Gerard was so nice and just very fitting to officiate us! When we first met him we knew we picked the right person for the job! My family got to meet him during the wedding and they all loved him! Gerard was AWESOME! My wife and I are from PA so we did not have a church here in FL. We were looking for someone laid back and flexible...someone that could sprinkle in some religious aspects (for the parents/in-laws) while keeping the ceremony short and sweet (30 min or less). Gerard checked all of our boxes and was fantastic for what we wanted. Great quality, communication and experience! Thank you, Gerard!Weddings by Gerard's reply:
From the first meeting with you and your family at that Starbucks, through the final "I do", everyone made me feel a part of the family. Gerard had a natural gift for making everyone feel comfortable.
Gerard was so responsive during our year of engagement. We live in NY so we had zoomed but hadn’t met in person until the rehearsal. Gerard has the kind of personality that makes you feel like you’ve always known him. Gerard had a natural gift for making everyone feel comfortable. Our family and friends loved him. They actually thought that my husband and I knew him because we had such great chemistry. Gerard is funny, sweet, caring and genuinely good at what he does. When it came down to the last month of the wedding I sent him some ideas that I had for the ceremony and he sent me a script that I was able to add and make changes to. Gerard married my husband and I on 9/16/2022! He was an absolute pleasure to work with. We originally planned on getting married at the courthouse but last minute decided to hire an officiant so that my family could be there. Gerard responded super quick and was so helpful with all the last minute planning. Couldn’t be happier with how the day turned out and so glad we hired Gerard !Weddings by Gerard's reply:

Perfect Night!
Gerard was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was so kind and helpful. He took his time and made sure our special night was just as how we had imagined it would be. We wanted short and sweet and he delivered. He met us out at our beach location, read our nuptials, and helped to make it a very magical night. He even stayed and took a few pictures for us. Then he handled all of our paperwork so we didn’t have to bother with it. I would highly recommend Gerard for your wedding ceremony!!Weddings by Gerard's reply:

We met with Mr. Lorentz via zoom, a few days before our wedding. He explained the process, let us choose our reasons and basically guided us through the ceremony. At the ceremony, he had a cute certificate we could use to sign and later hang from our wall; since I'd mentioned to him we needed to have our witnesses sign our license, which we forgot to provide at the given time. Everything went according to plan and we're now happily married!Weddings by Gerard's reply:

Due to covid, the pastor at our church wasn't able to be an officiant like we had originally planned, so we had to frantically search for someone who wasn't already booked for our date. Thank goodness Gerard was available! He was quick to write me back whenever I had questions and made sure to include our input when setting up the ceremony outline. He did a great job at the ceremony as well and I would recommend him to anyone searching for a officiant!Weddings by Gerard's reply:
