  Best wedding planning!!

  I could go on and on about how wonderful it was to work with Mariana for our wedding and welcome event. Over the course of a year and a half of planning Mariana took every detail we discussed and brought it to life for the wedding of our dreams. She ensured everything was perfect and not only did she take care of us but she includes our daughters to make sure they felt special as well. Planning a destination wedding is quite the task but Mariana and her team made the entire process very easy. Even when I panic called her thinking i forgot something or felt like I was behind on planning she was able to talk me through everything so thoughtfully so I had nothing to worry about.
  We truly couldn’t have done this without her!!

  Best wedding coordinator ever!

  Mariana went above and beyond on everything for us!! We live in the states and had our wedding at Villa Caletas in Costa Rica. Planning a wedding from afar seemed super difficult, but Mariana made it all come together perfectly!!!!!! She was always quick to respond to our questions via email and paid so much attention to detail. All the vendors she recommended were amazing as well. She made coordinating with all the vendors super easy. We were so thrilled with our entire experience, and couldn’t have found a better person for the job! We would highly recommend her for your special day!!

  Mariana is amazing!

  Mariana made our wedding experience unforgettable in the best way. She is kind, patience, has a great sense of humor, and is there during the planning process and day of the wedding to help with absolutely any detail necessary. She’s creative and provided so many wonderful ideas that we would’ve never thought of, and those details made our wedding what it was. I would recommend her times a million!!! We are so grateful that we found her because she is both an incredible wedding planner and person.

  Such a great planner!

  I was a bridesmaid in a wedding in Cachí on NYE and I was incredibly impressed with Mariana. Super organized, flexible, professional, calm, cool, and collected. Everything you would dream for in a wedding day! Great energy and an awesome team!

  Great Care and Truly Personalized Destination Wedding

  One of the best compliments I can give Mariana is her passion for wedding planning. She truly loves what she does and will give her attention to every last detail. I was beyond impressed with her attentiveness. She was always very quick to respond and made us feel like we were her only clients. A destination wedding can be quite challenging when planning your dream wedding in a different country. We had to rely on Mariana's expertise and knowledge of the area to bring our dream wedding to life and she more than delivered. She personally went out of her way to create a memorial table for the bride and groom and selected beautiful picture frames and flowers to stage in the honeymoon suite that blew us away. She was with us every step of the way and met every expectation and went above and beyond our expectations. She's amazing and I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

  Wedding of our dreams!

  Mariana worked with us to host a wedding at Villa Caletas with 69 total people over the course of 4 days in June 2022 and we had an incredible experience! It is a beautiful setting with different venues designed to host events. Mariana was responsive to our needs while planning, offering her ideas and suggestions, being transparent about what was possible and the budget, all while making us feel comfortable while planning from the United States.
  
  Mariana knows the wedding industry extremely well, works incredibly hard, and has great relationships with all of the vendors we used. We hosted a welcome bbq, rehearsal dinner and wedding for all of our guests and the entire experience was so easy during the planning process and during the weekend because of Mariana!
  
  There can be a lot of unknowns with destination weddings, but you are in amazing hands with Mariana! Thank you for helping us plan the wedding of our dreams!

  Mariana and her team are excellent! She guided us through the entire process and met every request we made to perfection, she helped us make the wedding of our dreams come true.
