I couldn't be more happier with Suda and my invitations, escort cards, and thank you cards that she created for my wedding. Suda was very flexible and organized and on top of every request I had. She created beautiful options for me to choose from and she was very flexible everytime I changed my mind and design until we found the perfect one. Her work was very beautiful and very professional and I got lots of compliments on my invitations. I love the fact that she hand makes them and that she creates the designs. She is very talented and generous and quick to respond and she will work until they are exactly what you want! I thank you so much for setting the theme for my wedding! I highly recommend her for your invitations!

Suda is a real life fairy godmother. She met with my husband and I DAYS before our wedding and managed to get all of our last minute details together and let the day run smoothly. If issues did occur, I was unaware because the day kept moving and she was wonderful to make sure my husband and I actually had a moment to eat, breathe, and was attentive to us the entire night. Our wedding was beautiful and it wouldn't have been close to this if we didn't have Suda. I cannot recommend her enough, she deserves more than 5 stars. If you are reading this, your search is over and you have just found the perfect wedding planner :D

Suda was awesome in helping us just put everything together her invitations were gorgeous all her printing we loved and the day of the wedding we couldn't have done it without her. It allowed me the mother of the bride to enjoy my only daughters wedding day with no distractions. DO NOT GO WITHOUT A PLANNER.

Suda was fantastic. She was very organized, which I appreciated more than anything else. She also took on a big role of coordinating with all of my vendors before the day of to make sure everyone knew where and when they needed to set-up. She also was able to give a tour to my photographer the week before, since my photographer had never been to the venue before. She is a seasoned wedding planner and photographer, so she had a lot of great ideas for things that my husband and I had never thought about - and I was sure that we had thought of everything.

I did not have to worry about a darn thing on the day of. Suda had it handled.

Wow, words cannot describe how helpful Suda was. I depended on her a lot and she ensured everything was perfect down to the very last detail. Suda was well worth the money and an amazing person!

If rated fairly ... being a human...she was truly Wonderful! She was my support on the Big Day ...kept everything running smoothly. She fits right in with family & friends, fun yet Professional. She handled a unpleasant situation , defusing it, fixed it ...Then got everyone back in the magic!!!. I was impressed!

You don't realize until your wrapped up in the event how important time is utilized...she was the glue that brought the Magic all together that evening.
Our invitations were unique ,designed by Suda . With her expertise network we
choose our caterer, photographer, DJ, Flowers and Minister... all went great!

Thanks to Suda it was a perfect fairy tail like wedding to remember by all who attended!

Suda is very professional and patient before, during, and after. She was creative with the wedding plans, and the photography. Suda poured out her heart and soul in my daughter's wedding - Elyse and Nathan Powell. Suda made the special day a day to remember and has captured all the precious moments of that day. Suda did a beautiful job on our invitations. She customized them so they were perfect for us. She also did our thank you cards, seating chart, the table numbers, and the programs. They were perfect!

Words cannot describe how happy i was with the service i received from suda! she was there for my every beck and call and when i felt anxious about something she was there saying dont worry everything will come together and it sure did!! She did such an amazing job i will recommend her to everyone! everytime my mother and I would have any questions or emails that needed to be answered within that day she was responding and giving us relief, and letting us know things will be okay.
shes just overall such a great person with a great heart and we need more people like that around!

What can I say except I don't know what I would do without her! She was great!! So glad we decided to use her because she had anything & everything we needed to do before we even knew or asked. She was wonderful to work with and the day of the wedding every time I thought I had forgot something she had it done already. I would soooo recommend her to everyone because it made everything run so smoothly I couldn't be happier with how the wedding for my daughter turned out. She was so great I'm using her again for my other daughters wedding.

Suda was the day of coordinator for my daughter Lauren wedding. She did a fabulous job keeping everything organized. I could not imaging how the day would have been withyout her assistance. She was extremely organized and professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a planner. Suda also did the seating chart and programs for the church and they were absolutely beautiful. Thank you Suda for all you did!

We give Suda 5 Stars because there is no way we could have done it without her! She was absolutely AMAZING and helped make sure that we got everything done that we had planned. The day went by so fast for us, but was everything we could have asked for plus some! THANK YOU SUDA!!!!!

Had I known how much of a pain it is to plan a wedding I would have probably hired Suda to do it all for me. I got through the planning, but Suda made the day possible. She was AMAZING!!! She was my day of coordinator and she probably was the most important part of the whole day. She made things move smoothly. I didn't have to think about what time I needed to be doing this or that. She was there at every turn. She helped make sure we got to have our special moments and guided us when we had no clue what we were doing. She was even helpful in our crisis of not being able to locate my purse and belongings. I will always suggest at the very least a day of coordinator to any up coming bride and I will always suggest Suda. Thank you so much Suda for making our day the best it could be!!!

I HIGHLY recommend Suda!! It was the best money spent for our wedding day!! It doesn't matter, your budget! Figure out how to hire her!!
Every single detail was taken care of, and let me tell you, on the day of...you don't have time to deal with the little stuff! Things that you don't even think of while planning come up, and Suda has it taken care of! She was the lifeline of the day, and the face I looked for in the crowd!! Because of Suda, everything went off without a hitch!!

I had a day of planner for my wedding and her name was Suda (Weddings by Suda). She was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! I would not have been able to make it through planning of the wedding let alone the actual wedding day! All of my vendors knew her which was nice. She was so helpful with everything throughout the entire day. She did my day of itinerary (which was a detailed 3 page list, which was amazing!!) She is great! She also makes a lot of things so I purchased my programs and my seating chart through her. She does a great job!!! No one should get married without a day of planner and Suda is the girl every bride needs!

Suda is THE best Coordinator in Tampa Bay, no comparisons!!! I used to do event planning and we were very organized in our wedding planning. We searched the area for a Coordinator to take over as our wedding got nearer so we could relax a bit, but most wanted far too much money for the specific services we were asking for or told us flat out they 'couldn't do' what we wanted. Suda and Hector were the exact opposite; fun, professional, extremely organized and willing to work with us for what we needed done. Worth her price in gold!!! We had a MAJOR last minute change in where our reception would be due to extreme weather and Suda worked with our vendor team to move a 200-person event to a different venue within about an hour. Our guests all raved about her and how they would have never been able to tell there had been a change. Suda had so many great suggestions to add to our 'vision' and truly was the main reason why our wedding was as memorable as our guests have told us that it was. Not only are we recommending her without reservation to everyone we know, we plan on using her services for our own future events!!!

Suda is the best!! She worked with us via phone and internet access because we are from Puerto Rico. She even sent me a wedding planning binder so I can get started. She custom made my invites and seating chart and the whole package! She came to Puerto Rico and was also my Day-of Coordinator. Once she got here she contacted all my vendors and made sure everything was settled! She was also my photographer! She even helped us choreagraph our first dance!! I was a mess before the wedding but she is very professional and my wedding didn't have anything go wrong because of her!! Dreams really come true with Suda in them! I love her so much!! Im so glad to now be officially part of her family!!

I got married at Kapok Special Events on September 4th. I was on a very tight budget and did not have the extra money in my budget for the day of planner. At the last minute I was able to add this highly recommended service and I am so happy I did as I worked with Suda and she was great! She made books for all the vendors with timelines so everyone was on the same page. She coordinated everything so I didn't have to worry. She even thought of the little things that I would not have thought of. She was my go to person for anything I needed and I am really happy with her work and recommend her to anyone lookig for this service.

Suda was great. We had my son's wedding at Kapok and on the day of the wedding, Suda took care of all of our vendors and issues so that nothing went wrong. It could not have been any better, in large part because of Suda. She also made our seating chart, which came out beautifully. Suda was absolutely AMAZING. She handled EVERYTHING from the rehearsal to the wedding ceremony/reception. I had absolutely nothing to worry about the day of my wedding. She managed the time well and my guests and vendors loved having here there in charge. Without her, my wedding would not have gone as smoothly. I would HIGHLY recommend her... you won't regret it.

I used Suda's day of services. She helped me figure out all of the little details from the ceremony to where everything would go for the reception to how we would do our send off. She made my stress level a lot less by helping me with things that I probably wouldn't have even known I needed to do! She was very easy to stay in contact with over email and she was a big factor in making our day beautiful and memorable. She worked closely with all of our vendors to make sure that everyone was on the same page and knew where and when and what needed to be done. Our day went very smoothly, and I attribute this mostly to her services. She was very kind to use and she is a great person to work with. If day of planning is in your budget, I highly recommend her. She is much more inexpensive than the large companies you will find reviews for, and her services are outstanding.

Suda made our wedding day absolutely perfect! All day, all my husband, my family and I had to worry about was enjoying our wedding! She was attentive to the specific needs of the guests and making sure that all of our vendors had everything that they needed as well! I will certainly reccomend Suda to any friends or family getting married in the area, and events for that matter, as I am sure she would do an equally beautiful job!

Suda was very helpful to me (MOB) and took over many small details during the last week that I didn't have time to handle. She was professional and attentive and well worth her fee. She handled all the vendors during the week prior to the wedding and coordinated everything well. I would recommend her services. Even though you think you can do it yourself, at the last minute there are more things to do than you can imagine or handle yourself. Thanks, Suda.

