  Incredible Wedding Planners in Rome

  Thank you to Sarah and Daniela for helping us to plan our perfect wedding! They were incredibly professional and passionate about helping us to achieve our vision. Even though we live the other side of the world in Hong Kong, we never felt that hindered us because of their network and access to the best local vendors. Organising bookings was very smooth and easy. Their attention to detail really made the difference and they were on hand during the special day to make sure everything ran smoothly. Many of our guests said it was the best destination wedding they had been to and we couldn’t have done it without them! Grazie Mille Sarah and Daniela!

  The best experience!

  I cannot thank Sarah and Daniela enough for everything they did to make our wedding day as special as it was, we really could not have asked for better.
  Being from the UK we searched for wedding planners online, and out of all the companies we spoke to we felt an instant affinity with Sarah and how she could give us so much information about anything that we could possibly want to know.
  Through the months prior to the wedding our questions were always promptly answered, and nothing was ever too much, every request we made was handled with ease. Being a ‘last minute’ couple, everything was made so much easier by Sarah taking care of the bulk of the work and her getting in touch when she needed to know specific details.
  From the first point of contact, Sarah provided us with amazing venues to get married and have our reception in. Having been to Rome several times previously, we had never been to the location that we chose, but we are so glad that we did choose it! The whole event was absolutely stunning from start to finish.
  We visited Rome in November to see the venue and meet Sarah and she was so friendly and, of course, extremely helpful. We were so amazed by the venue and its panoramic views of the city; we knew instantly it was for us. We spoke to staff about our menu choices and what we wanted, and it was obvious that everything was in hand.
  There was an issue with our paperwork in Italy and our ceremony couldn’t go ahead as planned, but from the second that Sarah knew about this problem, she had a solution, and it honestly worked out better than it would have going by the original plan.
  The day itself was spectacular from start to finish. The flowers arrived even better than I had imagined, and I didn’t feel nervous or rushed as I felt as though everything was in hand. Walking into our ceremony was beautiful, the officiant couldn’t have been nicer, and it was a truly emotional and lovely experience. We were then taken off to have photos taken around the city and our guests were directed to the venue’s terrace where they could have reception drinks.
  When we arrived back at the venue we were directed to the room where we were having our meal, and it was beautiful. The tables were incredible, the food was wonderful, and Sarah was on hand the whole time.
  I never believed people when they said that their wedding was the best day of their lives – but it really was mine. And it was also the best wedding I’ve ever been to - without being biased.

  Wedding in Rome - Amazing

  From the moment I sent my first email to Sarah, I knew my wedding was in safe hands.
  Sarah was quick with responding, offered advice and listened to my concerns throughout the whole process.
  Not only did Sarah organise my wedding, she organised it during a global pandemic without breaking a sweat! She was calm, honest with me and determined! We had more bumps in the road than either of us thought were possible but Sarah and Danielle made sure that our day went perfectly smooth.
  We honestly had such an amazing day in Rome getting married and I strongly believe that it would not have been as successful if it wasn't for Sarah.
  I would not hesitate to recommend Weddings in Rome to anyone. I know that Sarah specializes in couples that are coming from abroad but I would recommend having Sarah involved in your day regardless of where in the world you live, including Italy. The knowledge of the paperwork and formalities is second to none and she made life so much easier!

  Want to make your wedding planning easy.....Look no further. Problems Solved by Sarah!!

  My beautiful bride and I have just returned to Australia after getting married in Rome in early August and a honeymoon in the Med and UK. It’s obviously a long way from Australia to Rome, so to try and organize the logistics of a wedding would be challenging.
  
  We already had selected a hotel with a rooftop terrace to hold our intimate ceremony, but we needed help with everything else.
  
  Great idea.....lets use a wedding planner.
  
  A google and study of reviews lead us to Weddings in Rome by RAYS srl....and Sarah. It turned what could have been an almost impossible task, into a relatively easy experience to tick things off the ‘to do’ list after receiving recommendations for photographers, hair and make up, cars, celebrate, flowers, violinist, etc.....
  
  The day went like clockwork, was perfect. Sarah met with us a couple of days prior so our minds were at ease knowing we were in good hands. Her English was perfect, so no language barrier either via email or face to face. Our ceremony was intimate, just the two of us, no friends or family. Sarah added a friendly face and a few ‘it will be ok’ to the bride when the inevitable panics occurred prior to the ceremony.
  
