  My husband and I were blessed to have Lindsy as our wedding coordinator. She is very professional, personable, extremely organized, has great ideas and suggestions, and helped to make our wedding a beautiful day that we will never forget. She went above and beyond in everything that she did for us and was wonderful with our families and bridal party (my family was ready to adopt her because she's so sweet!). We can't say enough great things about her! Lindsy stayed in touch with us regularly before the wedding, by email, phone calls, and in-person meetings. She helped to calm my nerves about pulling all of the vendors together for our big event--and effortlessly facilitated the creation of a wonderful and memorable day. She is a miracle worker--we never could have enjoyed our day if not for Lindsy working behind the scenes. We highly recommend Lindsy as a wedding coordinator. She's the best!

  Lindsy is incredible. She is efficient, accommodating, and organized. She also sincerely cares that your wedding is what YOU want it to be and then adds her own mix so it's even better! Her warmth and kindness are infectious. I would HIGHLY recommend her for your very special day.

  Lindsy was a dream a come true! The first thing I told her when we met is that starting the week of my wedding i didn't want to have to do anything...and she totally made that happen. I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. I just felt confident that she had everything under control and I can't thank her enough for that. It makes such a big difference when you can actually just be in the moment and take in everything about your big day and not have to think about the minute details of the day. Lindsy is a sweetheart to work with and she was always there when we needed her. I'm actually going to miss our regular meet-ups. We interviewed quite a good number of wedding planners and none of them had what that certain something Lindsy had...not to mention her utility belt and her organization skills are out of this world! Hopefully, by the time our 10 year anniversary comes around she'll be around to help us plan that again hehe.

We hired Lindsy because we wanted a neutral party telling everyone what to do instead of a family member. We got soooo much more than what we were hoping for.   What can we say about the miracle worker known as Lindsy?!? She was an absolute God-send and a must have for any wedding! My husband was on deployment while I was trying to plan the wedding and she was right there by my side and acted on behalf of him! She is very attentive, punctual, and detail-oriented. The job is not done till after the wedding is long over and then some time! She listened to everything that was asked, said, suggested and put it together in a master plan that resulted in the wedding of our dreams! I highly recommend Lindsy to everyone wishing to make their day special and non-hectic!!!! And don't forget the feeling of being stress-free!!! We love you Lindsy!!!!!!!!

  Lindsy is fantastic! SI was the maid of honor in a wedding she helped plan for my best friend. I was so impressed by how genuinely bubbly, happy, and excited she was about every step in the planning process. She is sweet, detail oriented, patient, and very well organized. I hope that when my day comes I can have someone as amazing as Lindsy to help me every step of the way, the only reason I can't have her help is because I live in Virginia. She is lovely!

  Lindsy did an absolute wonderful job for my friend's wedding. Everything went off without a hitch. She made sure everyone knew where they were supposed to be and made sure they were doing what they were supposed to.

  Lindsy Hines was such a JOY to work with! She is organized, thoughtful, professional, fun and VERY sweet! I was so comfortable working with her it was if I had known her for years. I was skeptical at first about getting a wedding planner and I have no idea how I would have pulled it off without her. Lindsy in my opinion went above and beyond her job duties. My family and wedding party all LOVED her! She was so enthusiastic and paid very close attention to detail about what was important to me and my husband and EVERYTHING included in our big day. I can't express my love for her enough! She had the most positive attitude EVERY time I spoke to her...even through text messages.   Lindsy was an absolutely phenomenal wedding planner. As the best man, I was able to entrust her with the bride's ring until the beginning of the ceremony, dramatically reducing my stress level. She was extremely organized and was a pleasure to work with. When any problems arose, she was able to call an audible and seamlessly make it work. Any bride-to-be in need of the perfect planner, look no further, for you have found her.

  If you want the best of the best you cant go wrong with Weddings by Lindsy. She sure made a stressful day turn into a very non stressful day for all involvd, she kept everything running nice and smooth she is the best of the best. I would highly recommend her to any bride to be.

I constantly received emails keeping me up to date on everything that was going on. She was so responsive and beyond patient. Outstandingly (word?) professional, even when we unsuccessfully tried to get her to dance haha
  There are countless wedding coordinators out there but Lindsy was beyond amazing and I wouldn't even think about venturing anywhere else :) Thank you so so so much for making the wedding way better than imagined, we were truly lucky to be able to have someone like you around.   She was the wedding planner for my friends wedding and she made everything so much easier and less stressful for the bride. She was always there when you needed her, doesn't matter what time it was she was always there to help you and answer any questions. The wedding went perfect and it was all because of her proffesionalism and her excellent orginization skills. I want to hire her for my wedding in the future.

  Lindsy was great. She made sure everything was on schedule and when something didn't quite work as planned out she made sure it worked seamlessly and no one knew. My son was to have an out door ceremony but due to the rain it did not happen, Lindsy made it work! Thank you!

  Lindsy is so organized and the sweetest wedding planner I've ever known. She was with us the day of the rehearsal and the whole night at the wedding. Everything ran so smooth with no problems at all! I would definitely recommend her to any other bride!!

  Lindsy is so organized and the sweetest wedding planner I've ever known. She was with us the day of the rehearsal and the whole night at the wedding. Everything ran so smooth with no problems at all! I would definitely recommend her to any other bride!!

  She was so organized and anticipated our every need. I had a problem with bra straps and she had a sewing kit that took care of the problem. She kept the wedding moving on time and on schedule. I love that! She took care of every detail from begining to end with grace.

  Lindsy was the "day of" wedding planner for our son's wedding and we couldn't have been happier with how everything went. Knowing beforehand that all of the details for the day of the wedding were being taken care of by Lindsy helped everyone keep their nerves under control, which went a long way in ensuring that we could enjoy the ceremony and reception. Her policy is to make sure that the bride and groom are not bothered by any of the issues that might crop up; she instructs all of the wedding party and vendors to call her with any questions or problems so that she can take care of it without the bride and groom or their families being aware. She was also there for the rehearsal the day before, and was very professional in making sure it ran smoothly and did not take too long. On the day of the wedding, she was at the site 3 1/2 hours early and stayed till the very end of the reception. I was also impressed by how prepared she was for any last minute "emergencies"; she has a bag just filled with every sort of fix that might be needed. In our case, it was very basic (needle and thread for a quick repair), but it looked like she was prepared for everything you could think of, and some that you couldn't! She will also ask if you need her to have anything special. For example, friends of ours who had also used her for a wedding, asked that she keep orange juice on hand for the diabetic father of the bride. All in all, it was a wonderful day for all of us, and that was due in large part to Lindsy. We would very happily recommend her to anyone!

  Lindsy was great! We hired her for day of coordination, but she was with us every step of the way willing to review our contracts and answer emails to make sure the day went smoothly. We did not have any major problems the day of, but little details here and there that needed fixing were promptly and professionally dealt with by Lindsy. She was warm, professional and prepared for anything. I have confidence if something major did come up she would have been able to handle it. She was very efficient with helping set up and take down the wedding, and was not intrusive so we felt like she was one of our guests. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know. Our wedding was beautiful thanks to Lindsy!
