So elegant and special!

Christobel was the perfect addition to our wedding ceremony. First, she is just the most darling person you'll ever meet! Second, her accent is charming! And, third, the ceremony she crafted for us was so perfectly suitable to us as a couple. Everyone cried, groom and bride included. Our wedding was this past Sunday Sept 17th and let me tell you Christobel made it unforgettable. From the moment we talked to her on the phone we knew she was the perfect fit for us. Christobel treated us like family; she opened up her home to us on several occasions to go over our ceremony. We were even able to bring our daughter to these meeting and Christobel's sweet dog Charleston kept her busy for us. The day of the ceremony went perfectly everyone was talking about how great she was and what a wonderful and unique ceremony we had. If it weren't for Christobel we would not have had the ceremony of our dreams. Christobel is so easy to talk to and is the type of person you want to keep as a friend forever. She can help any couple pick the perfect vows even if you have no idea what you are wanting at first. Christobel has it all and she will not disappoint!!

Christobel was a lovely person to work with. Our wedding took place on July 8, 2017. I live in Phoenix and I decided to have a destination wedding in San Antonio because all of my family lives in Texas. I found Christobel after reading reviews on the knot and wedding wire. I called her one evening around 6pm CST without realizing what time it was in Texas. Without hesitation, Christobel took the time to get to know me and learn more about my fiancé during that call. She also read me a few of the different ceremonies she offers. They were all beautiful and well written. I even teared up as she read them. The day of the wedding, Christobel spent some time with the groomsmen and they loved her! She has a great sense of humor. Overall, she is the sweetest person and our ceremony turned out beautiful. We were so fortunate to have picked Christobel out of what seemed like a sea of officiants! She is definitely one of a kind and you will not regret picking her for your special day. From all of the weddings I've been to, you're lucky if you get an officiant who doesn't drag on with bible verses and offers the wedding attendants an occasional laugh. With Christobel, you don't need jokes to make the service bearable, it is short and filled with the most beautiful words you will ever hear. Christobel has definitely done her research, bringing together heart-warming and passionate words from all over the world and from every era. She gives you plenty of service options to pick from, and I promise picking your favorites will be the hardest part about working with her!! Make sure to take the time to meet her before the ceremony, I promise it is worth it and her gigantic rottweiler Charleston is absolutely precious. She makes you feel so special and treats your wedding vows as what they are-- the most important words you will ever say and hear. She is also very flexible! We had pouring rain start 30 minutes before the ceremony, and while we were slightly off schedule, she was totally open to doing the ceremony in the wet grass last minute when the clouds parted, and she would have done it inside as well if that's what we had decided on. While everyone loved the ceremony and said that it was "absolutely beautiful," most of the words I heard about her from friends and family were, and I quote verbatim, "I LOVE her!" She was an excellent presence and you will see what I mean the second you speak on the phone with her! That all being said, I hope we will remain in touch with her throughout our years, because she really is just a wonderful person and exactly who I feel we deserved to help us claim our love as ever-lasting. We adore her!

If you are in search for an officiant please stop searching and choose Christobel. I don't even know where to begin with just how amazing she is. She is so flexible with EVERYTHING. She truly cares about you and understands that this is your day and does everything to make it as easy as possible. She let us customize our own ceremony and her words are just so heartfelt and beautiful. We got married on 2/4/17 and I still have people commenting on how our ceremony was the best ceremony that they have ever gone too. She made everyone cry and really set the mood into our reception.

Side note: My wife and I originally planned on going with another officiant before we had the chance to meet Christobel and I wont mention any names but she treated us so horrible and wanted to charge so many fees that were never discussed. She had to cancel and reschedule us twice before we even initially met her and Instead of making it about my wife and I she made it all business and money. We ended up changing our mind on her and that is when we got the pleasure to meet Christobel and when I explained this to Christobel she almost got into tears just because she felt for my wife and I.

I am so glad and happy things turned out the way they did just because not only did we have a beautiful ceremony but my wife and I have made a friend for a lifetime and we couldn't be happier.

Lastly, if you are looking for a genuine person, a person that loves her job, and a person that will make the best day of your life so memorable you HAVE to go with her.

From the moment that we met Christobel, we knew that she was the perfect person to marry us. She is so full of joy and she loves what she does - oh, and her accent is amazing! When we first met, she shared some options for our ceremony and we loved them all. We were looking for something that had a traditional feel, but we also wanted it to be relaxed and heartfelt. Christobel is so eloquent with her words and as she read the ceremony options to us, my fiancé even started to tear up! We knew right then and there that Christobel would be our officiant. Leading up to our day, Christobel was always available to answer any questions we had! On the day of, she arrived early and was so cheerful - she even gave some of our rowdy groomsmen a hard time and they INSTANTLY fell in love with her - it was fantastic! Andrew and I are so glad that we chose Christobel to be a part of our day - we couldn't have dreamed of a more perfect officiant!

Christobel is a wonderful and professional officiant! We received SO many compliments about how she conducted ceremony and spoke oh so eloquently. She is very welcoming and we met her at her house for a consultation and once again to go over the ceremony details. We were able to pick and choose what we wanted in our ceremony and she was very accommodating with wording and order. I even called her a couple of weeks beforehand to change wording on one of the traditions we had included (arras) and she reassured me by phone and by a follow up email that it will be taken care of. She is quick to respond to emails and has many suggestions and is open to yours as well. I will forever recommend her.

If you are looking to have unique and personalized wedding, Christobel is the one. She is extremely professional and so loving. We received so many compliments during the reception and even days later about how beautiful the words were. She was the only officiant we spoke with that was able to customize an entire wedding ceremony. She knew so many vendors and we were able to get an honest opinion about them from her. Christobel has an amazing dog, Charleston, (when you set up a consultation, its a MUST to do it at her place so you can meet him). My husband and I knew if we didn't book Christobel we would have regrets later on and we are so happy with our decision. Christobel put into words the feelings we had for each other in ways we couldn't and was very open to us changing or adding anything in. If I could do it all over again and only pick one thing that had to remain the same, it would be Christobel.

Christobel is the best officiant ever! I was an out of town bride, and never did this cause any hiccups or delays in getting questions answered or making payments, etc. Christobel is such a sweet person, she was there for us 100% and every single step of the way! Christobel is extremely knowledgeable, organized, and helpful! I received numerous compliments on Christobel's services, especially because of her "to die for" British accent; it just adds an extraordinary romantic feel to the ceremony! Christobel is phenomenal at what she does! My husband and I met with her and only her. From the start, her energy, enthusiasm and professionalism showed through and we had no doubt in our decision. Christobel is absolutely wonderful! I was an out of town bride (1800 miles out of town to be exact) and Christobel took care of me like I was a local bride! She is so incredibly kind and she really takes the time to get to know you to craft the perfect ceremony. The ceremony she created for my husband and I made me cry so many tears of joy..it was just SO beautiful. And on top of her talent, Christobel is just an amazing human being. After the ceremony, so many people came up to me to tell me that they loved Christobel as a person and an officiant. She is also a wonderful source for a good laugh :) I cannot recommend her enough. When planning my daughter's wedding, we wanted nothing but the best for her special day. Christobel was highly recommended by not one, but several top vendors in and around San Antonio. Some of them said she married their family members, so that made me feel good about the decision. After meeting her in her home, she quickly made my daughter and her fiance feel comfortable in knowing their wedding would be everything they dreamed of. WE LOVE CHRISTOBEL! I was worried about finding someone that my fiancé and I were going to be comfortable with. I was completely prepared to go through this long search and settling on some stranger that more or less respected our views and wishes of how we want our wedding to be. Cristobel was the best officiant we could have ever had. She is very passionate about her job, and brought the right amount of energy into our wedding that was needed. She was also very helpful with vendor recommendations as she helped us find a photographer close to last minute who turned out to be great! She has plenty of different options as far as the ceremony, to choose from, and each are beautiful and very original, which I think made our ceremony better because it matched our personalities, rather than just having someone read the usual format out of a book. She has a very fair price for her services and is totally worth it. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! My husband and I are happy to of had her perform our ceremony for us on one of the most important days of our lives. :)

We originally booked another officiant who was hired based upon the contingency that he would facilitate our rehearsal. Three days before the rehearsal he called to say he booked a wedding that day and wanted us to move our rehearsal up by two days. Despite numerous conversations, he was unwavering. I reached out to Christobel in the slim chance she was available. To my shock, she was!

