Dana was one of the BEST additions to our wedding day! If you think you don’t need to have a wedding coordinator, let me just say you ABSOLUTELY do! After our first phone call with Dana, I knew she would be the right person to help us organize our day. All of the small details and vision were handled flawlessly—from the ceremony timing to the reception set up. We were able to enjoy our day so much more because of Dana’s help. So thankful for being able to work with her! ❤️ -

Dana absolutely saved our day! She was the perfect fit to help us pull off our ultimate DIY wedding. She jumped right in and was on board with my wild, ambitious ideas and found ways to make everything run smoothly. From our first phone call, Dana made an anxious bride feel at ease. She helped so much with communicating with vendors, venue walkthroughs, and creating the perfect timeline. She went over and above with helping to coordinate the details and logistics of our day, from arranging the decor to cutting the cake and everything in between. Anything unexpected that came up, the day of, she quickly found solutions. We didn't even know about the few things that went awry until after the wedding, she took care of EVERYTHING behind the scenes without us having to worry. We couldn't have asked for a more organized, stress-free day all thanks to Dana. She is the sweetest person and made communication so easy. Selecting Dana Swab, as our wedding planner was the best decision we made. As mother of the bride, we were organizing a destination wedding
in PA. which Dana seamlessly worked with me, while in NY..
Dana, was always responsive to emails, worked with all vendors and a calm in nature, which is exactly what you need. Four months before the wedding, the original caterer I wanted became available.. we decided to cancel the current caterer and hire our favorite.. Dana assured me that we had time .. it went flawlessly !
Dana is involved in every step of the way, without being overbearing! We had the most beautiful wedding for our daughter & son in law.

I was looking for a wedding planner to help with everything so my mom and I could enjoy the day. Dana was the best decision I could have made. Leading up to the wedding day, Dana was extremely helpful and always made herself available. During setup Dana helped with everything and made sure we thought of all the little details. On the day of the wedding, Dana played a vital role in making sure everything was prepared and everything behind the scenes were running smoothly. I highly recommend Dana! So thankful we had her! -

Incredible & Necessary!!
I was the type of bride that did not think I needed any extra help, but my mom suggested we hire a day-of coordinator just in case. I will forever be thankful that we did! We hired Dana - less than a month from the wedding - to coordinate the day of and it was the best decision we could have made!!! Dana had a solution for any problem that came up, came the day before to help setup and get to know everyone (she has a personality where you feel immediately like she is your friend!), and made sure everything ran smoothly (and when it didn’t, we didn’t even know because she handled it for us!). She did whatever we asked/needed and did everything we didn’t know we needed as well. She’s professional, kind, great with kids, knowledgeable, efficient, fun, and just incredible!! We trusted her with our day and she helped make it our dream come true! You will NOT regret hiring her!!! I will recommend her to everyone I can and we look back on our day so highly because of her! -
