Best in the biz!

I've worked with Hannah on several occasions, and I can say she is cream of the crop for all your wedding planning / styling needs! If wedding planning is overwhelming to you and you just want to hand the reigns to someone who KNOWS what they are doing, Hannah is the right choice. She will take your ideas or your Pinterest board and make it come completely to life in a very organized fashion. HIRE HER!

Hannah was amazing, we had a major health issue and had to push everything back a year. Hannah took care of everything, contacted vendors, got new dates, help my parents formulate a plan for moving forward and how to let our guests know we had to change everything. It was the best day, because of Hannah, I didn't have to think about anything on the day except enjoying myself. She was fabulous to work with!!

I don't think our wedding would have been possible without Hannah! Not only did she make it possible, with her help our reception was an extremely enjoyable event for both family and friends! Everything flowed so nicely on the day of our reception. From the get go she was extremely professional, resourceful, sweet, accountable, sincere and worked with our schedule. We can't thank her enough! I would recommend Hannah to each and everyone without any reservation!

After our venue told us that we were required to have a wedding planner, we started looking! We could have not chosen a better wedding planner. Hannah Schumm was simply perfect, from the beginning through the end. She was great with communicating to my husband and I with the vendors, extremely organized, timely, and so friendly! Not to mention, she had a baby in the middle of the wedding planning and one would have never noticed! This says so much to me because having a baby is a huge responsibility and she juggled it all with grace. It was a joy to work with her and I could not imagine planning the wedding without her. On the day of the wedding, she was there for the long haul and she helped everything go smoothly so my family and I could enjoy the moment. I would recommend her to anyone! Thanks again Hannah!

We could not recommend Hannah enough. We planned our wedding from across the country(wedding in Kansas City, we live in San Diego). Hannah not only helped us have the wedding of our dreams, but she made the planning process fun and enjoyable. Picking Hannah as our Wedding Planner was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding! Hannah always provided great options and vendors tailored to our requests and preferences. She was extremely patient as we made decisions. She worked closely with us on the design of the night, and helped us pick a florist that helped realize that vision. The weekend of the wedding, Hannah was on top of everything! We (along with our families) could focus on enjoying the celebration, and Hannah ran a perfect show. Our wedding could not have been more perfect- literally flawless - all thanks to Hannah. Please do yourself a favor and hire Hannah as your wedding planner, you will not be disappointed with the process and the resulting wedding! She is an absolute dream!

Hannah is the best! She is incredibly organized, has excellent relationships with vendors in the KC area, and consistently gave us invaluable advice and suggestions based on her years of experience. My husband and I planned our wedding remotely from New York so did not have the ability (or desire) to shop around for vendors. Hannah did a great job of listening to what we wanted and ensuring we had the right vendors to make it all happen. We were so happy with the team she helped us put together. She made sure that our visits home were productive and efficient but also fun!

Hannah managed the wedding weekend so smoothly for us. Several of our guests have since marveled that each of our events was on schedule, which is incredibly rare for Indian weddings! My husband and I, as well as our families, were able to relax and fully enjoy the weekend, knowing that Hannah and her team were handling all of the logistics.

I don't know how she did it, but Hannah made us feel like ours was the only wedding she was planning all year! She remembered every little detail (in an Indian wedding there so many!) and brought so much enthusiasm to each meeting and call we had with her. Thanks to Hannah, we can look back on the wedding weekend, as well as the months of planning that preceded it, with happy memories.

Hannah is PHENOMENAL, the best in the wedding business & we love her!! We worked with Hannah for almost 2 years (long engagement) planning our most special day! I absolutely loved every part of the wedding planning experience. Hannah comes prepared with great options for wedding day vendors at a variety of price points. With her guidance, we booked the MOST AMAZING WEDDING DAY TEAM EVER!!! Hannah was so fun to work with, and so organized. She kept us on schedule with all of our planning. She was so patient & kind to both of us & our families, answering each question, email, everything!!! She absolutely went above & beyond for us, and we appreciate Hannah & her talents so much! She made our wedding day absolutely perfect! She carefully constructed the most efficent timeline & the whole day went so well. We cannot rave enough about Hannah. We worked with her for about one year prior to our wedding (which was 10/8/2016). She worked with us tirelessly to help to make our vision come to life! Hannah has a fantastic relationship with many of the vendors in town, and has worked enough with several of them to be able to guide us in who fit best with our personalities. It especially brought us great comfort to have her with us at our numerous vendor meetings, as she would bring up important questions/concerns, and ensure that things were falling in place with our vision.

Additionally, Hannah took it upon herself to ensure we had enough meeting times set up, which helped alleviate a lot of the stress of the wedding planning. She was always willing to "go the extra mile" in terms of time and efforts spent on our wedding day. We appreciated that Hannah was always willing to share her opinion if asked, yet never pressed it upon us, always keeping our vision as her priority. If there were any issues we stumbled upon in the wedding planning process, Hannah was prompt in resolving these, often finding a solution on the very same day. She was available and prompt in her responsiveness. Despite the groom and I sometimes becoming stressed (we're both Type A), Hannah never seemed to pass judgment and was very patient with us.

Lastly, Hannah was BEYOND incredible on the day of the wedding. She was professional, organized, and so calming! We knew we could rely on her to help the events on the day go as smoothly as possible. We still have the mothers of the bride and groom telling us how having Hannah there alleviated their stress and allowed them to be able to have fun and be in the moment. We are still relishing in how special our day was for us, and it absolutely would not have been the same without working with Hannah.

Hannah is INCREDIBLE!!!! She focuses on what needs to get done and getting it done and taking stress away from you!!! She is responsive and makes you feel like she is only planning your wedding and nobody elses!!! She coordinated my wedding, her first INDIAN wedding, and completely embraced learning and adjusting to the different culture and tradition!!!! SHE IS AMAZING!!!!

My uncle from India even invited her to come to India and visit and experience wedding season there!!!! Our amazing and unforgettable day could not have happened without Hannah - she is now part of our family!!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Weddings by Hannah! She is professional, organized, considerate, and truly a delight to work with! She was an invaluable help to my wedding, especially I do not live in the city where the wedding took place. I did not have a single stress leading up to my wedding, nor the day of - I was completely confident that Hannah had everything covered (and, of course, she did!) The whole wedding planning process was efficient and Hannah provided great & timely information during this time. She is definitely the reason why people kept commenting on how "calm" and "relaxed" I was leading up to my wedding - not the easiest feat, I'm sure. Hannah was wonderful to work with! She was by far one of our favorite vendors! We'd met with several wedding planners but as soon as we met Hannah we knew it was a perfect match. We used her partial planning services and she helped me with so much organization, prep work, and advice. We used several of her preferred vendors as well, a few of which gave us a discount for being her clients. We were planning our KC wedding at Union Station from Boston MA and couldn't have had nearly the stunning event without all of her help! I flew into KC a couple of different weekends and she organized all of the vendor meetings for me and attended every meeting, ensuring every detail flowed seamlessly from vendor to vendor. She also realized several potential issues that I didn't even know of and worked them all out with the vendors to make sure everything was covered and our wedding would go off without a hitch! She went above and beyond and even helped me with several tasks even after our wedding day was over. Every vendor we met with (even those not on her preferred list) knew of her and told us we were in wonderful hands with hands...her reputation is truly impressive. I highly recommend Hannah!

Tyler and I got married two days ago on Saturday, April 30th. Hannah was hands down the best choice and investment we made while planning our wedding. We knew we wanted a month of coordinator shortly after getting engaged. We met with several planners in the Kansas City area before finding the one. From the moment I met Hannah, I was confident she was the right fit for us. Hannah is so detailed, easy to talk to, relatable, professional, and top quality in seeing our vision come to life. She was extremely fast to respond to emails and seamlessly coordinated with our vendors. At meeting for our tasting, I remember her specifically making sure that all of our questions were answered. We could not have been happier with the decision to work with Hannah! Originally, I wasn't convinced that I needed help since I had secured most of the vendors prior to looking for a planner, but there are so many details that I hadn't thought about! Hannah made us feel so at ease with all of the planning that goes in to the big day. She is as hands-on as you want her to be and knows the business well. She has great connections with vendors, is able to communicate with them easily and knows all the right questions to ask. She is always quick to respond to questions and has great suggestions. Hannah helped to make the vision we had a reality and kept our wedding day stress free for both my husband, me and our family. Hannah allowed me, as mother of the bride, to relax & enjoy the entire wedding & reception from beginning to end, She is a master at organization & logistics. Working with Hannah was an amazing experience. She turned a traditionally stressful experience of planning a wedding into a very enjoyable one. She has tremendous patience and she remains present to any concern that the bride and groom may have to ensure that they have the best wedding possible. I actually enjoyed my year of wedding planning and honestly I owe it all to her. She goes that extra mile to ensure that you are pleased and all of your questions answered. Hannah is the best in the business! At first we were unsure if we wanted to utilize a wedding coordinator, but after meeting with Hannah for a consultation, we realized that to organize and plan the wedding we wanted we would need her help!

Throughout the entire process she was there to help us meet with vendors, choose decor, sample food, etc. Every step of the way she had advice, recommendations, and tips. She kept us organized and was constantly in touch with vendors. She made wedding planning bearable (and even FUN!).

While planning was made a ton easier with Hannah's help, it was the day of the wedding (and really the weekend of) that she shined! Our family and friends were all SO impressed with how on top of things she was. She took care of all of the details and let us enjoy our weekend!

After the wedding we were thinking about all of the decisions we made, and concluded that we could never have had the wedding that we wanted without Hannah's help. She made it all come together and thought of things we wouldn't have even considered! Even the night of the wedding, for example, she of course set everything up but she also took it down and returned the items to the vendors so we didn't have to worry about it. AND she brought all of our gifts and left over goodies to our house!

Hannah is awesome. If you're looking for a full-service planner, she's your gal!

Hannah is FABULOUS!!! She helped me organize our destination wedding in a short seven months at the InterContinental at The Plaza Kansas City (my fiancé is from the KC area). I couldn't imagine doing it without her. From the very beginning, Hannah exuded an aura of warmth and calm. She put me in touch with the most amazing vendors. Everyone she set me up with (the photographer, DJ, flora designer, lighting tech, dessert tastings for the dessert bar and so forth...) was phenomenal. Hannah was with me every step of the way and making in-person introductions. It is worth hiring Hannah not only for her coordinating skills but also to get access to her Rolodex of vendors!!

Throughout the process, Hannah reached out every month with a new to-do list and sometimes we would Skype over details. It was a nice way to not feel overwhelmed by everything all at once. She never let anything slip through the cracks.

I traveled three times to KC before the wedding and felt secure knowing that Hannah was on the ground to do the final walk through of the venue and make sure the last minute details were handled. On the day of the wedding, Hannah was amazing. She was everywhere at once! As far as I know there were zero crises and if there were Hannah certainly handled them efficiently and I never had to know. The wedding day was completely stress free and Hannah was a huge part of that!!

I would 100% recommend Hannah to anyone. It was a true pleasure to work with her and I know I could not have made my dream wedding a huge success without her. I’m truly sad that my time with Hannah has come to an end!

When we started planning our wedding day, we knew that we wanted to hire a coordinator for our wedding weekend.. Little did we know that Hannah would be much more than a day-of coordinator for our wedding. Starting over a month out from our wedding, Hannah was a wonderful soundboard for us to bounce our ideas off of, ask questions and keep us organized. It was great to pass off all of the planning to her and just enjoy the last few weeks leading up to the wedding with friends and family. Hannah is not only an excellent wedding coordinator with such professionalism, preparedness, and attention to detail, but she is a wonderful person! If I can pass along at least one piece of advice to fellow brides – it would be to hire Hannah as your wedding planner. I knew early on in the planning process that I wanted a wedding planner for the special day. My now-husband wasn't fully convinced that we needed one. However, after our first meeting with Hannah, he turned to me and said “hiring her for the wedding was the best decision we've made.” And I couldn't agree more. Simply put, Hannah is amazing. She's organized, detailed, enthusiastic and clearly loves what she does. We did the "Partial Planning Package," so she came in about six weeks before the wedding and helped with all logistics and planning. But even before the six weeks, she was always there for us. Whenever we had a wedding question, Hannah was always there to help. Sometimes even answering a question via email within minutes. Then when we started meeting with her, she was always prepared and anticipated our needs and questions. And when the big day came, I had no worries in the world because I knew Hannah was there. And even if there was something to worry about, I would have no idea because she took care of it. So, ladies (and gents), please do yourself a favor and hire Hannah. She's really the best there is in KC. (And you know you're working with a true professional when all your other vendors are excited that you picked her as your coordinator!)

