Best Wedding Ever
We had the pleasure of working with Blessed Events CA for our wedding planning and coordination. Their open, easy going, yet professional communication style made the wedding planning process smooth and enjoyable. They went above and beyond by bringing items we forgot on the big day, ensuring we felt fully taken care of. Blessed events made us feel like family throughout the journey - anticipating needs, providing reassurance, and handling any hiccups with grace. On our actual wedding day, they kept everything on track do my husband and I could relax and soak in every magical moment. We’re so happy that we chose to have Blessed Events by our side as. We tied the knot. -

Wedding 4/21/23
Words can’t describe how blessed we were by Kathryn and BlessedEvents. Kathryn and her team were very professional and catered to me and my Husbands every need. She was our wedding coordinator, officiant and decorations liaison. She helped create our timeline, set up reoccurring meetings and orchestrated our rehearsal. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went to plan and executed my vision of our wedding perfectly with the decorations. Her energy and spirit is a joy to have around and kept our guest entertained. Kathryn is truly an angel sent from above and such a blessing to our lives. I would recommend her 1000000% to anyone who needs a wedding coordinator, officiant, or just someone to have around. -

Kathryn was AMAZING!!!If you are looking for a officiant look NO FURTHER! !!!! Kathryn is VERY professional, patient and flexible. She made sure our wedding was everything WE wanted!She genuinely cares which I really appreciate that!!! She was very responsive and gave awesome suggestions to make sure we were happy with our vows. I couldn't have asked for anyone better! Oh, and she's very beautiful which was a plus because she came dressed looking definitely as a part of the wedding (: Thank You kathryn soo much !!!!! -

Kathryn put the upcoming week to our special day at ease. As we put together a last minute "flash mob wedding." If we had a questions or concerns she addressed them immediately. She made herself available for us by cell, text and email. She is an amazingly sweet, kind attentive person and we would highly recommend her to any!!! -

Extremely Unprofessional No Plan, No Support, Only Problems
Hiring Blessed Events Weddings turned out to be one of our biggest regrets. What should have been a smooth, joyful wedding day became stressful and disorganized because of this coordinator and her team.
The morning of our wedding, she texted my wife saying she would be FOUR hours late. Being late isn’t automatically a deal-breaker — life happens — but there was absolutely no Plan B, no backup support, and no solution offered for a situation that serious. We were simply left without a coordinator during the most critical hours of the day.
When she finally arrived, instead of taking responsibility or stepping in with urgency, she seemed confused and unprepared. We handed her the itinerary and seating chart, yet she still appeared unsure of what to do. On top of that, she actually complained about helping with centerpieces, which was unbelievable considering she had left us on our own for hours.
Her assistants were no help either. They were clueless, provided almost no support, and left after just three hours even though they were supposed to stay the entire event. Their presence added nothing.
What made everything worse was her rudeness toward our catering and appetizer vendors. Her attitude created tension and confusion, and we ended up apologizing to the vendors afterward — something no couple should have to do on their wedding day. Complaining, being rude, and creating conflict does not make up for being hours late. It only made the situation more stressful.
She insists on full payment upfront, and looking back, it feels like we paid for promises that were never delivered. Our wedding turned out beautiful because of our families and our other vendors — not because of her or her team. They brought stress, frustration, and disorganization when we needed professionalism and support the most.
I strongly warn future couples to think twice before booking this coordinator. Our experience was deeply disappointing, and we would never recommend her based on what we went through -

Do not book!
DO NOT BOOK!
You get what you paid for. I made the mistake by wanting to save money on a wedding coordinator and in return, we received the poorest quality of service. First off, we noticed that Kathryn the business owner looked visibly sick when we saw her in person for the first time at our final walk through at the venue. There is nothing wrong with a visibly sick person but a wedding coordinator entails a lot of physical demands and mental stress. We were extremely concerned for her well-being and unhappy with her lack of transparency of her current state. However, we wanted to support Kathryn’s business so regardless of our doubts, we followed through with our contract.
The morning of our wedding. I repeat, the morning of my wedding. While I am getting my makeup done, Kathryn discloses to me that she isn’t feeling well so her “experienced team members” will instead come in and coordinate our wedding. I was sympathetic and instructed Kathryn to share with them the binder that I created with instructions, inspo photos, break down items to pack, plus more! It was detailed and descriptive because I wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. The two team members arrive and they’re calling me while I’m getting my hair done to ask questions on how to turn on the audio guestbook, where does the seating chart go, and candle placements. The answers to all of this was in the binder.
Ceremony time. My dad and I are waiting in the bridal suite and no one comes to get us. There’s no warning or signal to walk towards the ceremony location so we wait. After realizing no one is coming to get us, I frantically call my brother to coordinate with him. Just imagine this - the bride is calling her brother who’s sitting at the ceremony and he’s instructing her when to come after he sees that most of the guests have taken their seats. It gets worse. My dad and I finally make our way and we’re about to make my entrance, and I see the two coordinators leaning against the wall far from us. I instruct them to come over to help with my dress train and veil before I make my entrance. This is not experienced professionals. We successfully finish our ceremony and as we’re about to make our exit, the coordinators are no where to be seen again so my dad fixes my train and veil in front of all of our guests.
At this point I’m furious and have given up on all expectations which is good that I did because I didn’t see any efforts in the coordinators for the rest of the night. I let them hear my opinion at the end since my husband was gracious enough to still tip them when I didn’t feel like it was deserving.
The next morning of our wedding. We noticed my husband’s duffel bag was missing (they had it and didn’t tell us until I reached out first), a significant amount of boxes that contained decorative items, and the audio guestbook. In addition, the venue was contacting us that some items were left behind. After speaking with Kathryn, she and her team members tried to point blame on my husband that he instructed them to leave everything behind. No - again, inexperienced people. We generously gave them all of our expensive candles but we did not instruct them to take everything else. The break down of items to pack was descriptively listed in the binder. I made sure to inform Kathryn how disappointed we were in this experience and the unsatisfactory service.
Fast forward to present. Our wedding was in September this year. Our photographer just contacted me that Kathryn requested for a link to our wedding photos. Our photographer knew how unsatisfied we were with their service and saw it firsthand how everything played out so she wanted to confirm with me first. I am absolutely NOT comfortable with sharing our photos nor want to be affiliated with their “wedding service”. I am writing this to forewarn all the future brides and to prevent them from making the same mistake as me. Do not book! Pay the extra money for professionals that will make your special day seamless and stress-free.
