From the very first conversation it was clear that our wedding reception would be a wonderful evening to remember for a lifetime following our Central Park ceremony. The team at Restaurant Daniel is unrivaled in their pofessionalism, from planning to the final farewell of the evening (from Chef Boulud himself). We knew at Restaurant Daniel that there wasn't a detail we would have to worry about and that the menu designed for our guests would be 5 star quality. The event team of Joan Chang and Staci Chen are exceptional in their comprehensive event management that always made even challenging details look effortless, and unfailingly went above and beyond to ensure that each of our guests had an evening to remember at Doug's and Steve's wedding. Captain Laurant and his dining room team were omnipresent but invisible all a once serving each guest as if they were the only guest in the room. As an example: we chose champagne flutes as our table gift for guests. Following our toast the glasses were invisibly removed from the table, whisked to the kitchen where they were washed, wrapped in tissue and placed in a signature Daniel bag which the team handed to each guest upon departure. Restaurant Daniel already had a warm place in our hearts and will forever be where we celebrated an evening of a lifetime with family and friends.