We had called a year prior but had been booked, the couple cancelled and we happily booked her. Christobel invited us to her house where she reassured us, demonstrated her services, got to know us, and tailored her service to reflect exactly what we wanted on our special day.

Christobel was punctual, professional, genuine, and patient. Christobel was detail oriented and made our day so incredible special. She brought her own supplies and met with the groomsmen and bridal party prior to the wedding, day of. After the wedding we had friends and family approach us for weeks afterwards to tell us how wonderful the wedding was, and how amazing our officiant was. We are eternally grateful to Christobel for making our day so incredibly special, in a way no other officiant could.

Christobel made our ceremony so personalized and special!! We did not want to same routine ceremony so she worked with us to get our ceremony exactly how we wanted it. Christobel was one of the best vendors at our wedding. Throughout the process, she was very responsive, paid attention to all of our needs, and stayed in touch to make sure that our ceremony was the way we wanted. My husband and I could not believe how amazing all of her ceremony scripts were, and she created most of them. All of her ceremonies are customizable, we added "the presentation of the roses to the mothers" and it was beautiful, our mothers and guests loved the gesture. Her prices are a little bit higher than the average officiant in San Antonio, and although I was very budget conscious at the beginning of the wedding planning, I realized after the first phone consultation the difference between her and other officiants I had been talking to. As she told me over the phone, you really get what you pay for, and we are really happy that we spent a little bit more because it was worth it! Even now after the ceremony passed, she emailed me and sent us our marriage certificate in a frame over mail. If you are looking for someone who is committed and passionate about her work, then look no further because she will make sure that your wedding ceremony is beautiful and perfect!

Christobel went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was perfect. Our ceremony was absolutely beautiful!! We received multiple compliments regarding how personalized and heartfelt Christobel's words were. Christobel makes you feel like family from the moment you first talk to her. She really put us both at ease after our first meeting and we had no doubt in our mind that she was worth every penny and more, we HAD to have her. Her energy is amazing, she truly is exactly what we were looking for. We had a hard time finding someone that understood our wants for our wedding, if we had a check box for everything we were looking for she would have filled ALL THEM AND MORE.
I made an edit to the ceremony a week before our wedding day due to my grandmother passing away and I wanted to find a great way to honor her, my father and my husband's mother whom have all passed. She did an amazing job and got back to me that same day with great ideas. You can tell that she truly cares about you and your are her priority throughout the whole process.

Her ceremonies are original and so beautiful. My family and friends could not stop talking about how much they enjoyed the ceremony and how much they normally can't stand weddings. There were tears and laughs throughout the ceremony, I know I'm biased BUT it was amazing.

She was the absolute best choice we made in our wedding process. I know how stressful it is to find the perfect person to marry you. She is now like family and we are so blessed to have found her to make our day PERFECT.

We loved that we were able to customize our ceremony to fit us. Our guests loved the ceremony and are still talking about it today. Could not have asked for a better person to officiant for our wedding. It was perfect!!!

Christobel the absolute best officiant out there! She is one amazing woman! I will remember the first time I met her, she welcomed us into her home and made us feel so welcome. She doesn't just want to know the bride and groom she wants to know your whole family! She has such a wonderful heart and I can't think her enough for making my wedding day so special! We talked on a regular basis weather is was about the wedding or we just wanted to chat! She always answered any questions I had without any hesitation! And made sure that no one was going to ruin our special day! I love you christobel so much you are an AMAZING WOMAN!

Christobel bent over backwards to ensure that our wedding ceremony was as unique as my wife and I. During the planning stage, she got to know us first and then picked the most wonderful words to fit our personalities and beliefs. Due to her experience, the process of creating the words was painless and we worked together openly to replace words or phrases that we thought needed changed. Before the wedding, she greeted our families and made everyone realize that she was a loving, caring part of the whole event. At the ceremony, she was the captain of the ship and her performance was without a single mistake or stutter. Our guests are still telling us how original and beautiful it was.

Christobel was an amazing officiant and asset to our wedding. Everyone in our wedding party loved her and she did an outstanding job from wrangling the wedding party, dealing with the usual stresses of weddings, to providing a beautiful ceremony reading. Christobel was incredibly easy to work with and had plans to make our ceremony run smoothly and effortlessly. All of our guests loved her. Christobel was an absolute delight to work with! Our original officiant plans fell through 5 months out from our wedding and I setup a meeting with Christobel and my fiance and I fell in love with her. She is so personable and you can tell she truly loves what she does. She helped us put together a beautiful ceremony by sending us many different versions of ceremonies where we could cut and paste to personalize our own ceremony. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and although we weren't planning on spending $500 on the officiant, she was worth every penny. She arrived about an hour before the ceremony to ensure all was in place and that we had our marriage license. As soon as the recessional ended, we immediately gathered our two witnesses and signed the marriage license and she mails it in for you and sends you the tracking number. I highly recommend Christobel as your officiant!

Chritobel is wonderful to work with! She has such an amazing personality and is so fun to be around! My husband and I met with her 3 times before the wedding and we ended up staying for longer than we had planned because we just ended up talking with Christobel for a while. She has beautiful ceremonies to pick from, but my husband and I wanted a more Christian wedding, and she had no problem doing our wedding completely different than one she had to pick from! On the day of the wedding, she made sure everyone knew their places and how to act, and that took worries off my mind which is amazing on such a crazy day! She did stumble over a couple of her words during the ceremony, but nobody cared and it lightened the mood a little. She is such an amazing woman to be around and our wedding would not have been the same without her!

We found Christobel about seven months before our wedding and we had an instant connection. How to describe Christobel? Fun, energetic, genuine and professional. From our first meeting with Christobel, I had a good feeling about her. The energy she brought to the meeting was fun and enthusiastic. Though she flows through a meeting like the Energizer Bunny, when it comes time, she is in the zone and does an excellent job. Christobel was there for us every step of the way. She even sent us reminders as our date approached with items we needed, such as our license and the arrangements for the rose presentation to our mothers. We were wanting an intimate, elegant and classy feel to our ceremony and that is exactly what Christobel brought to the table. Christobel is an amazing officiant! She is very friendly and easy to work with. She can be traditional or accommodating to your needs. She is energetic and is different from the norm. Christobel is such a wonderful speaker. She has a way with words and can make the ceremony feel very personal and intimate. She is punctual and emails often to verify meetings and makes sure everything is to your liking. Our guests absolutely loved her! They thought the ceremony was romantic and beautiful. From the moment we met Christobel we knew that she HAD to officiate our wedding. One of the 1st things she said to us was that our ceremony will be unique and "out of the box". It was...and so was she.
Christobel is professional and very personable. She took the time to get to know us before she created our beautiful and unique ceremony.

The wedding was truly one of a kind and in large part due to the phenomenal officiating by Christobel!

It was beautiful from start to finish, and all of our friends have said that they have never seen or heard more beautiful words. We are glad that the wedding is over, but would love for Christobel to record a children's book for us so that our children (when we get around to that) will also be impacted by the power of her voice and the words that come out of it!

Christobel is only person for your wedding. She has an amazing gift. After months of searching we came across Christobels website and saw that she offers so much more to couples than just the "usual" plus she British just like me! She helped make our wedding ceremony so unquie, special, and one of a kind. She may be a bit more expensive than other officiants but she offers so much more and also won't make you pay for the unnecessary things. She made us feel like we were her highest priority, let us personalize every detail, even write up something completely new, and was always quick to respond. We honestly can't praise her enough. It felt like having a family member marry us we only wish she could of stayed for the whole wedding! Me & Richard thank you for making our day so special, meaningful and heartfelt. <3 <3

From dancing down the aisle with my husband, to being an awesome new friend, this woman is AMAZING! She conducted my wedding ceremony so beautifully with so much grace it would make you cry! She writes all of her weddings herself and fits them to your personality and needs. She gets to know you as a person and calls to see how you are doing. Not what you would expect from a regular officiant at all. She is polite, funny, and just an all around amazing person who is great at what she does! If I am rambling, I am so sorry but she really is money well spent because to her you are not just a "client". We had all kinds of crazy ideas for our ceremony, everyone dancing down the aisle (she thought we were kidding) but she participated and it was lovely! When she did our ceremony, all of my guests complimented her and were amazed. She has a special thing called the presentation of the roses to the mothers that i never heard of that include both your mothers in the ceremony and it is just absolutely beautiful! The chords of love, were you bind your arms together with ribbon was so symbolic! I am upset I did not record the ceremony via camcorder but she is helping me with that! She is also very quick to get that marriage certificate signed and ready to go in the mail! Anything and everything you want or may be looking for Christobel has! I promise! She told me when we first spoke over the phone, "Oh Shea, just come meet me! I promise you will love me!" She was right! She is so professional about everything and wants to make your wedding "Fabulous" and she does! The way she conducted our ceremony you would have thought she was apart of our crazy families because she fits right in! Everyone wanted her to stay for reception and boy we would have had a blast! She did have another wedding the next day though that she wanted to prepare for. Your day is your day with her, she does not schedule any other weddings on your day and prepares for it constantly. Love you Christobel!

Christobel was great. Immediately after meeting her, it feels as though you've known her for years. She laid out a great initial wedding format and was easy to work with when it came to crafting the perfect ceremony for us. She customized each part of the wedding to fit our wants. She was also able to work up a tree ceremony that we wanted to do rather than the normal unity candle or sand; it was awesome. She was very easy to get a hold of, either through email or phone, and was always able to answer any questions we had. Not only was she on time she was early and eager to help out on our special day. I was a huge ball of nerves but it made me feel better to know I was in her hands. It was a pleasure to work with her. You can tell she takes great pride in and loves what she does. And as our best man(the groom's little brother) said, "Having an officiant with a British accent made the wedding seem way more official." ;)

Christobel exceeded our expectations. Not only was her ceremony for our wedding beautifully written, it was beautifully delivered on the day of. I was moving to Texas from Canada, and Christobel took us under her wing and helped us find the perfect photographer for our special day. She's professional but has a warm heart. I could ask her anything concerning our wedding, and she helped guide us through any questions or concerns we had. As they say, she's "on the ball". I could not imagine anybody else marrying Mark and I. If you're stressed about your wedding, Christobel is one less thing you need to worry about if you are lucky enough to have her officiate at your wedding.

Working with Christobel was wonderful! She took the time to get to know my daughter and her fiancée and created a ceremony that fit them perfectly. It was such a blessing having Christobel officiate our wedding! She is so much fun, so vivacious, witty, kind, professional and prompt. I'm not sure how she does it, but she would literally respond within minutes to every email I sent her! She is very precise in her work and puts a ton of effort and attention into her clients ceremony. She wanted to make sure every single thing was perfect! Christobel made me feel so much at ease by keeping in touch with me throughout the months and days leading up to our wedding. She's awesome at making suggestions, providing ideas and researching anything you ask. Christobel is truly a people person and is amazing at building relationships that I now see will last a lifetime. She has a lot of contacts and strong relationships and you can trust her recommendations for other vendors. She really helps in so many ways! You will not be disappointed if you choose Christobel!

Christobel was absolutely AMAZING! She really made our wedding extra special. We would definitely recommend her to anyone wishing to have a perfect wedding ceremony. She kept me calm through all my nerves and kept the guests entertained while the ceremony ran a little late because of me. I am SO grateful that I found her to marry my husband and I. Christobel was absolutely amazing! She was the first officiant I called and met with and I knew right away she would be the one to marry my husband and me. Her passion for her work can be felt in every word she speaks. Her ceremony comes from the heart and is just filled with warmth and love. I had family telling me how much they loved Christobel and how her loved filled the ceremony and blessing of the dinner. Christobel did our wedding two weeks ago and it turned out absolutely amazing. She was very easy to work with and settled my nerves when I needed it. Christobel was a great choice for my husband and I. I originally had another officiant who couldn't make my wedding due to a family event. When I went searching on wedding wire for another one, I found Christobel's page and instantly knew she was who I wanted. We were set on a budget and she was very honest about her pricing and offered me other choices if we needed someone more budget friendly. I just loved that she was looking out for our best interest, so I could not imagine having anyone else. She was even more great and never disappointed once we started communicating, and always very quick to respond. We did most of our communication by email, but all of my questions were answered in a timely manner and very detailed. When the day of the event came, both her and her husband were very helpful and he jumped right in with her helping as much as he could. Christobel is wonderful to have, and every bride will be very smart to choose her because she cares so much about what she does and who she does it for.