As the Mother of The Bride, I can say enlisting Hannah was absolutely the smartest thing we did! Hannah pays attention to detail, and expects nothing but the best from her cadre of vendors. She was great to work with, professional, organized and knowledgeable. Responses from Hannah were always very prompt. Even nights and weekends, she was available to answer our questions. 2 weeks before the wedding one vendor fell through due to illness. Hannah immediately set us up with a fabulous, perfect alternative! We could never have pulled that off on our own. The weekend of the wedding, we were able to just sit back and enjoy the festivities. I wasn't left with one job, decision or errand to run. During the ceremony and reception, she handled every detail. At the end of the evening, Hannah took care of the gifts, flowers, guest book, etc. We simply left the venue and went home happy, like all the other guests! Hannah is the best!

We hired Hannah in January 2014 (wedding 12/27/2014), utilizing her Full Service Package. This meant hiring her for all planning for a whole year. Hannah did just that and much more. I was the first bride of all my friends and the first wedding in either of our immediate families. We were clueless. From the beginning Hannah understood how much help we needed and was always a text or e-mail away (SO many e-mails, easily most the most I have every e-mailed anyone ever). Hannah responded promptly and listened to my every idea and concern. Hannah would pick 3-4 vendors she trusted and I would pick from that. There were instances where I wanted other options and she would come up with more, always willing to do anything and work with anyone I wanted. She was always happy and ready to tackle whatever was next on the detailed checklist. Also, Hannah made us stay on budget (even a little under budget)! Hannah was willing to meet anytime I wanted, was always professional and on time. Day of wedding, Hannah was everything and more, I was at ease the whole day literally knowing Hannah had dotted our every i and crossed our every t. The day and night went without a hitch and it was because of Hannah and her insane attention to detail and masterful communication. I would HIGHLY recommend Hannah’s services to anyone planning a wedding. Simply her knowledge base about weddings and Kansas City vendors was priceless. When my husband and I got engaged, we knew we wanted a wedding coordinator to help us plan our wedding day. What we didn't realize was we would be working with such a sweet person and that we would call her our friend by the end of it. Hannah is simply the best - she knows all the vendors & every time we met with a new vendor, they had nothing but lovely things to say about her. Talk about constantly being reassured that we were in the best possible hands.
We used Hannah for full planning services. With numerous decisions to be made and hundreds of options to choose from, Hannah helped us narrow down choices that fit into our budget. She personally contacted each vendor, set up meetings, and negotiated with them while all we had to do was attend the meeting and make a decision - yes or no. It was absolutely stress free. Hannah will communicate to you throughout your engagement to help keep you on track for any items, large or small, that need to be dealt with. Every meeting I had with her was fun - she absolutely loves what she does and you can tell.
We knew Hannah was the right person to work with as she owns her own business, takes on as much as she can handle and doesn't delegate her work out to assistants. When you sign on with her, you know she will be along for the ride. Plus she was always willing to set up weekend meetings so that my husband could attend and provide input as well.
I cannot say enough good things about Hannah and wish I could plan another wedding so I could keep working with her. However, I know we will be in touch in the years to come.

I can say that I genuinely enjoyed the wedding process and was calm and collected the days before my wedding because of Hannah. She made SO many decisions easier on me throughout the process because she is so educated on different vendors. She kept me on track and organized. She was always calm and genuinely happy for me. We never thought we would hire a wedding coordinator but when we met Hannah we knew she could really help us navigate the treacherous waters of planning and carrying out one of life’s most important events. Our daughter and fiancée met in KC and now live in Chicago, and we live in Topeka. Hannah knew the KC wedding resources and was fantastic from beginning to end. She was knowledgeable, hardworking, detailed, organized, tasteful, responsive, and ultimately brought joy to the whole process. Wedding day was flawless, relaxed and one that the newlyweds and respective families will always remember fondly. Hannah listened well and helped our daughter carry out her vision while providing information and direction as needed. She helped develop a budget and save money by selecting vendors, negotiating contracts and insuring no overlap in services. Day of the wedding she was on task, attentive to the myriad of details, calm, and simply tireless. We could not recommend her more!

Early on in our wedding planning I knew I would need someone to help me pull things together toward the end and someone to help me (and my mothers) relax and enjoy our day! Hannah did just that with month-of coordination. The last few months of planning I did not live in the KC area so it was comforting knowing I had someone to help if I couldn't make it to KC. I am very organized but it calmed my nerves to know Hannah could run the rehearsal, organize vendors, and take care of any difficulties on our wedding day. I appreciated having someone to bounce ideas around with that knows the industry. My now-husband commented MANY times that hiring Hannah was the best money we spent for our whole wedding, and I agree! She has a calming presence and is someone who gets the job done! If anything went awry on our wedding day, we don't know about it thanks to Hannah's help!

Hannah helped us plan an outdoor wedding and reception for 250 people. She was professional and prompt with all requests. Whenever we needed a vendor, she always provide 2 or 3 options within my budget and would set up appt's. that coordinated with my work schedule. She guided us through the whole process, set up a timeline for us and followed through on all the details. I could not have pulled this outdoor event off without her help. Hannah planned my son and his fiancée wedding. She helped book hotels, made an itinerary for three days of events. She give her input whenever asked with confidence and experience. She help plan the dress rehearsal at the church and dinner, the wedding, brunch & gift opening the next day, 2 birthday celebrations which she brought the cakes from Kansas City herself. Whatever we needed she answered every phone call, email and question we had. Hannah is very detailed oriented and competent. She is very connected to some top notch vendors. I would hired her again and again. She handled things I did not even know needed handling.

The decision to work with Hannah (Weddings by Hannah) was easily one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process. Hannah went above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations. She really impressed me with her positive attitude, flexibility and work ethic. Our day would not have been the same without her. Hannah was such a pleasure to work with! She is friendly, professional and thinks of everything! I really underestimated how stressful the wedding day can get with a million questions about logistics that need to be answered. She handled everything so that the event ran smoothly. I know life isn't perfect, so I was fully expecting a few things to go wrong and thanks to Hannah nothing did.

We just hired her to do the day of wedding planning, but it felt like she was there for us with anything that we might need the six weeks leading up to the wedding. I really don't know how we could of done it without her, her services are invaluable and I've already decided when it's my sister's turn to get married my gift to her will be a wedding planner, with Hannah as our first choice.

I don't even know where to start! Hannah is the best!

From our initial meeting with Hannah, we knew she would do a terrific job for us. We had many of our vendors and decisions made at that point, but we needed someone to help us coordinate things and handle all of the day-of responsibilities. We could not have chosen a better person to do this for us. Both my husband, parents and I felt from the very beginning that we were in really good hands with Hannah.

Hannah is a tremendous value for what she charges - you really do get more than what you pay for. Hannah was happy to take part in many vendor meetings, answered any and all questions I had, coordinated with our vendors, set up our reception (including some very specific instructions for how to set up our head table linens from my mom :)...even cut our cake. She is amazing and was willing and able to do whatever we needed her to do. We never felt like we were bothering her with requests or that she wasn't happy to help us, even though we knew we were asking a lot of her. I was not worried or stressed on my wedding day because I knew Hannah had everything under control and that it would all be perfect. That is exactly the kind of person you want to be working with on such an important day.

Hannah is really professional, organized, talented and sweet. We felt like we got to know her as a friend, too, not just our wedding planner. In fact, when the wedding was over, both my parents and I felt kind of sad that we wouldn't be seeing or talking to Hannah much anymore :) She was a pleasure to work with and did an unbelievable job for us. Hannah was absolutely amazing as my wedding planner - she made sure everything was completed without ever making me feel stressed or worried. The day went off without a hitch thanks to her planning and organization - I hired Weddings By Hannah for the smallest package offered because we weren't having a huge wedding and I'd already figured out a lot of vendor planning on my own - but Hannah went above and beyond in helping me make sure the day was perfect. One thing that stuck out in my mind on her amazing planning - we were meeting with the floral vendor and I mentioned I was having a hard time finding cute wedding shoes because I can't wear heels - I kind of described what I was looking for briefly, and when I got home later that night, Hannah had sent me 10 links to various shoes that fit my criteria (and I ended up picking the first pair listed). I gave her 5/5 because I can't think of one negative thing that happened! DEFINITELY recommend!

Hannah was wonderful to work with, anytime I had a question or concern she had an answer for me within minutes. I had heard horror stories of how hectic and stressful the day of the wedding could be for the parents of the bride. Hannah took away ALL stress and handle everything from the beginning of the day until the very end. With Hannah's help we were able to truly enjoy our daughters wedding. Hannah was an absolute joy to have at our wedding. I can't tell you how many compliments I received on how smooth the evening went and how sweet Hannah was. I was a pretty organized bride and initially only hired Hannah to use on the day-of, but she turned out to be such an asset to have throughout the planning process! When our DJ stopped returning calls, Hannah was there with options to keep the party going. When we needed a wedding officiant asap, she sent over a list that fit the vibe we were going for. I enlisted Hannah's "day of" services for my wedding reception (wedding was a separate event).

