Incredible Wedding Decorator: Wedding Walls is a must hire! They made our dream come to life!

Working with Tracy and Steve was like working with family. I truly felt like they were just as excited about planning my wedding decor as I was. I was overwhelmed at first trying to communicate exactly what decor I wanted for my wedding and they brought my vision to life! All of the decor was gorgeous. It was better than I could have imagined. We planned for an outdoor wedding but they both made sure to have indoor back up plans that were just as beautiful. I wasn’t worried at all. From the plans they drew out, I knew my wedding would be beautiful indoors or outdoors. Turns out, we needed the indoor back up plans after all. I could not have been happier with how it turned out! I’m glad the rain came. The light wall around the glass house they did for us was STUNNING. Talk about a stellar backdrop for photos! I can’t say enough good things about Tracy and Steve. If you need a team to decorate for your wedding and make your dreams come true, you have to book Wedding Walls.

The Best Experience on the Best Day of My Life

I had heard of WeddingWalls from my network and was able to meet with them in the past BEFORE I was even engaged. I am a big word of mouth referral person and love to do business with people I know and trust BUT that is not as important as having my dreams become reality -- so when I started planning I researched WeddingWalls top to bottom and every single thing I heard and read was complete perfection - so I reached out and was immediately impressed with their . They were actually the first decision I made when it came to our wedding. They helped me with entertainment, toilets, rentals - and even referred me to who I used for my Wedding Planner. I completely trusted them from the beginning, made changes and let them make changes based on them knowing their business and knowing me; they were very transparent and let me know THIS will cost THIS but this is almost as good and costs THIS, so it was nice to see into the budget and stay on track - I could 100% honestly say you can leave every decision to them and know that it will be better than you imagined. Last minute our rehearsal dinner location fell through and WeddingWalls was able to deliver chairs and some decor to an off-site location which was the saving grace for what could have been catastrophic lol. I consider Tracy and Steve friends now and know I can never thank them enough for what they created that day; so if my recommendation helps just one more couple experience what I did, that is all I can hope. **I am not sure if they also do parties / events, but I can guarantee you I will call them for any future event :).

Tracy was a blessing to work with. I didn’t express to her as much as I wanted because I was a stressed bride. But she truly made my wedding venue look so beautiful! She would text me here and there to check in if I needed anything, or wanted to view any other things. She just went above and beyond. Don’t look anywhere else, book that appointment with her !

Oh my goodness. I cannot say enough amazing things about Tracy, her husband, and their entire crew. They made my day so perfect and so beautiful. It was absolutely stunning and they are so fun and easy to work with. We also had a huge mishap on wedding day that was based on some miscommunication between me (the bride) and our reception venue. Basically we needed an emergency dance floor delivered ASAP and Tracy made it happen. Anyone else could’ve come to me and told the bride to deal with it and she completely took care of it and all I had to do was pay her later, no stress on my plate at all. Truly an amazing company and so so happy I got to know them and work with them. They are like family now and I love them ❤️ Thinking about planning an anniversary party just so I can work with them again! 😂

Beautiful!

I am a wedding planner from out of town and was recommended to WeddingWalls for a destination wedding I did in Florida. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome! Wedding Walls created a fairytale dream room

Wedding Walls transformed our ballroom into a fairytale! Not only one but both of our daughter's weddings used Wedding Walls. My guests commented "is this the same room your other daughter's wedding was in"? The luxurious crushed velvet draping is like no other and the designs are endless. If you are able to that extra touch into your budget, you won't be disappointed. I give them my highest recommendations!

helped turn covid wedding into something amazing!

Tracey and her team were a dream to work with! We had planned on using them originally before covid hit for our 250 person wedding! they ended up being extremely flexible and willing to work with us to change our wedding to a 50 person microwedding! I would 10/10 recommend to a friend and would use them for any other event that i may have! You will not regret hiring wedding walls to help you with any aspect of decorating and planning your big day!

Amazing Service!!

We can't say enough about Tracy, Steve and their team at Wedding Walls. They really made our wedding day such an amazing experience, particularly following the unfortunate Hurricane Sally, just earlier in the week. Preparation with Tracy was very easy and she was really helpful, very open to hearing our vision, and then making helpful suggestions along the way. When our original reception venue was no longer available due to Hurricane Sally, Tracy was so there to make sure our new place would be fabulous. We were able to do revised planning in less than 48 hours before the wedding. On top of that, on the day of the wedding, during setup, she and her team were so helpful in making sure we just focused on enjoying the moment rather than getting into decoration details. And it was well worth it! When we walked into the reception area, we were so happy with all the decorations and lights!! Thank you again Tracy and Steve!

Beautiful Draping, Excellent Service, Professional & Great Advice

Tracy at Weddingwalls was so wonderful to work with. She met with us on several occasions to review different options for our venue. When our original venue got canceled due to Covid, she went above and beyond to help us out with our new venue. Tracy was so helpful with her advice on where to put our money as far as decorating our venue within our budget. Very personable. Extremely professional. As a mother of the bride who worked with her the most, I highly recommend Tracy (and her husband Steve) with Weddingwalls for your wedding decor and venue needs!

