Being a DIY bride, I had the pleasure of working closely with Danica in the lead-up to the big day. She was an absolute gem, meticulously going through a detailed timeline with me and ensuring that every DIY element was set up exactly as I envisioned. Danica's attention to detail and commitment to making my vision come to life was truly commendable. On the day of the wedding, Danica and Casey's coordination skills were nothing short of remarkable. They maintained a perfect balance of professionalism and kindness, keeping everyone on schedule without a hint of stress. Danica's expertise in liaising with vendors ensured that everything ran smoothly, and she consistently checked in to make sure we were on track throughout the day. Everyone Needs Danica!
Our wedding day was truly the most magical day of our lives thanks to Danica! From the very beginning, Danica was there for us and answered all of our questions and concerns as well as contacted and confirmed all we needed with our vendors as well. Before the wedding, I knew we were in good hands and had full faith in Danica and her team. Day of, she executed the whole day perfectly and handled any and all inevitable hiccups with ease. Our family and wedding party still rave about weddings by Danica and even booked her for their own weddings coming up! Everyone needs a Danica on their wedding day and I cannot thank her and the team enough for making our day so spectacular!! -

Highly recommend!
Weddings by Danica was such an absolute JOY to work with!! I am a wedding photographer and one of my couples booked her and her team as a wedding coordinator. Everything was so effortless when working with the WBD team! Communication leading up to the day was made easy and everything that I needed as a fellow vendor was taken care of before I even needed to ask. Not only was the team so professional, it made working with them fun as well. It was a great working environment where it really felt like everyone wanted to work together to give our mutual clients the best experience possible. Such a great experience on my part and I know my couple loved working with her as well. 10/10 recommend!! -

Danica and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. Danica really helped me with my whole wedding planning process. She was so great! We were able to meet virtually whenever I wanted, and I also was able to call or text her with any questions or issues any time. She is truly great at her job and very calming & knowledgeable in stressful situations. I highly recommend Danica and her team! She is so great! -

We are so glad we worked with Danica for our wedding! We went back and forth on whether we needed a day-of coordinator because we wanted to DIY our planning as much as we could, but it turned out to be a great decision. It was of course a huge help on our wedding day to have someone there to make sure everyone was in the right place at the right time - the package actually included two coordinators which was extremely helpful, as one was helping with vendors setting up at the venue while the other was with the bridal party for our first look, photos, etc. And even though we just had the day-of coordination package, Danica was happy to have a few meetings with us throughout the year or so before our wedding to assist with planning. It was especially great to have someone local to and knowledgeable of the Rockford area, as we were living out of state for most of our wedding planning. Definitely recommend Danica and her team if you are on the fence about a day-of coordinator! -

I was an anxious mess and she kept me where I needed to be, made sure everything was going smoothly, and even made sure I was enjoying myself. Absolutely amazing experience with Brianna and the Weddings by Danica team! Brianna was professional, friendly, extremely helpful, and so knowledgeable. She was included in all of my month-of vendor meetings and I’m SO glad she was because she asked questions and clarified things that I would have never thought of. She was so perfect in handling communication with all my vendors and coordinating amongst them - all things I definitely did not have the brain power or time to do the month before my wedding! Most importantly, the wedding day went absolutely flawlessly with Brianna and Danica there running the show. They handled small issues without me even knowing and made sure to FYI me on the bigger issues that they handled with absolute grace. They checked in with me throughout the day and reassured me everything was ok when I was nervous. I honestly don’t think my wedding could have happened without Brianna and her team and I am so thankful for them! I recommend Weddings by Danica with the highest praise and am confident they will make your event as perfect as mine!! -

Choosing to have Danica and her team for our wedding was by far one of our best decisions. She was so comforting and professional and made all of the tedious details of wedding planning SO much easier. Not to mention how unbelievably amazing she and her team were on the day of. From steaming all of our dresses that morning, running between all of our vendors and locations, worrying about every detail so that I didn’t have to, and more.. I couldn’t be more grateful. She had everything we needed and everything we never even thought of. Her team was even with us during all photos to make sure they turned out perfect. They supported every member of our party and family that day and I could not recommend her enough. -

Through our wedding venue search, my now husband and I found that several venues offered a day of coordination service that got us thinking we would really love to hire someone to do this for us. I shopped around quite a bit before finding Weddings By Danica, and I am sure glad I found her! Danica and her associate Alex were the best decision we made! They really helped us feel confident going into our big day that everything was organized and ready to go, meeting with us several times to review details and share ideas. The day of our wedding, they handled everything from meeting vendors, to handling spontaneous requests or issues that popped up. They really helped me feel at ease that day knowing that everything was flowing smoothly and in good hands. If you're thinking about it, give them a call now! You will not regret it. -

I was the bride who wanted control of everything and had everything planned out. I didn't think I needed a day of planner or a wedding coordinator.
I am so glad I reached out to Danica! She helped me stay calm the days leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding she made sure I was calm and collected and no problems came my way.
She ran all around out venue to be sure everything was in order. Her service is so worth it! You won't regret your decision. I highly recommend booking her, so you are able to enjoy the day as it goes by so fast.... you don't want to miss any more of it by worrying. -

Danica was a phenomenal addition to my wedding planning. Looking back I really couldn’t have done it without her, and even in the things I took the reigns on, Danica always had ideas or recommendations to add and was very helpful in my planning. She is very thoughtful in her planning to make sure all bases are covered, and even my odd ball things I needed help with, Danica was right there. She helped smooth out our wedding day and even was willing to come help set up the night before/ morning of at a moments notice. I never thought I would need a wedding coordinator, but looking back I’m so glad I did. Removing her from our wedding plans and I just don’t know how it would have all came together. She was an excellent point person, and took a lot of additional stress off my shoulders. She is professional, kind, and will stand up for your wishes. Truly am great full for our experience, and couldn’t thank her enough. If you are looking for a down to earth, organized, go-to, “I need to clone myself to accomplish everything” person, Danica is definitely your lady! -

If you are looking for an outstanding wedding coordinator, Danica is your girl. I can't begin to describe how smooth the day went because she was prepared for everything. She helped to solve problems prior to the wedding, find vendors, and just go above and beyond in everything!

Danica met with me several times before the big day and was available via text at any time for any request. She was able to coordinate all of the vendors, get my large family in order for our limited amount of time for pictures, make sure all went smoothly the day of and always had a smile on her face! Our wedding day wouldn’t have ran smoothly without her and anyone would be lucky to have her on your big day! -

Danica made my wedding day absolutely perfect. I can’t talk enough about what an amazing job she did. She was so organized, professional, and put together. Danica helped tremendously with our small backyard wedding! She connected us with our photographer and makeup artist that were within our budget and did not hesitate to help us set up the day before. The day of the wedding went a lot more smoothly because of her, as she coordinated where people went and what was next on the agenda. Which was awesome seeing as how we had a rain delay and that made everything a lot more hectic. Definitely recommend!! -

Danica is a old family friend so as soon as we got engage I connected with her. She helped us locate vendors and was instrumental in helping get the questions we never thought to ask answered. During the meetings we had with the venue she was always willing to be present and was always just a quick text from an answer. She is really easy going as our plans had changes and supportive as we hit bumps in the road with solutions.
During the rehearsal and the day of she and her helper set up almost everything and helped coordinate our pictures, food, and little things I could not even keep track of. At the end of the night she had coordinated the cleanup making it so only a few guests had to help.
She is extremely affordable for what you get. -
