Sharon was a fantastic officiant for our wedding in Fall 2024 at the Roger Williams Botanical Garden in Providence RI. Sharon helped us prepare and think through the service we wanted to share with our individual families that both embraced our joined family's multiculturalism while keeping it modern and practical. Sharon took the time to get to know us and took charge at our pre-wedding meetings leading discussion to dig into what we wanted out of the wedding ceremony.
Sharon was flexible, emotionally intuitive, has a great sense of humor, and was a superb conductor of our large wedding party for the rehearsal and day-of the wedding. Sharon worked great with our wedding planner and entertainment for the night.
It was a pleasure to work with her and hope we can again when we renew our vows.

Heartfelt Ceremonies
Sharon is truly what she says on her profile. Her ceremonies are not the typical cookie cutter spiels. She goes out of her way to get to know her couples well. How do I know this? Cos she was my JOP on my wedding, and 2 days ago she officiated my brother’s too. We had to drag her all the way to the lakes region, on a “Wintery-Spring” day, wet snow muddy kind of setting, and heard not a single complain. We love her!

Sharon was nothing short of incredible on our wedding day! In the words of our friends and family that attended "We haven't been to a wedding that special in a long time or maybe ever. The ceremony was amazing and you could feel the magic from our seats". It takes someone with very specific attention to detail, someone who cares so much about making the day go the way it should and someone who will be prepared to make sure that the day of feels easy. We could go on & on about how great of an experience this was but to wrap this up we'll say this. Wonderful personalized wedding
Sharon did an amazing job at helping us with our wedding. We planned a very small wedding and we only gave her a few weeks notice and she was able to help us pick out the location (a local park), and wrote a personalized ceremony for us. She was very professional, friendly, and easy to work with - I would 100% recommend her!

Made our Ceremony full of love and happiness
Sharon made our ceremony so incredible and memorable! Not only put together the most special, personalized ceremony about us but she is a wonderful human being. The ceremony was seamless and so personal. I tear up watching videos from it. Everyone has reached out to us to tell us what an incredible ceremony we had at our wedding. Many tears of happiness and smiles of joy were brought on. Sharon made it so personal and spoke truly to our love. We had several zoom calls and in person meetings to work through the details. Amazing, with a personal touch.

Sharon officiated our wedding this past July outside of Salem, MA, and from the moment we first connected with Sharon, we knew we were working with someone who truly loves their work and who would go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and cared for in advance of and on our wedding day. We spoke with several on the phone on many occasions in the lead-up to our wedding, and she was a fast replier to any ad hoc questions we sent over email — when you're in the thick of wedding logistics, working with someone as communicative and efficient as Sharon is a dream! Sharon took the time to prepare a ceremony for us that felt uniquely personal to us, yet organized and prompt, given a strict timeline we were working with from the venue. Our guests loved our ceremony and they said they felt connected to our love story, which is in large thanks to Sharon's officiating. The BEST officiant!!
Sharon is not only amazing at putting together a seamless ceremony, but she’s an overall wonderful person. From our multiple emails, phone calls, and finally being able to meet her in person - she was calm, caring, and it always felt like talking to a friend. She asked many questions to really get to know us, and incorporated it into our ceremony which truly made it feel intimate.
When we told her we were planning a small elopement on Cathedral Ledge, she couldn’t have been more excited. She helped plan out our day, gave us recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, she’s a down to earth, loving person and we couldn’t recommend her enough!

