I would give Faith 20 stars if I could. I was blessed enough to have Faith as our wedding planner and she went above and beyond to make sure that I had the most magical wedding day. She helped with all of my questions, asked vendors questions I wouldn’t have thought of myself, recognized the vision of the wedding I was going for, assuaged my stress with planning and made it easy to figure out what I needed to do. I had Faith and Robi for my wedding yesterday and I don’t know if I could have done it without them. They assisted with vendors, cued the wedding party, helped with announcements, put out arising fires, figured out solutions to problems as they arose, assisted with decor, assisted with timing and I’m sure that there are things that I didn’t even know about that they helped with. I only spoke to Jennifer partially and she seemed like a lovely woman, but I am so happy that Faith was my coordinator. She was so kind and so wonderful even my siblings felt the need to tell me about how great she was. Amazing Wedding coordinator and officiant
Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She kept everything organized and on schedule, and because of her, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day besides getting married. Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with! She is organized, insightful, and wants to discuss every detail to ensure your day is perfect. She really excels at her job and you can see how much she truly loves what she does.
If you are looking for support, someone to keep everyone on schedule, to have guests ushered to where they need to go- she's got your back. If you need extra hands for setup and breakdown, she will make sure you are set. She reminds everyone to eat and to be relaxed on their big day. Right after we walked down the aisle as an official married couple, she was there with our signature drinks to kick off the celebration. She thinks of everything! I could relive our wedding day over and over, and I would love it. Jennifer's help had me so relaxed and ready to get to the altar. 1000% would recommend!

Wedding Coordinator that does it all!
Weddings by Jennifer Fox – WOW!!! Best experience ever! A friend had told me to not forego a coordinator, and make it a “non-negotiable” in our wedding budget. I was skeptical at first, but at the first moment I talked with Faith, I knew I was in the best hands, and it was the best decision we made. There was no asking a friend or family member to pick up any of the tasks – Faith handled it all flawlessly!! We chose the “Day of Coordinator” package (only because I had the venue already selected), and they were so thorough, I actually had to confirm that I bought the right package!! I worked with Faith (and day of Hope joined), as our Day of Coordinator as well as our Officiant.
I started over a year in advance, and consistently had communication with Faith during that time. Communication was spectacular, she kept my mind at ease throughout the entire process. The day of our wedding, she never missed a beat. She immediately worked with our photographer when she saw we were off our timeline (go figure!), and everything ran without a hitch! As far as an Officiant – every guest commented on how beautiful the ceremony was, and couldn’t believe that Faith could literally do it all!!
When comparing several Wedding Planner/Coordinators during my planning process, Weddings by Jennifer Fox was in line with pricing, but the offerings far exceeded the competition. So, we definitely felt we were the lucky ones and got a huge bargain. They were worth every single penny and more!!!

Faith was our coordinator with Weddings by Jennifer Fox and we cannot say enough positive things about her! We met with her each month and she guided us through all the little details of planning a wedding (which was obviously very foreign to us). The day of, she navigated a protest, delayed guests, vendor meals, timeline, etc.! She made our day go so perfectly and I would recommend her a thousand times over!

Weddings by Jennifer Fox and Traci in particular was the easiest part of mybwedding planning experience. The communication was effective, timely and helpful. Great planning team!
As a wedding photographer I know that a good wedding planner makes all the difference! Jennifer and I worked together on one of the prettiest "back yard" weddings last summer, and if anyone thinks that's easier than a big 250+ person wedding please let me dispel the myth. It's a LOT of work! And this wedding had horses... IN the wedding! Needless to say, Jennifer and her team did an incredible job of running the show, the day could not have been nicer and everyone, including the couple, had a terrific experience. Which means that the photos were great too, a win win! She was organized, professional, and fun. I would gladly team up with her again and highly recommend her services.

