Sonya was the absolute BEST at helping us navigate all of the details of my daughter's wedding planning. I'm still in awe of how far she went to make sure every little detail was taken care of, not only this but whenever something went wrong the day of with the venue or the weather or to help with a guest's comfort...whatever it was...Sonya to the steps to make things perfect. Honestly, there are too many words to even write to say how amazing Sonya's services were. We are so grateful to her and highly recommend her to anyone getting married! -

Sonya went above and beyond to help make my special day perfect! When we met for our one month out meeting I had a laundry list of things that still needed done and each task I brought up she said "I can do that" I slept so good that night know so many things were off my plate. She set up and tore down all of our decorations and centerpieces. Our wedding actually started on time! When does that happen and it was all because of Sonya. My bother is getting married next year and she will be there! I can not say enough good things about her! My wedding was flawless! Even when the venue forgot to being the groomsman their lunch she stepped up and ordered pizza for them out of her own pocket without hesitation!! Sonya is beyond amazing!! -

I highly recommend Sonya for your wedding. It is hard to put into words just how great she is. She goes above and beyond to make sure the days leading up to the wedding and the wedding day are stress free. She truly cares for her clients and wants them to have the best wedding experience possible. We booked Sonya as our day of coordinator and we couldn’t be more thankful for her.
From our initial conversation I knew she was different from the rest. She was sweet, kind, caring and very passionate about what she does. And throughout the whole planning process I was able to lean on her for any wedding related questions. She was also there for any emotional support- which was so appreciated! Wedding planning can be a very stressful and emotional time, but having Sonya on our side was the best decision we made.
Sonya became like a friend to us and our wedding day was amazing thanks to her! She was calm, efficient, and handled everything so gracefully and effortlessly. She communicated with our vendors and perfectly coordinated them all. She also ensured that the day ran smoothly. I can honestly say that everything turned out perfect and not one thing was out of place. She made our day even more special and beautiful than I ever imagined!

2nd wedding for me and back in 1999 im not sure coordinators existed. When I visited my desired venue the person there must have seen the crazed pre-wedding look in my eyes and suggested I get a day of coordinator. I found Sonya and knew she was the one for me looking at her profile and realizing she really wanted my day to be special even though it was “wedding lite” in my book. We wanted a boho type event with amazing food and in an amazing space. She saw the vision and used her magic to execute. She got in the middle of all vendor stuff so all I needed to do was pay the bill. And enjoy the day. And I did! -

Best Wedding Planner!!!
Sonya literally made the wedding of my dreams come true and she even made it feel easy! As someone with very little prior knowledge about weddings, she helped us pull off a larger scale formal wedding ceremony and reception and it was amazing. She was so responsive, kind, thoughtful, and fun to work with for the entire year of planning we had together! She was super patient with us when we had some last minute changes and was so accommodating to whatever we needed. I couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone getting married in the Cleveland area. She is so devoted to her couples and it just really shows, and she clearly has so many good Cleveland connections that make planning a breeze. If you want to plan the wedding of your dreams, choose Sonya! -

Sonya truly exceeded all of our expectations! We knew we needed a day of coordinator, and we found Sonya when she was the coordinator for my sister's wedding. We saw what an amazing job she did and asked to work with her immediately (like actually while we were packing up my sister's wedding lol). She took all of the stress of planning off of us in the months leading up to our wedding and made our wedding day an absolutely amazing experience, our day wouldn't have been what it was without Sonya. I cannot recommend Sonya enough, she's wonderful! -

Sonya was the true hero and MVP of our wedding weekend! We hired her for day-of coordination for our reception (we had already legally gotten married), but she went above and beyond in the weeks leading up to our event, calling vendors and taking on tasks that I had assumed my husband and I would need to deal with. We worked with many vendors as our venue was mostly DIY and Sonya perfectly coordinated all of them. There were many aspects of our event that were logistically complicated or non-traditional, and every time I tried to say "it's okay if this isn't possible..." during planning calls, Sonya adamantly assured me that she would make it happen. And she did! I gasped when I got out of the car at our venue and saw how beautifully she had set up the space. It was like she had seen exactly what I had imagined and brought it to life. Sonya made it so that we could be the guests of honor at our reception rather than the hosts. We were completely in the moment every second of our party, and that is because Sonya made sure every detail and last-minute decision was handled for us. We absolutely loved working with her and would HIGHLY recommend her services to any and every engaged couple!
