, the Sales Team/Wedding Coordinators are 100% there for you and it felt so genuine.

Although we had a very small COVID wedding, and didnt utilize their DJ, Bar, or Food Service, there isn't a doubt in my mind that those services too, will be outstanding to work with next year and I look forward to returning for our in person wedding reception.

We had our ceremony and reception on 09/01/2019 here and had a blast! From the consultation to the big day, Lauren and Heather were nothing short of accommodating and amazing. A wedding planner/binder was provided once we made our deposit and it provided step-by-step instructions on what was needed and by when. The scheduled meetings and calls also reassured us that this team would take care of us and our guests. Honestly, weddings are hard, especially with 200 guests, but Lauren and Heather have been in the industry long enough that they are ready for anything!

Boulder Ridge is setup on top of a gorgeous hill overlooking the Almaden Valley. Majority of our guests congregated outside, even at night, just to take in the views. Valet is provided with a fee per person. Both our ceremony and reception areas were setup beautifully and exactly as we had requested. We did not go with the in-house catering, but the team was able to coordinate with all vendors to ensure an effortless night.

Shout out to Lauren for coordinating the wedding before and on the day of. Oh ! and thanks for reminding us to stay on schedule. We had a difficult crowd, but you held it together! Forever thankful to the Wedgewood Team!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I don't know what I'd do without Lauren and her team at Boulder Ridge. The service I received from Lauren was second to none. She listened to all my needs and wants, executed everything perfectly, and always put our happiness first. She went completely above and beyond for us - I couldn't have asked for a better venue coordinator. She is amazing! Super sweet, extremely thoughtful and caring, very organized and just an overall pleasure to be around. Love her personality! Trying to plan a wedding is immensely overwhelming - but with Lauren by my side guiding me the entire way through, it was manageable! All my questions were answered timely and efficiently, she kept my days organized and assisted with all my priorities - and she definitely handled all the vendors impeccably! Everything went by sooooo smoothly at my wedding. No hiccups at all. Every detail was covered thanks to Lauren and the team!

This was the first venue my sister, her fiancée, bridesmaid and I visited and right off the bat we knew it was the one. The venue was beautiful with an incredible view and lovely staff to top it off. The bride and groom to be were planning the wedding from Chicago with 2-3 visits until the special day. Lauren and Heather were transparent, communicative and extremely helpful every step of the way. The wedding day was everything we hoped for and more. I’m beyond thrilled to celebrate this amazing moment at Boulder Ridge.

If you are looking for a beautiful, organized, stress free wedding, Wedgewood is the way to go! I had my wedding 10 days ago and I cannot get over how amazing everything turned out.

When I was looking for wedding venues about a year ago, Boulder Ridge caught my eye with the beautiful location on top of Almaden Valley overlooking San Jose. I was born in raised in San Jose so this was a perfect location. My husband and I drove to Boulder Ridge just to check it out and as we were heading up the hill, all of the greenery, boulders, and even deers caught our attention and we immediately fell in love. We made an appointment for more information a week later.

Our Proposal appointment was with Lauren. She was very nice and helpful. She gave us a tour of where the ceremony and reception were held which was even more perfect then I imagined. She helped plan out our proposal and was thorough in explaining the packages and how we can remove or add items. She explained that they provide catering, bar service and also have vendors that they work with so you don’t have to look for any other vendors. We left the appointment knowing that Wedgewood Boulder Ridge would be THE VENUE to have our wedding. We accepted the proposal a few days later and Lauren also helped us finalize our contract.

We had our 4 months out meeting with Tori. She was very friendly and also very helpful and went over our timeline with us including all the details of what we wanted. Our 4 weeks out phone appointment was with Lauren and just like before, she was very helpful and confirmed everything on our timeline. Even after our phone call, I kept calling her because I kept forgetting things to add or ask, she was very nice and understanding.

