  Bettina is the officiant you MUST work with!

  If you’re thinking of working with Bettina to officiate your ceremony, do not hesitate! I met with four potential individuals, and when I spoke with Bettina, I immediately knew she was the person I was looking for. From her warm demeanor to remembering details I had shared, her beautiful voice, and her infectious laugh, I could imagine her marrying us. She guided us through creating a meaningful ceremony in the easiest way imaginable. Our ceremony felt personable, romantic, and lighthearted while taking our guests through our love story. There was laughter and tears by all.
  
  We were lucky enough to have Bettina join our rehearsal dinner to help us celebrate and practice, and our family and friends fell in love with her as well. Many people told us they had a girl crush on her. She was a rockstar. How amazing she was. The compliments are still rolling in a month later. Every guest she interacted with left with a memorable impression. She manages to make everyone feel unique and celebrated. Bettina truly makes wedding magic. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you can work with her, leap at the chance. I promise you won’t regret it. We’ll hold the words she crafted for us near for the rest of our lives.

  Best Celebrant ♡

  We were having trouble finding the right officiant, but as soon as we had our first call with Bettina, we knew that she was the perfect celebrant for us. Our wedding was an interfaith union, but it was important for the bride to incorporate some jewish traditions without making it too religious. Bettina nailed it.
  For us it was important that the ceremony felt personal, and we were worried that hiring a celebrant that didn't know us would be able to do a good job. We spoke with Bettina a few times and had her come over for dinner before the wedding. By the time our day arrived, it felt like she was our longtime friend. We loved her energy, her wit, her eloquence. The ceremony was beautiful and very representative of us. All our friends and family that were used to traditional religious weddings commented how special it was.

  Dear Bettina, belatedly we wanted to tell you how grateful we are for all you did for our wedding. You were just awesome! Many guests asked afterwards “who was that?” (like a bystander in a Superman movie). You brought so much warmth and vitality to our big day, and we couldn’t be more appreciative. The ceremony was lovely and filled with depth, and we know that even though you made it look easy, it was the result of a lot of effort, hard work and care. Thank you!

  As you know picking a wedding celebrant can be difficult, as it can be hard to distinguish one from another and you also really want to make the right choice and find that perfect fit. When you started our wedding ceremony, you said “welcome friends and family” and that is exactly how both Kristin and I felt while working with you—like friend or a family member.
  
  We are writing to say thank you so very much for helping us create such a wonderful and unique wedding ceremony. We received many, many glowing compliments on how beautiful the ceremony was. Literally every guest asked who you were and how long we have known you because it was so personal and they felt like you have been in our lives for years. That is a testimony to you and the care that you put into what you do.
  
  Words can truly not express our gratitude for making our day so special. We both feel so lucky to have had you officiate our wedding. You exceeded our expectations and we know the calls and meetings we had with you beforehand really made a difference.   Amazing Officiant

  Bettina allowed my husband and I to have the most beautiful, perfect ceremony we could have ever dreamed of. From our first interaction with Bettina, it was nothing short of positive, optimistic, and so, so lovely. She has such a beautiful way with words, and better yet, her presence in a room is captivating. We had so many guests, family members, and friends ask us how we got in contact with Bettina, because she was so amazing. If you want to have the ceremony of your dreams, I could not recommend Bettina enough!

  Delightful & fun

  Bettina was a delightful officiant and true partner in making our ceremony special. She was easy to speak to and agile in her approach. I loved how we were able to add a little bit of tradition and at the same time keep it our own. Thank you Bettina!

  Absolutely perfect ceremony

  My husband and I met with a few officiants before we met Bettina. We were really looking for someone we connected with and felt comfortable with.. Bettina's warmth made it impossible not to connect with her. She had us in her home for our first meeting where we went into a lot of details about our relationship, our families, and our life together. It was like a mini therapy session which was amazing. She was very clear about everything that would take place prior to our wedding, and sent us a questionnaire that my husband and I were to fill out independently and she would create our ceremony draft from there. She was more than willing to incorporate any religious affiliations, if any, which we didn't have but it's great to know she is accomodating for everyone. The draft she sent us was pretty much perfect and we were so thrilled to have her officiate our ceremony. On our wedding day, everything turned out perfect. Everyone laughed, cried, and enjoyed our ceremony as much as we did. Bettina, you are fabulous and we hope to meet again soon!

Bettina really helped us shape it into a coherent flow, inject it with humor and personal touches, and give it profound and personal meaning. Her spirit and energy are incredible. So many people have told us how perfect our wedding was (and how great she was), and we wouldn't change a thing about it. Bettina is absolutely the right person to trust for officiating your wedding day.

  Bettina has a warm, positive energy, and the confidence to lead the ceremony creation process AND take charge on the wedding day by guiding your family and bridal party so that you can step back and relax! Bettina created the most beautiful, PERSONAL ceremony for my husband and I. She was there for us each step of the way and made us feel so taken care of. Our guests couldn't get over how much our ceremony just felt like US. Her upbeat presence, warm smile and genuine delivery made our ceremony absolutely perfect. She is the perfect mix of reliable/efficient/detail oriented and kind/thoughtful/warm. She was definitely one of the major highlights of our wedding day and planning process! I can't imagine having done it without her!