Great Experience Working with Faith!
I was the DJ (Five-O DJ Entertainment) hired directly by the bride and groom for a wedding at Pinstripes (Oakbrook) on 5-25-24. Faith was hired later to be the wedding coordinator. I have never worked with Faith, and when I found out that the couple had hired a separate wedding coordinator, I was very skeptical since I typically dread working with wedding coordinators (no offense). As a DJ who typically coordinates the reception for the couple, in addition to the typical DJ / MC duties, as well, I honestly can count on one hand the coordinators I actually like working with. I now have to use 2 hands to count after having the pleasure of working with Faith. She was professional, organized, and very considerate of the job duties and responsibilities I had as the DJ/MC. Never once did we step on each other's toes or disagree on any aspect of the wedding. She was an awesome team player. Great night, great wedding, great venue, and great vendors! Go Team Faith!

MVP of the day
I booked Weddings by Jennifer Fox for day-of coordination services, not knowing exactly how much help we'd need on the wedding day, but knowing we would need an extra pair of hands throughout the day. Elizabeth and Jess were our day-of coordinators, and I can't imagine not having them there. Elizabeth went above and beyond, from communicating with all our vendors ahead of the wedding, to meeting us at the rehearsal the night before, to showing the groomsmen how to put their boutonnieres on (and noticing that a few of the boutonnieres were the wrong color and had our florist remake them before I even saw them), to keeping the photo schedule on track, straightening my veil and train for photos, to packing up our welcome table at the end of the night. I could go on and on about how many details Elizabeth helped with and took care of before I even had to ask. Elizabeth was the MVP of the day, and her efforts were noticed by our wedding party and family as well.
For reference, this was a 160+ guest wedding, 7 bridesmaids and 7 groomsmen, offsite ceremony (church), offsite photo stops, videography, a tremendous amount of floral and decor, etc. It was a very large production and Elizabeth and Jess helped the day run seamlessly. I recommend them to anyone looking for a day-of coordinator!

I cannot recommend WBJF&C enough. She was our officiant, and we used her service for day of coordinating. It was like someone you and your SO knew your whole life married you. Her voice is not annoying, and someone you definitely want to read your ceremony. Which, she'll make your very own ceremony for you, by the way. It'll be perfect, and made, just for you and your future spouse.
Usually, when people say day of coordinator, it can mean just the day of, nothing more. Not here! Both Jess and Jennifer were present in all prior meetings, Jennifer was at our rehearsal, and both were at my wedding day. Every email, call, text, will all be answered from our friends. We cannot even begin to put into words how amazing Jennifer and Jessica were @ Weddings By Jennifer Fox! But we will try! Jennifer was our officiant and coordinator and Jess was our coordinator as well. They were there every step of the way! They took care of organizing all our vendors. We gave them ideas/visions of what we wanted and they went above and beyond our expectations! At one point I, the bride, looked out my hotel suite window down to the outside patio where our ceremony was being held…they were decorating the arch that we were being married under…and I was so overwhelmed with how phenomenal it looked and just cried! It looked absolutely stunning! Our ceremony was beautiful and humorous just like us, wink, wink! We had a family unity ceremony with our children that was perfect! Walking into the reception area was a complete surprise to us as we didn’t see the decorations until then. We were overjoyed and in awe! They checked on us and made sure everything ran smoothly all day! Totally catered to us the whole time. At the end of the night, everything was cleaned and packed up so neatly. Our guests and families ranted and raved about how wonderful, caring, on point and detail orientated they were! We could not have had the best day of our lives without these ladies! We were able to enjoy our day, stress-free while they handled everything! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and HIGHLY ENCOURAGE everyone to utilize their services! They did not disappoint! Jennifer was the perfect person to officiant our outdoor nondenominational wedding. By the time our wedding day came, we felt like we knew her like a friend. She really takes the time to get to know you and your future spouse so her ceremony is written personalized and perfect. She took into account our venue and made beautiful similarities between love and nature which was perfect for us. Her ceremony was sincere and put tears in both of our eyes. She as also brief and not "too wordy" which was perfect. We got so many compliments on her and we would recommend her to anyone, no matter if you want something nondenominational, or perhaps more religious. She will make your ceremony personalized and perfect.
She is extremely prompt and responsive to emails and questions. She also promptly filed for our marriage license with the county and we got our copy in the mail very quickly.
She also does wedding day-of coordinating and will do rehearsals, however we didn't need these services. Although we know she would have been great!

Working with Jennifer was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! The planning process with Jennifer was great; she is flexible and communicative, and she offers so many different options for ceremony structure, vows, etc. Pretty much anything you want, she can incorporate! Jennifer worked closely with us throughout our wedding process-- including our postponement due to COVID. Jennifer even came down to our home to marry us in our backyard on our original wedding day. Exceptional!!!
My husband and I booked Jennifer as our wedding officiate for a small ceremony amidst the craziness of COVID-19. As a “mostly” non-religious couple we wanted a simple but elegant nondenominational ceremony. Jennifer completely exceeded our expectations! She gave us sample ceremony options and worked with us to tweak it to our style. She was always quick to respond to any questions and helped us navigate the marriage license process. Due to COVID, we had to cancel our rehearsal dinner. So, on the day of she acted as our ‘Wedding Coordinator’—getting the parents and wedding party organized on who is walking together. She certainly made our wedding so special and highly recommend!!

Very Flexible and Professional
Due to the pandemic, our wedding plans changed a variety of times at the last minute, and Jennifer was very flexible and ended up coming to our house to perform a private ceremony with family.

Exceeded our Expectations!
We are so pleased with our ceremony. First, Jennifer was able to accommodate us even though we reached out in very short notice due to logistical challenges with COVID. Jennifer was so flexible, patient, and accommodating with us. Best of all, Alex and I didn't feel any pressure with Jennifer. She was completely accepting of us and our suggestions. Jennifer closely listens to exactly what you want and delivers. We didn't have a rehearsal, but she did a great job discretely directing my family on what to do. During the ceremony, our nervous mothers did forget to light the unity candle, but Jennifer noticed and troubleshooted on the fly so people didn't even notice!
We are so grateful that Jennifer was part of our day. My family has wonderful things to say about our ceremony. Would highly recommend her as she won't disappoint!

My wife and I feel grateful we found Jennifer Fox to perform our ceremony. She was very helpful in all of our questions about the process. She was prompt, kind and courteous. She was open to suggestions with her pre-written script and performed it perfectly. Our wedding was small; we were the only ones there. We didn't even have a photographer so she was nice enough to stay long enough to help set us up for some poses and take pictures; this was immeasurably helpful.

Friendly, professional and easy to work with!
Jennifer is knowledgeable and super easy to work with! Communication was terrific throughout the process. We eloped to a small town two hours from the city -- the directions weren't the best but she found our little cabin in the woods with no problem. The vows were thoughtful, she gave good direction on what to do during the ceremony, and even took pictures for us after the ceremony. She also gave us great direction on next steps. I think of all the vendors we used for our wedding, my wife and I can’t begin to say enough about Jennifer. From the first planning call, to the emails back and forth, to the rehearsal, and then the ceremony, Jennifer comes off as an old friend - someone you’ve know for years. She was unable to attend our rehearsal, but sent someone in her place who did a fantastic job and made me feel comfortable that Jennifer wasn't there. She checked in with me before the ceremony on the day of the wedding to get the marriage license, and even filed it for us after the wedding!

Highly Recommend!
My wife and I hired Jennifer Fox to be our wedding officiant as well as our day of coordinator. We made the right choice! To say Jennifer was amazing would be an understatement. First off, we had an interfaith wedding as my Wife is Jewish and I am Protestant. She provided us with 3 ceremony drafts to choose from which were all fantastic and completely unique from the others. She proved to be a very eloquent writer and speaker and accommodated every little request we had to make our ceremony one that we and our guests will never forget!
Jennifer's performance as our wedding coordinator was equally as impressive as her ceremony. All throughout our planning phase, she was always available to answer any questions and was in constant communication with us and our vendors. She asked all the right questions and had a genuine interest in making sure our wedding went smoothly, which it surely did! On our wedding day, she was at our venue early with an assistant to coordinate with our vendors to make sure our room was perfect, which it was. Her preparation and dedication eliminated any additional stress for my Wife and I on our wedding day and let us focus on having fun and enjoying the moment. We are grateful to Jennifer for all that she did to make our day perfect and forever memorable. Put your wedding in her hands,,you won't be sorry.