Our final appointment was with Heather, she was also our coordinator for our rehearsal and wedding day. Heather was fantastic through it all! I was so pleased with how everything was set up the day of the wedding. I had tried to make all of my decorations organized when I turned them into her and even had a list of what and where to place things and Heather did an amazing job! She was very attentive to us and our bridal party and was always checking in on us and always asked if we needed anything. I honestly do not know what I have done without her. She was there to tell us what was next on our agenda and was so nice and bubbly through it all. With all my nerves that was going on before the ceremony, she made me feel so calm and comfortable and made sure we were all taken care of. Heather was amazing, my wedding turned out to be so beautiful, better than I imagined and I’m so thankful for her help. I give her an A+++++++

After Heather’s shift was over, the Banquet Captain(I’m so sorry I cannot remember her name) was also very attentive and even made sure all of our decorations were packed and ready to go at the end of the night.

What made me choose this venue was they do EVERYTHING for you! You just need to pick what you want and show up on your big day! I’m not one to plan events, mainly because of the stress, but booking with Wedgewood took all of the stress away. I received so many compliments on how beautiful the location was, how good the food was, how awesome the DJ and photo booth people were, and how nice ALL OF THE STAFF were during the event.
I’m so happy that I chose Wedgewood Boulder Ridge for one of the biggest moments of my life. Thank you Heather and the Wedgewood Staff for everything!!!

Everything going really good so far!

My sister and I decided to have a double wedding, which came with all the issues of regular wedding planning times 2. The easiest thing for us to agree on was this beautiful venue. What really sold me was the coordinators Angela and Tori. The Wedgewood process is easy enough but these two ladies really took it up a notch. They made planning as easy as breathing and were supportive and encouraging throughout the entire process. The vendors that we used that were connected to the venue ( flowers, DJ, cake) were just as amazing and flexible. I was scared I’d be pressured into something that would put me over budget but they were amazing and really worked with us. The day of the wedding they were amazing !!! It was so beautiful, I’m still in awe. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful verything was and even how awesome Angela was. I would 100% do my wedding here again and my husband and I were even talking about vow renewals in like 10 years and the only place we would want to host it at is this venue. Hope this helps and that if your planning a wedding that you consider this venue. Once you meet Angela and Tori, you’ll be sold!

Look no further than Boulder Ridge Golf and Country Club. This is the best place to get married. My husband John and I found Boulder Ridge honestly by accident when we were looking for a venue on our original date 10/13. They were the ONLY place with the date available so we went to look at it but unfortunately someone else had signed their contract the day we went to go look at it which is when we decided on 10/6. We Loved it nonetheless.

Every member on their staff was incredible and so helpful (Lauren, Tori, Angela) and made us feel at easy knowing our day would be perfect and we would not have to stress about a thing. And we really didn't. We had tiny details like memory boards for family members who had passed away and they set them up on the chairs just perfect without any question.
Our dining area was decorated to perfection (simple and elegant) which is what we wanted.

Their food was just amazing. You just had to try it. The view after the wedding was just beautiful. Seriously you will not be disappointed.

Our wedding at Boulder Ridge was so much more than what we could have ever hoped for. We had originally booked BR back when it was managed by Bay Club and let's just say they were not really well-equipped to handle weddings. About four months before our big day, we got a call from Bay Club saying they had a big surprise...Surprises were not something we wanted to hear about from our wedding venue. However this was the best surprise ever: Bay Club had just partnered with Wedgewood Weddings to provide wedding services! We were then introduced to the wedding wonder women Tori and Angela.
Everything from that point forward was so smooth and easy (for a wedding) and it was definitely because of them. Not only do Tori and Angela know their sh*t about weddings, they were just a lot of fun to work with and provided much needed doses of humor when planning such a important and sometimes stressful event.
In addition to the badass wedding wonder women, Boulder Ridge is a beautiful venue with spectacular views and great food. It's been two months and family and friends are still talking about how good the food was and beautiful the location was.
Overall, I am so glad we chose Boulder Ridge as our wedding venue. It was an amazing experience that we will never forget!