When I first started planning my wedding, I thought I could do it all myself. After all, I just wanted a simple, small ceremony. Simple and small, however, ended up being more of a challenge than I anticipated. All the little details began to add up, and I am so glad I had Suda to help make the wedding ceremony elegant and stress free. She is well organized and was able to keep track of everything. She also did a beautiful job of decorating the chapel and directing everyone to where they needed to be for the ceremony. It was clear that Suda had done this many times before, and I would recommend her professional service to others.

The wedding invitations Suda made for my wedding on June 7, 2014 were beautiful. They were designed specifically for me and couldn't have been more perfect. Suda also made a monogram that we used on several items throughout our wedding. Invitations set the first impression of a wedding and Suda knocked it out of the park. They were beautiful from the invitation to the envelopes!

Suda was my wedding fairy godmother! She made me and my then fiance feel so special-- like a king and queen for a day! She stepped in about 6 months before our big day as our Day-Of Coordinator, and boy are we thankful to have had her! We completely recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner and/or Day-Of Coordinator, ESPECIALLY Kapok brides. Suda was married at the Kapok herself, so she knows her way around and understand the needs and special moments of a Kapok wedding. I'm going to miss her emails and talking to her now that the big day has passed, but she will always be an important part of our wedding day! Bravo, Suda!

Suda was a responsive, professional wedding planner. She is a very warm, compassionate person, so she naturally took care of everyone involved in the wedding. As the Mother of the Bride, I particularly valued her responsiveness to tiny bumps in the road on the day of the wedding. My daughter's wedding was at our home and held outside; Suda and her husband, Hector anticipated every situation and dealt with it warmly and professionally.

I would highly recommend Suda.

Super Happy with Suda!

Suda is a wonderful, sweet human being who helped us make our wedding day so special and memorable. She took the stress off our shoulders during our wedding day and worked through every tiny detail to make our day run as smoothly as possible! She was so attentive to making our Wedding as special and unique as we wanted it to be, dealing with all the vendors for us and checking to make sure last-minute details were aligned. Suda was very professional and supportive throughout the entire process and wanted the very best for us as a couple. She is a wonderful person with a huge heart - she even took my wedding flowers to churches and other ederly homes after the event to brighten people's day which made me so stinkin' happy!!! We are so grateful for all her hard work and time she put towards making our day perfect! Xoxo

OVERALL SUDA PROVIDED US WITH A GREAT BASIS FOR OUR WEDDING DAY. SHE WAS A GREAT ASSET IN KEEPING EVERYONE RUNNING SMOOTHLY AND ON TIME AND WAS A GREAT HELPING HAND ALONG THE WAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER SERVICES.

Was NOT impressed at all!! if you want to be made to feel like crap I say you have found the right place,
I did get my invites reprinted by her printing company she owns they turned out and only after having to tell her she has my name spelled wrong 4 times, she runs her office out of her house if you need use restroom you get an aggravated live in Mother or an aggravated Husband making you feel like you shouldn't have to use the restroom after a 2 hour drive to them!!! and that's just the start of a horrible trouble, I didn't hear a thing from her till the night before rehearsal for her to ask who is doing what ect. when we are at rehearsal she is late and she has someone I have never meet before didn't introduce but decided to have her help with my wedding rehearsal!! really I had to ask her who she was and why she was there and introduce myself.
the day of the rehearsal she still had my name spelled wrong in my itinerary!!!!!
not to mention Suda was telling me to breath with her like I was going into labor instead of my wedding she did this many times acting as if she was making a joke of me.. then she tried to make me sign a contract I didn't hire her I hired Kapok tree they hired her I paid Kapok tree for a day of planner/coordinator and she expected me to sign a contract with her...
her professionalism has much to improve, I didn't feel like a beautiful stunning bride I felt rushed and frustrated with how myself and my family where treated the my wedding party that included 7 groomsmen and 6 brides Maids 2 flower girls my self my Husband best man and Maid of honor all expressed she acted like she was on drugs.. was a HUGE MISTAKE.. any advice I could give if you go to her is RUN NOW!!!

The day of the wedding mom of the bride spent more time doing what Suda should have been doing that spending time with her daughter. She checked on the bride one time from 10am until 4:50pm. She cancelled the dollar dance with out asking the bride. She actually asked for her tip and was mad when we didn't tip her. I have a email to her asking her about her failures and her reply was it is best to let it go as our wedding is over.. I am sure that was easy as she was paid in full so what did it matter she messed up.. NOT TO MENTION SHE GAVE THE WRONG NAME TO THE DJ FOR THE FIRST INTRODUCTION AND MESSED UP THE BRIDE AND GROOMS FIRST TIME EVER!!