Wonderful ceremony
Sharon was such an amazing officiant for our wedding ceremony, and I would highly recommend her to anyone! She listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered a beautiful ceremony that perfectly reflected us as a couple. Sharon is the best officiant! I met her at my friend's wedding and was instantly in love with her and her work. My husband and I eloped and then created a wedding celebration!!! Magical September Ceremony!
Where to even begin?! My husband and I started our officiant search back in Feb 2020 for an Aug 2020 wedding, that unfortunately got rescheduled to September 2021. We were looking for someone who could present us a wonderful and very personable ceremony and we were so so so incredibly lucky to have found Sharon!!
We had our first meeting with Sharon in Feb 2020 and, by golly, it was like meeting someone we practically knew our whole life! Sharon is amazingly friendly, so incredibly personable, and not to mention super professional. She walked us through the entire ceremony and had so many great ideas for us to add to make the ceremony incredibly special and unique to us. The ceremony itself was simply magical (we were even bestowed perfect weather and a whimsical little breeze during it). Sharon picked out a perfect reading for our ceremony that embodied our love, as well as our love for Tolkien. Having Sharon officiate our wedding was such a joy and I am so happy we found her when we did!! She is so incredibly positive and loving, I couldn't imagine having had anyone else marrying us! Sharon preformed the most amazing ceremony for us!
When we originally started looking for an officiant for our Wedding, we had no idea what we were specifically looking for. Sharon was one of our Venues preferred vendors and when we reached out to her to talk, the connection was instant. Sharon is warm and nurturing and brings spirit to every conversation we’ve had with her. She met us the evening before for our Rehearsal and though our Wedding party was chaotic, she persevered to make sure everyone was directed accordingly. Everything was always at ease. When it comes to our Ceremony - it was hands down my Husband and my favorite part of the entire day. She helped us plan and execute details that we hadn’t even thought of and brought personal touch to every moment. From tears to laughter, our ceremony was magical and silly and sweet and truly US. We contacted Sharon about officiating our private, seaside elopement in New Hampshire. She was responsive, professional, warm, personable, and instantly I knew she would be an important part of our wedding day. Sharon guided us through the marriage license process and had a genuine desire to get to know my partner and me. Even in the "covid-times" she made a full-hearted effort to connect with us over facetime, email, calls, and text. My husband and I got married on 10/10/2020 and hired Sharon to officiate our ceremony after being recommended by more than one friend of ours.
From our very first introduction over a video call due to Covid, Sharon was so attentive to detail, wanting to ensure she got to know us individually and as a couple.
She checked in with us in between that initial conversation and our ceremony and had an amazing questionnaire for each of us to complete individually about our relationship as a couple such as history, proposal etc and with details about what/how we see our future, favorite pastimes, and more.
The day of our elopement Sharon incorporated all of those answers and details and we had an amazing, beautiful ceremony.

Amazing Officiant, Highly Recommended!
My husband and I were married by Sharon a week ago in Wolfeboro, NH! Sharon was exceptional from the very first phone call we had back in July to the closing of our ceremony. Sharon is diligent and takes the time to get to know the couples she works with. Everything going on with COVID made me nervous because we were picking vendors at the last minute. I wanted to make sure we had someone who cared and would provide quality service. Sharon put my mind at ease with our personalized phone calls, face time meetings, and emails. From the first few minutes of our first phone call, I could tell how much she loved her role and being apart of our special day! Perfect Backyard COVID Wedding
Sharon was lovely, flexible, and so kind. We had to scrap our original big wedding plans for a small backyard wedding because of COVID. Sharon left the whole weekend open to let us choose the best weather day since we had to be outside to keep an appropriate social distance. She also wrote a beautiful ceremony that she prepared after only meeting us over facetime and email. She nevertheless captured our story perfectly. She is a professional and came very prepared, even bringing an adorably packaged lightbulb to stomp on for glass breaking in our Jewish wedding. Totally unexpected! She was respectful of our family's concerns to keep a safe distance. She had a wonderful attitude. She truly cares about the couples she marries and really cares. She sent the marriage certificate in right away. She made our day so special and we can't thank her enough!

A Truly Special Human Being
Sharon Curole is full of love, spirit, and positivity. I felt drawn to her the moment we started connecting! The bottom of her emails read: "Instead of looking for the light, become the light." She is, indeed, a bright light. I could not have asked for a better person to be part of such an important, special, divine moment. My first phone call on FaceTime with her lasted over an hour. I felt like I had a phone call with an old friend who knew me. Sharon listens, guides, intuits, and takes it upon herself to genuinely understand the couples she works with (she asks questions, offers ideas and examples for vows and readings, and has couples fill out a questionnaire that gives her insight into their bond). She is flexible and desires to make the ceremony moment unique and individual to the people she has the honor of standing with. What can I possibly say about Sharon.... it's perfect that the word "spirit" is in her business name because.... well, that's what she's got!! My now husband and I wanted a non-denominational, but spirit filled ceremony and that's what we received. We were married on July 13th and we've gotten SO many compliments on the ceremony.... just how special, meaningful, tailored to us, and emotional it all was. There truly wasn't a dry eye in the house. Sharon has a knack for getting to know her couples almost immediately. She is a true empath and connects with people on a level that is truly unreal. We completely fell in love with her and - although she works with I don't even know how many couples - she made us feel like VIPs the entire way through the process. She is so creative, so well spoken, and inserts a special kind of magic into everything she does. Sharon is a true professional who is next level accommodating. She can make a service as denominational or non-denominational as the couple prefers and is extremely respectful to the couples' wishes and needs. After meeting with her a couple of months before the wedding and working together to build the ceremony, we decided it was well worth the cost to pay her to travel to Jackson (where we were married) for the rehearsal ceremony the night before the big day - she is such a calming presence and we just knew we were going to need her there in that moment. (The price was more than reasonable too.) Sharon made the process as enjoyable as it could possibly be - right down to the license paperwork!! We simply could not have been more pleased. She is our wedding angel.

