  Exceptional, Professional and Fun!

  Chelsi was AMAZING to work with, from start to finish. She was a great help to me in the planning phase, asking the right questions to make sure I had everything planned and organized. She was prompt, professional, and fun to chat with.
  
  My wedding day ran smoothly in large part thanks to her. I was able to enjoy my day so thoroughly and joyfully and I can’t thank her enough. Besides making sure everything was running well behind the scenes, she made sure my husband and I ate and drank and checked in on us throughout the day. That made us feel so cared for and added to our enjoyment of the day.

  Wholesome and genuine

  I would describe working with Chelsi to be very wholesome and genuine. Our initial meeting with Chelsi felt very natural as if we were catching up with an old friend instead of a mechanical rehearsed sales call. She was just as genuine during the months we worked with her on our wedding and on the wedding day she came in clutch many times over. We'd recommend Chelsi, and already have to a few of our friends so we hope to see her again soon!

  Don’t hire anyone else!

  I had the pleasure of working alongside these ladies, and I must say it was my absolute pleasure to work with people that can make a wedding so special and memorable while having such an amazing attitude! If you’re looking to hire professionals you’ve come to the right page! If I could give a grade to their performance I would give them an A+! Good job ladies!

  Chelsi is the best decision we made for our wedding!!!

  Chelsi and her partner Frank were absolutely the BEST decision we made for our wedding day. We had our wedding in my parents backyard with about 80 people and Chelsi was able to coordinate about a dozen vendors to keep our perfect day going without a hitch.
  
  I provided Chelsi with a list of all my vendors a month prior and she was able to coordinate arrival times and other necessary information for the day of the wedding. She probably spent over 6 hours with me over the phone just planning the day of timeline. Her knowledgeable expertise of weddings created a seamless timeline, however, once our caterer was running late, she was able to adjust and move our timeline on the spot, which ended up working out just fine and in my opinion worked out better than the normal schedule
  
  She took away all of the stress that I had the day of the wedding, but most importantly she took the stress off my parents, as they were worried because it was taking place at their house. She refused to let them take care of any issues, whether it was handing out wristbands for the bar or splitting our floral arch apart to and our "The Clarks" sign. She also made sure that our table setting were all set up exactly as I had planned.
  
  I cannot imagine what the day would have been like without her. I think that my favorite thing about her was that she really listened to everything I needed for our wedding. Whether it was fluffing my dress right before walking down the aisle, or just lending an ear to a stressed out soon to be bride, she truly cares about her clients and is passionate to make the newlyweds have truly the best day of their lives.

  Speechless

  Our hearts are so incredibly full after our wedding this weekend. Chelsi and Frank are THE best and words cannot even begin to describe how thankful my husband and I are for all of their hard work and help for our wedding. Starting with communication, Chelsi is super friendly and very responsive. She is patient and took time to listen to our wishes and even had some late night calls with us and worked with our busy schedule. She made us the perfect wedding timeline, making sure we incorporated everything we wanted and needed. On the actual wedding day, (we had a diy venue) Chelsi and Frank set everything up even more beautifully than we had pictured. I still cannot believe how gorgeous everything looked! Chelsi made sure our wedding day went so smoothly, communicating well with every single vendor. She’s extremely attentive and checked in with us constantly, making sure we had everything we needed. I am still in awe of how great she did and I cannot recommend her enough. If you hire Chelsi you will NOT regret it. She went above and beyond and we did not have a single worry or stress on our special day. She is worth every penny and even more than what she asks for. Our wedding would not have been perfect if it wasn’t for the two of them. Thank you so much Chelsi and Frank!

  Highly recommend Wedding with Chelsi!!

  To all the future brides and grooms.. if you are still wondering if a wedding coordinator is necessary?
  think no further !
  I definitely recommend you to hire one. No matter how small your wedding is a coordinator is a NECESSARY!
  I also questioned myself if we needed a coordinator because we really want to save money and keep our wedding within our budget. We do have friends that offered to help on the day of our wedding but in my mind thinking they already spend their precious time to attend our wedding why I have to make them work for my wedding? I am so glad that we decided to have a day of coordinator and we are extremely satisfied and grateful for Chelsi and her team. I cannot imagine what my wedding day would have been like if me, my now husband, family, and wedding party were also responsible for all the moving parts and some of the set up …we was able to enjoy the day without thinking and having to make a last minutes decision. Can you imagine while doing first look or taking photos after the ceremony and someone come up to you and ask where to go? What’s next on the wedding timeline?
  Wedding is a big event of a lifetime. You and your husband should be sit back, relax and enjoy every moment of it. My husband and I enjoyed our wedding so much to the point that we don’t want it to end!

  planned the perfect day

  Chelsi was absolutely the perfect planner and what I needed! I work a lot and have an unpredictable schedule, so for her to take care of the stress of planning, I cannot express how thankful I am enough. I got married in Louisiana, so also juggling the time difference makes her a rockstar! She reassured me several times about the schedule and planning, definitely putting my mind at ease. Even thought she couldn’t be there in person, she set me up with an amazing local day of coordinator that helped make the day special. You should consider/get Chelsi on your team because she will make it happen!