In a perfect world you could do a Google search for “Superior Customer Service” and a single result would appear: Tracy Lastinger @ Wedding Walls. Not only is she a master at decorating a tent, wedding or reception, Tracy is simply a very nice person and vendor to work with. Make no mistake, the Wedding Walls end product is perfect, but an added bonus is you get to work with Tracy. We made a tent change about 6 weeks before the wedding and I was hesitant to update her. Tracy told me it was all part of the process, she called it a “redesign” and took care of everything. Tracy always confirmed changes with her online system, and it was a seamless process.
Tracy was on site @ 7 a.m. the morning of the wedding working with my planner and the caterer about the best placement for tables, lounge furniture and food stations, all while making that tent look like something out of a wedding/bridal magazine.
I cannot sing the praises of Wedding Wells and its owners enough. Just make an appointment to meet Tracy and see what they have to offer. You will be amazed at their many services and décor inventory, but even more amazed when they finish decorating for your event!

Wedding walls was fantastic to work with! My wedding was Easter weekend at the Hilton on Pensacola Beach. Wedding walls placed beautiful ceiling draping with lights and a chandelier in the middle over the dance floor. It really was the centerpiece of our reception... absolutely beautiful! Tracy & Steve are mega talented. Their imagination and design combined together will blow you away. I've worked with them through the years and I knew I wanted their hands on my wedding. They can turn your entire room into a wedding wonderland and that is exactly was they did for me. Our ceremony was very important to us, that is where we said our "I Do's" and would have the most everlasting photos and memories forever. They built the most beautiful and breathtaking design exclusively for us. When I walked into the ceremony I saw this elegant and exquisite design that draped across the whole stage. In the middle, center was a gorgeous chandelier for us to stand underneath. They totally went above and beyond to bring our ideas to life. They also beautifully designed the entrance door, so every photo had a beautiful design in it. Tracy & Steve together are the "dream team". Absolutely looooooove this team! When we decided to get married, I knew wedding walls had to be part of my decor. I'm not going to lie, we were a little taken aback by pricing but OMG was it worth it! They transformed the hadji into something else. Tracy and Steve bounce their ideas off of each other and came up with something amazing! The venue was halfway done and I even started getting teary eyed. It was amazing to see everything that we talked about for a year come together. My skeptical and OCD hubby finally admitted that everything was worth it! Tracy made my wedding planning a little less stressful. She thought about the little knick knacks that would've never crossed my mind. She was there in the middle of my reception helping me with a catastrophe and calling people, definitely not part of her job but she was so willing and helpful. I absolutely love this team and recommend them to everybody!

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had with Wedding Walls! Tracy was beyond helpful in not only designing our chuppah and drapery/lighting decor for our ceremony and reception, but the day before the wedding when weather was a concern, she made extra site visits to assess the wind situation. She called me to update me of the exact weather conditions and was so reassuring! Throughout the planning process she attended multiple meetings to ensure each detail was perfection. She was fantastic to work with. Kind, professional and truly caring! I would choose Wedding Walls over and over again! Thank you, Tracy for helping to make our wedding day spectacular!

Tracy and Steve were top notch! I can't say enough about them! They arrived at the venue (out of state) ahead of scheduled time, they completed everything they committed to and then some! Our weekend was particularly windy on the Gulf coast due to residual winds from Hurricane Matthew. Tracy and Steve were undaunted and well prepared; they managed to secure the fabric and lights and maintain the integrity of the design! We were thrilled with the outcome, and my daughter and her husband had the atmosphere they wanted!! Wedding Walls is perfect!! Thank you Tracy and Steve!!!

After reviewing the services provided by other local wedding and event decorators we knew we couldn't have anyone other than Tracy and Wedding Walls for our wedding. They met with us to view the reception space, shared their creative vision, and worked with us to make all of our ideas and dreams come true on our big day! They went above and beyond for us, without even having to be asked. They noticed someone had forgotten the backdrop for our photo booth and set up their own spare backdrop so that we didn't have to go without! They truly were the absolute best we could've chosen and I will recommend them to anyone who needs any service they provide. I know how stressful weeding and event planning can be and they took so much of that burden off of me, you'll truly be in good hands! Very affordable and SO WORTH IT!!!

I absolutely loved working with Tracy!! She made me feel like I was her only bride, very attentive and always available when you need her. Our wedding was beautiful and she worked the day before our wedding and the day of, making sure it met our expectations. Her team even came back that night and cleaned it all up for us. Very very satisfied with wedding walls!!

If you're planning a wedding, you have to call Wedding Walls. Tracy and her husband are some of the sweetest people i know. Planning a wedding four states away is very hard and stressful, but Tracy was there to help me every single step of the way. I wouldn't have such a great and beautiful wedding if it wasn't for them. I swear they can make some magic happen!