  The experience with Sarah was just easy, from our first email exchange when deciding who we should engage, to the hug goodbye after the ceremony when we were getting in the Mercedes with the photographer to get pics done at various monuments.
  
  Thank you Sarah and we would strongly recommend Weddings in Rome by RAYS srl to plan large or small ceremonies in Rome or other areas in Italy.

  When we chose Rome for our wedding, we had no idea what to expect. We had never visited Rome and this even made it a bigger risk for a choice. We looked for assistance and contacted Sarah who was very receptive, determined and reassuring that she will assist in the best way she can to make our day as memorable as possible. She did not respond to our requests like most professionals that we had contacted but she was detailed, responsive and willing to offer us options that will make our day most glorious. She gave us multiple options of every service we needed and most importantly, chose the most beautiful venue we could never have imagined.
  When the preparation wasn't going as planned, Sarah and Daniella assisted in every possible way to have our documentations and problems sorted out. My guests are still overwhelmed with Sarah's choice and touch of perfection. We have every reason to thank you both.   Stacy did a lot of research looking for the right Wedding Planners to help us plan our dream Rome wedding from NYC. She was immediately drawn to Sarah's background and to her response to our original questions. We loved that Sarah was local but had lived in NYC and worked in the travel industry. We also appreciated her love for music. She was an amazing planner giving us guidance, vendors and negotiating and sorting out all details of our beautiful wedding. We had amazing flowers, a fun fiat, the most artistic photographers, accommodating hair & makeup and delicious favors (olive oil and local bread and the traditional Jordan almonds). Our guests enjoyed both our welcome party at Romolo and we received no less than every guest complementing our venue, Antica Pesa, for the amazing setting, view and the most delicious food! We had an easy day starting at Villa Laetitia where we both individually stayed got ready in their beautifully unique and Fendi decorated rooms. We went up to the look out point, me in my fiat and her in a Mercedes, for a memorable first look and then went to the venue for the ceremony, dinner and a night filled with dancing and memory making. Fabio the guitarist learned our songs and added something special to the ceremony with his live guitar playing. We had roughly 60 guests travel from all over and they all made it safely and with plenty of information and direction, all guided by Sarah and Daniela. The reception was decorated beautifully with quotes we love, candles and an escort card table, all done by Sarah and her assistant. I can't say enough about each and every person who played a part in this day. It was so very special and we feel that Sarah, Daniele and Fabio, and the staff at Antica Pesa are now part of our family. THANK YOU!!! Highly recommend!!!

  I can't praise Weddings in Rome by RAYS highly enough! Sarah and the team made all the planning so simple. Not only did they listen and remember every detail I wanted, but they made great suggestions to enhance our day whilst making sure everything was in our budget. I live in the UK but never went to Rome prior to our wedding as I felt I didn't need to because Sarah made me feel everything was organised and okay. Once we arrived in Rome, Sarah and the entire RAYS team were so lovely and made me and my husband feel really calm in the lead up to the big day. Sarah met us for our wedding rehearsal to make sure all our questions in the church were answered which was a great help. Then on the day they ensured our reception venue was decorated exactly how I wanted it and were there to ensure our ceremony was intimate and not interrupted by the many tourists watching (we got married in the beautiful and very popular Santa Maria Basilica in the Trastevere). Even my guests commented on how lovely Sarah & Daniela were and how good they were at ensuring everything went well. I can't thank them enough for all their work and effort. You can tell they truly care for every wedding they organise which is what you need. They are reliable, honest and trust worthy and I highly recommend them! xx

  Beautiful beyond expectations

  Let me just start off by saying that our wedding planning had many bumps along the way to the point where I wanted to cancel the whole thing. We are from California and working with someone who lives in a different continent might seem hard. However, Sarah was very accommodating and responds in a timely manner to emails and queries. On days where it felt impossible to get through the day because of the hurdles that we had to deal with, she was there to give me just the right information to keep moving forward. When we finally met her, it felt like meeting an old friend. She was warm, unassuming, and kind. My wedding day turned out perfectly because of her hard work and dedication. It was beautiful beyond expectations. Thank you Sarah! :)

When we finally met her, it felt like meeting an old friend. She was warm, unassuming, and kind. My wedding day turned out perfectly because of her hard work and dedication.