Definitely a wedding with spirit!
Sharon was wonderful! She got to know us and even helped us feel comfortable writing and reading our own vows. We did a wine unity and a ring blessing which was a big hit with everyone. If you’re looking for a wedding officiant who will provide a unique ceremony with lots of “spirit,” then Weddings with Spirit is the way to go!

Sharon was absolutely wonderful! She wrote THE PERFECT wedding ceremony and vows for us! I have to mention that our JP backed out on us last minute, and I contacted Sharon less than 24 hours of our wedding, and she bent over backwards to make it happen. We were so fortunate that she was able to squeeze us in on her way to her scheduled wedding. We only had a quick backyard ceremony, wearing jeans and flannel, with only my father, my son, his girlfriend, and my granddaughter in attendance. We didn't expect that my elderly father (the only living parent left) would be with us next year when we had planned our BIG EVENT, and had planned to say our vows so that my dad could witness it. Sharon still treated us like we were the most important bride and groom in the world. It was filled with love, and meant THE WORLD to us that this beautiful soul would help out strangers in a time of need. I will forever be grateful to this woman (and her kind husband) for all they did for us!! My dad even brought mom (a picture) to the wedding. Sharon was so understanding of my dad's dementia, and accepted him just as he was. Although we still plan on our "big wedding" next year, this day will forever be the most special day to us, all because of Sharon!!!!

Sharon was ABSOLUTELY wonderful! I don’t know where to start! Being Jewish (non practicing) but with the pressures of my family, not having a rabbi was an issue, but was what needed to be done for my interfaith relationship. I had been referred to Sharon from a friend and I immediately felt a connection! When we met in person that connection solidified and i knew i made the right choice!
In the week before the wedding Sharon was my calming source and is just so full of love and charisma! At our rehearsal dinner I’ll never forget when my father pulled me aside and said that he LOVED Sharon and was VERY pleased with my choice! PHEW! The ceremony was short, sweet, and intimately us! We absolutely loved sharing our special day with Sharon! She married my mother and step-father which is how we met, and all I could remember was all of the amazing things my mom told us about working with her, and we wanted nothing more for her to marry us as well! She was so easy going and granted all of our wishes for what we wanted our wedding ceremony to be. She also gave us so many unique ideas when we were unsure what we wanted. We are so grateful that we found Sharon for our March wedding! She was so wonderful to work with and made a great effort in getting to know personal details to make our ceremony special. Having my sister Sharon perform my sons wedding in Baton Rouge was a true gift. Her experience and knowledge for both running a ceremony as well as planning a wedding were of much help. My husband and I had an interfaith ceremony and she worked with us to be able to incorporate everything that was important to us into the ceremony. She not only listens but she also understands. I can't say enough to praise Sharon! She took every vague feeling we had about what we wanted to convey in our ceremony and turned them into beautiful and unique moments. The groom's Mom and many other guests thought we'd known her for years because she was so genuinely passionate, happy for us, and clearly understood us as a couple. She got right back to me every time I had questions and was incredibly flexible and thoughtful throughout the whole process. She kept me so excited about this aspect of the wedding which I now realize was the single most important thing. I'm so sad not to be able to hang out with her on a regular basis because she is just amazing. I would not change one thing. It took my husband and I one FaceTime call with Sharon to know we had found the perfect person to marry us. We both agreed early on that we wanted a professional to help us navigate our way through the process of building the perfect ceremony, but we didn’t know where to start. We turned to our booked vendors and asked for recommendations. Boy are we thankful we were given Sharon’s name. From that very first chat we instantly felt at ease with Sharon, and what ended up being an 1.5 hour chat, felt like 20 minutes. Sharon was a complete stranger, and yet she was the easiest person to talk to and get to know. She loves love and it shines through her, but she is also the ultimate professional who asks the right questions, listens, advises but doesn’t push you. She let’s you build the ceremony YOU want, and embraces any creative ideas you have. She is always reachable, never makes you feel like a burden and encourages additional meetings/calls to ensure everyone is on the same page. She was punctual for everything, proofread our program, and had wonderful suggestions on ways to make our ceremony extra special. My FT job is being an events coordinator, so lets just say I had high standards & expectations for every vendor I booked and she put this Type-A bride at ease. She made the weeks leading up to the wedding stress-free, she took all of the elements we decided on and pieced them together into this beautiful, heartfelt, wonderfully written & thoughtful ceremony. She even gave us the confidence to read our vows, which we were against from the beginning. But you know what? I am so happy we did. It was beautiful and there was not a dry eye in sight. She kept the ceremony light & fun - our loved ones were engaged, and before we knew it we were happily married. Sharon is an artist and this is what she was born to do. I have no doubt in my mind she can build the perfect ceremony for any couple.

