Professional and Knowledgeable Wedding Planner

Rachel went above and beyond in helping us make Bailey and Spencer’s wedding the best celebration. She is efficient, helpful and very knowledgeable. Because of Rachel, we enjoyed the event and had no worries! I highly recommend Rachel for any wedding or party event. Simply the best!!

Best Wedding Planner Ever!!

If you are looking for an amazing wedding planner, Rachel is the one! I am not sure what we would have done if she wasn't there to help with the planning of our wedding. She is professional, timely, knowledgeable, and most of all, a wonderful person who helped make our wedding the best day ever! Wonderful Officiant

Rachel was such a pleasure to work with. She was so kind and helpful and put together such a beautiful ceremony for us, and we couldn't have asked for a better officiant to marry us on our special day. Our guests all commented on how soothing her voice was and on how great of a job she did as she naturally spoke about us as if she knew us for years. I would definitely recommend Rachel to anyone getting married to take care of you on your special day!

Couldn’t have done it without Rachel

My fiancé and I hired Rachel for month of services for our wedding at JBR and we are so glad we did! She was a huge help in the weeks leading up to the wedding and the day of the wedding! She created the timeline for the day of and was the main point of contact for all our vendors so I could enjoy the day! She made everything run so smoothly and remained cool, calm and collected the entire day, (even when I had a mini melt down about our zoom ceremony not working!) My brother officiated the wedding and Rachel was a huge help in making sure he had everything prepared for the ceremony! I cannot say enough kind things about Rachel, I’m so happy to have gotten the chance to work with her!!

Couldn’t have done it without her

I truly couldn’t imagine my wedding without Rachel. I knew having a wedding coordinator would help make my wedding stress free, but Rachel truly went above and beyond anything I could have expected. Even during a pandemic and 99% change of rain on our wedding day, she took away any stress I had. (Even fixing broken heels 30 minutes before the ceremony and fixing broken buttons on suits during photos) To call her amazing is an understatement.

Beyond expectations

Rachel is absolutely amazing!! We planned for a small destination beach wedding and she delivered way more than that. She adjusted the ceremony package we selected to fit our group and needs. The decorations were exquisite. The ceremony was incredibly unique, matched us perfectly and was delivered with the utmost professionalism and fun. We highly recommend!!

Rachel is by far the best officiant I have ever met. She wrote our ceremony vows and had us look it over and make any necessary changes. She’s an excellent speaker and made our family and friends laugh.

Amazing. Can’t recommend her enough. She was incredible with keeping the planning on track, finding vendors, making itinerary for day of, calling all vendors to arrange times and so much more. I came with a few weird criteria and she met them all and surpassed. She made sure my visions was affordable and was my reality.

Rain or shine 5 stars all day!

Rachel officiated our wedding. I felt like a mess with all the things that could go wrong like the Rain that we were graced with. Rachel was an amazing angel that made us all feel like nothing was happening except being in the moment together becoming husband and wife. Ceremony composition and officiating

I cannot recommend Rachel enough! She deserves all of these great reviews!!! We were so overwhelmed with hosting the week of our wedding we never got around to choosing our wedding readings, and with the small amount of information I gave her about what we were looking for, she was able to compose a ceremony better than anything my fiance or I had seen online! Her uplifting energy and experience in the wedding industry makes her exactly the person you want standing next to you and part of your wedding team! Best coordinator!!!

We hired Rachel as our officiant and month of coordinator and we are so happy we did!! We live out of state but Rachel was so easy to communicate with and helped us stay stress free the day of the wedding! I genuinely did not worry about a single thing. Her and her assistant, Mary, set up our decorations beautifully! She even has some wedding items that we were able to borrow for our big day. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!

Absolutely amazing and memorable

My daughter and son-in-law wedding day was an amazing event. The guests were thanking us for inviting them to the wedding. They loved everything. We received so many compliments. Rachel is amazing. She has this special twinkle in her eyes, and a smile from the heart that I will treasure. She also officiated the ceremony as if she had known the bride and groom forever. She and her team work so hard with pulling everyone together and decorating the mansion. She is really amazing and made it a perfect day to remember forever.

Rachel is absolutely amazing! If you're getting married on the Treasure Coast, I would highly recommend calling her. She really took care of us. We had several pretty major hiccups the day of the wedding and she handled every one of them for us. I can't say enough about her!

Where do I begin? Rachel is amazing. She has seen and been through it all with her brides. My venue, the House of Refuge, immediately recommended her. My mother wanted a planner as well so she can enjoy her day. After my first meeting with Rachel, I was hooked! She knows her stuff, and who to talk to. Rachel actually encouraged WeddingWire over the other wedding site that shall not be named. She understands budgets, where to splurge and save, and which vendors work within those means. Using Rachel also saved me some money because the relationship she had with them. Hiring a planner is a must to fully enjoy your day. Rachel is superior. So stop looking and go call her!

I knew on my list of “to-do’s” after my daughter’s wedding was to review all of our vendors. As tedious of a project as it is, I relied heavily on others reviews to help make all of our decisions, so I knew it was must. So first and foremost, the planning!!

This was a destination wedding for us with 80 guests in attendance and events spanning over a four day period. With my daughter living in Nebraska and me in Kansas, coordinating from afar could have been a complete disaster but luckily we found Rachel! My daughter had a connection with her from the very first time they spoke on the phone and she was even more darling in person.

She was so accommodating in coordination with our planning visits throughout the year, always making sure we had appointments lined up and making the most of our time.

She knows the best of the best when it comes to vendor s, coordinating when we needed but was also so inviting and open to working with new vendors that we brought in. Clearly well respected amongst her colleagues!

Rachel was wonderful to work with in every way...flexible, responsive, timely, creative, the list goes on and on. Using Weddings by Rachel was the best decision we made and resulted in a fabulous and flawless wedding day!

Michael created a ceremony that touched the heavens above for my new hubby and me! He spent late nights talking us through our ceremony, sent us information to truly appreciate every aspect of our day, and stayed with us the whole night to ensure everything went beyond our expectations! His responsiveness and relationships with other vendors worked perfectly as he knew our music to ensure each step was timely. There wasn't a dry face in the room because his voice carried out deep emotion to pull in our audience. Even a butterfly fluttered in between us before our kiss because the heavens above were moved with his presence! We will never forget a single moment of our day because of Michael!

My Fairy Tale Wedding came true all because of Rachel! Living four hours away from our ceremony and reception site, she made it easy for us by providing excellent referrals (and handled arrangements) for a florist, photographer, DJ, minister, and photo booth manager. Her connections, because everyone trusts her and appreciates her, gave me the best in the business! She was always available and calmed me with just hearing her voice through late night chat meetings. She had beautiful invitations specially made for us. She made all my guests feel welcomed and everything was perfectly executed! The price was affordable and included more services than I could imagine. I truly felt like the fourth of July exploded in me with excitement to see how creative she made our day that was beyond my expectations!

Rachel is phenomenal. We hired Rachel for our beach wedding in Feb and she helped us to create a ceremony that fit us a couple so perfectly. Rachel delivered a beautiful ceremony, and even when we had forgotten the rings she made it such a beautiful moment that will be remembered so fondly. She is super flexible and knowledgable. Rachel also did the draping in our reception hall and provided a gorgeous sparkly backdrop for behind our sweetheart table that I didn't know I couldn't have lived without. So happy with having used Rachel for our ceremony. She's amazing!!

We hired Rachel as our officiant and day of coordinator. It was our best decision in the entire wedding planning process. Rachel impressed us from the day we met - we were randomly scouting venues and she took time from her busy day to show us around and gave us great tips. Her husband Michael had officiated for one of my good friends and did a great job, so we were already planning to talk to them about officiating. Can now highly recommend both Michael and Rachel! Rachel is a wealth of knowledge and is incredibly hard working. After learning our wedding had a theme she wasn't entirely familiar with, she spent time researching the theme to make a wonderful related ceremony for us. She had an answer for every question I asked (and I ask a lot of questions) and had already thought of everything I was concerned with. The vendors she recommended were wonderful as well. I was amazingly calm compared to what I was expecting on my wedding day - and it was due to knowing that I had Rachel taking care of everything. Rachel and Michael went above and beyond to make our wedding amazing!

My wife and I currently live in Tennessee, but decided to get married on the beach in Florida. Planning a wedding from out of state is no easy task, especially since we were not able to visit the venue or meet with vendors face to face until the morning of our wedding. (We are both doing our residency training & had little free time). Thankfully, we had Rachel to make the process incredibly easy! As others have written, she is very easy to reach both by email and phone. She has a great relationship with the venue we chose to have our wedding (House of Refuge), as well as a long list of vendors to choose from. We found all of our vendors from her recommendations. The photographer, wedding cake, florist, etc were all absolutely superb! She was in contact with all of them and helped negotiate the prices as well. We honestly could not have planned it without her help.

The day of our wedding, Rachel and her husband were extremely prepared, professional, and really enjoyable to have around. They made sure all the vendors were there on time and that everything was set up. They managed the event seamlessly and made sure everyone was taken good care of. My wife and I were blown away with how helpful they were and extremely thankful for their calming presence!! Please do yourself a favor and get Rachel and her husband to help you with your wedding!! They are an absolute pleasure to work with.

Rachel and her husband, Michael, are a great team. They helped me plan my intimate beach wedding offering location, decoration, and timing advice. I was an out of state bride planning a destination wedding in Florida from Boston, who was in contact with Rachel for nearly 18 months. She not only helped us stay on budget by recommending certain vendors when we were stuck, but she also works closely with the vendors and can facilitate negotiations. On the day of the wedding, I thought everything went smoothly and that we were lucky. Turns out, it was just Rachel running around behind the scenes fixing everything so that it seemed perfect to the rest of us! I don't know how I would have done it without Rachel!! I've been working with her for almost a year now and she is a miracle worker. She responds to emails very quickly and even gives her cell number if you prefer texts! She is always smiling, helps keep things in perspective and brings positive energy around something that can at times be stressful (let's be honest). I highly recommend her!

Rachel is absolutely amazing at everything she does! I really couldn't have picked a better person to help us plan our wedding. She was always there to answer any question I had no matter how silly it might have been. I hired her for day of coordination services but she really provided so much more! Above and beyond service does not even begin to describe everything that Rachel did for us. We absolutely love her! She helped to make everything even better than I had imagined it. The day certainly would not have been so perfect without her! I really cannot thank you enough Rachel!

Rachel has the sweetest, calmest disposition with a wealth of wedding knowledge behind her and is the perfect addition to make the brides day more special. Rachel was our officiant, but I believe she would have made a wonderful planner for us as well, and if we could do it all over again would hire her for that too as we chose to go without.
She is a master at her craft, and she performed the most beautiful, unique ceremony for us. Our guests all commented on how great it was. She catered it perfectly to fit our Christian beliefs while still being special and unique.

I cant say enough about sweet Rachel... except hire her! Biggest day of your life let her make it seamless for you!

Words really can't say how amazing Rachel is and how great any event that she coordinates turns out. Her day of planning is priceless which is why she has now been the coordinator and officiant for me, my twin sister, and in October one of our close friends. Anyone who attends a wedding by Rachel can't help but see how much stress she takes off the bridal party, the parents, and the vendors. I was able to be at my hotel happily getting hair, makeup, and photos done while Rachel made sure the venue was perfection. Anyone looking for a stress free wedding day needs to talk to Rachel because she is worth every penny and then some.

Rachel is truly the best in the business at her job. She was born to be a wedding planner. I believe that because of Rachel my wedding was absolutely perfect in every way. She goes above and beyond, is professional, organized and so upbeat and friendly. There should be a Rachel is every city!! Her husband performed my ceremony and it was so amazing. There are not enough words (or stars) for me to describe how absolutely fantastic Rachel is. I hired her a little over a month out from my wedding day, after a year of trying to plan things myself. Rachel did more in a month than I had in a year, and I dedicated some serious time to planning things.

I got stuck on trying to make my ideas come to fruition... And honestly, Rachel knocked it out of the park. She is BEYOND worth it.

She's more than affordable, considering what she delivers. I trusted her from the very beginning, without even having met her until the week OF THE WEDDING!!!

All of my guests are raving about how she kept things together, and was more than personable. In fact, she really was just one of the family members by that point.

She's extremely responsive, VERY organized, knows the business from every side and she saved us several THOUSAND DOLLARS on rentals and her overall recommendations.

My wedding was everything I could have dreamed of, and more. Honestly, if you're looking for an amazing planner - or just need month of help, please do not hesitate!!! I wish I could get married again, just to work with her again! No lie!!

Rachel came highly recommended to me when I realized I was in over my head with wedding planning. All the small details were piling up and Rachel was the biggest help to me. I hired her for the "day of" coordinator but it was more like the "month of." She is so patient and thorough, she didn't forget any details. The day of my wedding it was torrentially raining and she slid into our backup plan and made it look beautiful. Of all the things I spent money on for my wedding, this was the money best spent.

Rachel was absolutely AMAZING! Our wedding planning and day was absolutely perfect and stress free thanks to Rachel. She made sure everything was just the way we wanted it. Having Rachel on the day of our wedding was well worth it, she made her "one self" seem like there was 20 clones of her. She was constantly asking if there was anything we needed/if everything was okay. When we were taking our pictures Rachel was by our side with waters and food for OUR convenience. Rachel was also our officiant. We chose not to write our own vows, and the ceremony that Rachel provided for us was 100% perfect. I have not 1 bad review to say about Rachel, she was everything we needed plus MORE.

I am SO happy we hired Rachel. She was really amazing!!! We hired her as the "day of coordinator" but she really did much more than that. I spoke with her many times months before the wedding about vendors, advice, etc and she was extremely helpful. And I cannot say enough about everything she did the day before and day of the wedding!!! She was worth 10 times what we paid and I don't know what we would have done without her!! She decorated, contacted all the vendors, made times lines, and much more; really above and beyond very expectation. We also hired her husband to bartend for the rehearsal as well as he and another bartender day of and they were incredible!! So helpful and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Rachel, she will make your wedding amazing!!!!!

Rachel was amazing! I hired her for the day of planning a few months out from my wedding. Even though she was contracted for the day of, she was helping me out months before the big day. She knew all of my vendors and they all had a great connection which made it so easy to have any changes taken care of. The big day was perfect. She was sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. The venue looked exactly as I pictured it in my mind. Rachel is one of the nicest people that I've ever met. She always has a positive attitude and has a very bubbly and happy personality that is contagious. She constantly assured me that she would take care of any mishaps or issues for our big day, and on that day everything went smoothly and as planned. She is very detail oriented and has a great memory, any little details that I mentioned or things that we wanted a certain way were taken care of. She was there all day making sure everything was set up properly, and she also officiated our ceremony. Our ceremony was beautiful and Rachel was very poised and spoke clearly and did a wonderful job. One of our groomsmen fainted during the ceremony, and once he was alright, she swiftly got things going without making a big fuss out of it, which I greatly appreciated. It was extremely hot that day, and she kept making sure that we had water and anything we needed during our photos. The day went by so quickly and I'm sure there are many little things that she took care of without me even knowing . Everything was set up the way we wanted and we couldn't have asked for more. She beautifully reused some of our ceremony flowers in our reception for which we were also very grateful. I would highly recommend Rachel, she did a wonderful job. Thank you Rachel!!!!