Christobel was a WONDERFUL officiant! The ceremony that she performed was so beautiful and memorable! The words that she wrote and so eloquently spoke were meaningful and sweet. I had family members and friends coming up to me during and after the wedding to ask me where I had found Christobel. Everyone just loved her! I had at least five people tell me it was the most beautiful wedding ceremony they had ever been to. I was so happy to hear this because there is so much planning that goes into preparing for the wedding and you want it to be perfect. My husband and parent loved her as well. On the day of the wedding, she was like a family member. Her and her husband were going around helping my parents with last minute tasks. She even helped my mom put the cake topper on when my mom was having a difficult time putting it on. Christobel was so wonderful from the moment I contacted her. She put all my worries at ease and answered all of my silly questions. She went through all of the details of the ceremony with me so that I felt comfortable. Finding a person to perform a wedding ceremony can be a difficult task. I know that I read countless reviews of so many officiants, as the officiant is one of the most important parts of the wedding! Upon meeting Christobel, we knew we wanted no one else to perform our ceremony! She was wonderful and our ceremony was just beautiful!!! Everyone at our wedding loved her as well! Christobel was the perfect Officiant for a dream come true wedding.
Prior to the wedding, my then fiancé and I knew nothing of the complexity of wedding ceremonies, and i was especially nervous about it. Christobel graciously invited us into her home and spent several hours not only explaining the steps in a ceremony, but also talking with us and getting to know who we are as individuals and as a couple. She swiftly and easily put all my fears to rest and I left her home that evening confident and happy.
I cannot express enough my gratitude towards Christobel. She is an affectionate, loving individual who takes great pride in her job. It is not only her pride and attention to detail that makes her the perfect Officiant, but her deep understanding of Love and the true meaning held within the words of a Wedding Ceremony. Cristobel was very friendly and professional. She took the time to meet with my wife and I before we hired her just so we could see if she would be a good fit for us. She took the time to personalize and customize the ceremony to fit our needs and that just makes all the difference in the world. Most people have a set ceremony they perform for every wedding but no Cristobel. She was 100% one of a kind and I thoroughly enjoyed having her as a part of my "big day". I definitely recommend her to anyone who wants a personal, professional, yet still fun wedding officiant.

We are so glad that we our paths crossed with Christobel, she is so professional and sincere with all that she does. From the very first correspondence we exchanged, she made me feel at ease and I just knew that we didn't have to look any further!

We were in constant contact and never once did Christobel ever make me feel like my questions were silly or out of the ordinary - she gave us great insight and advice on how we could tailor our ceremony. She helped us with our rehearsal and gave us guidance on how to do the line up so that pictures would be captured just right!

She also gave us some pointers on addiing some special touches to our vows and allowed us time to review for our input, always making sure that our day was all the more special.

We received several compliments on how great she was as well as from the family enjoying meeting her as well. She exchanged funny stories with my dad and made the evening all the more fun!

Christobel, James, Isabel, and I love you very much and are extremely blessed that we were brought together.

My fiance and I were supposed to be married back in October of 2012. Due to health complications- we had to postpone our wedding date indefinitely. January 2013 started off great- his health on the rise- and we found out we were expecting! With all the blessings we were given, we decided to make it official sooner than later and re-set our wedding date in February. For anyone planning a wedding, this probably sounds impossible! But the universe was on our side and aligned the stars with all the right people available to come together on the same day (literally, what are the odds?)

Christobel was my first choice for an officiant after reading all the wonderful accolades she had received from previous ceremonies. I contacted 3 officiants, just in case, and to my luck- Christobel not only called me back first- but she had one day available and it was the day we needed! I spoke to Christobel for over an hour that day and knew she would be absolutely perfect for our ceremony...

Christobel is professional, spiritual, and full of positive energy and love. She makes you feel so special and every ounce of her love and affection is conveyed in the words of her readings.