Modern-day Mary Poppins! Sharon must be the most thoughtful, elegant, romantic officiant to be found! I called her the "MVP" of our wedding day. The survey she has the bride and groom fill-out turns their answers into a beautifully romantic and whimsical fairytale ceremony, brought to life by her storybook narration. Her bright, warm, nurturing personality shines through and brings peace and calm to everybody involved. Maybe it was her caring, sweet preparedness and the way she made absolutely sure that both me and my bride were prepared, comfortable, fed, hydrated, and ready for the big moments. We could not have asked for a more perfect officiant for our wedding. Sharon was amazing every step of the way – and she helped us create a beautiful ceremony that felt very “us”. I can’t imagine anything else you’d want from your wedding ceremony!
Sharon was great to work with and made sure I stayed on track, which was great because I definitely needed that! She even convinced me to write my own vows – something I wasn’t sure about at first – and I am really glad she convinced me, because it actually ended up being fun. She also has great examples of other vows and readings, so you can get some great ideas from that.
She has great ideas for wedding ceremonies, ranging from super traditional to super non-traditional! It can be overwhelming “designing” your own ceremony. But Sharon made it super easy and gave invaluable input based on her vast experience with other couples. In the end, our ceremony felt so personalized and unique, and we will never forget it! I can’t recommend Sharon enough and you will NOT be disappointed – I wish we could get married again just to work with her once more!!

Right from the get go Sharon was fantastic. My wife and I met with her for a couple of hours one day and went through the ceremony and also got to know each other. Sharon really wanted to understand us individually and as a couple to make the ceremony more personal. Communication before the wedding was great, as she was always very responsive and gave great feedback in regards to our wedding vows. On the big day Sharon wowed both our guests and my wife and I with a lovely and heartfelt ceremony. Afterwards, most of our guests came up to us to ask about Sharon and couldn't stop talking about what a wonderful job she did with the ceremony.

Sharon Curole is absolutely amazing! She was recommended to us by our wedding venue. We were looking for someone who does personalized ceremonies. We are still in shock over how good our ceremony was! Sharon went along with our spiritual beliefs and we could not be happier. One of the best decisions we made was to go with Sharon as the officiant for our wedding. She came recommended by a friend, and from the first time we met with her there was no doubt that we wanted her to marry us. She is hilarious, organized, thoughtful, kind, and helped us create the perfect ceremony based on what we envisioned. It would be challenging to put into words the amazing difference that Sharon made on our wedding day - we are the luckiest couple to have had her officiate on our wedding day. The level of effort and attention to detail that Sharon put into making sure our ceremony was not only fantastic, but was exactly what we wanted, was incredible. She was truly an amazing friend and supporter throughout a process that neither my husband or I had previously navigated. Everyone at our wedding had nothing but awesome things to say about how personal, touching, and incredible the ceremony was!
We met with Sharon a few times before our ceremony and she was able to get to know us, as we were able to get to know her - it was an amazing experience working with her! She also attended our rehearsal, which was huge, as she got to know our wedding party as well. I would 100% recommend inviting Sharon to be a part of your big day - you won't be disappointed. From my very first meeting with Sharon in a small Starbucks coffee shop, I knew she was the perfect fit for my wedding. Not only is her high energy, personality, and love for weddings infectious, she is one of the few kindest, sweetest, and funniest vendors I had for my wedding. She's flexible, and responds very quickly at times within minutes. She's open to ideas, and can turn any situation into something funny. She dropped papers, I dropped a cover to my sand during my ceremony, and we laughed it off. She never made us feel awkward or uncomfortable. She's the type of person you go looking for a reason to have a JP besides your wedding. I was pretty tipsy for my rehearsal, and some of my bridal party (oops), which she found quite amusing, and was accommodating and patient with all of us. I cannot express my gratitude for Sharon enough. She truly is one of a kind, and a MUST for any bride with a great sense of humor. You will NOT be disappointed.