Tracy was a complete pleasure to work with and she and her team at Wedding Walls helped create the most beautiful atmosphere. Wedding Walls literally saved my daughter's wedding day! We booked them for the
ceiling design/drapery, room lighting and candy bar. Everything was beyond
beautiful! However, our flower arrangements (from another vendor) were a
disaster! Tracy and her team stepped in and transformed the ballroom into this
magical and breathtaking place. My daughter was able to experience her "dream"
wedding day because of Wedding Walls and I cannot thank them enough! If I could
give them 100 stars I would!

I had such a good experience working with Wedding Walls. They were so helpful in while I was making all my final decisions. They worked to get what I needed and at a decent price. Their professionalism was incredible, offering suggestions without being pushy. Tracy and Steve have remarkable talents for creating a unique look suitable to the bride and groom. They are quick to respond to questions and flexible when changes are required. Tracy worked hard to find the best price possible on linens. Their reputation allowed me to relax and trust them with the details. Steve and Tracy Lastinger of Wedding Walls were absolutely wonderful to work with from day one. Tracy went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our daughter Brandi's wedding. They are definitely in the right business as they work so well with everyone, so may ideas and so creative. Tracy is so easy to work with and wants everything just perfect as if it were here own daughters wedding. Tracy really cares about the people she works with and for. They really go the extra mile!! Brandi chose the Vintage Theme wedding and Tracy and Steve did an awesome job setting all of this up. If I had it to do all over again I would definitely call Wedding Walls. We have recommended them to a few of Brandi's friends who have upcoming weddings. Working with Tracy and Steve was wonderful! They managed to pull everything off exactly the way I wanted it to be so my daughter's day was perfect. I wanted a circular ceremony arrangement and they were able to take my very vague idea and make it a beautiful reality. All the guests were wowed by it and are still talking about it. The sandwich board idea I threw at them was unique AND gorgeous! I was extremely happy with how they listened to what I was saying, were able to capture what I wanted, and then turn it into reality. They took an extremely beautiful venue, added just the right amount of wow, and my daughter had the fairytale wedding befitting the princess she is!!!!!

I cannot even begin to say what an amazing job Tracy, Steve and their crew did for my daughter and son-in-laws wedding reception!! From the very first time I talked with Tracy, I knew that she was the person I wanted to decorate the venue we were using. Tracy not only did an amazing job with the draping and lighting, she went above and beyond what she would normally do. Being from out of state trying to plan a wedding reception is not the easiest thing to do. Tracy offered her assistance in so many ways. She gave me the name of a great officiant that we ended up using. She took on decorating our tables and even put together a beautiful candy bar for our guests to enjoy!! From our first conversation to the last conversation she made me feel well taken care of. I felt like we had become great friends!! I would highly recommend Wedding Walls for any event you need there services for. Thank you so much, Tracy!! I have no problem recommending your services to everyone!!!

Tracy and Steve were wonderful and coordinated closely with my mother and me. They made our venue look amazing at an affordable price in our budget. Wedding Walls took a large amount of stress off of our planning and we knew they would give us the night we imagined. My favorite part about our wedding (other than "You may kiss the bride!") was walking into our venue and seeing everything decorated and our guests enjoying themselves. Wedding walls did ceiling draping, lighting, and some of the linens for my wedding reception. The way they transformed the room made it look truly magical! My reception was everything I imagined it to be and their elegant work played a huge part! Tracy and her husband were so easy to work with and are some of the sweetest people. Loved Tracey & her husband.... They transformed our room into something very elegant, soft, and exactly what I had hoped it would be. They spent plenty of time learning about the room, as well as my sense of style. They were knowledgeable about how to make things work and spent a lot of time making it perfect.

Tracy is amazing.

I'll just say that.

We had a flood (early June 2012) the day of our wedding and I was too busy trying to make sure I made it to the ceremony on the other side of town to worry about decorations.

When I arrived at the reception, everything was set out. BEAUTIFULLY. We had Tracy set up a backdrop behind the sweetheart table as well as linens and she decorated the tables for us.

Everything was just perfect. We had constant communication with her- text, call, email, facebook... anything! It was awesome. I had so many compliments at the wedding (and after!) about how beautiful everything looked, how it was all laid out... all Tracy.

She's awesome. And very reasonable price-wise.

Give her a call. Just do it. :)

I could not have had the wedding of my dreams with out the help of Steve and Tracy Lastinger (Wedding Walls). I was so impressed with the job they did for my brother's wedding that when I got engaged I was on the phone the next day booking Wedding Walls. I was not stressed out for one day since Tracy and Steve took care of everything. I am forever thankful for their services and highly recommend them.

Our wedding at the Mustin Beach Club on NAS was so beautiful. Wedding walls made the room look like something out of a fairy tale. The chair covers were well worth the expense. So beautiful!