Hannah was very organized, 100% reliable and responsive, and had lots of great ideas. She helped me think through logistics and questions that I would never have thought to address. In addition she also had great ideas for budget friendly invites and decorations.

Hannah handled all logistics and last minute errands the day of my event, which otherwise would have been stressful for me to handle on my own. I couldn't have done it without her!

I highly recommend using Hannah for your event.

Hannah was an amazing gift. We are so happy to have met her at a bridal show about 9 months before our wedding. As an out-of-town bride living in California and trying to plan a wedding in Lawrence, I recognized early on that I would need someone to help me during the last couple of months with final details, but was discouraged by the cost of other area wedding planners. Enter Hannah. After one conversation, I realized what an amazing value she is and knew that she would be the perfect person to help us during the last couple of months. I hired Hannah as a day of planner and she went above and beyond. Hannah was always available to bounce ideas off of, provide suggestions, and was just a HUGE asset the last few days before our wedding. I honestly don't know how she handled all the last minute jobs and details I threw at her, but she did and my wedding was gorgeous; exactly how I had pictured, thanks to her. I would HIGHLY recommend Hannah to anyone who wants a young, personable, VALUABLE wedding planner who is not just looking to make money, but is genuinely excited to be a part of your wedding planning process.

Hannah, you are the best gift that a bride and her mother could ever dream of. You kept us on track and guided us through a time that could have been so hectic. You are such a joy and so positive. You would do anything we asked. Though one thinks that everything is decided and taken care prior to the wedding day, let me assure those reading this that there ALWAYS is something that comes up. Quick action is needed and Hannah springs to problem solve. I have had two daughters get married so I have some experience! My daughter's wedding day would not have been the success it was without Hannah Klamann's knowledge and expertise in wedding coordinating/planning. With my daughter living in Olathe, Kansas and me living in central Florida Hannah's services were invaluable. She did a fantastic job of coordinating with the other vendors, planning meetings with my daughter, and helping keep her destressed and organized.
When we needed some suggestions for a couple of other vendors, the ones she recommended fit perfectly with the mood of the wedding.

Hannah has a sparkling personality and working with her was absolutely wonderful. Every question, every request...she was right on top of it.

Hannah was incredibly helpful in being our resource in Kansas City while we were planning our wedding from out of town! When we were originally contacting wedding planners in the area, she was the only one I contacted who responded right away, and that level of responsiveness continued throughout our planning process. I got the sense that Hannah is very good at reading the tone of the couples she is working with, and it was reassuring to feel like she was on the same page as we were regarding the wedding. She was great at coordinating a number of different vendors and planning with family members, and was very flexible about making all of the last-minute changes that wedding planning entails. Our wedding came together beautifully, and Hannah deserves much of the credit for making sure that it went off without a hitch, and with minimal stress for us and our families. She is a great value who could easily charge more for what she does. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience with Weddings by Hannah. Most people talk about how stressed they are and how much they have to do the day of their wedding....I could not have been more relaxed. I think the best part was the fact that my mother and other family and friends were able to relax and just hang out with ppl from out of town. Everything was so stress free! We hired Hannah to be our Day of Event coordinator but she brought so much more to the role. This was our first wedding so she was an invaluable reference resource about details such as how the ceremony should be arranged, how to handle family seating complications, and the general timing of events and activities. She did all the coordinating and scheduling with vendors, and made sure things ran smoothly the day of the wedding...from getting someone in to remove a spot discovered at the last minute on the wedding dress, to hauling flowers at the church and setting them up at the reception, to making a liquor store run when the bars ran out faster than we expected. (Yes, we had a fun party!) Her attention to detail assured that we could focus on energy on the most important things that day: our daughter, her fiance, and our family

There are a million ways to spend money in planning and hosting a wedding, but I can honestly say, hiring Hannah was probably the best investment we made in the entire event.

Hannah was absolutely phenomenal in being our wedding coordinator. She was extremely organized, professional, and enthusiastic. Hannah was so helpful to us throughout the planning process as well as the day of the wedding. She went above and beyond our expectations. She was always very organized, friendly, professional and energetic! We recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator to plan the entire wedding or just handle the day of coordination like she did for us. We loved working with her!!

I feel so honored to have been Hannah's first bride! Hannah was so patient and very well organized. I can be pretty neurotic and she handled me so perfectly (standing ovation). She is also very sweet and with all her heart wants each bride to shine on their special day and thanks to Hannah, I truly did. Thanks Hannah!