  The best decision we made was hire a coordinator

  We originally decided on not having a coordinator for our wedding. My aunt had offered to help with coordinating the wedding for us but ultimately was not able to because our venue required an official coordinator. We spoke with a few coordinators and ultimately decided on Chelsi and her team because she had staff that could speak Mandarin. Because many of my husband's family was traveling from China specifically for the wedding, it was very important for us that they understood any instructions from the coordinator.
  
  Chelsi and Frank ended up exceeding our expectations by far. They were able to help us with the set up, tea ceremony, and even some bit of translation for my in-laws. I'm so happy that we chose Chelsi.

Our venue turned in to a nightmare on so many layers, countless of issues day of and she navigated them all, while bringing out vision to life all while keeping my now wife and myself calm at all times. Her willingness to do anything and everything, staying ahead of things was perfect. We could not have asked for a better coordinator! Thank you for everything chelsi

  Chelsi is a rockstar!

  Chelsi and her team did an amazing job helping out with our wedding. I don’t know how I would’ve gotten through the day without. She gave us peace of mind to really enjoy our special day! They even helped us ice the cake, you can’t even tell it was fake!!

  Incredibly helpful wedding coordinator

  I was a fool to think that I didn’t need a wedding coordinator at first! Chelsi and Frank made my wedding prep seamless on the hottest weekend of the year. From the get go, Chelsi was so attentive and thorough with all of my questions. I couldn’t have pulled everything off without her. She created the perfect timeline/spreadsheet with all the details I didn’t realize I needed, and the execution on the day of was perfect. It was seriously so hot and sweaty on my wedding day and Chelsi and Frank didn’t bat an eye. I was able to hide out before the wedding and relax while she consulted me and executed every detail I wanted. Her price is almost too good to be true, and I seriously can’t recommend her enough. She was such a valuable part of my wedding.

  Me and my partner shopped around a bit before we settled on Chelsi. Her pricing was great and super competitive and we were able to get a couple of more hours of coverage with Chelsi than we would have with another coordinator. She was super nice with her responses and time, even if we bothered her with multiple meetings over the course of a week. We loved Chelsi and would book her again if we could.

  Professional, flexible, funny, friendly, overall amazing!

  My wife and I were so glad that we went with Chelsi and her team for our wedding. We booked Chelsi for full wedding planning and her package included coordination up to a certain time. We ended up adding more time to keep them until the end, which was really great being able to decide that kind of last minute. My wife and I were talking about it a couple of weeks after the fact and we realized just how much trouble they saved us just by being there. It was agreed amongst us, our families and our guests that Chelsi was very friendly, humorous and extremely professional. We are forever grateful and happy to have had such a beautiful wedding because of them.

  Book Chelsi now and never look back!

  Chelsi and her team were absolutely phenomenal to work with. Every part of my day was perfect. Chelsi helped me stay calm and our timeline on track. She helped me with every part of the pre-wedding preparation. Without her, my event wouldn't have gone as smoothly as it did. She went above and beyond and never missed a beat. She maintained constant communication and answered any and all questions we had and for any questions she couldn't answer, she would come back with an answer as soon as she was able. We booked Chelsi not knowing exactly what to expect out of a day-of coordinator, but she and Frank delivered on every promise and more for us. They expertly managed all matters behind the scenes and made sure that we were able to focus on our big day.   Chelsi and Frank were recommended to us by our venue. To be honest, my now husband and I did not even consider a day of coordinator, but we evenrually caved us the date was getting closer. Chelsi (head honcho) helped us come up with a detailed timeline, communicated with all our vendors and the venue, and even gave us some suggestions/advice on things for us to bring. We really went into our wedding planning journey with no real intention of ever bringing a day of coordinator on board and they ended up becoming the one vendor I don't think we could have gone without. Thank you guys so much for all your help at our wedding, you really put a lot of my stress and concerns to bed and I was ACTUALLY able to enjoy it.

  I finally broke down and hired a day of coordinator for my wedding. I reached out to a few people via Thumbtack and Chelsi stood out among the few people who replied to me. I hired Chelsi (and her partner Frank!) after a phone call where she put me at ease with the questions she was asking regarding the event and what I expected from her. She kept in constant communication and made sure that I was on top of everything I need to get done before the event. On the day off - she totally grabbed the reins and made the event seamless. She made sure everything was running smoothly and kept me updated without stress. I wish I found out about her and hired her to plan my wedding because she is worth every penny.   Fantastic Coordinator Duo

  My husband and I had a strange plan for our wedding. Everything was very unconventional and a little difficult to put into words but Chelsi and her partner Frank were able to bring our dream wedding to life. We were very relieved to have them help us out for our entire wedding experience. They were there from day 1 all the way to the day of. Chelsi is both very friendly and thorough. She answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. I rarely waited more than a few hours to hear back from her and she remembered every little detail. I can tell that they truly care about their craft. Thank you Chelsi and Frank! We'll never forget our special day.