First off, Stephanie is one of the most amazing, professional, courteous of people we have ever worked with. We found Boulder Ridge after searching tons of venues and even cancelling our already booked venue due to a horrible experience. We were so fortunate to have located Boulder Ridge. From the moment we drove up that long strip with a beautiful view we knew this place was it. Stephanie confirmed our date was available and took us up to the Pavillion center with one of the most breath taking views in the Silicon Valley. We knew it, this was it. We even ran into staff before we signed our contract and everyone introduced themselves and were all so very nice and courteous. The entire wedding reception planning and communication from Stephanie was exceptional. She stayed on top of every single detail with our wedding coordinator that it made it feel as if we had no worry in the world. The entire staff and service provided exceptional service and hospitality during our reception. Our day was FLAWLESS!!! We have absolutely no regrets in choosing this venue. Our wedding photos from here are absolutely stunning....the sunset, the LED tree, the green grass, the mountain views, i mean everything you can imagine for a perfect wedding can be found here. Thank you so much to Stephanie and Staff for making our special day so incredibly amazing and truly unforgettable. If i can give Boulder Ridge 10 *'s I would. Please do not think twice if you are looking to have your wedding reception here, for it will truly be memorable and everything its hyped up to be.

We are so glad that we had our wedding at Boulder Ridge and truly wouldn’t have had it any other way! The team was so friendly and helpful from the beginning — I particularly want to shout-out Melissa who was with us from start to finish and made us feel so at ease and supported with her enthusiasm and expertise, as well as Kelli who coordinated on the day.

The fact that this venue is pretty much all-inclusive with a great team of vendors that they work with was a huge reason we went with Wedgewood. We loved being able to pick from an extensive and impressive menu of food and drinks. (We received so many compliments on the food in particular; several friends said that ours was the best wedding food they’d ever had!) It was also so easy to work with our baker, florist, and DJ. They also offered plenty of options to make the decor and wedding timeline personal to us. Plus, Boulder Ridge in particular has lovely staff, a gorgeous view, and the ceremony and reception space were just what we were looking for: spacious while still being intimate for our guest count of just under 100, and fitting with our more modern yet rustic theme.

We met with the team several times leading up to our wedding and the entire process was so straightforward and helpful in keeping our wedding stress and anxiety at bay. It was probably the easiest and smoothest planning process we could have asked for!

Karyn was our day-of wedding coordinator and she was the consummate professional. The pre-planning went smoothly and we appreciated her attention to detail, all of which gave us confidence in our wedding day going as planned. The day went by perfectly and Karyn was a big part of making sure that happened.

The venue was gorgeous and everyone attending our wedding enjoyed the views. The food was just okay, but they’re accommodating if you want to bring extra outside food to supplement. I highly recommend booking this venue for your wedding.

We recently held our wedding at Boulder Ridge and the entire team there helped keep both the planning and the event itself relatively stress-free. The team was very quick to respond to any questions that we had and ensured that the whole events proceeded smoothly.

Initially, we had some concerns since Wedgewood had quite a few preferred vendors and were wondering if we would have the flexibility that we wanted as we continued with the planning process. It turned out that bringing in their preferred vendors saved us a ton of work searching for and researching vendors as we could easily reference their work through the team at Wedgewood. From the preferred vendors list, we brought in Flower Divas, iMobile DJs (DJ and Photo Booth), and I Do Wedding Cakes along with the in house catering provided by Wedgewood. All of these vendors provided top notch service and were very easy to work with… Plus they were all familiar with the venue and team at Boulder Ridge which made coordination a breeze on the big day!

Though we were able to try out some of the food at their on site wedding fair in the year, they didn’t have the entire menu available to test out so we were worried about the quality of the entrees we selected. We ultimately went with the steak and salmon as a duet plate for dinner which turned out to be absolutely fantastic and we received quite a few compliment from the guests about how tasty the dinners were!

