The most wonderful experience! Hire them!
Weddings & Whimsy helped bring all of our pandemic wedding dreams to life. We organized our destination wedding in Santorini with a relatively short timeline, after our bigger wedding had to be cancelled, and all of our planning was done through email/video calls. Kirsty was unbelievable to work with! She was so communicative, responsive, and a genuine joy. She made me feel so confident that everything would be handled perfectly — and it was. Kirsty was amazing to work with from start to finish. I cannot recommend Weddings & whimsy enough. Hire them! -

I cannot express how Kristy and Daryl are! We had originally planned for a local wedding but due to COVID and having to reschedule our wedding multiple times, we decided to elope in Greece! I found Kristy through Instagram and reached out to her directly. I opted to not hire a wedding planner since I was a pretty organized myself. Kristy and I talked via email for a couple of months and we even video chatted closer to our elopement date because I felt like that was the easiest to way to convey my ideas and what I wanted for our big day. Planning an event in a different country can seem daunting but Kristy made everything super easy! I picked a simple triangle arch and Kristy was honest in letting me know that if our venue didn't have enough rocks, it would be dangerous to set it up but they will try their best. On the day of our elopement I was busy with getting ready so wasn't able to interact with Kristy and Daryl that much but they were great! They arrived on time and set up our beautiful wedding arch and I am so in love with how our wedding photos turned out with their decorations. Kristy and Daryl are great and my husband are so happy that we chose them for our big day! -

Exceeded all of our expectations!
I first came across Wedding & Whimsy on social media when we were in the early days of planning our wedding in Santorini. I knew from the moment I saw it that I had to have the long wooden table with the overhead edison lighting and it wasn’t something I was willing to compromise on. We actually then planned the rest of the wedding around this!
I contacted Kirsty initially for some costs around the table and chair hire. She was always quick to respond to me, and even once the wedding season picked back up in summer 2021 and she was busy, she always replied to let me know she had received my email and that she would get back to me with a detailed email as soon as she could. And wow, did she!! Kirsty’s attention to detail is exceptional, she basically helped plan all everything, from table measurements, space between chairs to exactly how many candles we would require to get our desired finish. I knew I could trust her to handle everything which really took the pressure off me, especially with the pressures of covid and travel restrictions going on at the same time!
We had a number of changes along the way and I was constantly adding and reducing what we needed - nothing was too much trouble!
We met with Kirsty in person a few days before our wedding in Santorini just to go over the detail, to be honest I was so chilled out and just basically left Kirsty to it as I 100% knew she would meet all our expectations. She actually went above all of our expectations, every single item was truly stunning. Our table blew me away, even our family and friends who didn’t make the wedding couldn’t believe it from the photographs!
We also met Kirsty’s lovely husband and their team on the evening of the wedding, what a great bunch of people!
I cannot recommend wedding & whimsy enough if you are getting married in Santorini. There is nobody like them! And if like me there is something you want that they don’t have, they’ll do their best to source it for you. Literally nothing was too much trouble!
All of their pieces are stunning and unique. They have items to suit any wedding!

We’re from the states and decided to elope in Santorini (with no planner). I’ll start with the fact that they let us push our date back with absolutely no problem (Due to covid travel restrictions). On to the meat...
From the moment I reached out to Kirsty I knew it was not only going to be a blast working with them, but also that we would had very little to worry about! We picked a color scheme that was dreamy, but not quite right for a summer wedding in Santorini. Kirsty came back to us with an even better version of what we had pictured! For months we emailed back and forth and it was the highlight of my mornings to receive a message from her! I was always so excited to hear what ideas she’d come up with or what fabric she’d found. Another awesome part of working with them... their catalog is jam packed with goodies for any style of wedding, but when our color choice for a table runner wasn’t there, they made it happen. (Sorry for the long read, but we just loved these guys.) Fast forward to our elopement day! July 28th, 2021. The most important day of our lives. And my god, are we thankful now that we hired Weddings & Whimsy!!! Everything was beyond perfect. The day before, Kirsty popped in to go over everything with us which was really nice (except that she just HAD to show us her husband’s beautiful new half-daisy creation which we wanted so badly to include in our setup somehow! ☺️) Day of... I almost cried when I saw our dinner set up (and I don’t cry easily). It was beautiful, beyond what my husband and I could have ever expected, but in that moment it also hit me how many emails we had sent back and forth, how much time Kirsty had spent ordering and planning what we needed and how much I enjoyed working with her in the months prior to our elopement. These are people that we’ll drop a quick line to for years to come, just downright awesome people. To cut it short, because I could ramble all day about their awesomeness, you absolutely cannot go wrong booking with Weddings & Whimsy. I knew that I wanted to work with Weddings & Whimsy as soon as I started planning my wedding in Santorini. They have a HUGE portfolio of unique, creative and beautiful pieces - I found exactly what I wanted from their website. Kirsty and Daryl were wonderful - such warm, friendly and flexible people. The arch that we rented was in EXCELLENT condition and it was delivered and installed for us at our venue so the entire experience was stress-free. We had a perfect experience with Kirsty from weddingsandwhimsy. We met her a few weeks before our wedding in Santorini (19th September 20) and she immediatly understood what we wanted. The flower arch I ordered was perfectly in line with my desire, and the LOVE letters, really fantastic. Thanks to her we had the perfect decoration at the perfect place. Kirsty indeed advised us very well on the location where to put eveyrthing. She is a smiling, punctual, and empathetic woman. Don't hesitate if you need your help. She can realise ALL your dreams ! Choosing Weddings & Whimsy as our vendors for our wedding was magical. We are from the US and Kirsty helped me plan and choose what I wanted just through email. I was super nervous about making huge decisions for our wedding just by viewing photos and speaking only through email but our experience was wonderful. Once our special day came I had an idea of what I had chosen but I put all faith in our vendors that everything would be perfect and it absolutely was. It was exactly what I had dreamed our elopement wedding would be like. The delivery team was exactly on time (this was huge for me as I am very punctual) and very friendly. Kirsty was always very responsive through email every time I asked a question. She gave me wonderful recommendations and suggestions. Because of her I had the most beautiful flower arrangements made by Betty Flowers. Everything about our day was perfect. I HIGHLY recommend using Wedding & Whimsy. They went above and beyond to make our day special. We cannot wait to visit Greece again. The views, people, culture, and food is pure magic.

Weddings & Whimys provided this beautiful double arch that was a statement piece for our small wedding. It was so unique, different, and perfect to say the least. We used their bar cart as our cake table and let me tell you... it was magical against the Santorini view! My wife and I got married in Santorini on July 8th, 2019. We really wanted to decorate our wedding at Le Ciel with a few standout pieces of decor. I found Weddings & Whimsy on Instagram (they're pretty popular) and Kirsty was immediately super responsive and helpful. She quoted me right away for giant light-up marquees and a painted welcome sign (everything was also affordable in my eyes). Last minute, I ended up needing a card holder and Kirsty knew exactly what to choose. I have to say, if you peruse their website, you'll find tons of really inspiring ideas and decor you never even thought of incorporating in your big day.
I met with Kirsty two days before the wedding at the venue and she was so wonderful! She really got us excited about the details and walked me through where things would be set up. We definitely knew we were in good hands. It's easy to stress about planning a destination event but our vendors took a lot of the worry away.
Come the day of our wedding, the team was punctual and did a stunning job! I can't thank everyone enough for making it easy to put my trust in them. Kirsty & Daryl are true professionals and just lovely to work with. They played a large part in bringing our vision to fruition. If it isn't clear enough already, I highly recommend working with Weddings & Whimsy. My wife and I appreciate how responsive and easy-going Kirsty was when it came to our many emails and questions. This wonderful team will always be part of our happiest memories! -

Kirsty and Daryl from 'Weddings & Whimsy, were an absolute pleasure to work with! Trying to organise all our wedding logistics from our home country, where our wedding was held abroad, was no tall task for Kirsty and Daryl! They were exceptional and responsive, and were so professional with all the logistics pertaining to our special day. So much so that even when conducting a site recce, they were adamant that the choice we had made with some of our décor, would not do the day justice, and literally arranged to have everything redone and delivered and set up the day before our wedding! Wow....just WOW! From the moment we first reached out to Wedding and Whimsy they gave us a very warm welcome. Kirsty had wonderful ideas and easily put together a a collection of items that made my vision a reality! Our elopement was exactly what we wanted and more! They were very patient with us through the process and were available to us whenever we had a question. They made planning an elopement from the states a very smooth process. A little piece of Heaven!
Kirsty and Daryl are amazing! Easy to get along and masters of their craft. My husband and I planned our 10 year anniversary very last minute and put our trust in them!
