Donivyn and I had the vision of a Beauty and the Beast theme wedding for a while. We got married at the court house in 2014 and said that one day that vision would come true. Well 10 years later and Mrs. Trina Burkhalter made it happen! We gave her the vision and trusted that she would bring it to life.
Life was life-ing throughout this whole process including the day of the ceremony but I knew that it was all good because Mrs. Trina had it all under control. I gave my input when asked and allowed her to flow freely and she did not disappoint. Mrs. Trina was very attentive not only to the details of the vow renewal but to me and my family. She was not just a wedding coordinator; she was a sounding board when I was frustrated, a task list reminder in human form when I was forgetting things, a babysitter if needed, a health aide more than once, and a friend who prayed when personal matters arose.
Mrs. Trina, we cannot thank you enough for making our 10 year Vows Renewal something that will be forever etched in our hearts. Wow! Trina and her team went above and beyond my expectations! I love hosting events and this time I decided I wanted sit back and enjoy and boy did I!

We didn’t think e needed a personal wedding coordinator since our venue provided one for the day of the wedding but when I say TRINA saved the day she saved the day plus the weekend and months BEFORE the day! She was so attentive and very detail oriented! She thought of things we didn’t even know to think of. She was very patient and very kind especially when I got overwhelmed with plans towards the end. She went above and beyond to make sure we were at ease and taken care of from vendors to deadlines and so. I have more. Because of her and her team our day was pretty much PERFECT! We highly recommend Weddings and Events By Trina! -

She was by my side from day one, she answered all of my E-Mails and text messages promptly and always had advice and great ideas for me. Even though I choose her day of the wedding coordinator package, she was always there for me up until the big day. She even met me at Hobby Lobby to help me pick out everything I needed for my centerpieces, she was also available to accompany me at meetings with my other vendors. Hiring Trina was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process. She was always by my side and made sure that everything went smoothly. She decorated my venue with candles, photos, and flowers and more and it was the most beautiful thing I had ever laid eyes on. Trina felt like family at my wedding, and so did her assistant Ken who I ADORED. If you want to go with someone who is creative, kind, personable, and professional go with Trina. You can count on her to make your wedding beautiful and perfect. -

She provided my husband and I with "day of" wedding coordination services. Even though she was our "day of" coordinator, she provided so much more. Everytime we had questions or asked her to attend a site visit with us, she was there. There was no situation or question too complicated for her to solve quickly and efficiently. Her peaceful and soothing presence as well as her rock star organizational skills made our wedding nothing short of spectacular. Our guests and even our wedding party are still raving about how fun and organized our wedding was! I would highly recommend her services to anyone who needs a wedding planner.

I saw Trina's work at a wedding and marriage retreat and decided to hire her for two events in the same day. The first was a beautiful brunch and tea and the evening event was a 70's themed party. She and her team were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! She so expertly extracted the vision for both events from my head and expanded on every detail. She was extremely flexible, yet kept us on task. She went above and beyond my expectations. I was in the midst of traveling and just generally had a busy schedule, and she managed to work with me through all of that. On the day of the events, she and her professional team executed flawlessly and I felt like a guest at my own events. I was blown away by how her team almost magically transitioned from one event to the next. My vision came to life and it was even better than I pictured it in my head. My guests were raving about how beautiful, fun, and seamless everything was. I host several events per year and Trina will most definitely become my secret weapon for ALL of my events! -

Trina’s event planning was a first rate experience for us and some of our beloved family and dearest friends. From planning to execution Trina and her team were on it. I was able to love on our guests, some we hadn’t spent time with in years, while Trina and her team made my husband's 50th celebration party memorable from start to finish. -