The venue itself is quite scenic and offers a great of the hills while overlooking the golf course. The clubhouse is quite roomy and can comfortably fit quite a few guests (we had roughly 175). Do keep in mind that the sun may set right behind the arbor depending on the time of year, so plan accordingly.

Wedgewood Boulder Ridge provides a beautiful venue, quality service, and saves a lot of stress when looking for vendors. If you find the venue itself to your liking, we would definitely recommend booking it as not only is it a beautiful venue, but the team helping you here is absolutely amazing.

To sum it all up - Stephanie is the BEST! :)

She was very professional, responsive to all our questions and emails, able to coordinate and accommodate with our vendors (DJ, flowers, ceremony, family, photographers, videographer). She worked really well with our ceremony coordinator. Being the stressed out bride, being the professional and organized person she is, helped a lot!

One such example was that we were running late for our bride and groom photos. Initially we had set up an hour photo session before the ceremony, but only had 20 or so minutes to get to the location out on the golf course and take our pictures. Stephanie made sure we made the most use of our time, driving the golf cart like crazy to squeeze as much photo op time as possible. Our photos turned out great BTW.

The venue was GORGEOUS - from the time we initially saw it as a potential wedding venue to the rehearsal, to the ceremony, to the reception, up till the end of it all. It's very modern (if that's what you're looking for in a wedding venue), the outdoor bar area is magnificent, the LED flowers tree outdoors, the views of the hills and sunset have no words to describe them. Even the freshly planted flowers outside where the ceremony took place seemed to have been set up just for our special day :) Our guests loved the views so much that once it cooled down they spent most of the evening outdoors mingling.

The food was delicious (prepare to be stuffed silly during the food tasting dinner), the staff very attentive and kind. We can keep going....

Thank you so much to Stephanie and the Boulder Ridge staff for a wonderful time. It was definitely worth it all! If you're looking for a venue that needs almost no decorations on your end, this is it.

My husband and I looked at quite a few venues before we found Boulder Ridge. As soon as we got up to the Pavilion, we both knew this had to be our venue! The view is breathtaking and the venue is absolutely gorgeous! All of our guests were blown away, and the food was delicious too! Also, the staff was very professional. Although the venue is on the pricier side, it is worth every penny! I would highly recommend visiting Boulder Ridge to all for the couples looking for a beautiful place to get married!

Everything was great but I was hoping the hours for the reception could've been longer.

Friday and Sunday wedding is always cheaper than Saturdays.
Note this place gets booked quickly. Make sure to book an appointment to secure the date.
Overall this place will help you with anything you need. We hardly bought things for decorations.

Boulder Ridge is a beautiful property but all that aside, the service we received from the Event Center staff for our wedding was less than stellar. Below are a few specific details:

- Untimely responses from Event Coordinator (Erica) specifically - each email had to be followed up with at least one another email and a phone call.
- She sent us the wrong layout for the wrong wedding date for the wrong couple a few minutes after getting off the phone with her and was unapologetic about it
- Service charge was miscalculated (calculated for entire event including ceremony fee instead of just food and beverages) which was $500 more than we anticipated. I had to fight her on getting the invoice corrected. Granted their policy might have changed since our booking with the transition to Bay Club but it felt shady and even after pointing it out, they remained defensive and insisted that the previous coordinator had made a mistake when they gave an earlier estimate - again no apologies
- Wedding was at 2pm, contracted hours allowed for vendor setup at 12pm. My husband and I got there at around 12:15 and NOTHING was setup for the vendors to begin decorating or setting up - no chairs, no tables, no nothing which delayed our timeline - again, no apologies or attempt to service correct was made.

We seriously considered looking for another venue but we had put down too much money to change venues 3 months before the wedding. All of this is in complete contrast to the experience we had with the previous coordinator who we booked with. I'm not sure if this was because of the transition of ownership of if we were being treated differently because we only did our ceremony (no reception) there or if it's because we were of a certain race (hate to pull that card), but our experience contradicts the reviews that have been described here. I'd recommend couples reconsider because it will only add tremendous stress to your wedding and I'm not sure it's worth it.