She has a terrific warmth and energy and was very attentive to our vision for the ceremony. She always worked around our schedule, kept things organized for us, and helped to alleviate a lot of the pressure leading up to the big day. Beyond easy to work with.   Bettina was AMAZING to work with. Her charisma, heart and humor came across in our ceremony and made it so special. She took the time to really get to know us before the wedding and it made the ceremony feel intimate and not boring or rehearsed (like other weddings we’ve been to). Friends and family couldn’t stop raving about her and some even assumed she was a friend of ours because of how comfortable we were with her and how it seemed like she knew everything about our relationship. My husband’s cousin mentioned she wants to use Bettina for her future wedding and she doesn’t even have a boyfriend yet! She even came up with this cute pizza and wine idea that was the hit of our ceremony. Bettina was the best vendor at our wedding by far and we couldn’t recommend her enough.

  Best celebrant ever!

  Bettina is the perfect choice for a celebrant. We are so happy we chose her for our big day, she is amazing! We felt comfortable with Bettina right from our very first meeting with her. She is such a friendly and warm person. As a couple travelling from Ireland to New York for our wedding she was key in making our day as special and relaxed as it could be. She gave us amazing recommendations for anything that we asked for, from flowers to photographers to restaurants. She was so helpful and was flexible about everything.
  
  Bettina created the most beautiful personalized ceremony for us based on information that we provided, she gave us total input and control. It was this that made our day so special and memorable. She really picked up on what was important to us as a couple, we ended up with a bespoke wedding ceremony to suit our personalities. Without Bettina we would never have written our own vows and we are so glad that we did. We could not have wished for a better ceremony.
  
  We were really lucky to be able to use her rooftop for our ceremony, it was so private and had the most stunning views of Manhattan. We are still talking about how amazing our ceremony was, it was personal, relaxed and so romantic. Our day was prefect and it was thanks to Bettina…she honestly made our day. We cannot recommend Bettina highly enough.

  More than we hoped for!

  We found Bettina via another couple from Glasgow who had also used her services on their elopement. We looked no further mostly because we didn’t even know where to start looking for an officiant! Regardless, we couldn’t be happier or recommend her enough. She was everything we hoped and more. Our ceremony was completely tailored and felt so personal to us and the it’s delivery on the day was complemented by Bettina’s true dedication and enthusiasm and excitement for the couple she’s marrying. We have no words for how special the final result was for us! Would do it all over again.

  The best celebrant you could find!

  Our wedding day wouldn't have been as wonderful and flawless if we hadn't had her as our celebrant. Bettina was so amazing, always helping us since the beginning of our planning, and on our wedding day she was so excited for us, as if she was part of our family.

  Our ceremony was a dream come true!

  Working with Bettina was a dream come true, just like our wedding day! She made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole process and took the time to rehearse with us.   Bettina is simply AMAZING. Words cannot express how grateful we are to have had her officiate our ceremony. All of our guests told us that the favorite part of the wedding was our ceremony because of Bettina!   Bettina was an amazing officiant. We could not have asked for anyone better. We found Bettina on rather short notice and she was incredibly flexible with our schedules. She really took the time to get to know both my husband and myself better and created a ceremony that really matched our personalities. When planning out what should be said, she listened to what we were looking for while also adding excellent advice. She was also particularly helpful in navigating how to make all of our blended families feel appreciated, without stepping on anyone's toes. Most importantly, she made sure that there was as much humor incorporated into the ceremony as there were beautiful messages of love and happiness. To this day, our guests still say Bettina was the best officiant they have ever witnessed!

  Bettina was perfect for us. She created such a beautiful celebration for us. Our initial meeting was very comfortable and since we live in the same neighborhood she had us over and walked us hand by hand through the mechanics of starting our journey. She crafted her beautiful ideas of what she thought captured our wedding ceremony. We collaborated to emphasize the things that resonated with us and to excise those that didn't. She was flexible and open minded and supportive and told us when she thought our ideas wouldn't work and encouraged us when she thought they would. she certainly went with our ideas even when they didn't follow her suggestions, for example, when we wanted to use the traditional vows in spite of her encouragement that we write our own. We corresponded often between the time we first contacted her and the next in-person meeting nearly a year later. we met at a tiny coffee shop in the east village in the pouring rain and amidst all the hipsters emoting over their macbooks she conducted the wedding rehearsal and it was wonderful.
  
  she is really funny and she adapts on the fly to all the different conditions. We married at the W Hoboken out on Lulu's terrace, which can be really noisy with all the different sounds of the waterfront and she used levity to keep things going even when the inevitable helicopters passed right overhead or the car with the enormous stereo drove by. she was fast and efficient which we really appreciated, as New Yorker's who strive to be fast and efficient. we cannot recommend her highly enough.