Words cannot do Rachel justice. But, I will certainly try. I had been to a wedding of my dear friends that Rachel officiated. My now husband, turned to me and said, I dont know if we are getting married, but if we do, that woman is marrying us. So, four months after that wedding the question was popped and she was the first phone call I made. She really truly cares about everything and everyone in the process. She will always go "the extra mile" to make sure every detail is covered and if something should come up, you never knew about it, because she is that good! Rachel, your heart and soul , is a treasure we have here in our little community. I am blessed to now call you my friend. I love love love you! I met Rachel on a recommendation to plan a intimate ceremony for the coming up weekend. She met with me right away and put my mind at ease that she would create a beautiful ceremony on the beach for us. She also put me in touch with an amazing photographer and limo company for our evening. Rachel went beyond what I expected providing a gorgeous ocean-front wedding ceremony that was decorated beautifully and with words that seemed to speak to only the two of us. Her connection and excitement for her work shone through her the entire time! I would highly recommend her to any bride I come across and thank the Refuge House for providing me with her name!

I LOVED Weddings by Rachel! Rachel is an absolute dream wedding coordinator!!! She treats the entire plan as if it is her own! Prior to getting married, I lived in OH. While planning my wedding to happen in Florida, and packing to relocate to a different state, Rachel gave me all the attention.. and quick attention that I needed that made me feel like we were standing side by side planning this wedding together! Rachel came out earlier than planned to have the rehearsal right on the beach. Her husband, Michael, was very patient with me wanting to run through it I believe 4 or 5 times. =) They were patient waiting for our entire party to get into town, as well as waiting out the rain on our wedding day! Due to the rain, we thought we had to change from getting married on the beach, to the hotels patio. However, the sun came out after Rachel, Michael, my new husband Michael, myself, and the rest of our guests waiting patiently. Our ceremony was a dream and Michael (Rachel's Michael) was a wonderful officiant that made us comfortable as well as laugh! My husband Michael and I really loved working with Rachel and Michael! I would recommend them over and over and over again! Thank you so much for literally helping to make my vision.. my dream come true!

I could go on forever about how amazing Rachel is but I'll keep it simple. She was God Sent. I regret terribly not using her as an officiant. However, she helped me plan a beautiful elegant wedding in 5-6 months that everyone that attended cannot stop talking about. She found several ways to help me save money during the planning phase. She also made sure that I got everything I envisioned for my wedding day. Rachel will make sure you remain calm and stress free. She is not only your wedding planner but she becomes your friend. Despite the madness and stress that could possible go wrong on your wedding day Rachel is there to pull everything together without your caring the weight on your shoulders. Rachel is a truly amazing person! She performed the wedding for my husband and I and it was absolutely perfect. She helped me over many months plan the perfect wedding and was very patient with me on making decisions. Her husband Michael helped make a last minute bouquet for myself out of flowers, plants, and ribbon 10 minutes before I walked down the isle and it was beautiful! The wedding ceremony went perfect. Michael was an amazing officiant for our wedding and Rachel made the best day of coordinator anyone could ask for. Coming from out of state, it was a tad overwhelming to find the right people for the jobs, but Rachel and Michael made the process easy and stress free. The ceremony was exactly what we wanted and we were given a script ahead of time to aproove which was helpful. As for everything Rachel did planning wise, there aren't enough positive things to be said. She communicated with us frequently in the months and weeks prior to understand our vision and she executed it perfectly. Each detail was exactly like we wanted and the whole event ran so smoothly that there was very little stress for either of us. Definitely use Weddings by Rachel if you are getting married on the Treasure Coast.