Officiated a beautiful ceremony in the rain!
From beginning to end, Jennifer was incredible to work with and just so kind. We spoke several times on the phone and communicated over email prior to the wedding, but we didn’t actually meet her until 30 minutes before our ceremony because our venue didn’t have a “rehearsal.” She really took charge and made sure that everything ran so smoothly, despite our ceremony not going according to plan at all! Mother Nature tricked us into thinking that the rain had passed and that we would be able to get through our ceremony without it raining again. We were able to get all our 150 guests seated, and the entire wedding party down the aisle without a drop of rain. However, the moment my song started playing and I was walking down the aisle with my mom and dad, a fat drop of rain hit my face and I knew it was coming! I had discussed either indoors or outdoors with my wedding coordinator on the Odyssey, but we had never talked about what we would do if it started raining in the middle of the ceremony! Jennifer really took charge and went with it, and continued the ceremony as planned, improvising a little and making jokes about the rain. We all got pretty drenched before umbrellas were brought up for us and the wedding party, but it was so beautiful. I was having so much anxiety about the weather for days leading up to the big day, and of course it ended up raining right in the middle of the ceremony. But the way everything went, it was as if we planned the rain and if I could choose to do it again, I would choose to have it rain again at the moment that it did. There was so much joy and laughter that was captured on camera as the sky opened up on us, and I can not thank Jennifer enough for officiating such a beautiful ceremony!

Wonderful wedding experience
Jennifer did a wonderful job performing our wedding ceremony. She took the time to sit down with us before hand to ask us how we envisioned our ceremony to be performed. She wanted to make sure that we were happy with every detail of the vows. She did a beautiful job performing the ceremony, and our guests commented that she made the event very special. In addition, I was struggling to find the perfect indoor garden venue in the middle of January, and she was able to provide me with the perfect place to have the wedding that fit that criteria. So Kind and Professional
Jennifer is so natural and so professional. Both my husband and myself grew up going to church; him Catholic and myself Lutheran. Now older, we practice our religion in different ways; not needing to go to a church, so we didn't have a pastor we knew. When I went online to look for someone, Jennifer popped up in my search and her website immediately clicked with me. When we met, Jennifer was so welcoming in helping us understand the options we had between a religious ceremony and a non-denominational ceremony. We were able to blend such a perfect ceremony using Jennifer's example templates. During the planning stages, Jennifer made is so easy to communicate back and forth allowing me to make changes or additions to the ceremony on our document. At the rehearsal dinner, she took charge and helped organize the bridal party. She made us feel at ease and reminded us when to get the wedding license. She communicated with the DJ very well. She is so well spoken and has great pacing- a true natural. We couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Jennifer; whether you want to create your own ceremony from scratch or have something already written and organized- she will help you from the beginning!

Perfect for an intimate non-denominational wedding
We are so glad to have found Jennifer. From the start, she was very easy to talk to and always responded to our emails promptly. Her devotion to her work and her willingness to cooperate with her clients are simply beyond expectations. For example, English is my husband's second language, so she offered to edit his vows to make sure they were grammatically correct. She also traveled to meet us halfway between where we lived when we needed to go over the processional and recessional orders. Additionally, our wedding situation a little unique. My husband and I have already legally married unbeknownst our family and friends, and we needed an officiant who is willing to "play along" during the ceremony. Jennifer was extremely receptive to our situation, and she even had a commemorative marriage certificate that two witnesses could sign so that nothing appeared amiss. It's the little things that count, and Jennifer did many more than I can write here. I highly recommend her, and you cannot go wrong with hiring her to officiate your wedding.

New Year’s Eve wedding f

Our ceremony was amazing thanks to Jennifer!
Jennifer was wonderful to work with! She was able to customize our ceremony to exactly what we were looking for, and the rehearsal and ceremony both went perfectly. We booked her fairly early in our process, but she checked in over the months before our wedding so we knew she was on top of it. We looked into several officiants before booking Jennifer and she provided the best value, as well as being enthusiastic and responsive. Our venue director even commented that was so happy to have Jennifer after working with so many unexperienced officiants! We knew we were in capable hands and felt completely comfortable with her, and we got many comments from our guests on how beautiful and personal our ceremony was. We would definitely recommend Jennifer to other couples without hesitation!