We put our wedding together within four weeks and Sharon was so generous with her time and assistance in officiating it for us. I absolutely am obsessed with Sharon! This is 100% her calling! If you're getting married and looking for an officiant, she is your girl! Hurry though because she books a year in advance! I had guests commenting on how amazing my officiant was...duh! But when I stopped and thought about it I really never was 'wow'd by one as a guest like we all were with Sharon. I believe it's because Sharon really wants to know the couple she is working with prior to the event, to make the couples day and ceremony very personalized, unique, and special. My husband and I were worried when it came to picking an officiant because we were unsure if we would find someone who could express our feelings and carry out the vision we had for our dream wedding. To us, finding the right person to officiate our wedding was a major concern because it's such an intimate and meaningful celebration. Sharon responded to our inquiry within hours. In fact, every other email correspondence we've had with her has been answered in a timely manner. Since the relentless snow storms made it difficult to meet up in person, she set up a Skype meeting so that we could get to know each other a little bit before we actually met. We loved her immediately. She is a warm and positive person and you can tell that she has a real passion for what she does. Before we had actually met, and with giddy relief, we knew that we had found the one! She is a true professional, yet she makes you feel like you're sitting down with an old friend to catch up on the details of your wedding plans. She makes the whole experience very relaxing. Sharon was above and beyond our expectations. During the wedding planning phase of everything I had no idea what having the perfect officiant could do to make your day so much better.
When meeting Sharon she had amazing patience with the fact that our 2 year old was with us and that it caused some distractions when going through the initial meeting. She was flexible and gave us some of the things that needed to be completed to do at home. When I forgot to send her things she needed she was patient with me and totally understood the chaos that is being a mom and planning a wedding.
When it came the rehearsal, Sharon stayed on top of how things would look and go, based on the conversations that I had with her. She was assertive yet respectful :). She kept me smiling throughout the rehearsal keeping my stress level at a minimal.
Now for the most important. The ceremony was so personal and incorporated the things that we told her about us, at no point was it generic. She built moments into the ceremony to make sure that we lived in that very moment and didn't let it slip by. She spoke with elegance and was easy to listen to. Everyone at the wedding was raving at how well she seemed to know us and how the ceremony was "Perfect for you guys", "The ceremony was just so you guys".
Sharon kept track of our vows for us and helped to make sure the grooms were printed out. She mailed our vows back to us and they were here before we even got back from our honeymoon. One of my favorite things was the surprise of finding our ceremony printed out and in the stack of our wedding cards.
I would highly recommend Sharon for anyone who is looking for their ceremony to be all about the bride and groom.

Sharon inspired us to really open our hearts and write our own ceremony as well as our vows. She was open and nurturing. Her spirituality and beliefs devinely aligned with ours. She made incredibly thoughtful suggestions to include in the ceremony. When we met her it was as if we'd known her forever! And we hope to see her in our lives as friends from now on. Thank you Sharon for being part of the most wonderful day of our lives!

Sharon conducted our wedding ceremony on November 2, 2014 and we could not have been more pleased! From the moment we met Sharon, her gentle nature and genuine personal interest in getting to know us was a sure bet that we would be having her as our officiant. The thoughtful and original ceremony she wrote for us captured the essence of the event and guests commented on how beautiful it was. We had such a wonderful time working with Sharon! She was extremely helpful and got back to us quickly when we had questions. We meet at a coffee shop, we emailed back and forth, she went over all of our questions and different thoughts/ideas. She came to our rehearsal which was great. We had such a beautiful ceremony thanks to Sharon. Our wedding certificate was ready quickly too. Highly recommended! :)