When I first got engaged I didn't think it really mattered who married us as long as we were married...Boy was I wrong! I met with Rachel and within the first 5 minutes I knew I HAD to have her.She is such an amazing person. Every meeting, phone call, text, or email she was always so positive and uplifting! Rachel is so much more than a wedding officiant. She is a wedding guru. When one of my friends at the wedding asked where I found her I replied "heaven" and that is the honest truth. Rachel helped me find all of my vendors (and they all love working with her which makes the process so much easier and more fun). She helped find my venue, my dress, my favors, my invitations, and all the extras that made our wedding unique and beautiful. She attended all my fittings, made sure that I wasn't stressed at all during the planning process, and spent the entire weekend with us preparing and enjoying every moment leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding she was everywhere all at once organizing, prepping, monitoring, fixing, taking care of family, friends, and all of our guests, not to mention her personal attention to Adam and I, making us feel like the most important people on the planet on our special day. At the end of the night all of our personal items, gifts, extra food, etc. were in our room without us lifting a finger. Plus, there was another surprise that I won't elaborate on because I don't want to ruin it for future clients but needless to say we were speechless and both in tears. Bottom line, we LOVE Rachel and feel blessed to have met her. Now that our wedding is over we are happy that she is not only our wedding planner but also a friend who we hope to have in our lives for years to come. Thank you, thank you!!!

Michael at Weddings By Rachel worked with me in the months leading to our wedding to be sure that we crafted the ceremony that my now husband and I wanted. This included a mixture of traditions and a poem that Michael provided, which hit just the right note of spirituality without invoking a specific religious tradition. Our guests found the ceremony to be particularly beautiful and moving.

Weddings by Rachel also provided the music for the ceremony—a mixture of classical music that they selected as well as the exact composition I wanted for my walk down the aisle.

I can't recommend them highly enough!

Rachel was fantastic! She was very sweet and had lots of content to choose from for the vows. We were married on the beach and the vows included items related to the sand, shores, and water. It was beautiful. We are not a religious couple and she was flexible to our wishes. She took care of all of the details for our wedding and wrote the ceremony of a lifetime for us! On our wedding day...pipes blew in our building and flooded the entire first floor. We had to find an alternative site and once we moved everything, Rachel was there early to take care of any additional details! She was most accommodating and we would highly recommend her for your event. Our wedding was cost effective yet magical because of her efforts!

We got married on Valentine's Day 2015, and our wedding was held in beautiful Port St. Lucie, Florida at the Botanical Gardens. Since we are from NY, we needed a wedding planner that would help make our big day beautiful and easy/effortless! That is what Rachel provided for us. I felt like she always had everything under control and I have no issues or complaints about her. Rachel helped make our special day a great one and we will never forget her!

Rachel was so helpful and wonderful to work with! I don't know how I would have planned our April 2012 wedding at the Tuckahoe Mansion without her. She was recommended to us by another local bride that we overheard ranting and raving about her in a restaurant. Rachel was great with helping us get discounts and finding easy ways to save money along the way (she negotiated our hotel room block rate to get a lower price than I was quoted and worked with the rentals company to get the best deal just to name a few). Not only did she bring our vision to a reality and set the entire reception even more beautifully than imagined, she even thought of little details to save the day......our heart shaped glass vase for the sand ceremony broke during the set up a few hours before the ceremony and Rachel had a spare that she gave us without question. I can't thank her and her husband Michael enough for doing such a wonderful job!!

We booked Rachel under the "Partial Planning" package and I'd say we got just that. She guided us with hiring vendors, of which we did not chose any of the vendors she suggested as they were over-priced. She was always friendly and happy to help but sometimes took awhile to receive responses from her. And had to remind her several times that I had sent her an email etc. She created our timeline and everything but I felt her methods were very old school and everything was created in Word and was not easy to read the timeline. Just needed some modernization. Unfortunately we did not have Rachel as our 'day of' planner, her husband Michael and Tracey were our 'day of' planners. They worked hard and did their best to keep to the wedding day timeline, but there were a number of little mistakes made including wrong cake on display on cake table, no sandbags to hold down alter thus alter blew over and ruined the flowers and glass balls that were hanging, toasting flutes never made it to sweetheart table, our cake cutter wasn't on cake table, specialty napkins were not handed to bartenders, etc. Overall our wedding was fabulous and we are grateful to Rachel for her help & time spent however, she never followed up with us after the wedding day and I was a bit disappointed with that as well.