I cannot put into words the phenomenal job Jennifer did as out Officiant. From our very first call to the moment she married us, the experience was beyond awesome! She made the ceremony selection a much easier experience than we thought it would be. The ceremony itself was absolutely beautiful mostly because of the words she helped us put together. Weddings by Jennifer Fox was excellent. We had a non religious ceremony this last month and after our first call with her she immediately sent us some rough draft ideas for ceremony that were right in line with our personalities and relationship. She was extremely prompt, professional and organized and very easy to work with! Highly recommended!!

Jennifer was amazing. Very thorough and helped walk us through what she thought was best and what we'd enjoy as we didn't even know ourselves other than that we wanted to keep it pretty simple and straightforward. Jennifer was very professional and timely which we appreciated. Wedding couldn't have gone better, we were in good hands.

Jennifer was amazing. She kept in constant contact and did all of the 'leg work'. She was prompt, she looked professional, spoke clearly and loudly, and even submitted the license and checked in with us after the ceremony. I cannot recommend her enough!

I hired Jennifer to be my officiant as well as my day-of-coordinator. She was beyond amazing. As our officiant, she guided us in choosing the perfect ceremony and personalized it to match us. As our day-of-coordinator, Jennifer was extremely organized in creating timelines, lists, contacting vendors and setting everything up the day of the wedding. She made sure everything was perfect for me and did not stop moving until everything was taken down at the end of the night. She was AMAZING!

Jennifer was amazing with everything. We hired her a few months before our wedding and she took over everything from communication with vendors and fielding every question I sent her way. She was always quick to respond and made me comfortable at all times that she had it all under control. She coached our officiant for the ceremony and made sure everything went smooth. Nothing ever phased her even when there was lots of confusion from the venue we were holding our wedding at. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for someone detailed oriented and on point and all that goes into a wedding! Thank you Jennifer, tony and I are forever grateful!

Jennifer was absolutely amazing. When I contacted her, I explained that I wanted something short and sweet. We spoke on the phone so she could get a feel for what me and my fiancé were looking for. She emailed three different ceremonies and told us we could even pick and choose pieces from them if we wanted to. The one we choose was perfect for us. She showed up early to the park where the wedding was being held and ran through everything with us because we didn't do a rehearsal the day before. The entire thing was 15-20 minutes, which was great for us because we had many guests that were standing. Jennifer was very easy to work with and very responsive when I contacted her. I would definitely recommend!

We wanted a simple, low key ceremony and Jennifer was the perfect fit. She listened to our story and put together3 different ceremonies for us to review and provide feedback to make it exactly what we wanted. She was very flexible and super responsive - I don't I had to wait more than an hour at any point in time for a response. We got married on St. Patrick's Day and she wore a beautiful Celtic scarf that was a really nice compliment to our theme. She talked is thru how the ceremony would go and what would happen immediately after, and everything was perfect. The icing on the cake (no pun intended) was that she was a very reasonable price for the quality we received. I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for an officiant - she was the best!

Experienced officiant produces beautiful ceremony
Jennifer was a wonderful officiant! She served our purposes exactly as we needed. Beautifully written ceremony, with everything we wanted and nothing we didn’t want. We did a Celtic handfasting and knot-tying ceremony and she was experienced in these. We added a small portion of our handfasting with family that she was able to go through and teach very easily right before the ceremony. We did not opt to have her come to any sort of rehearsal (it’s an additional fee) but honestly we didn’t need to, because everything turned out perfectly anyway. She was also prompt in sending our marriage license out after our wedding.

Simple Ceremony
Jennifer was great to work with. She provided us with three ceremonies that we combined into our perfect one. She was on time, kept us both calm during the ceremony, and made everything run very smoothly. We incorporated a sand ceremony and a Jewish tradition of breaking the glass. All around Jennifer was easy to work with and made our short simple ceremony perfect for us.

Jennifer was very accommodating and punctual and understanding. She had a great service written that was exactly what we asked for. She took last minute changes in stride and had our license turned in the following Monday. I will definitely recommend her to friends.
